From YouTube: koha-US May 2018 General Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
Think
if
I
know
shared
this
before,
but
in
about
a
week
and
a
half
I
will
have
three
minutes
to
tell
a
group
at
the
Medical
Library
Association.
Why
koa
is
such
a
wonderful
thing,
but
I
should
be
their
favorite
tool
and
if
you
have
five,
there
are
three
minutes
gives
me
later
on
in
the
meeting
I'd
like
to
give
you
a
draft
of
what
I
have
to
say.
If
you
can
that's
still
as
I
say
very
rough,
but
you
need
to
get
the
rhythm
down.
Okay,.
C
C
So
Nicole
lingard
from
Bywater
used
to
do,
like
maybe
ninety
nine
point,
eight
percent
of
the
documentation
for
Koha
and
Nicole
left
about
two
years
ago
to
work
for
cPanel
or
no
Rufus
cPanel
and
since
then
the
documentation
has
sorely
lagged
behind
the
pace
of
developments
in
koha.
There's
been
a
lot
of
new
features
that
have
been
added
that
are
completely
undocumented
because
when
Nicole
was
really
involved,
I
mean
I.
C
Guess
that's
what
she
did
like
in
her
off
hours
for
fun
when
she
wrote
the
documentation
for
Kohath
I
mean
I,
remember
doing
the
training
with
Nicole
in
2012
and
in
the
middle
of
the
training.
She
says:
oh
well,
that's
something
that
I
needed
to
change
and
she'd
flip
over
to
the
documentation
in
the
middle
of
training
and
edit
the
Koha
manual
and
then
go
back
to
the
training.
C
So
it
was
always
up
to
date.
It
was
almost
good,
but
since
she's
left
it's
really
fallen
behind
and
the
documentation
team
now
there's
a
team
of
people
trying
to
do
that.
But
it's
not
a
very
big
team.
I
have
made
very
minor
contributions,
so
it'd
be
great.
If
some
more
people
could
come
to
the
meeting
at
the
IRC
meeting
there
and
maybe
learn
more
about
the
documentation
this
afternoon,
ask
questions,
and
it's
not
that
you
know
the
simplest
thing
you
can
do.
There
is
a
and
I
don't
have
that
link
there's
a
to-do
list.
C
These
are
the
things
that
are
missing
from
the
documentation.
That's
the
simplest
thing
we
could
do
to
help
the
documentation
along
because
if
you
see
something
thanks
will
said
if
you
see
something
that
ought
to
be
in
the
documentation
that
isn't
there
or
it's
incomplete.
If
you
could
just
leave
a
note
on
that
to-do
list,
it
says
this
doesn't
make
sense.
I
don't
understand
this.
This
is
missing.
That
would
be
the
simplest
thing
that
we
could
do
to
help
us
along
and
to
add
to
that
to-do
list.
C
C
That's
most
of
the
documentation
comes
from
the
release.
Notes.
That's
one
of
the
things
that
the
documentation
team
talked
about
is
maybe
that
the
people
that
sign
off
should
be
responsible
for
making
sure
that
things
are
documented.
That's
what
I
said,
as
you
know,
it's
hard
enough
to
get
people
to
sign
off,
but
you
know
that
adds
an
extra
barrier
to
to
signing
off,
and
so
you
know
the
developers
are
supposed
to
put
in
the
release
notes.
This
is
what
this
feature
does.
C
This
is
how
it's
supposed
to
work,
and
but
they're
not
documenting
it
and
sometimes
what
they
put
in
those
release.
Notes
doesn't
really
explain
adequately
with
the
with
the
software
does
so
it's
kind
of
an
issue
where
the
developers
I
mean
that's
the
reason
it's
an
issue
is
because
we
used
to
have
somebody
that
was
doing
a
really
good
job
and
making
sure
everything
was
documented
and
when
that
stopped
happening,
nobody's
workflow
changed,
and
so
that's
something
that
I
think
the
development
team
is
trying
to
address.
C
But
it's
you
know,
I
know
how
many
of
you
have
ever
used
the
home
housebound
feature
in
coop.
How
many
of
you
know
what
it
does?
Nobody
knows
when
it
does,
because
the
people
that
wrote
it
didn't
write
any
documentation
for
it
and
the
release
notes.
All
they
say
is
we
add
in
a
housebound
feature,
doesn't
explain
it
all
when
it
does
or
our
words.
So
there's
this
whole
feature.
There's
this
whole.
You
know
component
a
koha,
that's
completely
undocumented.
There
are
other
things.
C
C
A
lot
of
system
preferences
that,
once
in
the
documentation
out,
doesn't
match
with
the
per
what
the
text
of
the
Preferences
is
with
the
drop-down
say:
there's
there's
just
a
lot
of
holes
in
documentation,
so
but
that's
the
number
one
thing
any
of
us
could
do
is:
if
you
see
something,
that's
missing,
go
to
that
length
if
it's
for
a
map,
add
and
just
right,
there's
no
documentation
for
this,
and
that
would
be
you
know,
just
identifying.
What's
not
manual
would
be
a
big
help
for
the
documentation
team.
Everything
I.
A
A
Just
a
brief
introduction
of
yourself
and
I'll
start
my

challenging.

Before

we

we
share
a

but
much
smaller
consortium
of
three
branches
for
branches.
Sorry,
there's
added

weeks
ago,
so
I
enjoy
using
quahogs.
It's
been
great.
We

I'm
happy

A
A
H
J
A
J
Hello,
everybody
I'm
Joel
sass
from
the
Plum
Creek
Library
System
in
Worthington
Minnesota,
and
we're
a
consortium
of
30,
I,
believe
35
libraries,
I'm
the
network
systems
administrator
and
also
the
manager
of
the
Koha
system
for
the
for
the
consortium.
J
A
Right,
excellent,
all
right-
and
you
did
say
hello
in
the
chat
Okita
all
right.
Thank
you.
Everybody!
It's
good
to
get
to
know
people
and
faces
and
names
all
right
in
the
agenda.
You'll
notice,
after
the
announcements,
I
have
listed
breaking
the
linux
barrier.
This
is
a
topic.
That's
going
to
stay
on
the
via
the
agenda.
I
won't
spend
a
lot
of
time
on
it
right
now
and
Jason
in
the
future.
A
We
can
probably
put
this
towards
the
bottom,
because
I
don't
want
this,
to
you
know
always
be
the
the
top
focus,
but
just
what
the
breaking
the
linux
barrier
is.
It's
a
it's
a
thing
that
we
need
to
be
aware
of
and
completely
talking
about
and
seeing
what
we
could
do
to
improve
this,
but
one
of
the
the
challenges
with
with
Koha.
A
You
know
we
try
to
get
as
many
people
as
we
can
involved
in
programming
and
bug
fixing
and
all
that
good
stuff.
You
know
supporting
the
the
open
source
community.
The
challenge
is
a
lot
of
the
libraries
are
not
linux
based
a
lot
of
us
are
still
operating
in.
You
know
the
windows
world
and
you
know
linux
is
you
know
a
little
bit
to
us
and
so
the
challenge
for
people
using
Koha
to
get
involved
more
in
depth.
A
Involvement
with
with
koha
behind
the
scenes
is
that
that
linux
barrier
you
know,
setting
up
an
environment
to
to
put
together
the
the
Hellenic,
the
Linux
system
and
the
coho
system
inside
that
system.
I,
don't
know
about
you,
a
lot
of
us
I
know
a
lot
of
us
are
hosted,
but
there
there
are
some
of
you
that
I
know
that
are
also
doing
it
on
your
own
and
I
applied
you.
A
You
know
pop
more
power
to
you
for
for
maintaining
your
own
system,
but
it
is
a
challenge
for
a
lot
of
us
to
you
know,
set
up
a
system,
put
up
a
text
test
box
or
a
production
server,
and
going
beyond
that.
You
know
setting
up
the
environment
for
for
being
able
to
program
in
to
submit
patches
things
of
that
nature,
to
do
testing
to
get
what
we
call
getify
your
environment,
so
that
you
can
create
branches
and
do
testing
on
different
aspects
of
Koha.
A
So
you
know
this
is
something
that
that
we
need
to
keep
in
mind
and
discuss
from
time
to
time.
I
had
a
nice
little
chat
a
few
weeks
ago
with
Nathan
from
Bywater
about
this,
and
you
know
we're
tinkering
around
with
some
ideas
and
and
some
thoughts.
You
know
one
of
the
things
that
I
had
mentioned
that
would
be
awesome
down.
The
road
is
if
we
had
an
environment
that
you
know
some.
You
know
some
of
the
more
technically
technically
savvy
people
that
know
Linux
better.
A
If
we
had
a
way
of
setting
up
some
sort
of
login
system
that
you
could
log
into
not
not
just
a
sandbox,
but
something
that
you
could
log
into,
and
you
have
your
own
test
environment
that
you
can
throw
stuff
in
the
would
be
able
to
save
your
work
that
you
would
be
able
to
that.
That's
get
a
fine
that
you
can
get
into
the
back
end
of
things
that
you
can't
make
branches
in
and
be
able
to
do.
All
sorts
of
you
know
enhancements
and
patchwork
on
your
own.
A
Rather
than
having
to
worry
about
maintaining
a
system
that
changes
you
know,
Linux
gets
updated
or
or
koha
gets
updated
and
those
things
change,
and
then
you
have
to
reinvent
the
wheel,
sometimes
those
things
back
up
to
where
you
were
so
that
you
could
continue
on
the
work.
That's
been
a
struggle
of
mine
is
being
able
to
to
continue
on
into
the
work
and
not
spend
a
lot
of
time
having
to
you
know,
get
that
environment
back
up.
So
that's
what
that's
about
any
comments
before
we
move
on.
B
About
that
Oh,
what
sorry
took
me
a
moment
to
find
the
mouse
yeah?
You
know
I
told
you
my
desk
flooded
right.
It's.
What
I
would
like
to
see
mostly
breaking
a
linux
barrier
is
getting
more
small
libraries
to
use
it
and
get
comfortable
with
Linux
and
Koha,
and
not
necessarily
make
patches
yeah,
because
I
think
there's
a
huge
untapped
market.
Libraries
need
iOS,
there's
a
lot
of
them
do
and
Noah
is
a
very
low-cost
way
of
getting
started.
G
It
takes
a
little
kind
of
pay
for
it
with
time
and
trying
to
find
the
answer,
because
the
people
next
door,
you
know
the
the
tech,
the
tech
team
next
door.
Doesn't
you
know
your
IT
department
might
not
know
it,
but
you
have
to
go
and
find
the
solutions
online
for
other
people
who
do
know
it,
but
I
don't
know
too
different
than
Windows,
but
anyway,
so
I'm
willing
to
help
out
with
that
with
what
I
can
and
just
want
to.
B
G
H
Wanted
to
add
that
I
think
part
of
the
beauty
of
Linux
currently
is
that
it's
just
really
easy
to
install
almost
easier
than
Windows.
You
don't
quite
a
license
payment,
so
there
are
a
number
of
things
that
you
don't
have
to
worry
about.
The
GUI
interface
is
is
very
easy
to
navigate
where
you
start
getting
into
the
power
features
of
Linux
is
when
you
start
getting
into
the
command
line
and
I.
H
Think
command
line
is
one
thing
that
kind
of
holds
people
off,
but
there
are
a
lot
of
easy,
easy
sites
that
you
can
even
query
you
can
go
to
and
you
can
pretty
much
find
exactly
what
you
want
without
having
to
spend
a
lot
of
time.
So
it's
with
the
evolution
of
Google,
that's
gotten
a
lot
easier
and
I.
Think
people
shouldn't
be
concerned.
H
G
G
B
G
H
G
B
C
The
holds
history
is
available
will
be
available
for
staff
there'll,
be
a
tab
to
look
at
you'll,
be
able
to
see
what
the
history
is
on
patrons
holds.
Unlike
the
reading
history,
there's
no
way
for
the
patrons
to
opt
out
of
keeping
that
hold
history,
there's
no
way
to
anonymize
it.
So
that's
data,
that's
being
collected,
that's
easily
available
for
staff
to
to
access,
which
of
course
makes
it
something
that
you
know
with
patrons.
Don't
want
it
safe,
there's,
currently,
no
way
to
make
it
not
saved.
C
So
that's
a
concern
of
mine
you
know
is
especially
if
I
imagine
that
the
the
eventual
trend
for
this
will
be.
You
know
now
that
it's
available
in
the
staff
client
at
some
point,
I
imagine
it
will
be
available
with
no
pack
and
but
currently,
unlike
the
reading
history
and
the
Oh
pack,
there's
no
way
to
have
to
delete
the
old
information
stuff
NORs.
You
know.
H
C
It
I
believe
that
there's
a
system
preference
to
make
its
that
it's
not
available,
but
you
know
it's.
It's
incredibly
useful
information,
it's
remarkably
useful
information,
but
that's
my
concern
is
you
know
that
you
know
having
useful
information?
Doesn't
you
know?
The
history
is
really
useful
information
too,
but
right
now
patrons
have
a
way
of
saying:
I
don't
want
that
saved
and
there
isn't
the
same
option
for
the
wholes
history.
So
so
the
system
is
keeping
a
record
of
holds
history
that
could
attend
it.
C
C
The
preference
right
now
is
just
to
make
it
visible
or
invisible.
I
believe
that
you
have
to
have
for
staff
to
see
the
holes
history
they
have
to
have
the
reading
history
also
turned
on,
but
the
patron
can
choose
to
make
the
reading
history
disappear
as
soon
as
the
items
are
checked
in
the
information
is
deleted
for
the
patrons
account,
but
that
option
doesn't
exist
for
people's
history
as
well.
A
C
That's
a
concern.
I
have
that
sounds
like
an
opportunity
for
a
cron
yeah.
It
said
well,
it
sounds
to
me
like
I
mean
right
now.
You
know
patrons.
Have
the
ability
to
go
in
and
say,
don't
save
my
reading
history?
That's
what
we
need
is
a
system
in
place
to
say,
don't
remember
the
holes
history
after
after
these
folds
are
taken
care
of
I.
Don't
want
the
information
saved
so.
C
What
else
have
I
gotten
my
notes,
the
purchase
suggestion,
quantity,
I've
already
written
jQuery
de
to
disable
that
if
you
don't
want
that,
you
share,
I
shared
on
the
well
actually
I
shared
it
with
Kelly,
and
she
posted
on
the
page.
Mike
I
would
have
had
a
chance
to
put
it
on
the
wiki.
Yet,
would
you
put
it
on
your
how
to
do
things
with
co-op
yeah.
C
C
Now,
there's
a
field
there
that
says
how
many
copies
should
do
you
want
the
library
to
buy,
which
you
know
several
people
asked
during
one
of
the
sessions
I
attended.
Is
there
a
way
to
turn
that
off
and
I
said
well,
gee
I
already
figured
out
a
way
to
turn
that
off,
hear
this
and
I
shared
it
with
them
during
that
session
and
killing
posted
it
on
the
notes
for
that
one.
C
Actually,
one
of
the
things
I'm
really
excited
about
is
that
the
patron
table
the
borrowers
table
will
now
have
a
date.
Renewed
they'll,
keep
track
of
when
cards
are
renewed,
so
you'll
be
that
that
means
you
can
run
statistics
and
say
this
is
how
many
patrons
we've
renewed
this
month,
which
it
is
another
great
thing
to
be
able
to
count.
C
Was
a
shelving
location
can
be
configured
into
a
separate
column
and
the
OPAC
display,
instead
of
being
displayed
underneath
where's
it
underneath
now
I
think
it's
underneath
the
item
type
underneath
to
a
collection
to
note
something
like
that:
that'll
be
a
separate
column.
So
once
that's
once
I
have
time
to
look
at
that
I'll
try
write
some
jQuery
search.
C
You
can
reorder
the
columns
if
you
want,
we
have
our
classification
schemes
based
on
type
location,
home
library
and
call
number
and
I
want
to
be
able
to
put
them
in
the
order
that
they
classify
it
it'll
be
nice
to
be
able
to
do
that
because,
right
now
it
kind
of
goes.
You
have
to
look
here
and
then
underneath
this
thing
and
then
over
here,
but
putting
that
in
a
separate
column
would
be
really
nice.
H
C
H
C
C
Don't
know
how
many
other
people
I
actually
had
total
webinar
burnout,
because
I'm
going
to
be
gone
for
a
week,
starting
like
this
afternoon,
yeah
so
I
had
to
watch
all
I
had
to
go
to
all
the
webinars.
Last
week,
like
every
every
freaking
day,
there
was
one
day
last
week,
I
think
I
have
like
five
meetings.
It's
like
all
I
did
was
meetings
and
lunch
and
I
was
just
totally
burnt
out
on
watching
webinars
by
the
end
of
the
day.
C
A
H
F
C
And
that,
actually
that
was
a
Fix
I,
don't
remember
the
bug
number,
but
it
should
be
in
the
next
version
of
1705
I
think
it
should
be
kind
might
be
in
the
version
that
I'm
running
on
1705
right
now
it
was
a
I.
Don't
know
how
many
of
you,
how
many
of
you
are
using
the
forgot,
your
password
feature
for
patrons
the
well.
C
The
problem
was:
is
that
you
would
the
patron
would
fill
out
the
form
that
says:
I
forgot
my
password
and
then
Koha
would
say:
we're
gonna
mail,
you
your
reset
link,
but
that
mail
that
email
got
put
into
the
message
queue.
So,
if
you're
only
sitting
here
your
message
queue
or
thoroughly
emailing
those
from
the
queue
once
an
hour.
It
meant
that
the
patron
could
wait
up
to
59
minutes
before
they
got
the
email,
so
in
patrons
are
kind
of
used
to
they
fill
that
out
within
30
seconds
they
get
the
email.
C
A
A
C
C
So
if
you're
like
me
and
you
setup
the
whole
list
with
a
whole
bunch
of
provider,
but
you
forgot
to
add
cricket
and
then
you
add
cricket,
it
shows
up
at
the
bottom
of
the
list
instead
of
alphabetically
in
with
the
C's,
which
makes
it
impossible
for
staff
to
find
or
patrons
to
find
so,
I
opened
a
bug
on
that
and
that's
the
bone
over
there
that
it'd
be
nice.
If
that
list
were
to
sort
alphabetically
and
so
far,
there's
been
no
activity
on
that
book.
C
So
would
it
be
really
great,
is
if
everybody
here
and
then
once
that
fix,
would
go
in
and
say
yeah.
This
should
be
fixed
and
maybe
so
many
maybe
one
of
the
developers
will
pay
enough
attention
to
it
that
that
somebody
will
jump
on
that
and
fix
it.
That
would
be
I,
don't
know
how
many
else,
how
many
other
people
are
using
that,
but
that's
kind
of
a
pain
with
that
feature.
I
still
need
to
get.
C
A
C
F
Want
to
bring
attention
to
bug
203
96,
that's
the
Omnibus,
cleanup,
koha
and
fight
feature
creep.
It's
got
some
bugs
in
there
that
I
think
need
to
be
fixed
and
I'm,
not
sure
exactly
what
they're
planning
to
do
with
these,
whether
to
dump
them
or
or
work
on
some
of
them
worth
or
what?
But
there's
there's
some
bad
ones
in
there.
I
give.
F
F
It
said
somebody
went
and
gathered
I
guess
all
these
bugs
that
have
been
out
there
forever
and
have
never
been
fixed,
and
there
are
some
features
that
have
never
been
implemented
and
they
just
want
to
clean
it
up
and
get
either
dump
the
features
or
fix
them
or
whatever.
But
there's
some
bugs
in
there
that
I
think
we
really
need
to
support
getting
fixed.
I
haven't
had
time
to
go
through
all
of
them
yet
but
I
plan
on
doing
that
and
I
think
I,
like
somebody
else
to
look
at
him.
Also,
okay,.
A
I
encourage
everybody
to
take
some
time,
and
you
know
on
an
occasion,
go
through
Bugzilla
and
see
what
bugs
are
standing
out
there.
What
features
are
of
interest
and
bring
them
to
attention
here
and
also
to
reply
on
those
bugs
to
generate
interest
in
them,
the
more
people
that
are
involved
in
those
bugs
the
more
attention
it
generates.
So
you
know
if
one
person
writes
a
bug
and
nobody
ever
touches
it
and
or
replies
to
it
or
you
know,
thinks
it's
a
great
idea
to
fix.
They
can
sit
there
for
a
long
time.
A
C
J
C
C
A
C
A
C
C
It
is
possible,
without
some
changes,
to
put
dashes
too
it's
possible
if
you
put
in
a
number
here
that
is
intended.
It's
it's
not
or
great.
If
you
put
in
a
number,
that's
more
than
ten
digits,
that's
probably
not
gonna
work
right.
If
you
don't
choose
a
provider
and
you
put
a
number
in
there
that
can
cause
issues
too.
A
C
J
C
When
we
turned
it
on,
that
was
the
first
time
that
you
know
we
were
told
it
worked
right.
We
turned
it
on
and
the
only
thing
that
worked
were
the
where
the
hey
just
check
tonight
in
the
end,
or
he
just
checked
an
item
out
the
ones
that
didn't
work
where
the
you
have
a
hold
of
a
loved
one,
or
you
have
an
item,
do
where
you
have
an
item
over
to
you.
None
of
those
messages
work
the
first
time
we
turned
it
on
which
was
a
colossal
pain
in
the
ass.
C
If
you
don't
put,
if
you
don't
format,
the
text
message
correctly
for
item
check
in
an
item
check
out,
it
will
look.
If
you
check
out
five
items,
a
little
generate
a
message.
It
says
you
checked
out
an
item
to
check
that
item
checked
out.
I
don't
have
like
you'll
have
a
whole
bunch
of
text
in
there.
So
you
have
to
put
some
dashes
in
there
too
to
include
the
item
detail.
It
that's
explained
in
the
you
know,
on
the
wiki
and
stuff
about
notices
and
slips,
which
I
think
Barton
wrote.
C
C
Maybe
I
should
do
a
maybe
this.
You
know
I
think,
there's
a
lot
of
components
to
this.
Maybe
this
to
be
a
good
presentation
for
like
convention,
okay,
yeah,
because
there's
just
a
lot
of
elements
that
go
on
as
soon
as
you
turn
that
on
not
only
the
more
and
more
I
think
about
it,
the
more
and
more,
it's
probably
like
a
good
45
minute,
explanation
or-
and
you
have
to
to
think
up
if
you're
gonna
turn
this
feature
on,
go.
H
A
A
It
isn't
in
in
theory,
but
our
problem
has
been.
You
know.
We
turn
it
on,
and
you
know
we
I
tested
with
what
she's
using
her
number
on
her
system,
and
it
goes
through
just
fine
I
put
her
number
on
our
system,
same
provider
and
everything
and
the
message
won't
go
out.
So
I
still
have
to
go
in
there
and
in
fact,
ELISA
I
need
to
talk
with
you
later.
B
B
B
F
J
C
That
we
now
that
we've
got
it
up
and
running
I
would
say
the
most
the
most
difficult
part
of
it
is
that
people
say
well.
I
never
got
the
text
message
about
that
which
is
the
same
as
true
email,
but
you
know
it's.
There
are
all
these
questions
about.
Why
doesn't
this
work
for
some
people?
Why
is
this
working
seem
to
be
working
for
some
people
and
not
for
others
and
the
other
question
that
comes
up
a
lot
is,
why
isn't
tracfone
on
the
list?
C
A
And
I
had
Joel,
it
really
is
not
overly
complicated.
Like
you
know,
if
you
know
the
basics,
the
basic
core
of
it's
like
George,
pointed
out.
You
know,
you
said
you
go
into
that
setting
and
put
the
word
email
in
there
and
it's
active
and
then
all
you
have
to
do
is
provide
you
know
a
list
of
providers
and
that's
that's
fairly
simple
to
set
up
like
just.
In
fact,
you
know
people
are
sharing
their
lists
of
providers
to
plug
in
there,
and
so
you
plug
those
in
and
then
it's
pretty
much
ready
to
go.
C
C
C
A
That's
the
one
thing
that
cracks
me
up.
You
have
to
turn
the
feature
on
before
you
set
it
up,
and
you
know
white
and
ye
thing
hit
the
setup
for
the
providers.
You
know
and-
and
you
know
incorporated
it
into
the
turning
the
whole
thing
on
I-
don't
understand
that
that's
kind
of
little
backwards
on
that
one
I
think
Joel
still
had
something
else.
You
want
to
add
sorry
Joe
a
couple.
D
A
We
focus
a
lot
on
trying
to
get
everybody
on
the
same
page.
To
do
the
same
things
you
know,
Asian
aliy,
there's
a
feature
that
yeah.
We
wish
that
we
could
control
from
library
to
library,
but
for
the
most
part,
like
I,
said
we're
trying
we're
trying
to
be
on
the
same
page.
So
it
doesn't.
It
doesn't
affect
us
as
much
as
it
could
simply
because
of
that.
You
know
that
common
workflow
ethic
that
worked
we're
trying
to
push
in
the
in
the
consortium.
C
You
know
the
one
feature
that
I
really
wanted
when
I
was
in
Val.
That
is
one
that,
when
we
were
at
the
conference
last
year
in
Coeur
d'alene,
there
were
some
people
from
velm
out
there
that
had
decided
they
wanted
to
move
forward
with
it
and
they
were
going
to
get
the
money
together
to
do
that
and
I
said
you
know.
C
E
Was
one
too
that
Christopher
it
brought
up
some
concerns
about
when
we
took
it
to
AI
nlg,
and
so
when
we
tried
to
talk
to
Bywater
about
it,
they
were
like
we're
doing
this
part
of
it
anyway.
This
is
happening
and
when
this
is
done,
o
talk
to
you
about
these
things.
So
that's
why
and
I
think
that
that
is.
C
E
Local
holds
priority,
basically
within
a
district,
so
we
could
say
if
Latah
County,
Library
District
has
a
copy
Lee
Teuk,
County,
Library
District
patrons,
will
get
it
before
sending
it
out
the
rest
of
the
consortium
and
Christopher
I.
Don't
have
the
list
in
front
of
me
right
now
of
the
concerns
that
you
had
brought
up
about
it
and
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
don't
gunk
it
up
for
everybody
else.
If
we're
doing
that.
E
D
Yeah
I
mean
that's
been
a
concern
for
us
forever
too,
but
we've
got
our
policies
in
place
now,
where,
like
people
can't
use
cataloging
unless
they've
been
trained
on
cataloging,
so
we've
kind
of
gotten
around
some
of
the
problems
that
we
had
past
with
that
you
by
using
policies
and
people
can
still
get
around
it
obviously,
but
for
the
most
part,
they're
scared
enough
of
me
that
they
don't
do
it.
So
you
have
a
open.
A
I
think
you
know,
you
know
if,
if
there
are
ongoing
concerns
and
issues,
definitely
file
a
bug-
and
you
know
we're
trying
to
to
coordinate
with
with
consortiums
here
with
kohai
us
to
you
know,
worked
together
to
push
some
things
for
consortium,
so
the
it's
something
that
we
can
definitely
say
hey.
You
know
we've
got
consortiums
here.
Let's,
let's
put
some
energy
behind
this.
You
know
you
know
at
least
generate
some
talk
and
interest
on
those
bugs.
So.
J
Basically,
it's
about
staff
permissions
and
making
them
more
granular-
and
you
know,
independent
branches-
did-
did
not
work
for
us,
because
that
was
too
restrictive.
I
got
one
comment
that
said:
they
would
support
this.
If
others,
the
more
of
the
more
of
us
there
are
that
are
in
favor
of
this,
the
more
likely
we
can
get.
You
know
up
the
ball
rolling
so.
A
C
A
And
that's
just
the
confirmation,
yes
exactly
for
any
members,
excellent
right,
anything
from
finance
committee.
The
full
report
is
located
on
the
agenda
three
big
things
to
note.
We
are
now
fully
in
compliance
with
our
federal
reporting.
If
you
attended
court
alene
last
year
very
shortly,
you
will
be
receiving
an
invitation
to
join
kohai
us,
although
some
of
us
have
already
gone
ahead
and
done
that.
A
But
if
you
did
attend
portaling
last
year,
you'll
be
getting
a
letter
from
me,
it's
essentially
written
by
the
Bourdon,
going
ahead
to
invite
you
to
join
and
we're
doing
well.
Financially,
we've
had
no
problems,
since
we
are
now
complete
through
the
first
quarter
of
the
year,
there's
actually
a
more
detailed
breakdown
of
where
we
are
in
terms
of
income
and
expense,
and
that's
all
fully
detailed
in
that
monthly
finance
committee
report.
A
Thank
you,
as
always
to
candace
for
