Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
B
Then
she
followed
that
with
this
is
yours
now
and
we
had
a
nice
meeting
in
English.
She
basically
gave
me
the
framework
when
it's
the
financial
framework
of
this
organization,
which
in
and
of
itself,
is
just
a
little
under
three
years
old,
with
the
actions
that
were
taken
to
formally
incorporate
us
as
a
legal
entity,
recognized
as
a
nonprofit
organization
by
the
Internal
Revenue
Service
and
incorporated
within
the
state
of
Kansas,
the
Finance
Committee
in
and.
B
New
there
had
really
been
no
Finance
Committee
prior
to
might
be
treasurer,
and
we
currently
have
three
members
me
be
treasurer,
which
serves
as
the
chair
and
I'm
very
grateful
for
help.
Candace
Pope
and
Eli
Anthony,
a
Candace
who's
been
with
me
since
the
beginning
and
Eli
from
throwing
last
year
in
Portland.
He
came
up
to
me
to
see
Senators
involved
with
this
finance
committee
and
I
said
what
I
write
a
bunch
of
stuff.
You
read
a
bunch
of
stuff.
He
provided
me
with
feedback
and
everybody's
happy.
B
It's
like
okay,
I
forgot
to
do
that
so
Eli
joined
you
like
joined
the
financially
last
year.
This
is
a
still
relatively
small
committee
and
I
would
like
to
have
more
people
on
it.
B
So
in
there
is
anybody
that
we
would
like
to
consider
joining
the
Finance
Committee
and
if
you
have
any
more
questions
after
what
I'm
done
speaking
with
here
feel
free
to
come
up
and
see
me
or
email
me
to
treasurer
Co,
west
up
or
gonna
be
happy
to
talk
to
you
in
30
details
it
yeah,
so
the
Finance
Committee
is
actually
pretty
straightforward.
It's
got
money
as
its
objective.
The
organization's
finances
we
do
a
number
of
different
things.
These
are
what
we
consider
our
primary
goals.
B
Perhaps
the
biggest
one
is
to
make
recommendations
to
the
board
regarding
financial
matters
and
policies.
There
was
a
lot
of
that
to
do
at
first
when
I
took
over
and
one
of
the
first
things
we
did
was
actually
switch
bank
accounts
from
an
organization
sunflower
bank
actually
based
out
of
Kansas
is
something
that
had
a
little
bit
more
national
credit.
We
did.
The
research
I
met
with
a
few
different
branch
managers,
with
options
that
were
local
to
me,
which
it's
kind
of
important.
B
And
we
continue
to
write
various
smaller
documents
from
time
to
time
relating
to
how
finances
of
the
organization
should
be
handled.
One
of
the
things
we
are
currently
working
on
right
now
is
a
draft
of
in
what
I'm
calling
a
financial
manager
position
separate
from
the
treasurer.
The
financial
manager
would
be
me
a
person
that
is
responsible
for
the
day-to-day
finances.
B
The
monitoring
of
the
bank
accounts
a
monitoring
of
PayPal
account
and
being
an
authorized
signer
on
those
accounts,
so
that
there
is
stability
within
finances,
particularly
as
the
treasurer
the
treasurer
position
within
the
board
cycles
off.
So
we're
in
the
midst
of
coming
up
with
that
I
hope
to
have
something
in
place
for
review
by
the
board
and
then
a
membership
for
voting,
I'm,
hoping
really
by
next
month.
B
November
I
suddenly
realized
it
wasn't
August
like
it's
good
past
few
years,
so
that
is
something
that
is
coming
very
shortly
will
be
one
of
those
texts
of
recommendation,
one
of
the
other
things
the
Finance
Committee
does.
Is
it
oversees
kohai
u.s.
fiscal
controls?
What's
that
mean?
It
means
that
we
make
sure
that
money
is
handled
properly
as
as
the
treasurer,
even
as
the
treasurer
cannot
unilaterally
just
spend
money.
It's
the
Finance
Committee
charge
to
put
together
recommendations
as
to
how
money
is
to
be
spent
present,
that
to
the
board
and.
D
B
Board
has
final
say
on
whether
or
not
an
expense
should
actually
be
approved,
because
we're
still
a
small
organization
that
actually
doesn't
take
very
much
effort.
I
send
an
email
out
to
officers
at
kohai.
Us
we've
got
this
coming
up,
go
ahead
and
give
me
an
authorization
to
spend
it.
That
is
what
a
fiscal
control
would
be,
and
the
Finance
Committee
helps
to
make
sure
that
all
of
that
takes
place
entirely.
One
of
the.
A
B
Important
things
we
handle
outside
of
the
group
in
and
of
itself
is
to
ensure
continued
compliance
with
federal
and
state
of
Kansas
nonprofit
organization
requirements.
That's
actually
a
really
fancy
sentence
to
say
we
make
sure
we
stay
good
with
the
government
with
the
federal
government,
particularly
one
recognized
as
a
nonprofit
organization.
We
have
one
form
that
we
as
an
organization
active
file
every
year.
It's
actually
a
very
simple
film.
B
It
takes
me
about
five
minutes
to
submit,
because
we
are
that
small
and
the
other
thing
we
have
to
do
every
year
is
we
have
to
file
a
nonprofit
organization,
annual
report
with
the
state
of
Kansas,
because
the
state
of
Kansas
is
our
state
of
incorporation.
Those
two
Aksum
of
themselves
are
not
really
very
time
consuming,
but
the
underlying
mechanisms
that
require
these
reports
can
change
year
to
year.
B
Some
of
the
things
we
do
is
to
make
sure
that
we
continue
to
be
compliant
with
all
of
the
reporting
requirements
that
we
had
at
both
the
federal
and
state
levels
and
then,
finally,
we
allocate
funds
for
Cola
us
from
our
u.s.
committees
and
initiatives.
This
includes
the
drafting
of
the
annual
budget
every
year
in
December,
first
presented
to
the
board
and
then
to
the
membership
in
general
is
a
budget
for
the
upcoming
year.
The
first
budget
as
I
remember,
writing
in.
B
It
was
very
long
on
words
and
short
on
numbers,
because
we
really
didn't
have
that
much
of
a
financial
history
to
draw
upon.
We,
since
changed
we've
got
now
to
complete
years
of
financial
data
and
when
the
fiscal
year
2020
budget
is
written.
Hopefully
it
will
be
more
concrete
in
terms
of
the
numbers
that
we
are
able
to
present.
B
That
annual
report
includes
numbers
that
we
expect
to
be
able
to
get
in
terms
of
income
from
membership
and
income
from
the
conference,
as
well
as
expenses
both
related
to
the
organization
generally
and
those
related
to
the
conference
and,
as
you
might
expect,
as
a
small
organization,
we
really
don't
have
that
much
in
terms
of
organizational
expenses.
We've
got
a
domain
name
who
we
pay
$40
to
the
state
of
Kansas
as
required,
so
that
they
will
accept
our
absolutely
required
state
of
Kansas
report.
B
B
Than
the
link
so
I,
don't
even
think
that
and
Jason
concludes
the
link
within
the
monthly
agenda
that
people
go.
Oh,
let's
take
a
look
at
this
any
people,
you
know
if
you
only
look
at
it
for
30
seconds,
which
is
you
know
long,
it
would
take
to
review
them
at
least
I
know.
People
are
looking
at
that.
So
thank
you
for
letting
me
talk
about
the
Finance
Committee.
Let
me
turn
it
on
back.
A
D
A
B
A
A
Development
processes
like
at
their
organizations,
and
so
we
got
some
new
people.
We've
got
myself
Joe
who's
here
and
then
Nancy,
keener
and
Owen,
who
couldn't
be
here
today
and
Todd
who's,
also
going
to
talk
about
fundraising
in
a
little
bit.
So
our
first
development
cycle
in
in
opened
in
January
proposals
for
what
people
wanted
to
get
funded
or
co-sponsored
by
gohan
us,
and
it
took
us
until
May
before
we
voted
on
it,
because
we
ended
up
needing
a
lot
more
information
than
we
had
initially
put
on
the
form.
A
A
We
didn't
require
a
bug
number
for
cracking,
which
we
don't
necessarily
need
to
in
the
future,
but
I
think
if
we
don't
require
it,
then,
as
soon
as
it
gets
voted
on,
we
need
to
make
one
to
start
tracking
that
information
in
the
bugzilla,
the
one
that
we
voted
on
fun
is
we're
going
to
co-sponsor
209
for
eight,
which
has
to
pull
quest
on
the
details.
Page
luckily,
Christopher
knew.
A
So
here,
even
if
say,
there's
35
holds
on
this
tomb.
Raider
VVD.
If
the
35th
hold
is
an
item
level
hold
on
that
item,
it
will
always
say
I,
don't
love
a
hold
for
delivery
at
whatever
library
and
for
the
patron,
which
can
be
really
misleading,
because
then
people
think
open
the
next
little
design
item
little
hold,
even
if
it's
not
and
that's
something
that
a
lot
of
people
have
expressed
being
a
problem
for
their
libraries.
I
know
it's
something
that
we
get
complaints
about
down
there
where
large
consortium
lots
of
people
place.
A
A
B
A
So
we've
gathered
a
lot
of
that
kind
of
information.
So
when
we
do
our
next
development
cycle
in
January,
we're
hoping
that
it'll
go
a
lot
smoother
and
we
can
get
things
move
in
more
rapidly.
And
one
thing:
that's
nice
about
this
development.
Is
that
we're
we
have
about
$19
john
said
you
can
put
towards
these
kinds
of
things
and
we're
only
going
to
be
spending
like
$500
that
we
should
be
husband
room
for
next
year.
Even
if
we
didn't
get
any
additional
money
to
be
able
to
sponsor
co-sponsor
an
initiative.
A
So
that's
exciting
and
we're
always
looking
for
new
people
on
all
the
committee's.
If
you're
ever
interested
in
pointing
or
finding
out
anything
more
about
the
committees,
you
can
email
us
at
info
at
poha,
us
org
and
all
of
our
meeting
times
are
on
our
website
on
the
calendar.
If
you
want
to
like
look
and
see
when
they
are
all
Morgan
on
Zoom
except
this
week,
because
we're
doing
education
is
meeting
for
a
lunch
this
week
for
our
monthly
meeting
and
development.
A
B
E
E
E
So
why
is
fundraising
important
to
our
organization,
so
it
helps
with
events
like
this.
Yesterday
we
have
to
go
out.
We
have
to
get
some
different
things
that
we
can
use
their
back
table.
It
allows
us
to
be
able
to
make
those
purchases
and
to
benefit
people
who
are
paying
as
well.
This
conference
enjoy,
but
go
on
us
bringing
day
to
you,
rely
on
that
a
couple,
different
ways:
I,
don't
know
if
anyone
has
ever
gone
to
our
PayPal
link,
but
you
can
always
go
there,
but
yeah.
E
E
So
what
can
fundraising
do
for
kohai
us,
so
it
offers
a
lot
of
flexibility.
It
gives
us
a
lot
of
room
to
be
able
to
do
different
things.
One
organization
do,
but
it
allows
us
to
be
able
to
look
into
different
things:
that's
educational
development
and
other
things
that
we
want
to
bring
to
the
table
and
make
recommendations
to
the
organization
so
that
we
have
something
working
fact.
The
community.
E
We're
talking
about
different
things
that
you
might
be
able
to
use
in
the
Community
Development
once
there's
been
some
discussion,
I
keep
bringing
up
fun
to
have
kind
of
the
Kohanim
stick.
If
you
manage
to
have
a
live
version
of
co-op
that
you
might
be
able
to
just
go
ahead
and
take
the
record
even
on
your
computer,
now
with
it
or
you'd,
be
able
to
purchase
it
from
our
website.
You
know
these
are
nice
little
things
that
you
can
come
up
with
and
even
other
ideas
that
you
might.
E
Potentially
make
a
little
revenue
for
us,
so
what
options
are
we
currently
exploring?
So
we've
got
a
number
of
different
ideas.
They've
been
brought
up
of
course,
the
past
few
years,
one
of
them
recently
that
we
have
on
the
table
and
I
think
it's
kind
of
come
back
up
again
is
something
just
yeah,
so
we
think
it's
going
on
to
be
kind
of
fun.
C
C
E
Listen
to
the
presentations
educational
presentation,
people
would
be
able
to
participate
from
the
of
course
robbed
in
that
states,
but
they
found
out
about
it
in
another
country
somewhere
in
the
world
and
they
would
be
able
to
participate.
We
try
to
make
it
be
based.
If
you
were
a
member
and
then
you
would
be
one
be
if
you
were
another
get
in
another
feat,
so
you
know
that's
one
type
of
idea
that
we're
kind
of
banding
about
and
we'd
like
to
be
able
to
pursue
they're
both
within
the
next
six
to
eight
months.
E
There
are
a
lot
of
different
years.
I
know
you
guys
are
very
creative,
so
you
know
in
your
local
library.
It's
not
I,
think
Jesse
and
Adam
Brooks
have
put
together.
They
did
a
fun
run,
one
time
for
the
library
system
and
they
had
really
good
luck
with
that
kind
of
fun.
Get
warm
apple.
Look
didn't
able
to
share
that
with
other
libraries,
see
that
there's
some.
It
doesn't
work
for
everybody,
but
for
libraries
who
can
use
something
like
that.
E
It'd
be
a
lot
of
fun
to
see
if
we
mix
my
engagement,
I
mean,
if
you
can
be,
is
great.
If
you
want
to
come
up
with
even
a
bike
across
your
state
or
up
like
a
potsherd
county,
or
you
know,
a
community
bike
ride
where
maybe
who's
going
to
be
a
fundraiser
I
started
to
be
pretty
enthusiastic,
I'm
talking
about
fundraising
and
I
think
they
start
to
lose
people,
because
fundraising
is
sort
of
like
the
bottom
basement
department
that
nobody
ever
really
wants
to
think
about.
E
You
know
they
love
knowing
that
there's
somebody
there
pursuing
it,
but
that
they're
hidden
away
and
if
they
never
come
to
your
cubicle
or
they
never
called
you
or
they
never
send
you
and
even
everybody's
you
even
pretty
happy
about
that.
I
notice.
It's
just
one
of
those
things.
So
what
it
really
needs
from
us,
especially
as
a
community,
is
just
more
involvement.
We
need
be
more
interests
there.
Honor,
oh
I,
was
going
to
bring
that
up.
Thank
you.
One
of
the
things
that
you
can
do
the
force
is
with
Amazon.
E
E
Yeah,
okay,
so
we're
doing
pretty
good.
So
if
you
can
associate
your
comp
back
to
Amazon
smiles,
tell
your
friends
tell
your
families,
let
them
know,
and
they
can
help
us
out.
That
would
be
fantastic.
So
so
there
are
a
lot
of
great
ideas
and
we
really
would
need
your
input.
Don't
be
shy
up.
Our
committees
are
wide
open.
We
may
have.
You
may
not
want
the
end.
E
Remember
you
might
want
to
just
visible
from
the
outside,
but
it
doesn't
obvious
if
there's
a
greater,
we
can
help
you
with
your
library,
there's
a
way
that
you
can
come
back
and
help
us
as
well
as
co-op.
We
love
to
talk,
so
please
don't
be
shy
about
coming
in
and
you
might
have
an
idea
that
we
use
to
be
fantastic
I'm.
We
are
going
to
a
national
or
international
conferences.
E
A
C
E
So
it's
not
something
you're
just
going
to
do.
Usually
when
you
go
and
do
that
it's
going
to
get
purchase,
you
go
to
our
website.
It's
going
to
be
a
donation
form
into
a
potential
future
purchase.
If
you
start
thinking
about
merchandising
again
merchandising
we're
able
to
make
a
little
money,
I
bought
a
t-shirt
and
I
got
a
water
bottle
stolen.
Some
I
saw
some
people
have
some
months,
so
you'll
be
able
to
exercise
that
PayPal
link.
D
E
You
just
you
just
need
to
visiting
the
active.
You
just
need
to
get
in
there
and
use
that
think
about
a
link,
and
let
us
know
that
you're
out
there,
so
we
can
use
that
course
develop
an
educational
resource
last
year.
Just
do
that
big
building
alone
and
some
great
and
Cortland
of
pork
we're
in
a
reason
raised
over
$10,000
it
it's
one
of
us
now
that
was
great
because
Greenville
to
give
everybody
they
can
pay,
and
we
had
a
lot
of
participants.
E
But
I
would
say
that
probably
98%
of
everything
that
came
in
actually
came
in
from
other
support
vendors.
We
did
see
a
small
amount
come
in
from
libraries,
I.
Think
one
of
the
fantastic
point
of
co-op
is
that
it
is
open
source
and
that
there
is
a
level
of
expectation
whenever
you
something
from
open
source
communities,
especially
if
it's
as
productive
as
kohai.
E
You
sort
of
have
an
expectation
that
there
is
going
to
be
an
upgrade.
You
know
there
is
there's
going
to
be
one
every
six
months.
There
are
monthly
updates
and
it's
kind
of
easy
to
get
back
in
the
rocking
chair
and
think
that.
Well,
these
guys
are
putting
it
together.
Let's
go
ahead
and
take
advantage
of
what's
out
there
fair
enough
I
mean
we
all
can
and
we
all
share,
but
there
are
times
to
where
you
can.
E
So
you
know,
if
you
take
time
really
and
you
try
to
wait,
go
up
to
what
you
were
using
previously
and
that
is
serving
me
right
now.
It
fantastic.
If
you
could
maybe
even
take
a
look
at
your
budget
at
the
end
of
the
year,
you
would
be
able
to.
You
know,
maybe
come
out
the
line
where
there's
going
to
be
some
money
in
there
for
educational
resources,
maybe
develop
donate
that
community.
Everybody
knows
there's
the
end
of
your
funding
budget
there.
E
Normally
it
just
kind
of
dangling
there
and
everybody's
making
a
mad
rush,
especially
in
government
business,
to
the
louder
in
government
organizations
to
go
out
and
spend
and
we'd
love
to
talk
to
you.
If
you've
got
some
of
that,
you
can
find
the
resources
and
find
different
developments
and
I'll
be
proud
to
get
you
there
anyways
with
that
ten
thousand
dollars.
It
was
very
helpful
last
year
would
call
on
us
and
Koha
con,
be
able
to
put
on
a
a
pretty
darn
dynamic
conference,
and
we're
able
to
do
it
jointly
is
quite
successful.
E
So
that's
about
it.
We
really
would
like
your
input,
we'd
love
it.
You
guys
came
to
be
Co.
How
you
ask
meetings,
we've
got
anybody,
we've
generally
that
you're,
all
member
or
not
membership
is
advised,
if
you
think
their
website,
there's
an
explanation
on
how
to
become
a
member
and
then
I
think
there
are
ways
that
you
can
actually
save
on
your
membership
costs.
Take
a
look
at
that
closely.
You
might
benefit
you
and
if
it
doesn't
pass,
but
we
still
need
money.
E
We
need,
because
of
this
date
and
a
little
bit
like
to
build
strong.
My
goal
is
ultimately:
we've
got
two
different
organizations
to
rely
on.
You've
got
co-op
proper
when
you
go
to
Ohio
and
community,
nobody
got
call
on
us.
Oh
hi,
us
is
based
anywhere,
but
we
don't
really
turn
anybody
away.
You
know
there
are
people
that
are
interested
and
they
want
to
be
a
part
of
organization
different.
C
A
A
A
D
D
B
D
B
A
In
that
way,
offering
can
never
get
that
yeah,
that's
really
good
John
also,
you
know
we
have
so
many
great
resources
in
our
community.
You
know
that
can
like
have
educational
tools
already,
that
they
could
come
to
the
education,
even
if
they
were
coming
all
the
time
and
be
like
here's,
some
things
that
I
know
about
or
that
I
made
that
I'm
willing
to
share.
Then
we
can
put
up
on
the
website
or
even
if
you
can't
make
its
meeting.
A
E
A
A
A
C
C
C
A
C
He
came
into
our
ward
one
day
to
treat
ear.
Agosta
hundred
grant
insurance
wouldn't
pay.
Bacteria
were
everywhere.
She
be
in
like
a
plant.
She'd
aerial
epicentral
inch
dirty
got
the
blood.
The
patients
on
dialysis
came
down
with
clams,
he's
too
careful
blood
analysis
Joanie.
No,
we
were.
We
didn't
watch
her
sprinting
to
the
hospital
throughout
she's
gonna,
get
checked
out
soon.
After
any
claims,
the
introducer
eagle
cousin.
C
She
did
Damien
and
spread
effective
patience,
but
it
doesn't
spread
like
wildfire
and
he
put
on
quite
a
show
of
diarrhea
and
the
smell
that
all
the
nurses
know
he
didn't
one
of
these
visitors.
We
nearly
had
to
change
the
CLABSI
free
environment
to
be
a
Thalia
range.
We
look
at
all
our
practices
that
do
cause
the
germs
to
sprout
just
a
CLABSI.
C
C
The
sandals
that
we
grew
keep
that
he
guess
we
didn't
keep
a
germ-free
feel,
but
it's
being
I
guess
this
gloves
can
get
contaminated.
Germs
are
all
about
and
the
Clanton's
gonna
get
you
if
you
don't
wash
it
down
now
we
wash
our
hands
and
gallons
new
gloves
as
well
replacement
central
lines
on
schedule.
Do
not
let
them
well
his
caps
infused
with
alcohol,
all
the
ID
ports,
the
bleach
ultraviolet
lights,
from
lanterns,
making
the
ports
in
sterile
past
40
p.m.
with
less
and
wipes
aboard.
C
So
we
can
feed
our
patients
at
the
fancy
office
or
eschewed
contamination
retention
included
analogous
to
the
back
you
gonna
get
you
don't
wash
out
now
a
little
any
cleansing
hasn't
been
here
for
a
year:
they're,
evil,
kazantseva,
there's
no
more
thing
to
fear,
but
they've
both
competing
that
some
defects
per
day.
If
we
don't
do
all
that,
we
can
keep
them
both
at
bay.
These
sterile
gloves
and
wash
your
hands
lots
of
them
in
the
water,
senator
lions
and
TPN.
