C
Yesterday
we
talked
about
finance,
fundraising
and
development
committees.
Today
we're
going
to
talk
about
conference
education
and
then
also
special
interest
groups,
and
how
come
you
guys?
Don't
like
that.
So,
first
off
we're
going
to
talk
about
the
conference
committee
we
plan
to
this
conference.
Thank
you
all
for
coming
yeah.
The
other
big
thing
we
did
this
year
was:
we
created
a
timeline
for
future
conferences
because
we
didn't
have
that
and
as
we
were
building
this
conference,
we
do
let's
say:
okay,
here's
well.
C
What
do
we
need
to
do
before
the
conference
and
then
we
say
well,
we
need
to
order
Atlanteans,
let's
find
out
when
we
need
to
order
then
they're,
like
Friday.
You
need
to
order
it
Friday.
If
you
want
to
be
sure
that
they're
here
you're,
like
okay,
we're
in
late
this
week
and
so
next
year.
The
conference
committee
won't
have
that
problem,
because
we
have
this
nice
timeline
for
you,
so
we're
very
starting
a
little
earlier
this
year.
C
Looking
for
call
for
location
proposals,
starting
in
December,
we're
gonna
open
that
up
for
the
month
of
December
asking
for
who
wants
to
host
the
conference
and
when
they
want
to
get
it,
and
the
other
thing
that
we
did
this
year.
Is
we
created
a
lot
of
forms
that
we
can
reuse
this
year?
That
have
all
the
questions
we
need?
And
if
we
decided
later
that
we
needed
more
questions
on
the
forum,
then
we
just
went
back
and
edited
it
so
that
we
can
just
duplicate
that
for
next
year
and
it'll
be
great
much
simpler.
C
Then
a
giant
we're
gonna
have
January
we'll
follow
up
if
we
have
any
fault
questions
for
the
locations
and
create
the
proposals
or
the
location
voting
form
so
that
we
can
do
that
in
February,
we'll
announce
Bonin
after
the
board
meeting
in
February
start
Bonin
after
the
general
meeting
in
February
and
it'll
be
able
to
week,
then,
as
soon
as
we
know,
who
won
we'll,
let
the
winner
know
make
sure
they
still
wanna
in
case
sounds
good.
Since
December
something's
changed,
you
know
director
changed
and
they
can't
do
it
after
all.
C
C
We
said
people
could
have
their
conference
dates
be
anywhere
from
the
middle
of
July
to
the
end
of
September,
so
that
there
was
a
range
for
people
to
be
able
to
give
different
times
based
on
what
worked
well
for
them,
which
worked
out
well
for
us
this
year
because,
like
here
we're
here
in
the
same
weekend
as
the
awesome
chile
festival,
that's
kicks
off
tonight.
But
if
we
had
just
said
it's
gonna
be
in
August,
which
is
what
we've
often
done
in
the
past.
C
It
wouldn't
have
got
that
cool
opportunity,
so
I
think
we're
gonna
do
the
similar
window
next
year,
and
so
then
everything
else
after
that
we
have
kind
of
stages.
You
know,
like
four
months
before
the
program
about
two
months
before
the
program,
doing
presentation
forms
confirming
hotel
room
blocks,
finding
keynote
speakers
and
creating
the
rough
schedule.
Then,
after
that,
we
will
like
open
registration
and
create
Facebook
events
start
designing
the
programs
and
things
like
that,
and
it
has
like
how
long
before
programs
we
need
to
order
things.
C
C
A
C
But
we
are
looking
for
more
people
to
be
on
the
conference
committee.
I
know
we've
had
at
least
one
volunteer
so
far,
but
we
are
going
to
need
volunteers
for
each
scene
here,
because
we're
going
to
get
started
with
this
in
December
we're
going
to
be
opening
up
registration
and
so
I
know
that
we
talked
to
sugar
clinics
morning
we're
talking
before
we
came
in
about
that.
C
C
You
can
talk
to
me
this
week
or
email
us
at
info
at
Co.
Us
not
work
I.
B
Just
want
to
say,
being
a
part
of
the
conference
planning
committee
is
a
great
experience.
First
of
all,
they
get
to
work
with
such
great
people,
but
to
really
learn
the
library
that
you're
going
to
and
see
how
they
interact.
It's
been
great
working
with
Jill
I
mean
she's
gone
above
and
beyond,
to
pull
off
the
conference,
and
it's
just
a
big
experience.
B
If
you're
looking
for
organization
skills
or
building
like
planning,
Robyn
evaporating
every
presentation
this
morning,
I'm
like
thinning
and
saying
agendas
and
tasks
and
timelines,
and
that
all
pulls
into
this,
you
know
planning
for
the
conference.
So
again,
if
you're
looking
for
that
experience,
you
know
this
is
a
great
way
to
kind
of
get
involved.
You
meet
like
we
met
every
month,
be
a
zoom
and
then
we
kind
of
bumped
it
up
to
like
every
other
week
and
then
yes,.
C
C
Week
and
the
only
kind
of
work
could
have
been
like
Tuesday
morning,
they're
like
nothing's
gonna
change
in
that
time,
so
we'll
just
meet
the
next
week,
but
otherwise
you
never
meet
those
last
two
months
and
some
of
those
meetings
were
really
short
like
some
of
them.
We
just
got
on,
we
were
like
I
did
all
the
things
I
said:
I
was
going
to
do
and
now
we're
waiting
anything
else.
We
need
to
think
about
so
there's
a
lot
of
that.
A
C
C
B
A
C
B
Yeah,
so
if
you
haven't
been
here
yet,
if
you
have
to
go
up
and
she
lives
out
on
forward
slash,
learn
it's
a
really
easy
and
inner
site.
Well,
you
can
kind
of
like
scroll
through
and
it
starts
from
setting
up,
Koha
customizing
Koha,
and
then
you
know
using
Koha.
So
you
can
see
anything
here.
You
click
on
these
links.
It'll.
Take
you
in
whether
it's
a
page
where
we
had
to
walk
you
through
the
installation
or
age
where
there's
video
walking.
You
have
to
even
be
like
checklists
here
and
I'll.
B
Take
them
right
out
to
like
how
to
set
things
up.
Things
are
linked
out
to
the
Kohanim
manual
or
the
bio
on
our
website
like.
If
there
are
some
videos
there,
it's
just
an
easy
way
for
people
to
come
in
here
and
have
access
to
information.
It's
really
nice
I
love
the
breakdown
with
the
modules,
because
it
makes
it
really
easy
in
here,
like
plugins
yesterday,
one
of
our
presentation
that
came
out
without
people
even
know
that
believable
plug
it
existed
like
a
great
example.
B
For
that
one
is
so
many
people
still
need
labels
like
an
8
by
11,
where
you
have
just
fine
label
on
one
side
and
then
you
have
to
like
jacket
or
cover
labels
on
the
other
side.
So
how
could
never
accommodate
to
that
now
at
the
label?
Plugin
and
you
can
customize
a
sheet
or
you
could
have
multiple
labels
and
sizes
on
one
printing
and
so,
like
you
know,
just
being
able
to
come
in
here
and
see
like
a
breakdown
of
that
information.
B
There's
a
good
curation
of
all
of
those
different
types
of
plugins
here
and
other
things,
of
course,
but
again
just
a
great
way
to
access
that
information.
So
if
there's
a
video
or
a
link
to
directly
access
the
plug-in
on
the
github
site,
you
can
see
that
information
so
definitely
come
here
and
check
out
the
learn.
Go
have
follow
us
because
it's
just
a
great
way
to
kind
of
access.
All
that
information
yeah.
B
When
you
scroll
down
to
the
bottom,
you
can
see
there's
a
couple
more
ways
so
how
to
get
involved,
mailing
lists,
IRC
and
then
of
course,
developer
information
and
then
at
the
bottom,
Bugzilla
and
sandboxes.
So
again,
just
easy
access
to
get
yourself
involved
learning
and
then,
of
course,
documentation.
So
I
linked
out
to
the
curb
manuals.
B
D
C
One
of
the
things
we've
been
working
on
is
putting
so
that
information
back
on
for
Coeur
d'alene,
because
when
we
migrated
from
the
old
website,
both
koha
us
wiki.
C
Some
of
that
some
of
those
links
got
lost
where
they've
been
uploaded
to
the
wiki,
but
didn't
get
migrated
over
so
we've
gone
through
and
been
working
on
under
the
conference
schedule,
because
that's
where
some
of
the
stuff
that
still
work
was
put
in
the
slides
and
the
reporting
links
back
in
there
and
then
we'll
go
through
and
yeah
welcome
to
the
same
put
up
the
schedule
that
links
to
slides
and
recordings
for
this
conference
as
well.
That
should
be
hopefully
we'll
get
to
that
next
week.
Some
of
them
are
already
up
on
YouTube.
C
B
Another
big
push
that
we're
doing
in
the
Education
Committee
this
year
is
making
some
helpful
documents.
Todd
I
think
was
turned
us
onto
these
bar
charts,
where
it's
a
simple
eight-and-a-half
by
11
sheet.
That's
laminated,
but
it
has
a
good
breakdown
of
how
to
do
things,
and
so
we
started
with
just
Jason
actually
designed
the
first
one
of
this
awesome,
just
the
basics
of
how
to
use
koha.
B
You
know
you
could
have
a
quick
handy,
you
know,
tips
and
tricks
for
how
to
write
a
report.
So
those
are
things
that
we're
working
on
that
will
be
available
for
all
members.
Some
of
the
other
things
that
we
talked
about
and
the
Education
Committee
would
be
like.
Perhaps
having
people
talk
about
how
to
use
the
sandboxes,
so
they
can
test
bugs
in
there
and
really
feel
comfortable
doing
it
maybe
doing
a
session
on
how
do
you
update
the
manual
and
documentation
for
coop?
C
So,
that's
why
we
start
with
like
moving
everything
into
the
website
like
that.
Where
we're
like
blinking
out
and
have
made
it,
we
hope
easy
to
navigate
or
someone
who's,
not
necessarily
comfortable,
searching
a
lot.
And
if
there's
something
that,
like
you
as
members
of
kohai
us
or,
as
you
know,
users
of
koha
in
the
u.s.
C
D
B
Some
of
the
last
coalesce
meetings
and
user
groups
that
we've
had
here
at
the
conferences
and
they
started
meeting
I,
think
monthly
or
maybe
every
other
month
to
just
talk
about
things
and
what's
working
and
what's
not
working
for
acquisitions
and
it's
just
a
great
way
for
Kohana
users
to
get
together
and
talk
about
the
same.
You
know
module
or
interaction
that
they're
having,
and
so
what
we
were
thinking
was.
This
would
be
a
great
way
for
kohai
us
to
kind
of
facilitate
those
groups
and
really
get
people
started.
C
Some
things
that
can
well,
you
guys
can
do
to
facilitate
that
is
we
can
make
like
if
it's
reports,
we
can
feel
like
reports
at
cohosh
u.s.
org
as
a
great,
so
that
anyone
who
was
interested
in
being
part
of
the
special
interest
group
that
you
know
if
that
would
be
a
a
list
for
them
to
be
able
to
communicate
and
we've
talked.
We
don't
currently
have
a
koha
us
zoom
account.
C
But
it's
something
we've
talked
about,
and
we
also
have
a
number
of
kohai
us
members
who
do
have
zoom
accounts
that
can
be
used
to
facilitate
meetings
so
being
able
to
like
put
that
space
together
for
people
so
that
they
can
have
those
meetings.
We
also
have
talked
about
putting
special
interest
groups
if
we
have
any
I
think
we
even
put
acquisitions
somewhere
on
the
website,
so
that
if
people
are
interested,
if
they're
on
the
Kauai
Us
website
and
finding
out
like
more
about
us
than
they
see
like.
B
B
C
If
email
info
at
Kohath
us
that
work
that
goes
kind
of
our
Trek
home,
especially
not
sure
who
to
send
it
to
you,
send
it
to
info
we'll
make
sure
it
gets
the
right
person
and
then
one
of
the
other
things
that
kind
of
falls
into
this
is
regional
user
groups.
It's
something
that's
been
talked
about
a
little
bit.
Similarly,
you
can
put
it
on
the
website.
You
could
make
an
email
list
if
you
had
like
a
lot
of
people
in
your
state
who
are
using
koha
I,
know
I'm
in
North
Idaho.
C
D
C
D
C
I
am
the
consortium
north
of
us
about
the
things
that
are
happening
like
with
ila
or
in
the
state
of
Idaho,
that's
affecting
libraries
and
how
they're
dealing
with
it
with
their
como
system,
how
we're
doing
dealing
with
it
and
so
being
able
to
like
more
itemo
libraries
and
on
that
that
are
also
on
kaha.
We're,
probably
gonna.
Do
a
regional
interest
group
I
know.
There's
there
is
a
Kansas
group
because,
like
three
fifths
of
Kansas
is
on
there's
my
clitoris
or
six.
E
E
C
Like
Kansas
already
has
their
group
I
know,
there's
been
talk
in
Michigan,
there's
a
couple:
libraries
on
Koha
there
that
have
talked
things
like
kind
of
have
a
user
group,
but
it's
pretty
informal
and
they've
talked
to
John
about
like
trying
to
make
that
a
little
more
like
needing
more
regularly
and
stuff
than
then
we
could
put
some
of
these
on
the
website.
So,
if
someone's
looking
at
joining
koha
or
as
part
of
Koha-
and
they
say-
oh
hey,
does
these
other
libraries
in
Michigan
that
meet
three
times
a
year?
B
C
Yeah,
so
then
that
way,
if
you
have
an
intruder
yeah,
if
you
have
a
number
of
Kauai
libraries
in
your
region
and
want
to
try
to
meet
regularly
or
communicate
regularly,
we
could
do
the
same
thing
we
could
set
up.
You
know
like
Koha,
I
home
at
cohosh,
u.s.
or
or
whatever
they
want
it
to
be
cold
and
listed
on
the
website,
so
people
would
be
able
to
find
them
and
be
able
to
contact
them
and
they
could
talk
to
each
other.
That
way
so.
B
D
D
C
I
was
like
I,
don't
know
who
any
of
these
people
are
and
then
they
were
like
I'm,
Valerie
and
I'm,
like
oh
I've
known
you
forever,
and
so
that's
pretty
funny
yeah
and
it's
nice
to
be
able
to
like
meet
with
other
people
who
are
using
Co
Hahn
excited
about
Co
and
we
meet
once
a
month
most
months.
Sometimes
we
skip
it
like
everyone's
really
busy
and
we
can't
make
a
time
work,
especially
in
the
summer.
C
Let
us
know
we
pretty
much
just
picked
the
times
for
the
committees
to
be
the
same
time
as
the
board
meeting
in
the
general
meeting
for
the
different
Wednesday,
because
people
were
mostly
available
then,
but
a
lot
of
us
have
other
flexibility,
development
used
to
meet
Wednesday.
The
last
last
ones
thank
the
month,
I
think
when
we
moved
it
to
Fridays,
because
someone
else
wanted
to
be
on
the
committee
and
couldn't
make
median
time
and
he's
been
great
to
have
on
that
plate.
C
Also,
the
Education
Committee
this
week
is
meeting
today
at
lunchtime
we're
gonna
go
over
to
the
pizza
place.
That's
like
right
across
the
street,
it's
called
Tony
and
Joe
I
wrote
it
down
and
then
left
my
thing
in
the
other
room.
It's
yeah,
it's
really
good.
We
went
there
like
personal
pizzas
for
like
seven
or
eight
bucks,
ten
bucks,
okay,
ten
bucks
and
a
little
salad
bar,
and
it
was
really
good
pizza
and
I
came
out
pretty
fast.
C
C
Yeah,
the
stream,
because
I
think
everyone
could
probably
hear
tough
here
but
Thomas,
saying
that
we
love
any
kind
of
feedback.
You
can
come
to
the
board
meeting.
You
can
come
to
the
general
meeting
any
of
the
committee
meetings
and
talk
to
us.
We
love
feedback
and
love
input,
we're
here
for
the
community.
So
if
the
community
has
a
thing
for
us
that
they
want
us
to
hear,
we
would
like
to
hear
it
very
much.
C
We're
having
a
comment
us
general
meeting
at
3:15
this
time,
we're
in
some
mountain
we're
in
mountain
time
at
3:15
mountain
time
today,
it'll
be
streamed
and
someone
will
be
watching
the
chat
also.
So
if
anyone
is
interested
in
doing
that,
that's
the
only
presentation
happening
that
time.
So
anyone
who's
still
here
no
conflicts.
B
C
I'm
on
four
of
the
committees,
out
of
five
everything
but
finance,
and
until
recently
I
was
the
chair
of
all
four
of
those
well
Todd
I
guess
came
on
for
fine
and
raising
in
May.
I
think
became
the
chair,
but
I'm
since
on
the
committee,
and
then
summer
dressy
came
on
is
the
chair
of
the
Education
Committee.
C
The
vice
president
is
the
de-facto
chair
of
all
the
committee's
except
finance,
which
the
treasurer
is
the
chair
of,
and
that
worked
really
well
when
we
only
had
like
two
committees,
but
then
we
added
development
and
education
last
year
and
that's
a
lot
of
meetings
for
one
person
to
be
in
charge.
So.
B
B
C
I
don't
know
if
Tom
and
Jesse
are
interested
in
continuing
to
chair
next
year,
yeah
yeah.
So
hopefully
that
means
you'll
only
have
to
be
the
chair
of
two
committees
and
you
don't
have
to
be
all
pities
just
cuz
you're
vice
president
I
was
already
on
all
of
them,
except
development
before
I
was
vice
president.
So
that's
why
I'm
still
on
all
fours
but
and
I
really
like
it
is
exhausting
but
I
really
like
being
involved.
That
way.
