B
The
see
confined
coordinator
at
the
southeast
Kansas
Library
System,
we
have
a
consortium
of
47
libraries
are
running
Koha
we've
been
running
Koha
since
2008
I've
been
in
this
position
since
2013
and
yeah
I'm
excited
to
keep
on
going
with
kohai
us
I'm
on
the
fundraising
committee.
Now
I
might
be
on
the
conference
committee,
I'm,
not
sure
on
the
Education,
Committee
and
I
do
a
lot
of
work
on
the
website.
So
sometime
uncontested,
you
might
be
stuck
with
me.
D
A
D
And
I'm,
based
in
Seattle
and
I
work
for
the
Vaughan
Williams
Memorial
Library,
which
is
in
London
I,
used
to
actually
physically
work
in
the
building.
But
now
I
run
the
koha
catalog
remotely
and
convert
old
databases
and
do
that
sort
of
thing
from
Seattle
and
I've
been
interested
in
trying
to
participate
somehow
in
Koha
I'm,
not
the
most
technical
person,
so
I'm,
the
librarian
half
of
the
team,
but
Fred
convinced
me.
This
was
a
good
way
to
participate
so
I'm
here
as.
E
A
E
A
F
F
I'm
looking
for
some
way
to
get
involved
more
involved
with
Koha
I'm,
an
advocate
of
open
source
I
think
it's
the
a
great
thing:
I've
got
a
background
in
computer
science,
so
I
used
to
work
for
IBM
and
so
I
I
just
understand
the
value
of
the
customer
being
able
to
have
the
input
into
into
the
product.
So
I'm,
looking
forward
to
working
with
everybody.
F
I
know
that
this
screen
that
I've
got
in
front
of
me
is
a
whole
bunch
of
really
neat
people
and
I've
enjoyed
getting
to
know
more
and
hopefully
get
to
know
more,
even
more
and
I'm.
Looking
forward
to
following
in
lisette's
big
shoes,
I
think
that
would
be
fun
to
get
to
see
how
she
does
things.
I
know,
that's
something!
That's
a
plus
and
I.
A
A
That'll
go
out
to
the
list
we
have
of
all
the
members
in
good
standing.
All
the
people
that
have
paid
their
membership
fees
for
the
year
will
get
a
chance
to
vote,
we'll
keep
the
form
open
for
two
weeks
and
give
everybody
opportunity
to
to
fill
it
out.
Even
though
the
the
elections
are
uncontested,
we
need
to
part
of
the
reporting
form
for
the
501
3.
A
C
paperwork
is
we
need
to
put
the
election
results
in
their
firm
for
one
of
the
forms
that
we
need
to
do
to
maintain
the
nonprofit
status
needs
that
information
so
we'll
make
it
all
official
we'll
have
the
voting
process
and
then
the
people
that
are
running
provided
they
are
elected
which,
if
that
would
take
a
zero
votes
to
get
somebody
not
elected
to
one
of
these
positions.
They
will
take
office
at
the
end
of
the
December
meeting,
which
is
coming
up
in
second
Wednesday
of
December.
A
A
A
Currently
we
have
the
meeting
scheduled
the
board
meets
on
the
first
Wednesday
of
the
month.
The
general
meaning
is
on
the
second
Wednesday
of
the
month
and
January
first
is
the
first
Wednesday
in
January,
and
so
what
we
talked
about
is
just
pushing
the
general
meeting
and
the
board
meeting
back
one
week
and
then,
of
course,
we
figured
out
that
that
interferes
with
the
education
meeting,
which
is
on
the
15th.
A
So
what
we
proposed
is
just
the
idea
of
moving
the
board
meeting
from
the
1st
of
the
8th,
the
general
meeting
from
the
8th
to
the
15th
and
the
education
from
the
15th
to
the
22nd.
Does
anybody
see
any
issues
or
problems
with
that
idea?
Just
push
it
push
January
back
one
week:
that's
really
all
there
is
to
it
I
think,
nobody's
saying
whoa,
that's
crazy!
So
why
don't
we
update
the
Jason,
can
update
the
calendar
and
make
sure
a
message
goes
out
to
everybody
that
we
made
that
change
to
the
schedule.
A
A
And
then
one
of
the
is
the
issue
we
had
today
is
I
started
the
meeting
with
the
wrong
throng
zoom
link,
and
currently
we
are
using
the
North
East
Kansas
library
system,
zoom
account
to
hold
these
meetings.
One
of
the
things
we've
asked
John
to
write
into
next
year's
budget
is
to
have
our
own
koha
us
zoom
account.
We've
figured
out
the
cost
on
that
we
get
a
discount
through
TechSoup.
So
that's
something
else
that
we
will
make
me
deal
with.
Yes,
having
a
completely
different
wait
for
these
accounts.
Once
we
get
that
Center.
A
A
B
A
E
B
So,
as
far
as
giving
Tuesday,
this
is
something
that
came
up
at
the
fundraising,
the
latest
fundraising
meeting,
and
we
just
wanted
to
throw
it
out
at
this
meeting
that
we
are
observing
giving
Tuesday
this
year
as
an
organization
we've
signed
up
and
are
listed
in
their
directory.
Givingtuesday
is
always
the
Tuesday
after
Black
Friday
and
Cyber
Monday,
and
it's
an
event
to
encourage
people
to
give
during
the
holiday
season.
B
What's
what
givingtuesday
is
about
so
you'll
you'll
see
that
stuff
coming
through
on
the
listserv
and
on
fate
on
our
Facebook
page
and
I,
just
wanted
to
kind
of
get
people
ready
for
that
and
and
make
them
aware,
and
the
main
I
mean
we're
asking
for
donations,
but
we
were
also
encouraging
people
on
that
day
to
participate
in
the
community.
If
you
don't
want
to
donate
financially,
you
can
donate
your
time
report,
bugs
tests,
tests
and
sign
off.
You
can
create
documentation.
Things
like
that,
so
just
be
on
the
lookout
for
that
I
guess.
A
So
I
think
the
reason
that's
all
was
in
December
every
years,
because
that
way
you
get
the
since
kohat
us
is
a
501
3
C
get
a
tax
break
for
money.
You
donate
to
us
so
and
John
will
handle
the
receipt
process
for
that
following
his
process
for
receipts,
everybody
that's
donated
money.
This
year
will
get
a
receipt
that
has
all
the
information
on
it
for
tax
purposes.
A
He
was
working
on
that
project
last
week,
so
you'll
get
that
if
you
donate
and
if
you
donate
it
in
2020
or
if
you
donate
on
givingtuesday
or
any
between
now
and
the
end
of
the
year,
john
is
gonna
get
those
injuries.
The
tax
receipts
to
everybody
by
the
end
of
January
so
which
I
think
is
what's
required
by
law,
is
to
have
them
to
everybody
by
January
31st.
B
Almost
there
so
I
I
haven't
made
this
live
yet
I
was
waiting
to
get
confirmation
that
we
were
okay
to
use
their
stuff,
which
we
are
listed
in
their
directory
now,
so
it
should
be
finder
to
post
it,
but
I'll
send
out
a
link
once
the
page
is
live.
Can
I
really
see
that?
B
So
basically,
it
just
goes
through
some
of
the
stuff
that
we
we've
already
got
on
our
donate
page
and
then
there's
links
to
donate
via
PayPal,
sign
up
your
amazon
smile
and
then
down
here
I
listed
a
section
on
other
ways
you
can
give
both
to
Kauai
us
and
to
the
community
at
large
and
then
just
a
little
blurb
from
there
their
documentation
on
what
givingtuesday
is
all
about.
So
you'll
get
a
link
to
that
page
on
the
day
of
okay.
B
E
Cool
I
brought
this
up
last
week
by,
like
that
again
sorry
to
everyone.
I
would
really
like
to
who
urge
you
to
consider
putting
a
join
koa
on
the
page
here.
So
you
can
join
right
now.
Think
of
it
as
a
giving
someone
a
gift
subscription
to
a
magazine,
they
won't
get
it
until
January
and
the
membership
wouldn't
kick
in
to
January,
but
I
think
you'd
have
a
better
chance
of
getting
new
members
or
returning
members.
If
you
could
make
them,
let
them
apply
and
join
right
now,
rather
than
wait
until
January,
but.
B
Yeah,
if
we
had
changed
the
wording
down
here
for
become
a
member,
because
we
didn't
want
people
signing
up
for
a
20-19
membership
on
December
3rd.
So
we'll
have
to
see
where
janta
on
that
yeah.
A
C
We
are,
we
met
right
after
the
general
meeting
last
month
and
then
we'll
meet
again
tomorrow
to
finalize
the
proposal.
The
location
proposal
form
which
is
going
to
go,
live
on
Monday,
December,
2nd
and
be
open
until
the
end
of
December
and
yeah.
So
I
should
go
out.
Monday,
Cyber
Monday
right
before
giving
Tuesday
and
that'll
be
open
till
the
end
of
the
month
and
then
we'll
do
vote
in
in
February
for
the
location.
C
C
A
A
We
came
up
with
a
few
ideas
that
we
think
that
will
address
some
of
the
concerns.
Almost
all
of
the
feedback
about
the
conference
was
was
positive.
There
were
very
few
negative
comments
and
I'm
trying
to
find
the
link
here.
I
come
I've
closed
the
survey
so
that
people
can't
add
new
new
responses.
We
actually
had
a
pretty
good
response
to
the
survey.
It
was
I
think
it
was
in
the
30s,
the
number
of
people
that
36
responses
and
out
of
about
75
people
that
showed
up.
That's
really
good.
That's
about
a
50%
response.
A
A
The
comments
that
were
not
there
were
a
lot
of
comments
about
the
workshop
days
and
so
we're
gonna
try
and
find
a
way
to
better
explain.
What's
going
on
on
those
days,
Saturday
I,
don't
know
how
many
of
you
stayed
till
Saturday.
Well,
I
shouldn't
know
how
many
you'd
stay
till
Saturday,
because
we're
only
like
ten
people,
but
where
there
were
some
comments
about,
you
know
ways
to
get
more
people
to
stay
till
Saturday
and
of
course
there
were
some
frustrating
comments
like.
Why
did
we
pick
webelo?
You
know
was
so
far.
A
C
There
are
some
things
that
we
used
to
use
for
jQuery
here
that
George
had
written
when
he
was
here
that
now
are
part
of
koha
like
the
filter
paid
transactions
in
the
transactions
table,
he
had
a
button
for
that
written
with
jQuery.
So
just
some
things
like
that.
We're
gonna
ask
for
that
kind
of
feedback
to
kind
of
see
like
if
there's
a
lot
of
people
who
are
using
jQuery
for
certain
things.
C
So
that's
something
new
we're
trying
this
year
and
then
the
actually
Jesse
I'm
gonna
email
you
later
about
getting
on
that
ticket,
because
we
never
Christopher
said
he
was
going
to
get
us
added,
and
then
we
haven't
heard
from
him
yet
and
I
emailed
him
last
week,
but
I
haven't
heard
back
so
I'm,
not
sure.
Okay,
just
just
let
me
know,
yeah
I'll
email,
you
later
today
about
that.
So
the
ticket
for
the
development
that
we're
helping
fund,
which
the
quote
was
for
$1000
and
CIN,
is
going
to
pay.
A
H
We
did
not
meet
last
month
because
I
had
the
flu.
It
was
out
for
like
three
days
so
we
meet
next
Wednesday,
the
20th
at
11:30
a.m.
H
Eastern
Time
I
forwarded
an
email
out
on
the
education
list
for
kohai
us,
but
I
can
also
send
on
regular
kohai
us,
but
they'll
be
talking
about
like
resources
that
are
available
in
the
community,
like
the
wiki
page
and
the
kaha,
how
to's
and
then
also
the
documentation
plans.
So
how
easy
it
is
for
people
in
the
community
to
participate,
update
the
documentation
for
the
community
and
then,
of
course,
like
they'll.
H
Talk
about
best
practices
and
tips,
but
they
specifically
asked
if
we
would
join
them
so
I'll
be
there
next
week
and
if
anybody
else
wants
to
come
join
us
there's
a
zoom
link
in
there
by
water
is
hosting
it,
but
there'll
be
plenty
of
people
there,
Caroline
from
in
me,
bro,
because
kind
of
held
this
initiative
and
she's
been
promoting.
That
and
I
didn't
mail
her
and
let
her
know
that
we'll
be
there
cool.
A
H
Said
he
was
still
having
problems,
but
Todd
did
message
me
and
I'll
share
at
least
what
he
passed
on
so
Todd
and
I
did
meet
and
we
are
going
to
help
promote
givingtuesday
for
kohai
us
as
well
sending
out
information
about
what
you
guys
have
to
offer
and
we'll
promote
that
through
social
media
and
our
constant
contact
as
well
and
he'll,
promote
that
to
our
partners
and
the
community
at
large
I.
B
So
that
was
I
just
put
a
link
in
the
chat.
Since
the
conference
is
over,
we
took
down
the
conference
designs
and
just
put
up
some
general
merchandise
with
the
call
us
logo
on
it
all
purchases
there
we
get
a
portion
of
the
proceeds.
So
if
you
want
to
get
some
call
us
swag
and
wear
it
around
and
show
us
off
feel
free
to
do
that.
I
I
jumped
in
and
took
over
on
that.
B
So
if
you
have
ideas
for
designs,
if
there
are
products
that
aren't
in
the
shop
that
you'd
like
to
see,
we
can
investigate
that
too.
I
just
turned
on
a
small
portion.
I
left
the
bedsheets
and
the
shower
curtains
turned
off.
So
if
anyone
has
a
desire
for
a
kowai,
us
shower
curtain,
I'm
happy
to
turn
that
on
for
you,
but
yeah
just
take
a
look
and
buy
some
stuff
at
the.
B
A
As
far
as
you
know,
fundraisers
go
I,
threw
together
the
the
stuff
for
the
conference
pretty
quickly
I
spent
like
an
afternoon
on
it,
and
we
raised
97
dollars
total
that
way,
so
it
was
that
was
not
bad
for
just
being
up
for,
like
the
two
or
three
weeks
before
the
conference,
so
I
think
we'll
probably
do
some
stuff
specifically
for
the
conference
again
next
year,
but
this
is
just
having
it
there
in
the
background
and
every
now
and
then
getting
some
money
from
it.
It's
not
not
a
lot
of
fundraisers
so
and.
B
A
A
Finance
Committee
really
requires
John
and
he's
not
here.
Yet
it's
still
just
turned
eleven
where
he
is.
Why
don't
we
just
jump
ahead
to
open
discussion,
bugs
issues
etc?
1905
upgrades
is
on
the
list
because
there
are
probably
some
people
that
have
already
upgraded
now
to
1905
was
that's
raising
her
hand
and
everybody
that
is
by
water.
Customers
probably
had
a
chance
to
to
attend
at
least
one
or
two
or
the
training
sessions
from
my
waters.
So
any
discussion
about
kohada
1904
so.
C
If
you
use
in
koha
there's
like
that
new
renewal
tab,
we're
on
the
search
bar,
you
can
hit
renew
and
scan
a
book
in
and
it
already
the
book.
That's
broken
right
now.
If
the
bug
has
been
fixed
and
it'll
be
we're,
we
got
upgraded,
Sunday
night
19050
for
and
it's
fixed
in
1905,
oh
five,
okay,
and
so
it
has
been
fixed
just
not
here.
C
The
accounting
page,
I,
think,
has
a
lot
more
helpful
information
or
finds
finds
page
is
now
called
accounting,
the
little
tab
that
said,
fines
and
that
first
page,
that
it
takes
you
to
has
more
information
about
like
when
the
item
was
due
and
when
it
was
returned
for
like
late
fee
items,
which
is
nice
because
then
you
don't
have
to
do
another
click
and
do
like
that
was
kind
of
confusing
for
new
people,
especially,
but
now
that's
just
like
more
clear.
So
that's
really
nice.
So.
D
C
C
A
C
F
We
updated
last
night
and
the
catalogers
discovered
this
morning
when,
if
you're,
using
the
advanced
editor,
if
you're
in
that
advanced
editor
screen-
and
you
click
on
the
edit
items
link
up
at
the
top,
it
doesn't
go
to
the
edit
items
thing
it
just
the
screen
refreshes
and
you
just
stay
on
the
the
edit,
the
advanced
editor
page.
So
we've
got
to
take
it
in
for
that
Andrews.
Looking
at
it
right
now.
So
that's
the
only
thing
we've
that
anybody's
mentioned
to
me.
A
I
Two
reports
this
month,
because
the
third
quarter
of
the
year
is
now
considered
complete,
we're
doing
very
well.
In
all
facets
of
things
we
are
up
to
77
members
once
we
hit
75
at
the
end
of
the
conference
period,
I
didn't
think
we'd
get
any
more
what
we
did
and
we
are
now
at
77,
we'll
be
closing
membership
for
2019,
because
there
really
is
nothing
else
to
vote
on
very
shortly.
I
So
that
will
happen
in
short
order
and
renewal
information
will
be
sent
out
to
all
current
members,
some
time,
probably
about
December,
10th
or
so
I'm
gonna.
Do
it
a
little
bit
differently?
Actually
just
actually
there's
nothing
different.
This
last
year
was
the
first
year
of
membership,
and
you
just
basically
said
hey
come
on
back
well,
we've
got
a
means
now
of
sending
out
people
a
PDF.
That's
got
all
of
their
information
that
they
can
confirm
on
it,
and
so
the
same
thing.
I
The
same
code
that
I
used
to
generate
membership
receipts
will
be
used
to
send
out
renewal
invitations
to
people.
So
all
of
that
will
be
going
out
in
early
December.
Things
are
going
well.
We
still
have
a
good
deal
of
money
available
for
developments,
because
our
conference
expenses
were
relatively
low,
and
that's
that's
great
for
us
to
be
able
to
have
that.
So,
if
you're
actually
taking
a
look
at
the
financial
statement,
you'll
notice,
there's
there's
quite
a
bit
of
money
reflected
in
the
bank
account
and
that
is
actually.
I
After
all
of
the
expenses
have
been
paid.
We
have
no
outstanding
financial
activity
in
relation
to
the
conference.
Any
longer
all
the
bills
have
been
paid.
All
the
registrations
that
were
to
have
come
in
did
come
in
so
in
terms
of
accounting.
All
matters
with
related
to
the
conference
are
now
considered
closed.
I
In
addition,
we've
got
the
third
quarter
report,
which
Jason
has
provided
you
a
link
to
which
shows
a
substantial
amount
of
income,
nearly
all
of
it
conference
related.
There
is
some
of
that
activity
that
did
spill
over
into
the
fourth
quarter,
so
the
numbers
you
see
for
the
third
quarter
with
relation
to
the
conference
are
not
really
considered
final
because
of
that
spillover
into
October.
I
But
again,
things
are
looking
very
well
you'll
notice,
an
increase
in
expenditures.
All
of
that
conference
related
more
than
anything
else
and
a
significant
bump
in
income
because
of
conference
registrations
and,
to
a
lesser
extent,
a
number
of
people
that
joined
the
organization
as
a
result
of
the
conference
where
we
provided
people
with
the
ability
to
be
able
to
do
so.
I
The
next
quarterly
report
will
be
provided
in
February
and
that's
not
going
to
be
so
much
a
quarterly
report,
as
it
is
the
annual
report
that
will
have
the
entire
year
summarized
and
in
addition
to
the
tables
here,
there
will
be
a
little
bit
more
prose
about
it.
That
will
summarize
everything
that
we've
done
over
the
course
of
the
year
financially.
The
other
big
thing
that's
going
on
right
now
in
the
Finance
Committee
is
the
construction
of
next
year's
budget.
I
I've
heard
back
from
the
board
on
a
few
things
that
we
need
to
incorporate
into
next
year's
budget
document
and
I
will
be
taking
care
of
that
and
putting
together
a
document
for
the
board's
review
prior
to
next
month's
board
meeting,
which
will
be
then
shared
as
part
of
the
agenda
for
the
general
meeting
next
month
and
from
there
on
registration,
or
rather
membership
for
2020
will
open
at
about
that
time.
Also.
I
I
Well,
because
of
when
I
went
there.
They
said
probably
up
to
five
business
days
and
it
hasn't
been
five
years,
so
hopefully
it
will
arrive
shortly.
We
figured
out
what
happened
with
the
zetz
debit
card
that
she
gets
as
as
the
vice-president,
the
bank
had
swapped
two
numbers
in
her
zip
code,
and
so
it
came
back
as
undeliverable
why
they
never
notified
me
of
that.
I
don't
know,
but
they
didn't.
Let
me
think
we
have
gotten
it
all
taken
care
of
now.
So
that's
everything
on
the
Finance
Committee,
because
it's
quiet,
there's
no
more
memberships.
I
Can
do
that?
Let
me
make
a
note
for
myself
here:
okay
I'm
actually
put
together
a
very
rough
draft,
it'll
be
very
similar
to
last
year's
renewal,
but
this
year
people
will
have
that
PDF
document
that
they
can
refer
to
and
if
you're,
a
renewing
member
and
everything
on
that
renewal,
PDF
is
correct.
It'll
just
be
a
matter
of
clicking
a
few
yeses
to
get
to
the
end.
People
that
require
changes
will
have
the
opportunity
to
do
that
and
then
anybody
that
would
be
joining
brand-new.
I
A
A
I
Create
PayPal
buttons
for
different
purposes,
and
so
I
can
create
one
specifically
for
that
event
and
then
just
deactivate
it
after
a
certain
amount
of
time,
like
maybe
keep
it
up
for
for
Tuesday
and
then
maybe
the
rest
of
that
week
before
I
get
rid
of
it.
I
can
make
it
so
that
it
will
be
noted
that
it
is
a
givingtuesday
contribution
and
I
can
craft
a
specific
receipt
for
that
purpose,
as
opposed
to
just
ate
a
general
contribution
received
at
any
other
time.
Does.
A
That
work
for
you,
Todd,
Todd's
nodding
so
I,
think
that
would
be
something
that
they
want
to
track
for,
participating
in
givingtuesday
right.
So
you've
got
some
data
about
that.
Okay
sounds
like
that
would
be
helpful.
Let's
see,
Oh
Nate
ordered
stickers
from
Threadless
right
on
and
at
the
end
it's
ER
t-shirt
sticker
and
a
t-shirt.
E
I
I
You
nobody
gets
anything
substantial
as
the
IRS
calls
it
for
their
membership,
so
your
membership
dues
are
actually
also
considered
a
contribution,
but
because
membership
affords
you
certain
discounts
on
that
I
keep
them
separately
tracked
to
be
able
to
to
say.
Okay,
your
remember
you
get
this
like
you,
get
a
discounted
rate
for
registration,
opposed
to
just
the
donation,
which
would
not
get
you
that
same
thing.
A
donation
does
not
automatically
equal
membership.
Membership
means
membership,
but
membership
also
ultimately
counts
as
a
donation
for
the
full
amount.
E
J
I
J
You
know
Bywater
would
like
most
likely
would
be
very
o
to
contributing
to
that
and
we
wouldn't
be
looking
for
any
kind
of
signage
and
routes
in
return
or
anything
like
that.
We
want
this
to
be
coy
us
and
it
you
know.
If
we
need
to
kick
up
some
of
that
money,
we
we'd
be
open
to
doing
that
either
for
furniture
space
whatever
you
know,
you
know
if
we
could
get
out
of
the
co-ed
us,
you
know
a
thousand
bucks
or
1500
bucks
scraped
together.
J
A
Other
big
issue
we
discussed
when
we
talked
about
ala,
I-
guess
that
would
have
been
in
2018-
was
just
the
issue
that
we
couldn't.
There
wasn't
going
to
be
any
of
our
members
there.
That
was
one
of
that
was
this
much
the
biggest
bigger
issue
than
anything
else
is
that
it
was
going
to
be
there.
We
weren't
gonna
find
a
be
able
to
find
anybody
to
actually
go
there
to
Ala,
so
that
was
as
much
of
the
issues
anything
else.
So
if
we
take.
J
Like
some
of
that
financial
burden
of
the
actual
conference
off,
perhaps
we
could
start
devoting
some
of
the
money
to
travel
and
lodging
I,
don't
know
I
just
think
it
would
be
great
if
we
had
the
co
US
presence
at
ala.
You
know
it
would
be
good
for
signing
up
new
members.
It
would
be
good
for
just
greater
exposure
for
the
co
project
as
a
whole.
J
H
I
I
We
got
me
because
I
agree
that
that
one
of
the
big
problems,
the
the
expense,
was
making
sure
that
it
was
manned
all
the
time
that
the
exhibit
hall
was
open,
which
would
be
ideal
and
how
many
times
do
you
go
to
an
exhibit
hall
and
see
a
smattering
of
stuff
scattered
across
the
table,
usually
by
the
library,
schools.
I'll,
add
because
there's
there's
nobody
there
and
to
be
able
to
have
somebody
there.
A
majority
of
the
time
really
is
I
think
important
for
for
successfully
trying
to
get
people
to
join
the
organization.
I
So
that
is
certainly
something
we
as
a
board
can
talk
about
and
try
to
plan
for
and
I
should
be
able
to
already
do
the
research
as
to
how
much
putting
together
a
booth
will
cost,
because
usually
it's
like
the
middle
of
January
is
when
ala
starts,
to
put
everything
together
and
they're,
probably
already
soliciting
vendors
for
the
conference.
Mid
win
is
a
done
deal
already,
it's
all
about.
What's
going
on
next
summer,
at
McCormick
Place.
I
J
J
C
E
See
that
would
get
a
little
tiring,
but
I
applied
to
do
my
kohinoor
raspberry
pie
show
there
this
year,
so
I
will.
C
J
A
Thanks
all
right,
does
anybody
have
any
questions
about
the
finance
report
for
John
all
right?
So
there
are
no
questions.
We
can
jump
back
into
talking
about
bugs
and
issues,
though
the
bug
number
Christopher
put
in
there
was
for
the
bug
that
Rhonda
brought
up,
which
is
bug
two
three
six,
eight.
Oh,
that's
correct
right,
Christopher!
That
was
what
okay
and
that's
the
issue
where
edit
items
isn't
working
right
so
and
it
looks
like
that
actually
has
been
fixed,
there's
already
a
patch.
A
A
One
of
the
things
bring
up
you
know
was
weird
I
just
had
a
discussion
with
one
of
our
libraries
about
the
information.
That's
in
the
description
field,
when
a
fine
or
a
lost
item
fee
is
created
automatically
by
the
system,
and
so
I
asked
Bywater
about
that
and
they
said
hey.
Somebody
else
just
asked
us
about
that
like
a
week
ago,
and
so
they
actually
have
on
their
fundraising
on
their
crowdsourcing
site.
There's
a
development
there
that
I
wanted
to.
A
Let
everybody
know
what
I
talked
with
joy
about
was
a
way
of
making
a
system
preference.
That
would
say
these
are
the
word.
There
would
be
a
system
preference
where
you
could
specify
which
fields
are
added
to
the
description
in
account
lines
when
what
a
fine
is
created.
So
right
now
in
1811,
it's
like
the
title
and
the
barcode
number
and
then
a
link
to
the
bibliographic
record.
But
what
we
had
is
we
had
a
library
that
wanted
more
than
just
the
title.
A
They
wanted
the
245,
the
245
a
is
what's
in
there,
but
what
they
were
hoping
to
get.
You
know
the
the
issue
was
like
for
something
like
Diary
of
a
Wimpy
Kid
which
there's
you
know
like
12
of
those
books
and
the
title
of
the
book
is,
you
know
the
subtitle,
so
he
was
hoping.
You
know
that
we
have
a
way
to
put
into
245
a
and
the
N
and
the
P
and
the
B.
Where
necessary.
A
K
I
did
update
that
for
version
19,
because
there
were
some
changes
in
the
background.
So
I
did
test
it.
It
does
work.
I
also
add
it
to
both
versions:
the
ability
to
copy
permissions
to
another
user,
so
I
know
that's
been
a
tedious
thing
if
I
needed
to
set
somebody
else
up
exactly
the
same
way.
I
have
a
particular
person
I
had
to
go
through
and
make
note
of
all
the
different
ticks
that
they
had
on
their
permissions.
So
there's
a
way
to
copy
now.
K
F
K
Patron
and
go
to
set
permissions,
so
I
can
clear
all
the
flags
if
they've
got
permissions,
I
can
set
basic
search
permissions
that
I
set
up
in
the
jQuery
or,
if
I
have
a
basic
manager.
I
can
I
can
set
that
up
and
then
I
can
go
in
and
modify
other
tics
if
I
needed
to
I
can
also
right
now.
This
is
only
limited
to
a
borrower
number
I
can
I
can
put
in
a
the
borrower
number
of
another
patron
and
click
this
button.
