From YouTube: koha-US February 2019 General Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
We
did
we
I
made
a
minor
change
to
the
web
page
last
night.
We
talked
about
setting
up
a
page
to
acknowledge
people
who
donated
on
the
website
and
so
there's
a
link
to
that
over
there.
The
people
that
donated
money
in
2018
I'm
not
putting
we're
not
putting
anybody's
name
up
there
unless
they
want
to
be
put
up
there,
and
so
so
right
now,
they're
all
listed
as
anonymous
donors.
So
right
now
it's
a
pretty
boring
page.
It
just
says
anonymous,
anonymous,
anonymous
anonymous
four
times.
A
A
A
A
A
What
was
I
going
to
say
there
is
I
guess
this
is
a
good
announcement.
There's
a
community
IRC
meeting
this
afternoon,
like
it
I
think
it's
one
o'clock,
my
time.
I
don't
have
that
up
here.
So
one
o'clock,
my
time,
which
would
be
two
in
the
east
coast,
one
here
noon
in
mountain
time,
zone
11,
Pacific
time
zone
if
you've
never
been
to
one
of
those.
It's
like
I,
always
think
of
been
like
watching
the
credits
on
it
feels
kind
of
like
watching
the
credits
at
the
beginning
of
Star
Wars.
C
A
A
C
A
A
A
Except
for
the
Finance
Committee
that
one
is
chaired
by
the
treasurer,
so
there's
a
lot
of
committees
and
it's
a
lot
of
work
for
the
vice
president.
So
what
we,
if
you
click
on
that
link
there,
the
things
that
we
changed
is
that
you
know
that
the
vice
president
acts
as
a
chair
for
each
committee.
The
board
may
extend
a
committee
chairmanship
to
another
committee
member
as
needed.
That
way,
it
isn't
all
just
one
person
being
the
chair
of
all
of
these
committees
I
when
I
was
the
vice
president.
A
A
E
So
since
we
only
do
paid
member
voting
now
the
process
is
we
announce
it
a
week
in
advance
and
then
we
send
out
like
a
voting
survey
to
just
the
members
and
that
remains
open
for
a
week.
Well,
we'll
call
the
agenda
the
announcement
so
I
sent
that
on
Friday
so
we'll
leave
the
voting
open,
I'll
open
up
the
voting
tomorrow,
probably
and
leave
that
open
till
next
Friday
to
make
it
easier.
A
A
So
that
way
we
we
don't
have
to
Jason
doesn't
have
to
go
through
the
list
of
who's
paid
to
create
a
mailing
list
for
that
he
can
just
send
it
to
one
one
address
and
I.
Think
we've
done
the
voting
just
on
a
Google
Form
in
the
past
right
yeah,
so
that
so
expect
to
see
that
soon
that'll
be
something
something
to
get
you
into
work
or
get
you
your
email
on
Friday,
oh
and
that's
the
next
thing
on
the
agenda
is
the
members
mailing
list.
A
A
So
lad
will
have
people
that
when
we
get
new
memberships
at
it,
so
this
is
your
big
chance
if
you
haven't
become
a
member.
Yet
if
you
do
so
in
the
next
like
eight
days,
then
you
can
vote
on
this
changes.
Bylaws.
Wouldn't
that
be
an
exciting
thing
to
pay
twenty-five
dollars
to
be
able
to
do
if
you
haven't
done
so
already
well,.
A
A
B
A
And
we
actually
we're
doing
pretty
well
on
memberships
this
year
compared
to
the
same
time
last
year,
so
madethe
correct.
It's
a
good
chunk
of
our
money
in
our
budget
comes
from
that.
So
well,
let's
see,
there's
there's
a
note
in
the
chat
over
here
from
Christopher
is
membership
down
this
year
it's
up
operating.
B
Over
a
year
ago,
membership
is
up.
We
had
about
2/3
of
last
year's
members
rejoin
and
that
number,
of
course,
on
actually
expecting
to
go
up
as
time
continues
on,
mostly
because
I
expect
that
some
people
that
join
if
they're
employers
are
paying
for
it.
They
need
approval
from
somebody
and
also
last
year,
at
this
time
we
hadn't
really
officially
rolled
out
membership
yet,
but
we
rolled
it
out
officially
in
March.
B
So
at
this
point
in
time
last
we
were
maybe
about
seven
members,
five
of
whom
were
the
board,
who
are
members
by
default,
so
we've
actually
done
really
well.
We've
got
19,
renewals
and
three
new
members
so
far
we're
actually
at
22.
So
we're
doing
quite
well
for
where
we
are
at
this
point
in
time,
and
you
know
the.
A
C
C
The
education
committee
we
met
and
we've
talked
about,
we
we've
sent
out
a
forum
about
the
different
you're
asking
for
what
kinds
of
different
things
people
would
like
to
see
from
the
kohai
u.s.
education
committee
and
on
the
website,
and
we've
also
worked
on
pairing
up
people
who
wanted
to
be
mentors
with
people
who
wanted
to
have
mentors.
So
as
of
last
week,
everyone
who
had
asked
for
a
mentor
should
have
one,
and
if
you
don't,
please
send
me
an
email
in
case
somehow
that
got
missed.
C
C
We
had
initially
sent
it
out
to
last
year's
members
and
then,
after
our
last
meeting,
we
opened
it
up
to
the
whole
kohai
us
list
and
we
got
a
lot,
not
quite
double
what
we
had
had
last
time.
I
checked,
but
a
large
number
of
additional
responses
after
that
and
they're
still
coming
in
there's
one
I
think
like
Monday
or
late
last
week.
C
So
and
there's
been
lots
of,
you
know
a
lot
of
its
stuff,
some
of
its
stuff-
that's
already
out
there
and
so
we're
gonna
talk
about
like
putting
links
and
stuff
on
the
website
and
some
of
those
things
that
we
might
need
to
documents.
We
might
need
to
create
or
find
someone
to
help
us
create.
So
we've
got
a
lot
going
on
there
and
then
fundraising.
Committee
we've
we
just
met
last
week
and
I
have
to
look
at
my
notes
for
that
one,
because
that's.
A
C
Email
list
that
we
have
to
try
and
get
more
members
and
let
more
people
in
the
community
know
about
kohai
us
as
an
organization,
and
we
talked
some
about
grant
opportunities
and
what
kinds
of
where
we
can
look
for
grants
for
different
things
that
we're
interested
in
doing
with
kohai
us
both
for
potentially
development
grants
and
also
education
initiatives.
And
we
also
talked
about
our
Kohath
on,
like
a
one-day
online
fundraising
conference
type
thing
and
possibly
doing
that
in
givingtuesday.
In
November.
I.
A
The
Kohath
on
idea
was
an
idea
we
had
last
year
that
we
didn't
have
enough
time
to
do
in
this
year.
One
of
the
issues
you
know
we
talked
about
doing
it
in
the
spring.
It's
like
a
counterpoint
to
the
to
the
August
or
September
conference,
but
this
year
the
spring
conference,
:
19,
is
gonna,
be
in
the
spring
itself,
so
we
would
kind
of
be.
You
know
competing
with
that.
A
A
B
Big
things
to
report
pardon
me
from
finance.
The
first
is
that
the
2018
annual
report
is
written.
There's
a
link
to
the
PDF
of
that
report
here
on
the
agenda.
Some
highlights
those
who
have
been
around
awhile
what
we
call
the
2018
was
the
first
real
year
in
which
we
put
together
a
budget,
and
so
everything
was
really
a
shot
in
the
dark.
B
Despite
that,
we
did
a
really
good
job
of
making
a
pretty
good
dent
in
what
we
had
hoped
to
get
in
terms
of
income
raising
ninety-five
percent
of
our
income,
most
of
which
came
through
Amazon
smile
and
individual
donations.
We
fell
incredibly
short
in
the
memberships
amount.
We
had
a
lot
of
our
memberships
last
year,
we're
half
your
memberships.
B
Half
your
memberships
are
only
half
price,
and
so,
while
we
fell
shortened
that
we
exceeded
our
amazon
smile
goal
significantly,
we
really
had
no
idea
what
to
expect
there
and
the
budget
also
included
no
real
budget
for
individual
donations
and
we
received
over
$300
worth
there.
So
we
brought
in
about
thirteen
hundred
and
thirty
dollars
out
of
a
budget
of
fourteen
hundred
for
about
95%
are
really
doing
well.
B
There's
a
whole
bunch
of
other
details
for
those
that
are
interested
in
viewing
the
annual
report
and
I
certainly
encourage
you
to
go
ahead
and
do
that
if
you
have
any
interest
whatsoever.
The
big
thing
now,
with
the
annual
report
done,
we
need
to
move
on
to
compliance
and
reporting,
which
involves
me
filling
out
what
is
called
a
Form
990
for
the
Internal
Revenue
Service
to
the
federal
level
as
a
nonprofit
incorporated
in
the
state
of
Kansas.
There's
also
a
form
to
fill
out
with
the
state
of
Kansas.
B
Those
are
relatively
simple,
and
this
year,
I
should
just
be
able
to
refer
to
the
documentation,
I
wrote
last
year
and
those
will
both
be
done
by
the
time
we
have
our
next
general
meeting.
The
other
big
thing
to
note
is
that
I
am
looking
for
two
people
to
serve
as
auditors
of
the
organization's
finances
for
2018.
An
auditor
will
basically
review
the
records
of
the
organization
and
say
that
they
are
either
satisfied
with
their
review
of
the
organization
and
its
record-keeping,
or
are
not
satisfied
with
the
financial
status
of
the
organization
and
its
records.
B
B
So,
if
you're
interested
in
serving
in
the
role
as
auditor,
which
is
something
that
will
probably
take
I'm
imagining
no
more
than
two
hours,
how
we
do
that
remains
to
be
seen,
I'm
sure
we'll
be
able
to
figure
something
out
by
having
I've
actually
served
as
an
auditor
on
my
homeowner's
association
board
in
the
past
and
there
we
just
meet
in
somebody's
house
and
spread
papers
all
over
the
place.
We
can't
really
do
that
here,
but
I'm
sure
we'll
be
able
to
figure
something
out.
B
So
if
you're
interested
in
serving
as
an
auditor,
please
do,
let
me
know
either
through
the
chat
window
or
send
me
an
email
at
treasurer
at
coha
or
the
other
thing.
To
note,
let's
see
compliance
the
auditors
and
the
money
$1,900
for
discretionary
purposes.
It
was
a
really
good
year
for
us
and
really
keeping
our
expenses
down
really
helped
to
contribute
to
that
amount,
and
it's
really
a
pleasure
to
be
able
to
say
that
we've
got
that
much
money.
B
These
regular
finance
committee
report
doesn't
reveal
really
any
surprises.
We're
at
22
members
right
now,
like
I
mentioned
earlier,
and
that's
pretty
much
it.
That's
the
really
only
real
highlight
from
the
Finance
Committee.
So
if
anybody's
got
any
questions,
I'm
happy
to
entertain
them
here
or
through
email
outside
of
that,
it's
back
over
to
the
agenda.
I
notice.
A
B
A
A
B
B
A
D
This
isn't
a
weird
bug
per
se,
but
I
would
like
to
suggest
to
change
the
website.
Last
week,
I
got
an
email
from
George
Williams
saying:
are
you
available
and
I
said?
Yes,
and
you
see
Megan's
nodding
your
head.
Does
that
happen
to
you
too?
Ok,
so
anyone
not
get
one
9
I'll
explain
anyway.
He
was
asking
asked
me
to
buy
about
$300
worth
of
Google
Play
cards
and
don't
reimburse
me
and
being
a
nasty,
suspicious
type
I,
emailed,
George
and
denied
anything
of
the
sort.
B
Note
that
this
is
not
the
first
time
something
like
this
has
happened
within
three
weeks
of
me.
Being
elected
treasurer
in
2017.
I
got
a
message
from
them.
President
Christopher
that
he
needed
to
talk
to
me
about
something
that
required
financial
approval
or
something
like
that,
and
despite
the
fact
that
he
had
his
official
work
addressed,
but
his
name
was
not
formatted,
but
God
was
used
to
seeing
it
and
so
I
wrote
him
and
I
said
I'm
pretty
sure
this
is
a
a
a
spoof
request.
B
He
says:
yeah
I
didn't
send
anything
like
this
and
I
got
the
same
email,
maybe
three
or
four
times
over
the
course
of
six
months.
That
basically
read
the
same
every
time,
but
it
was
always
a
dead
giveaway
because
his
name
was
not
formatted
correctly.
So
I
just
started
to
ignore
that
and
because
Christopher
new
Audi
a
hold
of
me-
and
it
wasn't
the
way
he
was
doing
that
because
by
that
point
in
time
we
had
set
up
the
the
Google
suite
account
with
everything.
So
certainly
not
the
first
time.
A
A
A
A
B
F
Yeah
I'm
just
curious.
No,
it's
okay!
I'm
curious!
We
just
went
to
eighteen
eleven
about
a
month
ago
and
I'm
curious.
If
people
have
had
issues
with
science,
I
recall
someone
mentioning
it
at
a
previous
meeting,
but
we're
having
piles
of
issues
and
if
anybody
else
is
having
the
same
one
or
different
ones.
For
that
matter,
we're.
G
F
Yeah,
okay,
so
I
meant
1805,
yeah,
I'm.
Sorry,
because
we've
been
looking
at
upgrading
to
eighteen
eleven,
because
a
bug
that
we're
running
into
is
fine,
so
back
dating.
If
we
back
date,
check-ins
then
finds
that
have
been
paid
on
accruing
items
or
not
appearing
as
credits
on
the
account
and
it's
it's
become
sort
of
a
mess
of
you.
Anybody
else
seen
that
hi.
G
F
Tomas
I
think
you
got
a
number
yeah,
not
off
the
top
of
my
head,
and
it
is
resolved
in
1811.
It
can't
back
port
at
1805,
but
it's
just
I
I,
don't
know
if
that's
the
singular
bug
that
is
just
confused
staff
and
created
a
bevy
of
other
problems
or
if,
if
there's
multiple
things
going
on
we're
still
trying
to
unwrap
that
a
little
bit
I
was
just
curious.
If
anybody
else
had
seen
it,
it
doesn't
look
like
it.
We.
D
F
F
E
G
It
kind
of
fell
off
there
used
to
be
a
credit
column
and
Kyle
didn't
add
that
in
he
was
thinking
with
the
new
development,
it
was
just
going
to
place.
So
as
a
matter
of
fact,
it
took
a
while
to
even
realize
wait
a
minute.
The
column
is
no
longer
there
and
so
the
way
I
reflected
everybody.
It
needed
to
have
more
programming
in
it
that
apply
credit,
so
that
people
could
take
care
of
it
in
18
and
507
and-
and
hopefully
you
won't
have
to
deal
with
that
apply
credit
going
forward
after
that.
So.
G
Helps
address
the
credits,
that's
it
because
the
credits
came
up
and
they
show
people
and
it
didn't
have.
It
was
all.
In
the
same
column,
it
didn't
separate
the
columns
to
show
that
one
were
selected
to
credit.
One
was
one:
was
they
on
an
actual
debit?
What
that
means?
Okay
and
negative
green
can
kind
of
confuse
people
sometimes.
F
G
A
G
Talked
to
Kyle
about
that
I,
don't
know
to
what
extent
you
know
in
1811.
If
that's
going
to
be
Connor,
it's
still
going
to
be
existent,
but
my
understanding,
my
understanding
is
that
that
should
be
gone,
that
it
should
be
taken
care
of
that
this
was
just
a
way
to
remedy
it
right
now
and
that
it
should
be
removed
in
future
upgrades
I.
A
Was
never
you
have
all
the
things
that
we
lost
when
I
moved
for
Voyager
to
koha?
That
was
the
only
thing
that
I
think
really
lacked
was
a
good
way
to
handle
money
and
I.
Think
there
been
a
lot
of
improvements,
but
but
some
of
these
improvements
are
are
like
it's
like
a
car,
that's
only
popped.
The
clutch
on
it
just
came
seems
like
the
changes
in
how
the
money
is
being
handled.
It's
changing
it's
just
every
time,
there's
a
change.
A
It
seems
to
be
a
jerk
at
the
beginning
when
there's
change
to
how
the
money's
handled
but
I
like
where
everything's
going
I
like
now
that
you
can
actually
tell
what
what
fines,
what
fees
are
being
you
know,
but
there's
a
way
to
connect
the
fees
to
the
payments.
Now
I
appreciate
a
lot
of
that
change
for
it,
but
I'm,
looking
forward
to
seeing
where
all
this
changes
to
the
way
kohai
handles
money
eventually
goes
because
it's
it's
been
a
lot
of
improvements
in
the
last
two
years.
So
yes,
I.
F
A
F
G
E
I
had
mentioned
at
the
last
meeting
that
we
were
working
on
getting
our
B
digital
integrated
with
our
catalog,
and
that's
mostly
done
now.
We're
still
having
an
issue
with
the
account
summary
showing
up
and
Barton's,
been
looking
into
that
for
me
this
morning,
but
it's
pretty
slick,
I
I,
like
it
a
lot.
E
The
the
patrons
can
just
search
our
catalog
and
it'll,
add
an
extra
link
that
searches
out
to
recorded
books
and
then
as
long
as
they're
logged
into
their
Quahog
account
and
the
email
in
their
Quahog
count
matches
the
email
in
their
RV
digital
account.
Then
there
a
lot
they
can
check
in
and
out
right
within
our
catalog
and
place
holds
right
within
our
catalog,
which
is
a
lot
more
integration
than
we've
had
in
the
past.
E
E
I
We
have
and
it's
working
pretty
well
our
problem,
not
unlike
something
I,
think
Jason
discovered
with
hoopla
our
usernames
and
passwords
are
not
Universal.
So,
for
instance,
it's
set
up
right
now
with
overdrive
that
you
have
to
authenticate
with
a
card
number,
and
some
of
our
usernames
are
customized,
so
I
think
actually
Bywater
is
working
on
a
way
with
overdrive
to
have
it
either
way.
So
that's
pretty
exciting.
I
H
Already
have
on
the
authentication,
have:
has
there
been
any
discussion
about
having
you
know,
whatever
you
know
patron
has
for
the
username
that
it
would
always
pass
on
like
the
borrower
number
instead,
which
would
also
resolve
like
if
people
changed.
You
know
it
replaced
a
card
or
something
like
that.
I'm.
I
We
have
a
thirteen
digit
card
number,
so
you
can
imagine
that's
a
little
tough
for
patrons
to
remember
so
yeah
it's,
but
but
what
we
have
going
is
pretty
cool,
so
you
can
click
right,
unti
from
the
patron
dashboard
to
your
overdrive,
account,
information
and-
and
it
seamlessly
takes
you
there
allows
you
to
place,
holds
and
check
out
from
there.
So
but
I'll
find
out
about
that.
I!
Don't
I
don't
know
exactly
all
the
work
he's
been
doing
on
the
back
side
of
it
because
I've
been
pretty
busy
with
the
other
things
things.
H
Like
it
would
be
a
good
direction
to
move
towards
where
authentication
passes
on
a
borrower
number,
because
you
know
patrons
lose
cards,
they
replace
cards
and
that's
one
of
the
the
big
things
that
that
we
run
into
with
overdrive
in
general.
Is
you
know
we
can
easily
change
out
a
patron
card,
but
it
doesn't
change
it
on
the
overdrive
side
and
when
our
o'er
number
tends
to
say
this,
the
same
throughout
the
process
unless
their
accounts
completely
deleted
right.
I
And
the
other
thing
is
with
us:
are
we
are
our
cards,
the
prefix
matches
them
up
with
a
branch
or
in
our
system
you
know
a
home
library.
So
that's
another
problem,
but
for
the
most
part,
I
think
we're
getting
there
and
I
do
it
do
appreciate
that
integration,
but
we
don't
dump
records
into
our
Koha
for
these
electronic
resources.
They
do
show
up
inadvertently
when
a
copy,
catalog
or
picks
the
wrong
thing,
but
so
I
don't
have
to
manage
deleting
old
records
and
what-have-you,
but
just
getting
there
from
pathfinder
or
Koha
to
those
platforms.
I
I
D
D
G
Well,
friends,
doing
that
quick
and
say
that
maybe
this
would
be
a
good
opportunity
to
see
if
we
can
lose
some
people
come
in
to
some
of
the
committee's
that
we
have
currently
in
education.
One
of
the
things
I'm
talking
about
the
education
is
the
potential
of
using
something
like
bar
charts.
I
haven't
shown
this
to
you
all
before
these
can
be
very
helpful
at
the
front
desk.
It's
circulation
whatever
it
might
be.
G
So
that's
just
one
thing
in
education
and
the
other
thing
in
fundraising,
we
had
discussed
the
possibility
of
creating
a
quahog
that
people
would
be
able
to
download
or
purchase
on
a
thumb.
Drive
christopher
has
an
idea
with
Chris.
What
did
you
call
it?
The
it's
a
thumb
drive.
That's
got
the
operating
system
on
compute.
G
It
was
a
compute
state,
so
I
mean
there's
some
really
good
ideas
that
are
out
there
and
if
you
find
that
you're
looking
for
a
place
to
commit
yourself
for
any
length
of
time
and
if
you've
got
some
skill
sets
that
you'd
like
to
bring
to
one
of
the
committees.
It's
not
a
it's,
not
a
great
deal
of
obligation
and
time
normally
they're
just
meetings,
but
as
we
start
to
get
closer
to
what
we
want
to
pursue,
there
might
be
more
involvement
and
there
could
be
a
lot
of
good
learning.
G
So
if
anybody
has
an
interest
and
would
like
to
join,
please
just
check
out
our
calendar
on
the
koha
us
org
site.
You
can
find
out
when
the
beads
are
taking
place
and
feel
free
to
come
and
join
us.
You've
got
some
great
ideas,
we'd
love
to
hear
them,
and
if
you
like,
some
of
the
ideas
that
we
have
and
you
think
that
you've
you'd
like
to
participate
or
you've
got
a
way
to
get
these
things
going,
then
by
all
means
it
does.
It
is
Owen.
G
Yeah
they
do
all
in
you're
right
about
that
they
do
fall
behind,
but
that
hopefully
it
would
be
a
motivator
for
them
to
come
back
and
talk
to
us
and
maybe
want
to
be
a
part
of
the
group,
and
it
also
allows
us
to
be
able
to
spread
the
word
about
Koha
and
its
ease
of
use.
You
know
we
can
come
up
with
an
instruction
sets
if
it's
a
USB
or
if
it's
a
DVD
or
if
it's
a
download
and
they
can
put
it
on
their
own
USB
stick.
It
could
be
a
good
venue.
G
It
needs
more
discussion
and
vetting
out,
but
it
could
be
a
venue
for
us
to
capitalize
on
some
fundraising,
not
big
dollars,
low
dollars,
but
could
generate
membership
as
well
as
some
fundraising
monies.
If
you
combine
the
two,
you
can
download
this
and
get
a
membership
for
low
low
price
on
just
some
thoughts,
but
you
can
see
that
we're
doing
some
thinking
in
both
education
and
also
and
fundraising,
and
we
love
everybody's
input.
We'd
love
you
to
join
and
be
a
part
of
some
of
these
cool
things
that
were
coming
up
with
that's
it.
E
Yeah
the
libraries
that
we
have
to
authenticate
there
was
a
connection
and
I
think
if
you
the
same
with
hoopla
like
when
they
sign
up
for
an
account,
they
they
use
their
Koha
card
number
or
a
username
and
their
password,
and
they
put
that
in
and
they
put
in
their
branch
code
and
then
every
time
they
try
to
check
something
out.
It'll
queries
patron
database
to
make
sure
that
all
Fine's
or
anything
be
a
zip
lose.
F
Oh
for
us,
we
we
authenticate
with
the
library
card
and
then
when
they,
so
they
don't
have
to
set
up
a
separate
account
for
overdrive,
like
they
would
with
hoopla
or
recorder
books
and
then
when
they
get
a
new
library
card,
we
just
migrate
the
data
from
one
to
the
other,
but
that
old
library
card
stays
in
overdrive
system
indefinitely.
As
far
as
I
can
tell
so.
But
the
only
thing
that
identifies
an
account
from
us
with
overdrive
is
a
barcode
right
now,
yeah.
I
Ours
authenticate
with
that
number
and
then
the
library
and
then,
of
course
we
have
some.
So
if
expired,
if
the
patron
cards
expired,
it
does
not
get
a
Kate.
If
there's
restrictions,
it
does
not
been
a
Kate.
We
have
a
fine
restriction
and
that's
yeah
with
our
be
digital,
so
I
don't
know,
that's
a
little
different
because
you
have
to
set
up
like
Jason
say
a
username.
You
have
to
set
up
a
whole
different
account
and
hoopla
will
be
the
same
way
so
a
lot
of
different
systems
but,
of
course,
different
purchase
models
as
well.
G
One
thing
you
have
to
be
aware
of
is
that
if
you
want
it
to
authenticate
on
the
original
login,
there
are
certain
things
are
gonna
be
required
at
overdrive.
They're
gonna
have
to
there's
authentication
things
that
they
have
to
select
on
there
and
and
they
can
be
a
little
tricky.
So
if
it's
something
that
you
want
to
put
on
your
system
or
work
with
you
closely,
but
you
will
need
to
communicate
these
particular
items.
If
you
do
want
it
to
authenticate
directly
from
the
original
login,
there
are
just
certain
things
that
need
to
be
checked.
G
On
the
overdrive
side.
We
can
set
you
up
fully
if
somebody
wants
to
come
in
I'll
dedicate
through
:,
they
can,
if
they
want
to
use
Cola,
it's
gonna
ask
them,
for
a
card
number
they'll
have
to
input
that.
But
if
you
want
to
bypass
all
that
and
have
it
just
be
that
one
login
instance,
there
are
some
things
that
over
I
would
have
to
do,
but
pretty
seamless,
it's
a
nice
setup
plus
you
can
open
up
a
tab
for
your
for
your
users
and
they
can
see
what
they
have
checked
out.
G
You
can
also
do
a
search,
select
overdrive
as
a
link
from
within
the
OPAC,
and
they
can
go
directly
to
particular
item
they're
looking
for
and
they
can
check
it
out
right
there
within
the
browser
can
actually
see
it's
a
little
blue
bar.
You
can
see
that
it's
downloading
or
that
they're
they're
able
to
pull
it
down.
It
fills
up
thick
check
that
out
and
then
they
can
check
it
in
as
well.
A
It
C
18,
5
7,
is
when
they
fix.
There
was
a
bigger
problem
with
the
credits
earlier
on
and
now
there's
the
apply
credits
button
and
it's
not
I'm,
not
sure
what
all
the
history
that
was,
because
we
migrated
we
updated
a
little
later
than
everybody
else.
I
think
some
of
the
problems,
some
of
the
bigger
problems
with
the
with
18:05,
had
already
been
fixed
by
the
time
they
are.
My
library,
updated,
solar,
not.
G
G
You
go
to
flight
credits
that
wipes
out
the
credits
that
gives
you
the
actual
number
and
it
carries
over
to
both
tabs
I
forget
what
the
tabs
are
and
the
fines,
but
once
to
pay,
the
account
wants
to
look
at
the
fines,
and
so
it
rectifies
everything-
and
it
gives
you
just
that
final
number,
so
it
cleans
everything
that
was
really
what
it
does.
It
just
became
more
confusing.
It
wasn't
more
than
just
creating
confusion,
because
this
existed.
He
just
didn't
have
another
column
to
separate
everything
else.
People
didn't
know
how
to
really
identify
it.
G
F
G
Know
just
my
understanding
is
that
my
understanding
is
that
they
want
to
eliminate
that
it's
just
a
help
of
right
now
and
the
next
version
the
upgrade
its
supposed
to
go
away,
but
for
some
reason
they
decide
to
hold
on
to
it
again.
You
know
I'm
not
talking
with
Kyle
every
day
and
what's
going
on
in
that
guy's
mind,
I,
don't
even
want
to
know
he's
just
swims
and
thinks
in
code.
G
So
whatever
he's
thinking,
even
if
it's
like
two
versions
down,
if
he
needs
to
keep
it
in
because
he's
got
something
else,
he
decided
he's
going
to
you
could
find
it
there.
You
know
I
mean
they're,
just
a
number
of
reasons
why
he
could
keep
it,
but
my
understanding
is
that
they
wanted
to
eliminate
that
it
was
just
the
help
with
this
version
and
move
it
into
the
next.
So
where
is
the
applied
credits
button?
G
A
A
D
A
G
As
a
matter
of
fact,
joy,
if
you
all
don't
know,
joy
has
become
she's.
Actually,
president
of
the
Quahog
division,
and
so
joy
has
been
re-evaluating.
What's
going
on,
you
know,
sometimes
you
need
somebody
else
to
step
in
and
take
a
look
from
a
different
perspective
and
I
think
it's
pretty
wise
with
Brennan
to
do
that.
Besides
his
hands
are
very
busy
right
now,
but
anyways
joini
is
reevaluating.
What's
going
on
in
development,
there's
a
lot
of
things
that
exist
that
people
asked
for,
but
nobody
really
wants
to
pursue.
G
People
come
up
with
good
ideas.
Every
day
we
might
have.
You
know
a
dozen
different
ideas
say
this
would
be
great
in
koha
and
it
doesn't.
It
comes
to
us
and
stuff
going
to
buck.
So
then
we
have
to
ask
if
you
want
a
statement
of
work.
Would
you
like?
Would
you
like
you
know
you
a
proposal
on
this,
and
sometimes
they
go
without
a
response?
They
just
live
in
our
ticket
queue
and
so
we're
having
to
go
back
and
reevaluate
contact.
G
These
people
see,
if
there's
something
that's
necessary,
and
some
of
these
are
kind
of
big
ticket
items.
You
know
if
they
want
to
spearhead
it.
Some
folks
want
to
come
in.
You
know
with
a
thousand
bucks
or
two
thousand
dollars,
and
if
it's
a
five
to
eight
thousand
dollar
item,
then
it's
a
matter
of
trying
to
source
them.
They're
not
readily
working
I'm,
trying
to
source
that
going
to
the
partners
list
and
trying
to
rally
and
get
people
to
say,
hey.
That
sounds
like
a
great
idea.
G
I
want
to
do
it
then
it
kind
of
leaves
it
up
to
us
and
we
haven't
really
been
pursuing
that
as
hard
as
we
should.
Although
I'm
and
fundraising
with
for
Bywater,
we
also
have
the
fundraising
wing
of
co
hire
us.
So
it
seems
more
advantageous
to
be
able
to
use,
fundraising
and
kohai
us
because
it's
going
to
be
501c3.
So
it's
a
lot
of
profit.
So
it's
going
to
be
a
write-off
if
they
can
use
those
right
off
now,
but
you
have
to
consider
the
Trump
tax
thing.
G
F
H
Know
you
know
looked
into
a
development
we've.
You
know
we
want
to
find
out
how
much
something
cost
to
develop.
You
know
we
we
go
to
buy
water,
but
is
there
a
bigger
pool
of
people
that
we
can
ask
for
a
quote
on
development?
I
mean
because
buy
water
doesn't
do
the
only
development,
that's
correct,
and
if
you
wanted
to
yeah.
G
G
Remember
Ian
Chris,
even
this
for
a
long
time.
So
maybe
you
remember
Ian.
He
was
at
the
beginning
of
buy
water
solutions,
Ian's
actually
going
to
be
coming
back.
Company
he'll
be
back
in
April
of
this
year.
That's
kind
of
low-key
right
now,
but
he
will
be
making
a
changeover
from
a
Zack
to
buy
water,
and
so
he
will
be
coming
in
doing
a
couple
of
different
things,
but
his
main
goal
will
be
to
get
into
development.
G
We
understand
we
have
a
strong
need
for
developments,
but
it's
a
little
overwhelming
when
we're
by
water
is
doing
the
release
and
we're
working
on
day
to
day
developments
and
we're
trying
to
take
care
of
all
of
our
partners.
It
gets
a
little
overwhelming
and
if
anybody
remembers
anything
about
Lib
line,
Josh
Cowell,
his
overhead
was
really
with
the
developers
they
didn't
have
enough
people
to
do
the
other
stuff.
Brenda
is
not
gonna.
Let
that
happen.
G
Support
is
everything
for
this
company
development
is
is
just
as
important,
but
it's
almost
secondary
to
making
sure
that
our
day-to-day
customer
needs
are
taken
care
of
and
they
are
addressed
and
we're
able
to
do
the
updates
and
upgrades
and
help
people
through
what's
going
on
with
their
their
daily
activities.
My
library's
best
our
main
priority.
These
things
aren't
getting
lost
to
us
development
still
necessary,
but
our
support
is
primary.
So
we're
going
through
joys
going
through
she's
looking
at
the
developments
she
wants
to
see
what's
necessary.
G
I'm
sure
it
has
a
bit
almond
in
is
probably
gonna
get
contact
run
by
water
solutions
want
to
see
how
deeply
embedded
you
are
with
this
development,
if
that's
an
absolute
necessity
and
then
they're
probably
going
to
be
some
new
discussions
in
regards
to
funding
I
mean
this
development
that
goes
back
a
couple
of
them
go
back
a
few
years,
so
we
need
to
get
a
new
statement
of
work.
We
need
to
get
an
updated
proposal
on
this.
We
need
to
get
some
new
numbers
and
we
need
to
talk
to
people
and
find
out.
G
A
You
know
the
way
I
became
aware.
This
is
when
I
had
a
development
that
my
predecessor
started.
That
I
got
a
note
saying
that
this
is
no
longer
even
viable.
It's
we're
cancelling
it,
so
we
were
already
half
into
it,
and
so
that
became
part
of
the
discussion
is.
What
are
we
going
to
do
with
the
50%
of
this
we've
already
paid
for,
and
the
works
already
got
done,
one
of
the
things
I
don't
think
any
work
had
ever
been
done
because
it
was
depending
on
another.
It
was
dependent
on
another
thing
Oh.
A
A
Here
Liz
said
in
the
chat
box:
there's
a
link
there
that
she
posted
that
those
companies
and
that
link
will
also
do
development
work
for
if,
if
anybody
needs
it
I
think
kind
of
what
Christopher
was
asking.
Is
there
one
way
to
contact
all
of
the
people
that
do
development
work
at
once?
And
maybe
you
know
way
of
saying
you
know
hey,
you
find
the
companies
that
do
development
work
like
a
bit
yeah
and
list
are
supposed
to
be.
You
can
ask
for
proposals
on
the
global
list,
so
so
I
I.
G
Like
that,
that's
a
great
idea:
Christopher
I,
can
almost
imagine
where
you're
going
with
that
and
if
there
was
one
email
address
that
went
out
to
all
the
vendors
everybody
had
a
chance
to
go
ahead
and
put
in
for
it
with
statement
of
work,
give
a
proposal
get
some
cost,
so
you
can
get
all
that
back
and
you
can
make
your
final
decision
and
based
on
all
the
criteria
and
you're
betting,
that
you've
done.
G
You
can
select
one
vendor
or
another
I'm
going
to
be
going
to
chances
are
I'm
going
to
koa
con
2019
in
Ireland
and
I'm
gonna
be
doing
a
presentation
on
fundraising
and
I
want
to
bring
that
up.
I
think
that's
a
brilliant
idea!
I
think.
If
there
was
one
email
that
you
could
send
a
request
up
to
people
could
respond
or
not
respond
the
people
who
do
respond.
You
can
bet
and
decide
that.
That's
who
you
want
I
think
that's
fantastic.
I'm.
Gonna.
Add
that
to
my
presentation,
no.
F
D
G
Think
it
behooves
us,
especially
in
the
fundraising
area
of
Kauai.
You
asked
to
reach
out
to
these
people
and
find
out
how
readily
available
they
are
for
even
our
quotes-
and
you
know,
generate
our
own
list.
Do
someone
our
own
internal
vetting
so
that
we
can
find
people
that
we
can
go
to
besides
by
water
or
besides,
a
bit
Libra
catalyst
or
calyx,
and
you
know,
get
some.
H
Of
these
things
taken
care
of
I
think
it
would
be
great
if
there
was
some
sort
of
site
that
acted
as
hub
for
developers.
You
know
kind
of
like
a
ticketing
system,
but
you
know
you
can
you
can
put
out
a
request
for
a
bit
and
track.
You
know
all
you
know
all
the
bids
that
were
put
in
on
that
particular
project.
So
you
don't
have
to
go
hunting
through
emails
and
stuff.
You
know
it
would
be
great.
H
You
know
you
have
a
developer
log
in
they
can
look
at
items
that
are
open
for
bids
and
you
know
they
can
put
in
their
two
cents
or
whatever
on
on
any
particular
projects.
And
you
know,
if
you've
put
in
bids,
you
can
track
all
the
things
that
you've.
You
asked
for
bids
on
and
and
see
all
the
bids
that
were
placed
on
each
one.
G
H
Would
make
development
in
itself
because
I
don't
know
of
anything
off
the
top
of
my
head
that
exists
like
that,
but
you
know
that's.
You
know
exactly
something
that
koha
us
could
you
know
use
on
the
on
the
website.
You
know
especially
for
the
development
committee.
You
know
because
you
know
we'd
be
shooting
ourselves
in
the
foot.
If
we're
just
doing
the
one
person
saying:
what's
this
gonna
cost
yeah.
