rescheduling

meeting

feedback

I'm
going
to
make
one
slight
change
to
it
and
that
changes
I
might
not
provide
an
up.
I
might
not
provide
people
with
an
option
to
say
they
want
an
invoice.
I
might
just
automatically
generate
invoices
for
everyone.
Now,
the
use
of
the
plug-in
autocrat
within
google
sheets
providing
us
an
ample
opportunity
to
be
able
to
do
that
relatively
easily,
just
like
we
generate
membership
receipts
and
other
receipts
donation
receipts
and
the
like
using
that
type
of
technology.

had
talked
about
mailing
hex
stickers
to
those
in
attendance
and
I've
gone
ahead
and
put
together
a
quote
for
that,
including
mailing
envelopes,
printing,
which
is,
is
negligible
thanks
to
my
employer,
who
doesn't

know
it
yet
we're
looking
at
a
total
of
just
about
hundred
dollars
for
conference
expenses.
That
will
include
the
generation
of
the
previously
mentioned
conference
stickers,
which
will
be
coming
from
sticker.

general

koha
us,
one
of
which
will
be
ordering
another
300
or
so
because
I
don't
happen
to
have
those
it's
either

That
has
the
ones
that
are
left

but
we
always
need
more.
We
could
always
use
more,
especially
since
the
general
ones
will
be
distributed,
and
I'm
going
to
use
this
word
purposely

there
is
an

next
summer
in
chicago,
for
which
we
already
have
a
reserved
conference
booth,
all
of
this
expense,
all
300
or
whatever
it
will
turn
out
to
be
around.
That
number
will
come
not
from
any
conference
expense,

there
was
no
conference
income,
rather
the
entirety
of
it
will
be
treated
as
a
marketing
expense.
We
do
have
a
marketing
line
item
in
the
budget,
there's
200
associated
with
that.

was,

course
constructed
before
the
world
fell
to
pieces
in
march,
so
we
haven't
really
spent
any
of
that
and
it
will
go
slightly
over.
But,
conversely,
we
haven't
experienced
anything
in
terms
of
of
other
expenses
related
to
the
conference
with
no
income,
placing
it
all
under
a
marketing
expense
is
the
way
to
go
a
few
other
matters
with
regard
to
the
finance
committee,
the
bylaws
changes
and
recommendations,
rather
for
bylaws
changes,
have
been
vetted
by
the
finance
committee
and
distributed
to
the
board.

These
bylaw
changes
would
create
a
new
financial
manager
position
for
my
primarily
designed
to
help
ensure
the
stability
of
the
organization,
particularly
at
the
vice
president
and
president
levels
every
year.
It's
also
designed
to
help
ensure
the
stability
of
the
position.
In
the
event,
the
treasurer
position
does
not
get
filled,
as
lizette
mentioned
at
the
meetings
open,
we'll
be
talking
about
this
a
little
bit
more
in
next
month's
general
meeting
and
because
there
are
bylaw
changes.
These
are
things
that
will
be
necessarily
approved
by
a
vote
of
the
membership.

The
big
real
differences
here
treasurer
runs
on
a
term
limited
basis.
The
financial
manager
does
not.
The
financial
manager
position
is
board,
nominated,
not
member
nominated
and
serves
at
the
sole
discretion
of
the
board.
As
a
result,
the
board
could
at
any
moment
decide
they
want
a
financial
manager
and
make
a
recommendation
to
that
end.
The
treasurer
is
member
nominated
and
member
voted.

The
financial
manager
is
also
member
voted
as
well,
but
again
serves
at
the
complete
discretion
of
the
board,
and
the
financial
managers
does
not
have
any
term
limit,
like
the
other
positions
have
in
order
to
keep
that
desired.

other
big
wording
change
is
that,
in
the
absence
of
one
of
these
two
positions,
that
is
to
say
one
of
these
two
positions
is
vacant.
The
other
position
assumes
all
responsibility
for
both.
I
basically
separated
out
the
more
administrative
type
things
like
report
generation
and
record
keeping
and
membership
into
the
financial
manager.

The
reports
that
the
financial
manager
will
generate
are
intrinsically
incorporated
into
what
the
finance
committee
reports
things
like
the
monthly
bank
balances
the
quarterly
statement
of
the
organization's
finances.
The
treasurer
will
wipe
the
pros,
but
the
financial
manager
provides
all
of
the
the
background.
So
it's
really
basically
all
the
stuff
that
I'm
doing
now,
but
really
split
between
two
positions.

That
means
we
no
longer
have
the
possibility
of
a
tie
and,
as
one
might
expect
for
a
position
of
this
nature,
the
financial
manager
would
be
able
to
provide
signatory
authority
as
necessary
for
anything
that
involves
finances
or
a
signature
required
on
behalf
of
the
board,
to
open
accounts
or
to
make
any
changes
to
the
accounts.

testing

What
sounds
like

nice
browse

look

items

also

lot
of
purchase,
suggestion
updates,

as

ability

suggest
purchases
from
existing
titles,
which
some
libraries

find
more

less
used

us.
It's
especially
useful
if
either
all
the
only
copies

system
are
marked
as
lost
or
damaged,
or
the
only
copies
in
the
system
are
at
a
library.
That's
closed,
like
we
close
a
bunch
of
school
libraries
over
the
summer.

sometimes
we
put
in
purchase
suggestions
where
we
say
you
know,
lewiston
elementary
school
is
the
only
one
that
has
a
copy
of
this,
and
sometimes
our
purchasers
still
get
it
if
it's
available
an
alert
during
purchase
suggestion
submissions
to
warn
when
so
this
I
don't
know
why
that
stumbled,
this
one
bug
one
four,
nine,
seven,
three,
it
does
like
it's,
not
a
great
search,
but
a
little
bit
of
search.
If
the
title
and
author
match
an
existing
biblio
it'll
warn
them.

I
I
signed
off
on
it,
I
did
test
in,
I
don't
remember
how
it

if
say,
there's
a
biblio
that
exists,
but
no
items
can
be
placed
on
hold
or
they're
all
hidden
from
the
opac.
So
that's
something
we're

we're
hoping
that
that'll
reduce
a
little
bit
the
when
there's
like
a
new
book
coming
out,
and
maybe
they
didn't
search,
they
just
thought.

suggestion

lewiston,
already

copy
in
the

the
ability

limit
the
number
of
purchase
suggestions

patron

only
limit
based
on
open
suggestions
which
doesn't
work
with
our
you
know.
We
we
mark
our
purchase
suggestions
with
a
different
status,
almost
immediately
after
placing
them
if
we're
placing
them
for
a
patron
as
staff.

ability
to
change
the
manager
of
a
suggestion
and
notify
the
new
manager
which
might
actually
replace
some
of
our
suggest
status,
stuff
that
we've
been
doing
and
with
the
ability
to
add
purchase,
suggestion
submissions

existing
titles.
There's
a
new
suggestion,
details
tab
on
bibliographic
records
when
they're
linked
up
like
that,
so
lots
of
new
purchase,
suggestion
updates
that
we
think
will
be
relevant
for
us
at
least.

also
issuing
rules
table
is
getting
moved
into
the
circulation
rules
table,
so
reports
will
need
to
be
updated
from
for
that.
I
think
all
the
field
names
are
staying,
the
same
they're
just
moving
around
some
stuff,
add
ability
to
move

reorder
fields
and
subfields
in
the
mark
editor.
I
know
that's
something
our
cataloger
at
moscow
is
really
excited
for
and
also
the
ability
to
mark
some
mark
takes
and
subfields
as
important
and
alert
on
saving
the
record
if
they're
found
to
be
empty.

right
now,
it
might
be
helpful

it

work

think
it
does,

not
all

our
libraries

open
right

they
could
be
picked
up
at
from
what
I
understood
from
the
bug.

way

interlibrary

cash

to

able
to

assign
cash
registers

circulation

my

adding

circulation
process

interlibrary

check
out

work

module

worked

right

Our
consortium
is
seeing
a
lot
of
time
out
errors
in
quahog,
lately
they're
finding
that
when
items
are
checked
in,
they
can
be
re-indexed

number
of
times
with
one
check-in,
and
so
this
is
supposed
to
help
alleviate
that.
So,
since
we
are
one
of
the
early
adopters
of
elasticsearch,
it's
getting
a
quick
movement
to
try
and
fix
us,
but
yeah
we've
been
seeing
some
slowdowns
and
actual
timeout
errors
in
quahog
during
heavy
check-in
periods.

changes
in
workflow;
it
simply
only
indexes
once
rather
than
four
or
five
ten
times
for
a
single
item,
that's
being
checked
in
because
when
you
check
in
something
depending
on
what
what
what
process
it's
doing
it,

trigger
that
index
multiple
times
and
they're,
trying
to
prevent
that.

access

everything

secure
thing

someone's
