B
B
We
had
at
least
eighty
three
people
in
the
zoom
room
at
one
point,
which
was
great
and
I
heard
from
some
people
afterwards
that
they
thought
it
was
really
helpful
and
not
just
people
who,
like
hadn't,
never
done
SQL,
but
a
lot
of
people
showed
up
who
have
been
working
in
SQL,
but
maybe
weren't
were
like
very
confident
in
it
and
we
had
a
lot
of
people
who
said
that
they
learned
a
lot.
So
that
was
great
thanks,
Jason
and
Christopher
Brannan
I,
guess
Christopher's,
not
here,
but
they
did
a
great
job
presenting.
B
B
B
You
know
things
are
changing
a
little
less
rapidly
now
than
they
were
a
few
weeks
ago,
but
things
are
still
changing
rapidly
and
we're
keeping
an
eye
on
it,
and
so
for
now
we're
planning
on
going
forward
with
the
conference
in
McKinney
in
September,
but
we'll
keep
you
all
up
to
date.
If
that
changes.
B
B
So
we've
got
lots
of
things
going
on
because
it's
like
across
all
the
time
zones
we
didn't.
We
don't
have
like
a
solid
lunch.
We
have
breaks,
we
have
lots
of
breaks
throughout
the
day
to
like
switch
presenters
and
things,
but
we
didn't
want
to
do
three
lunches
and
didn't
think
it
was
fair
to
do
one
lunch.
That
was
only
good
for
a
section
of
the
country
and
we
got
so
many
presenters
that
we
filled
up
all
that
time.
B
B
B
Yeah
and
I
guess
everything's
on
sale
right
now
we
got
an
email
this
morning
that
I
think
it's
on
sale,
but
they're
taking
like
they're,
also
have
changed
it
so
that
for
a
little
while
artists
get
more
of
the
cut
or
the
shop
owners
get
more
of
the
cut,
then
Threadless
does,
or
than
they
usually
do,
trying
to
help
out.
C
B
A
A
A
B
Thank
you,
Jason
yeah,
and
that
looks
great
Jason
made
the
template
that
the
rest
of
the
Education
Committee
is
using
to
put
together
our
reference
sheets.
I
should
have
I'm
putting
together
one
on
coho
dev
box
to
go
along
with
my
co.
Hot
dev
box
live,
install
I'm,
doing
four
Kohath,
on
which
I
do
plan
to
have
up
before
Kohath
on.
D
As
is
known
to
just
about
everybody,
now
about
a
week
ago,
maybe
a
week
and
a
half
la
made
the
decision
to
cancel
its
25,000
plus
person
event
to
be
held
in
Chicago
in
late
June.
We
had
already
signed
up
and
paid
for
exhibitor
space
in
what
is
called
a
small
press
table
and
as
a
registered
exhibitor,
we
were
given
a
number
of
different
options.
D
B
Thanks
John
any
questions
about
Al
a
table
update
okay
committee
reports,
conferences.
First,
we
already
talked
about
kind
of
all
our
big
things
coming
up
our
annual
conference
plan
to
be
a
mckinney
in
September,
we'll
keep
you
updated
on
that
and
we'll
be
asking
for
presentation
proposals
starting
next
month.
Kohath
on
is
later
this
month.
We
hope
people
can
make
it
and
a
la
tables,
Development
Committee,
Rhonda,.
F
Maybe
met,
and
we
have
three
different
proposals:
we're
still
gathering
some
information
on
a
couple
of
them
and
then
we'll
send
out
the
information
to
vote
on
which
one
the
community
wants
and
well
as
soon
as
we
get
the
last
little
bit
of
information.
Well,
we'll
get
that
out
to
everybody.
So
that's
pretty
much.
It.
A
F
F
One
is
something
like
we
talked
about
in
the
acquisitions
group
of
being
able
to
track
adjustments
to
budgets
throughout
the
year
and
yeah,
and
we
got
that
we
got
the
numbers
back
from
by
water
as
far
as
what
that
will
cost
ouch.
So
we'll
see
how
that
all
goes
and
I
think
it
was
just
the
two
I
think
there
was
some
confusion.
I
think
those
are
the
two
main
ones
that
were
we're
looking
at,
so
the
one
was
$5,000,
the
one
was
that
had,
but
then
I
know
for
sure.
F
We've
got
a
thousand
others
joining
with
support
on
that
one,
a
thousand
dollars.
So
you
know
the
one
that
were
the
acquisitions
group
is
looking
at
is
basically
by
water,
divided
up
into
three
stages,
so
the
first
stage
is
thousand
seven
hundred
and
fifty
dollars.
So
that
would
be
one
that
we
could
maybe
get
stage
one
going
on
for
that.
So
that's
what
I
know
off
the
top
of.
A
G
G
We
talked
about
doing
one
for
jQuery
hacks,
another
sandbox
session
and
Koha
documentation
during
the
virtual
hackfest
last
week,
plus
I
came
to
the
Quahog
documentation
as
part
of
coalesce
as
president
and
discussed
a
little
bit
about
documentation
for
cohosh,
so
that
was
really
nice.
If
you
missed
it,
there
is
the
recording
up
on
the
Bywater
Solutions
YouTube
channel.
You
can
go
back
and
watch
that.
G
We
are
meeting
I
think
tomorrow
or
Thursday
to
test
for
cone,
so
we're
gonna
practice
doing
a
livestream
just
to
see
how
things
work
so
I'll
be
doing
that
just
to
make
sure
everything
works
well
and
I.
Think
that's
it.
So
if
anyone
wants
to
join
us
next,
Wednesday
April,
15th
11:30
a.m.
Eastern
time
is
our
next
Education
meeting.
A
C
C
D
Support
of
fundraising,
we
now
have
a
membership
to
philanthropy
or
for
just
a
two-year
membership
for
that,
and
it
includes
grantstation
access,
which
is
something
that
todd
has
graciously
donated
to
the
organization
in
the
past,
so
he
has
received.
Actually
all
of
the
fundraising
committee
received
information
on
how
to
access
that
and
utilize.
It.
B
D
I
need
to
revise
my
documents
slightly
the
introduction
of
the
membership
year
concept,
the
numbers
we
report
as
necessary
to
the
federal
government,
as
well
as
the
state
of
Kansas,
need
to
be
calendar
year,
and
we
do
keep
track
of
both
that
I
need
to
make
sure
that
I
update
my
documentation,
since
this
is
my
last
year
as
treasurer
to
ensure
that
the
distinction
is
clear
as
to
what
needs
to
be
referenced
and
as
needed,
included
within
either
of
those
federal
estate
filings.
The
federal
filing
is
due
May
15th
that
has
not
been
extended.
D
D
Manner
as
required
before
May
15th
for
federal
June
15th
for
the
state
of
Kansas
will
easily
meet
both
of
those
because
then
the
changes
that
I
need
to
make
to
the
documentation
are
really
on
at
all,
not
that
significant
still
looking
for
anybody
interested
in
either
joining
the
Finance
Committee
or
somebody
that
is
not
on
the
Finance
Committee
or
on
the
board
interested
in
reviewing
the
organization's
finances
for
2019.
If
you're
interested
in
either
of
those,
please
feel
free
to
contact
me
at
treasurer
at
gromfest
us
that's
it
for
the
finance
committee
report.
B
D
One
of
the
things
that
we
talked
about
last
month
was
a
bug
that
is
in
the
advanced,
cataloging
editor
and
Heather
and
I.
Both
looked
at
that,
and
it
looks
like
it's
been
fixed
testing
that
both
Heather
and
I
did
seems
to
indicate
that
it
was
fixed.
Even
though
there
was
nothing
specifically
attached
to
the
bug
that
indicated,
a
fix
had
been
made.
D
So
both
Heather
and
I
commented
on
that,
and
hopefully
somebody
honey
on
one
of
the
boards
will
see
the
fact
that
the
bug
has
been
amended
with
two
comments,
and
maybe
somebody
else
will
comment
and
comment
on
it
as
well
to
finally
close
that
off.
Since
it
seemed
like,
even
though
there
was
nothing
specific
mentioned,
something
changed
somewhere.
That.
G
D
D
D
B
Cool,
it's
nice
nice
when
bugs
just
get
fixed
yeah,
because
something
else
also
was
touching
it
or
cuz.
Something
else
was
actually
what
was
causing
the
problem
you
know
and
when
they
fix
that
it
fix
this
too.
D
One
of
the
things
I'm
hoping
since
you
know
I'm
just
like
most
of
us
I'm
here
40
hours
a
week,
well,
one
of
the
reasons
I've
never
really
looked
at
bugs
is
because
of
work.
I
always
get
interrupted
and
bug.
Squashing
is
not
really
an
interrupted
activity,
so
I'm
hoping
to
be
able
to
actually
start
to
to
look
at
a
few
more
things
and
test
them.
When
I
have
a
little
bit
more
downtime
things,
things
haven't
stopped,
we're
still
going
to.
D
You
know
the
end
of
the
fiscal
year
and
all
of
that,
but
it
looks
like
if
I
can
piece
together
more
than
just
one
or
two
hours
of
oh
yeah.
I
can
take
a
little
breather
now
to
be
able
to
do
more
bug
testing,
especially
in
acquisitions,
which
seems
to
be
an
area
where
not
a
lot
of
that
really
seems
to
take
place.
B
E
D
B
B
B
B
And
that's
a
really
good
resource.
You
know
because
they
just
go
in
and
do
a
couple
bugs
in
the
sandbox
and
show
you
like
all
the
steps
that
you
need
to
do
both
at
like
when
you're
setting
up
the
sandbox
and
when
you're,
applying
patches
and
also
like
how
to
sign
off
on
bugs
in
the
sandbox
is
so
that's
a
great
resource
and
very
up
to
date,
because
it's
only
a
couple
months
ago.
A
On
today
is
our
special
interest
groups
I
wanted
to
let
everybody
know
that
there's
a
new
one
coming
up
tomorrow
for
a
web
development.
That's
a
10
a.m.
Central
time
it's
on
our
calendar.
If
you
guys
want
to
join
that
we're
looking
at
I,
think
Galadriel
and
customizations
like
that
kind
of
stuff,
UI
stuff
should
be
interesting
and
then
next
week
we've
got
system
administration
on
Tuesday
and
the
week
after
that
consortium
on
the
20th
acquisitions
on
the
21st
I
think
that's
it,
but
you
can
check
out
our
calendar
to
see
everything.
D
F
I
know
yes
out
what
people
are
doing
during
this
time
with
online
registration.
I've
already
asked
Barbara
lots
of
questions
about
this.
Our
library
hasn't
done
online
registration
in
the
past
and
I'm
just
curious.
What
kinds
of
things
people
are
doing
to
get
patron
people
access
to
their
electronic
resources
that
didn't
have
a
card
before
the
pandemic.
B
So
we
turned
on,
we
already
had
self
registration
turned
on,
but
it
wasn't
assigning
a
card
number.
Basically
they
would
turned
it.
We
had
it
turned
on,
they
could
place
a
couple
of
holds
and
then
they
could
come
into
the
library
and
pick
up
get
a
card
and
verify
their
address
when
they
picked
up
their
holds
or
when
they
came
in.
That
was
how
we
were
doing
it
before.
When
we
closed,
we
decided
to
turn
on
the
auto.
B
B
Limited
it
to
like
20
at
a
time,
and
it
does
a
link
straight
to
the
step
where
you
edit,
the
borrower
number.
So
if
you're
going
in
and
editing
it
was
mostly
system
accounts
and
then
the
other
thing
is
that
if
you
put
let,
if
there's
letters
or
non
number
characters
in
a
bar
code,
then
it
doesn't
auto
mem
number
doesn't
count
those
it
just
skips
over
them.
So
like
there
were
some
that
were
expired,
patrons
that
just
hadn't
been
deleted.
B
That
were
too
long
and
I
just
put
like
a
at
the
end
and
a
note
on
the
account
and
so
then
like.
If
someone
called
them,
they
could
know
why
and
fix
it
for
the
patron,
and
then
we
haven't
had
any
more
trouble
with
that,
except
we
had
to
add
a
note
at
the
top
using
jQuery,
the
top
of
the
screen.
That
said,
like
please
note
your
bar
code
number
on
the
next
screen
cuz,
you
can't
go
back
and
get
it
so
we
were,
people
were
like
I
registered,
but
I
didn't.
Look
at.
B
H
A
H
Have
a
few
of
us
that
we
have
two
reports
that
we
run,
one
that
grabs
every.
We
created
a
special
patron
category
digital-only,
so
that
we
can
track
just
these
users,
and
it
just
gives
us
a
report
of
all
of
those
new.
You
know
registrar
anybody
that
has
that
patron
category.
Now
we
have
another
report
that
we
run.
That
only
looks
at
the
ones
that
have
been
created
within
the
last
hour.
So
we
have
a
rotating
schedule
of
a
number
of
staff
members
that
go
through
check
this
report.
H
Then
we
had
these
really
old
cards
that
were
from
years
ago
that
we're
never
used,
and
so
what
we're
doing
is
those
of
us
that
are
managing
this
have
a
bunch
of
these
old
cards
with
us.
We
just
quickly
add
that
card
number
to
the
patron
record
so
that
it
can
login,
because
you
know,
with
some
of
the
text
share
stuff.
H
F
F
I
watched
that
and
so
we're
trying
to
figure
out
how
we
want
to
do
it
during
this
time
and
hopefully
that
will
extend
into
the
future.
So
we've
got
lots
of
teachers
contacting
us
asking
if
there's
a
way
their
kids
can
get
access
because
we've
got
brainfuse
and
they
would
like
to
get
their
kids
access
to
brainfuse
as
well,
as
you
know,
our
overdrive
and
all
that
kind
of
stuff.
So
thanks.
A
B
B
There's
only
like
five
people
working
from
home
right
now
and
everyone
else
is
just
like
our
search
staff
are
doing
like
some
webinars
and
stuff,
but
no
projects.
At
this
point,
though,
they've
been
compiling
a
list,
and
this
is
on
there
if
they
start
having,
if
if
they
run
low
on
webinars
and
want
to
have
people
start
working
on
projects
to
clean
up
the
self
registered
cards
like
because
we
already
have
a
couple
where,
like
someone
registered
twice,
because
she
forgot
to
write
down
her
card
number
the
first
time.
So
then
she
has
shirt
again.
B
A
C
Paper
you
just
write
down
the
barcode,
and
your
name
and
employee
ID
number,
which
is
what
we
use
for
barcode
number
I,
put
out
some
of
our
more
popular
reserve
books,
hoping
that
they'll
come
back,
but
if
they
don't
well,
then
they
don't
come
back
because
none
of
us
are
working
there
every
day,
I'm
going
in
a
couple
times
a
week.
This
only
works
for
a
very
small
library,
though.
E
But
anybody
that
self
registers
will
just
be
self
registered
at
our
main
office
library,
and
so
we
will
be
the
ones
getting
the
bill
from
hoopla,
which
is
our
main
electronic
resource,
and
so
all
of
the
new
patrons
would
be
self
registered
here
at
the
knuckles
office
and
I
did
exactly
what
Ed
described.
I
created
a
new
category
called
just
self
registration
and
we're
going
to
have
it
all
set
up
so
that
the
patrons
are
immediately
self
registered.
I
That's
similar
to
what
we
did
it
CK
lists
as
well.
We
have
them
automatically
set
up
as
a
self
registered
patron
and
they
automatically
come
up
as
a
CLS
patron,
and
that
way
we
don't
have
to
worry
about
our
member
libraries
having
more
hoopla
usage
or,
and
we
can
easily
keep
track
of
the
self
registered
patrons.
So
it's
it's
definitely
the
way
to
go.
If
you
have
a
consortium,
I
think
yeah
exactly.
B
J
F
B
That's
what
we
decided
here
was
like
for
now.
We
just
rather
patrons
can
get
access
without
having
to
you
know
we
don't
have
anybody
working
in
the
building,
so
it
people
can
like
call
and
leave
a
voicemail
that
gets
emailed
some
of
the
people
who
are
working
from
home
and
then
we
call
them
back
when
we
get
to
it,
but
like
no
one's
working.
B
B
B
We
set
60
days,
but
if
we
end
up
having
to
be
closed
longer,
then
least
set
it
to
60
days
like
in
March.
So
if
we
end
up
having
to
be
closed
longer
than
that,
we're
just
extending
our
patrons
who
have
expired,
who
are
expiring
during
that
time
anyway,
to
not
expire
till
afterwards.
So
we
just
push
them
forward
with
anyone
else
who
is
expiring.
E
So
that's
that
that's
another
question,
then
how
are
people
dealing
with
patron
accounts
that
expire
during
this
time?
I'll
tell
you
what
I
did
is
I
just
went
in
and
updated
everybody
with
the
twenty
twenty
expiration
date
to
a
twenty
twenty
one
expiration
date
same
day,
just
I
added
a
year
to
everybody's
expiration
dates,
so
I'm
wondering
what
anybody,
what
any
other
libraries
are
doing
self.
F
B
Did
anyone
who
is
expiring
from
or
had
expired
in
from
the
start
of
2020
until
the
end
of
June?
We
pushed
them
till
the
end
of
May?
We
push
them
back
to
like
Mitchell,
beginning
of
July
and
then
we'll
do
it
again.
If
we
need
to
it
looks
like
Michael
said
we
had
biomass
change,
our
expiration
dates
for
it.
Three
months.
E
Just
did
a
year
because
it
was
easy
and,
and
that
way
we
don't
end
up
with
a
situation
where
you
know
50%
of
the
patrons
are
all
expiring
in
the
same
month.
That
was
one
of
my
fears
as
if
we,
if
we
push
everybody
from
January
through
June
six
months
out,
then
we're
gonna
have
everybody
expires
in
the
second
half
of
years,
so.
E
E
E
That'll
all
change
once
you
know
if
this
order
gets
extended,
if
libraries
aren't
reopening
by
May
18th
that'll
have
to
do
it
again
and
we'll
see
what
happens
then,
because
it's
gonna
be
a
lot
more
items.
So,
if
it,
if
it
does
start
having
problems
for
I,
might
have
to
do
it
in
a
library
but
like
just
do
chunks
of
libraries
like
do
all
the
little
libraries
in
one
batch
and
do
all
the
bigger
libraries
singly
yeah.
A
E
A
H
H
H
H
B
I
was
able
to
do
a
few
hundred.
We
had
originally
had
Bywater
do
from
like
the
day
that
library
started.
Closing
Everett
just
extend
everything
for
all
the
branches.
The
director
said
it's
easier.
If
we
just
have
it
all
be
the
same
day,
do
it
for
everyone
at
once,
but
then
they
later
decided
to
go
back
and
do
like
the
first
two
weeks
of
March
before
libraries
started
closing.
B
E
You
know
it's
also
possible
that
it
worked
so
well
for
me
because
I'm,
you
know
right
I'm,
always
a
night
owl,
but
you
know
when
everything's
going
on
in
the
house
at
once
and
everybody's
here
I,
you
know,
do
a
lot
of
work
like
after
everybody
goes
to
bed
at
10
o'clock.
So
maybe
it's
easier
to
do
when
all
you
people
are,
you
know
and
they're
trying
to
change
your
deviates
and
over
there
you
know
I
always
find
that
it's
lot
easier.
E
E
B
B
So
everyone
keeping
the
list
of
all
the
changes
they're,
making
that
they're
gonna
have
to
undo
when
you
open
back
up,
because
I
talked
to
someone
who
hadn't
been
doing
that
not
in
our
consortium
but
just
another
local
librarian
and
she
was
like.
Oh
my
gosh
I
gotta
start
writing
that
down
now,
because
I'm
gonna,
I'm
sure
I'm
already
forgetting
things
that
we
did
and
it's
gonna
be
a
nightmare
when
we
open
it
back
up
so
figured
you
probably
all
were.
But
it's
a
good
reminder
to
people
know.
C
One
of
my
challenges
is
trying
to
figure
out.
What's
going
on
with
the
rittenhouse,
our
to
the
digital
library,
looks
and
I
have
a
digital
ocean
image
that
I
can
play
around
with,
but
I'm
gonna
have
to
keep
notes.
Okay,
what
did
I
do
and
I'm
kind
of
hampered,
because
I'm
still
waiting
for
our
IT
department
to
say,
yeah
go
ahead
and
move
it
from
the
in-house
server
I,
don't
think
that
they
have
other
things
on
their
mind
right
now.
B
Oh
yeah
Michael
pointed
out
that
well,
at
the
very
least,
if
you're
putting
in
tickets
and
Bywaters
making
changes
for
you,
they're
gonna
know
slash
you'll,
be
able
to
look
at
your
tickets
and
know
what
you
had
them
do
but
yeah.
If
you,
if
you're,
making
a
change
on
your
own,
you
should
definitely
be
keeping
track
of
that.
B
We
have
like
a
shared
Google
Doc
for
all
our
systems.
People,
so
we
can
go
in
and
say
here
are
the
system-wide
changes
that
we're
making,
so
we
can
undo
them
all
later
and
we
have
a
library,
that's
withdrawing
in
the
middle
of
this.
So
that's
interesting
because
we're
trying
to
figure
out
what
all
we
need
to
do,
who's.
B
So
that's
their
like
withdrawing
at
the
end
of
June,
so
this
month
was
when
we
were
starting
to
like
look
at.
You
know
what
items
their
patrons
have
checked
out
that
belong
to
the
rest
of
the
consortium
and
stuff
like
that.
So
that's
just
more
and
different
settings
to
keep
track
of.
If
we
open
back
up
before
they
leave
make
sure
that,
like
their
patrons,
are
getting
holds
filled
from
our
branches
too
close
to
when
they're
leaving
so
yeah.
G
I
just
wanted
to
say
we're
working
on
a
blog
post
for
when
libraries
reopen
what
you
need
to
look
at
and
what
you
need
to
do
and
it'll
be
like
a
three-part
series
and
then
there's
a
town
hall
on
Tuesday
April
21st
about
reopening
your
library,
where
we'll
kind
of
talk
about
what
you
need
to
look
through
and
stuff
like
that.
So
keep
an
eye
out
for
that
that'll
be
out
within
the
next
week
or
so.
I
think.
