A
So
I
just
ran
one
of
our
reports
in
the
system
and
it's
asking
me
to
enter
a
date
for
patrons
whose
cards
will
expire
after
a
specific
date,
and
it's
going
to
group
the
report
by
patreon
category.
So
let's
run
that
report-
and
here
you
can
see
it's
very
simple:
it's
giving
us
our
patron
category
code
and
then
the
count
of
patrons
in
each
one
of
those
categories.
A
So
what
we'll
see
here
is
we
now
have
a
new
button
after
our
show
SQL
code,
which
was
that
was
a
brand
new
enhancement,
I
think
in
the
last
couple
releases,
which
now
shows
our
chart
settings.
So
when
we
click
on
that,
the
first
thing
it
does
is:
it
gives
us
a
drop-down
for
those
chart
types.
So,
as
Kelly
mentioned,
we
have
options
to
create
a
pie,
chart
a
bar
chart
or
a
line
chart
from
here.
We
have
options
to
select
both
our
x
and
y
columns,
so
here
you'll
notice.
A
A
A
Yeah
I
can
see
the
20%
of
my
patron
categories
that
will
expire
from
my
law
patron
category,
some
from
our
library
staff,
students
and
so
on,
and
as
you
notice
down
below,
as
we
hover
over
those
particular
pie,
charts
it's
highlighting
on
the
legend
below
which
one
we're
referring
to
so
the
trend.
I
also.
B
A
B
A
And
you
can
use
your
preferred
application
to
open
that
for
those
of
you
who
might
not
be
familiar
with
SVG
that
stands
for
a
scalable
vector,
graphic,
usually
you'll,
use
that
in
marketing
material
or
if
you
need
a
larger
image
to
print
something
out
for
your
library,
that's
what
an
SVG
would
be.
So
what
are
using
Windows
or
Mac?
A
B
B
A
Know
we
have
a
report
in
here,
so
let's
grab
that
so
this
report
we'll
look
at
that
John
rrah,
so
our
6:55
field
and
it
will
pull
stats
from
our
collection
and
include
a
turnover
rate.
So
how
many
times
that
particular
item
has
circulated
within
the
system?
So
let's
come
over
here
and
run
that
report
now
this
particular
reports
going
to
let
us
limit
by
item
type,
so
I
can
jump
in
and
limit
by
a
particular
item,
type
and
collection
code.
So
let's
go
with
book
infection
and
what
term
should
we
go
of
Kelly.
B
A
Right,
let's
do
it
so
now
we're
gonna
run
that
report
and
again
this
is
going
to
go
through.
It's
gonna,
look
for
any
mystery
fiction
in
that
655
and
then
pull
those
back.
So
we've
gotten
about
1,500
results
here,
but
not
so
now,
let's
go
in
and
and
limit
by
that
particular
option.
Yep.
B
B
A
Let's
go
up,
we're
gonna,
do
a
select
bar
chart
and
our
X
column.
Let's
change
that
to
the
genre.
So
we
can
limit
that
way
and
now
we're
gonna
come
down
here
and
let's
draw
break
alright.
So
here
we
go
so
now
we
have
a
breakdown
of
our
each
one
of
our
on
row.
So
here
we
can
see
mystery
fiction
short
mystery
fiction
fantasy.
A
few
different
ones
in
here
looks
like
we
have
a
couple
that
might
be
a.
A
A
A
B
I
love
when
you
hover
over
and
you
can
see
it
and,
of
course
you
know
we're
working
with
a
very,
very
small
collection
and
obviously
not
one.
That's
well
catalogs,
since
we
have
a
few
duplicate
ones,
but
it's
again.
This
is
just
a
test
and
we'd
be
happy
to
share
both
these
reports
on
our
blog
post
to
show
you
and
you
can
play
around
with
your
collection
awesome.
