01:57:43 michelle.fisher: Hello everyone!
01:57:54 holly.campbell: Good morning. I am an Acquisitions assistant at Williamson County Public Library in Franklin, TN. We use the acquisitions module for receiving and invoicing EDI through our vendor, Ingram. We also use it in non-EDI.
01:57:54 michelle.fisher: I'm with the Williamson County Public Library
01:58:02 michelle.fisher: I am the Acquisitions Specialist
01:58:16 michelle.fisher: and we use EDI for our main vendor Ingram
01:59:56 Sheri: Where is CLAMS?
02:00:23 Sheri: Thank you!
02:00:33 Lori Schlernitzauer: My mic is malfunctioning; so sorry! I'm TS Manager at Williamson County Public Library in Tennessee and work with Michelle and Holly.
02:06:19 Eileen Chandler, CLAMS Library Network: We limit bib deletions to central clams network staff only.
02:14:09 Lori Schlernitzauer: We started having Acquisitions and EDI issues in mid-July. While an invoicing issue was solved by a plug-in update, we continue to have issues, most recently with staging the basket and the item information.
02:15:02 Lori Schlernitzauer: Replying to "We started having Ac..."

Yes
02:16:30 michelle.fisher: Replying to "We started having Ac..."

Oh my goodness, I had the same issue last fiscal year. I gave up and ordered through ipage.
02:16:55 michelle.fisher: Replying to "We started having Ac..."

The downside was that the invoice didn't come EDI.
02:17:37 Lori Schlernitzauer: Replying to "We started having Ac..."

We had problems have the number of items changing and with item information.
02:18:06 Lori Schlernitzauer: Replying to "We started having Ac..."

Yes, we have
02:18:10 Eileen Chandler, CLAMS Library Network: Does anyone use multiple price fixed fields in the items created when importing from Ingram etc. ? Replacement price, discounted price, list price? And percentage discount displaying in the item record?
02:18:23 Lori Schlernitzauer: Replying to "We started having Ac..."

Williamson PL in TN
02:18:44 Lori Schlernitzauer: Replying to "We started having Ac..."

Thank you!
02:19:19 Lori Schlernitzauer: Replying to "We started having Ac..."

No, this is the first I'm hearing of it
02:20:32 Lori Schlernitzauer: Replying to "We started having Ac..."

We also recently started having issues with multi-item ordering.
02:20:35 Eileen Chandler, CLAMS Library Network: And/or is it possible to run Acq reports showing 3 different prices and the discount applied to each title? The library wants to let selectors know what they have actually spent (the real amount with discount) and what they have left in their assigned book buying budget.
02:20:49 Lori Schlernitzauer: Replying to "We started having Ac..."

Michelle, can you explain?
02:23:29 Eileen Chandler, CLAMS Library Network: One of the price fields is free text whereas replacement cost required an actual price with decimal, etc Has anyone changed the free text price field to require a real dollar amount?
02:23:49 Lori Schlernitzauer: Replying to "We started having Ac..."

It's a known bug
02:25:36 Lori Schlernitzauer: Replying to "We started having Ac..."

Here's what Michele is describing
02:30:58 Cecil Hillyard: Is there a way to prevent one from changing the invoice number once the invoice has been closed?
02:37:03 Michelle - CLAMS Library Network: both price fields
02:40:14 Victoria: Yes
02:40:15 Sheri: Only use those 2
02:40:18 Victoria: We use two
02:40:20 Marci Chen: yes
02:40:45 michelle.fisher: We use 2
02:42:14 michelle.fisher: Lori, do you have access to that bug #?
02:43:05 Lori Schlernitzauer: Yes, I'm looking
02:44:28 Lori Schlernitzauer: Bug 22108
02:44:42 Jason - SEKLS: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=2635
02:46:42 Lori Schlernitzauer: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=22108
02:47:10 Lori Schlernitzauer: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=34108
02:47:18 michelle.fisher: It's not a default for us, our processor fills in the Replacement cost (v) for each title ordered.
02:58:35 Barbara Johnson - Bedford: Acq SIG - 9/22 at 3pm ET
02:59:25 Lori Schlernitzauer: Thank you so much!
02:59:28 holly.campbell Williamson Co PL: thank you!

00:21:52 Eileen Chandler, CLAMS: It would be good to see what has been imported.
00:29:07 Barbara Johnson - Bedford: For the wonky display on addorderiso2709.pl page add the following to your IntranetUserCSS:
00:29:09 Barbara Johnson - Bedford: /*style for add orders page - can be removed when bug #33748 is resolved*/.order_details { display: flex; justify-content: space-between;}

00:37:38 Outreach Team: https://bywatersolutions.com/education/monday-minutes-protecting-marc-fields
00:45:15 Christie: We estimate this development at $7500, work to be done:
* - Add an option during staging / import to check encoding
levels
* - Only records that are more complete (i.e. higher encoding
level/lower
numeric value) will be overwritten
* - Blank is the highest value
* - Unknown/z will be considered lowest precedence
* - If records have the same level, existing record will be
preferred
* - Item options will process regardless of encoding levels
* - Unit tests will be written to cover new code
Please let us know if you have any questions, or if you are

00:24:49 Maribel Carrillo: Do any of you pay Overdrive invoices? If so, how do you pay for these? Are you manually creating an invoice? If so, how do you create an invoice?
00:25:40 Judy: Baker & Taylor sends a separate invoice for processing and we track it separately for them
00:26:05 Judy: Midwest tacks the processing onto the material invoice so I can break it out
00:32:33 Sheri Waite: We manually receive but we only get a box or two a week.
00:33:33 Judy: I use Quicken. I haven't found Koha to be reliable enough
00:36:01 Judy: Yes, for us the Town has the final accounting. What we do in house is for our team and director to track their money.
00:45:16 Maribel Carrillo: Thank you Michelle!
00:45:29 Michelle Clarizio - Roseville Public Library: You are welcome :) Also, love your last name as it was my maiden name 💖
00:55:20 George Williams: You pay extra for the pre-processing, right?
00:55:31 George Williams: For the shelf-ready
00:55:48 Christie: yes!
00:56:04 Judy: Yes, with B&T shelf ready is extra about $4 per item

00:21:31 Michelle Clarizio: I like the wiki idea as that way future libraries can find the report too
00:24:37 Marci Chen: I throw it into a spreadsheet old school
00:24:49 Christie B: This report is helpful. Does anyone have a report that can determine the time it takes for an item to be received from the time of order to physical receipt?
00:25:25 Marci Chen: I don't but that would be so helpful!
00:25:53 Christie B: yes! we want to get an idea of the turnaround time with our new vendor
00:27:25 Jason (SEKLS): SELECT b.frombranch, AVG(DATEDIFF(b.datearrived,b.datesent)) AS 'Average Travel Time (in Days)', VARIANCE(DATEDIFF(b.datearrived, b.datesent)) AS 'Variance', STD(DATEDIFF(b.datearrived,b.datesent)) AS 'Standard Deviation'
00:30:03 jwisland: Does anyone have an "items just received" report with book cover images that they send to their librarians?
00:32:55 Noah Brubaker: You could include the "old stuff" too if you wanted Jason, right? Just by not specifying the pub date?
00:33:31 jwisland: Thank you Jason, this is great!

00:39:02 Monique Prive: delete all vendors in report
00:39:30 hakhter: That's what we have been doing now
00:40:19 Monique Prive: I have never used a ton of them and leave them as inactive.
00:40:39 hakhter: I have one more :)
00:40:39 Christie: found this in manual: If the vendor has no baskets attached to it then a ‘Delete vendor’ button will also be visible and the vendor can be deleted. Otherwise you will see a ‘Receive shipment’ button.
00:51:29 hakhter: Hi Christie: I just send you an email :)
00:56:44 Jennifer Marlatt: We don't adjust the replacement costs in the 952$v, it shows as the same amount as the 952$g. We attach a flat $10 Processing fee through the Item Types administration. The fee is applied only when the item is marked lost. Don't know if that helps.
01:00:55 Monique Prive: ok with me
01:01:02 Jennifer Marlatt: OK

Recorded during the Fresh Perspectives conference.

Chat logs:
00:00:00 Intro
03:17:21 Ashley Johnson: Have the Acq SIG's discussions included improvements to patron suggestions?
03:20:19 Ashley Johnson: Exactly!
03:21:39 Amanda Campbell: Ooh, yes please! Automatic holds!
03:22:39 Heather Hernandez (she/her): Acquisitions "bugs" in Bugzilla: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/buglist.cgi?bug_status=NEW&bug_status=REOPENED&bug_status=ASSIGNED&component=Acquisitions&product=Koha&query_format=advanced
03:22:59 Kristen Martinez: Does anyone here have a way to automate holds for items the library decided to purchase after receiving a purchase suggestion?
03:25:32 Heather Hernandez (she/her): The syspref is: suggestion (and you set to "allow" or "don't allow"
03:25:35 George Williams - NEKLS: The system preference to enable/disable borrower suggestions in the OPAC is "suggestion"
03:25:52 Heather Hernandez (she/her): Snap! You owe me a Coke, George!
03:25:54 Lisette Scheer: Kristin, we can't automate them but we use a special suggest_status "LCLD ORDERED" that our collections librarians use when they order suggested items and one of our staff members goes through when she's doing new books and checks for suggestions, then places the hold and changes the suggest_status to "LCLD Hold Placed"
03:26:10 George Williams - NEKLS: Next time I'm in San Francisco
03:26:24 Heather Hernandez (she/her): Definitely!
03:26:52 Nancy Davis: In Acquisitions, under Suggestions, can you explain what the "Checked" status means? And can I resolve or move the 3 items out of there?
03:27:08 Kristen Martinez: Thanks, Lisette! How does that work for popular titles when they may have been suggested by multiple patrons?
03:27:39 Heather Hernandez (she/her): Also handy: https://koha-community.org/manual/21.05/en/html/acquisitions.html#managing-purchase-suggestions
03:27:42 Jason: Place holds for patrons on accepted purchase suggestions: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=27595 -- Like, Comment, Subscribe
03:29:07 Lisette Scheer: Kristin (so it's in the chat) holds are placed with the oldest suggestion first and then the newest one last. We backdate them.
03:30:28 Kristen Martinez: Thank you, Heather and Jason! I think our situation gets a little complicated as we use Aspen Discovery for our patron-placed purchase suggestions. We haven't started using staff client purchase suggestions yet.
03:31:08 Kristen Martinez: Thanks, Lisette!
03:31:48 Heather Hernandez (she/her): Ah--interesting! Perhaps a Bywater staff member could be a guest at an upcoming Acquisitions SIG meeting to show off some of those Aspen-Koha things?
03:32:58 Nancy Davis: We have 3 in Checked, Status which have all been ordered, and I wasn't sure how to remove them
03:33:03 Christopher Brannon: Rhonda, are you on a single library system or in a consortium?
03:33:47 Nancy Davis: Yes, thank you
03:35:29 Kristen Martinez: Can you speak more about how suggestions placed in Aspen are visible in Koha? Ours do not carry over.
03:35:46 Kristen Martinez: We may need to update a setting, perhaps?
03:37:53 Kristen Martinez: And that is a great idea, Heather, getting a Bywater guest speaker
03:38:35 Heather Hernandez (she/her): I bet there are a lot of Aspen Curious who'd be interested!
03:39:45 Kristen Martinez: Time for a ticket! Thank you.
03:42:06 Christopher Brannon: Yes. That was what I was going for. A demo would be great.
03:43:52 Christopher Brannon: Did Rhonda just say "meet your peeps?"
03:44:06 Christopher Brannon: lol
03:44:25 Fred King: I have a stuffed peep, but I think it's at work.
03:44:30 Heather Hernandez (she/her): We need a Koha-US tshirt that says, "'Meet your peeps!' --Rhonda"!!
03:44:43 Fred King: And a couple of dragons.
03:44:52 Sheri Waite: Theme of next years conference
03:45:05 George Williams - NEKLS: Can someone get that t-shirt into threadless by the end of the day
03:45:07 Christopher Brannon: A Koha-US branded peep
03:45:15 Fred King: let's hope it's an in-person conference

00:31:01 George Williams: https://koha-us.org/conference2021/
00:35:35 Judy: With EDi ordering and receiving, it's a breeze
00:36:09 Monique Prive: order and receiving without EDI - Amazon and Gobi
00:36:26 Stephanie D.: With EDI receiving, are you receiving before the items actually arrive?
00:36:59 Kelly Davenport: we order and receive with EDI. I'm new to this job too :)
00:37:14 Jason: https://koha-us.org/learn/acquisitions/
00:37:15 Judy: with EDI, we receive when items arrive and we download marc records
00:38:20 Judy: Baker and Taylor and Midwest
00:39:24 Kelly Davenport: same vendors here - download the marc. Have started a new process where we can get the book out before it's received in Koha. receive from the invoice.
00:42:13 Judy: with EDI you can receive 200 items as fast as you can receive one - with the click of a button
00:42:27 Kelly Davenport: Wow! that would be nice!
00:47:30 Kelly Davenport: Thank you everyone.

00:13:19 Michelle Fisher: That's a great feature!
00:13:35 Michelle Fisher: I often search for open invoices that sometimes don't get closed.
00:16:26 S Dangelico: That is a very useful enhancement for us.
00:20:20 lmoran: That might be nice.
00:20:28 Marci Chen: Nice!
00:20:31 lmoran: For reconciliations with our finance office?
00:24:47 lmoran: We have not. Looks interesting though.
00:24:49 S Dangelico: We do not.
00:24:54 Marci Chen: we don't
00:25:03 lmoran: We use claims function--somewhat poorly probably.
00:25:18 Daphne Hoolahan: Claims would be used a lot in Ireland
00:25:55 Daphne Hoolahan: Late orders would be checked also to consider moving order to another vendor
00:26:09 lmoran: good point
00:28:02 Daphne Hoolahan: There is a filter at the top of the page on left hand side
00:36:16 Barbara Johnson: I never knew they didn't match
00:37:28 Margaret - Support Lead: LDR = Leader or 000 field of the marc record
00:44:08 Marci Chen: Yes awesome
00:44:13 Daphne Hoolahan: Yes that's really useful
00:45:00 Marcia Butler: verb record
00:45:14 Daphne Hoolahan: I think it means make a note of the biblionumber
00:49:53 lmoran: Sorry I have to run for meeting. I so appreciate this and need to get back in looking at our system and how we do things in it!
01:00:15 Marcia Butler: I was trying to speak. The Acquistions Librarian is retiring in a few weeks. We may be reaching out as we move forward.
01:00:47 Marcia Butler: My phone button is red??
01:00:53 Barbara Johnson: I have to run. See you next time.
01:01:10 Marcia Butler: No clue

00:25:28 jcoughlin: thanks
00:28:00 yuyan: can the people don't speak mute themselves please?
00:33:49 yuyan: can you please also show me your ACQ import template at the end so that I can see what it looks like?
00:39:29 yuyan: wonderful! thank you very much for the demo. Yan
00:45:37 yuyan: So you receive order record and bibliographical record separately; you first import order record with brief bibliographical description and then overlaid with full Marc record for bibliographical record, right ?
00:46:01 jcoughlin: how do get the items to overlay the order items?
00:46:19 Cecil Hillyard: whats the difference between isbn loose and isbn strict?
00:49:53 yuyan: to overlay, you will use match rules and also Marc Modification template to get rid of the 245 filed says ON ORDER, right?
00:50:23 Cecil Hillyard: what does the matching rule look like on the isbns?
00:51:56 jcoughlin: yes
00:53:56 yuyan: excellent paraphrase of my question, Margaret. and thank you, Ronda for the answer. You are awesome!
00:56:05 Cecil Hillyard: yes!

00:58:48 jcoughlin: Thanks every one for the demo!!
01:01:37 jcoughlin: Cn you demo receiving with various vendors in the next meeting so we have more time?

How to start a new budget year in acquisitions:
- What not to do: 18:54
- The correct method: 26:50

Chat logs:
00:15:13 Margaret Hade, ByWater: http://devs.bywatersolutions.com/
00:17:57 Jason Robb, SEKLS: http://koha-us.org/developments/
00:22:37 Margaret Hade, ByWater: Hi Haines Library!
00:24:46 Carolyn - Haines, AK: Hi, everyone. Carolyn Goolsby here from Alaska - coming on board soon!
00:27:08 Margaret Hade, ByWater: Agenda:
Old Business:
Development Committee: our development wasn't selected for this round of development. Ideas on how to promote it?
Revisit the Blanket PO idea.
New Business:
How to start a new budget year in acquisitions.
Open discussion workflow and other questions.
00:33:55 vescobar: In 2017 when we first staring using Koha I had to learn how to create the FY by myself using the limited information available from Bywaters
00:45:55 Judy: Are you recording? Will you send link?
00:46:05 Margaret Hade, ByWater: Yes, this meeting is recorded.
00:47:02 Margaret Hade, ByWater: Jason should add the time range in the video description of where Rhonda does “what NOT to do” and then when it switches to “What to do”.
00:48:15 Michelle Clarizio - Roseville Public Library: Every year and I have to compare the status reports from B&T and bug my Acquisitions Librarian to create next year's budget a few months early so I can push forward things that are 100% coming in next year's budget
00:48:33 Jason Robb, SEKLS: I'll add clickable timestamps to the youtube video description
00:49:36 Margaret Hade, ByWater: Yay, thank you Jason!
00:50:33 vescobar: Here at ALD we had the same problem, I moved the orders to this FY to re encumber the money. For us is use it or loose it as well.
00:54:48 Judy: You should be able to get a report from your vendor of items on order and pub dates and use that to move to next years budget as Rhonda did.
01:01:58 Carolyn - Haines, AK: Question: First off, hello from Alaska - glad to meet you all. Second, we buy our books primarily from a local bookstore. Any ideas on how that might look in Koha? No possibility of EDI, of course.
01:03:26 vescobar: I also create a report in Koha for any items with an "on order" status a couple of months before the FY end that helps me keep track of items not received.
01:06:56 hmcdougle: We are not able to remove them. I have to contact someone at KOha to remove them
01:07:08 Judy: We don't care about the deleted records because the money is spent and accounted for in acq.
01:07:16 Margaret Hade, ByWater: I need to hop onto another meeting, have a great day y’all!
01:07:27 Barbara Johnson: Have to go - great ideas for me to try. Thanks.
01:11:55 vescobar: I'll be glad to help as well, I use Amazon and our local bookstore.
01:12:47 vescobar: Thank you Rhonda.
01:12:48 Michelle Clarizio - Roseville Public Library: Thank you!

00:16:11 Stephanie: Neither do we, I don't think I have ever seen Checked, either.
00:18:53 Judy: We put AF, Juv, dVD in front of the title so we can alphabetize
00:18:55 Hasina Akhter: I am learning
00:19:41 Judy: or you could put initials
00:20:07 pamelanaylor: Our Library takes suggestions through email, mostly, so I am learning, too. Thanks!
00:20:32 Stephanie: I don't know that it is a streamline, but we note possible ILL requests, and keep them in rejected for the ILL staff member to check on, and clear when done.
00:21:34 Hasina Akhter: Are we going to get this meeting recorded?
00:21:47 Margaret Hade: Yes this meeting is being recorded.
00:24:40 Stephanie: Ours defaults to Not For Loan (On Order) and Bywater set it up for me.
00:25:20 Elena: Ours also defaults to Not for Loan, I don't remember how I set it up though
00:27:18 vescobar: Yes, it allows you to place a hold for the patron when on ordered status
00:31:33 bjohnson: If you want to create more tabs/groups in Suggestions Management there is an authorized value called SUGGEST_STATUS to do that.
00:35:32 Hasina Akhter: If we use suggest to purchase we don't need to print all suggestion like we are doing now...right?
00:35:57 Margaret Hade: No, Koha will manage it in the suggestions module.
00:36:16 Hasina Akhter: okay
00:36:34 Margaret Hade: You could still print things if your staff or patrons are expecting a piece of paper, but not required
00:36:45 Hasina Akhter: thanks
00:44:01 Jennifer Marlatt: That is awesome!
00:44:02 bjohnson: I think we ended up funding #19358.
00:46:22 Stephanie: That's interesting, because we wanted to add "High Local Interest"
00:46:57 Hasina Akhter: That's Really nice. Thanks.
00:51:49 Michelle Clarizio - Roseville Public Library: We use it at our library
00:51:50 Judy: Is there a way to purge suggestions. Ours are many and the function is clogged up/takes take to load
00:52:15 Hasina Akhter: same as us
00:53:03 Judy: thanks
00:54:54 Hasina Akhter: if delete items, will it delete from budget?
00:59:00 Margaret Hade: I need to run to then next meeting! Have a great day everyone!
00:59:48 Monique: It was very informative today. Thank you so much for doing this.
01:00:09 Judy: Thanks, Rhonda. Very helpful
01:00:41 jfabianp: Is it normal to have multiple Vendor EDI Accounts for 1 Specific Vendor?
01:01:25 Michelle Clarizio - Roseville Public Library: We have multiple vendor EDI accounts for one vendor. We use it as we order kids items differently than we do adults
01:01:42 Hasina Akhter: Thanks Rhonda. That was really helpful.
01:01:55 jfabianp: Gotcha, Thank you Michelle
01:02:19 Hasina Akhter: We do have the same
01:02:32 jfabianp: Thank you Rhonda
01:03:04 vescobar: Thank you Rhonda.
01:03:19 Elena: Thank you, this was a great session!
01:03:21 Stephanie: Thank you for all of the information
01:03:40 Michelle Clarizio - Roseville Public Library: Thank you Rhonda

Chat logs:
01:03:37 Hasina Akhter: we are really interested to use
01:05:12 Judy: I'd like to know how everyone keeps track of spending. What kind of reports do you use from Koha or what other means do you use?
01:06:34 Judy: We input everything manually into Quicken
01:07:43 Barbara Johnson: Here's one: At the end of the fiscal year we still have outstanding orders. We will roll those over into the new fiscal year with fiscal close. But when we have a lot of things pending, it makes it very difficult to know what our actual balances. How do others handle this?
01:07:52 Judy: Do you find the Koha reports accurate - including shipping, tax, processing, etc?
01:10:24 Christie B: For any standing orders and automatic orders that are pending adter the FY closes, we need to zero out the prices. Is there a way around this? What reports are useful?
01:11:30 Jason Robb: https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/SQL_Reports_Library#Acquisition_Reports
01:13:29 Margaret Hade: Bug 24819 - Allow the librarian to choose a patron when entering a purchase suggestion
01:14:05 Hasina Akhter: when you delete item does it remove item cost from budget ?
01:14:59 Hasina Akhter: both delete from busket and from catalog
01:15:28 Hasina Akhter: busket make sence
01:15:48 Hasina Akhter: but from catalog I have question
01:16:20 Barbara Johnson: When you delete a bib/item from the catalog that has an attached order record I think you get a big warning that makes it sound like deleting it will cause a bib problem. We've deleted them anyway and haven't seen a problem.
01:16:41 Hasina Akhter: ok
01:16:47 Barbara Johnson: I meant 'big problem'
01:18:03 Barbara Johnson: so just ignoring the warning is ok?
01:18:21 MGrygla: For the most part today, I'm watching to learning. We're looking more at implementing this when we migrate. Does any one have a procedure/best practice they would be willing to share? If so can you email them to my account at mgrygla@saratogaspringscity.com
01:18:57 MGrygla: Sorry, no Melissa Grygla
01:21:34 Jason Robb: http://koha-us.org/learn/acquisitions/
01:22:01 Hasina Akhter: Another question: when we place order it seems it shows available to patron that our staff doesn't. Is there a way to hide it
01:25:04 Hasina Akhter: can you send this link to us
01:25:38 Margaret Hade: acquisitions-sig@koha-us.org
01:27:07 Hasina Akhter: but our staff doesn't want that
01:27:33 jennie evans: maybe make a new item type?
01:27:40 jennie evans: and suppress that item type?
01:28:16 Hasina Akhter: may be---
01:30:04 Jason Robb: https://groups.google.com/a/koha-us.org/forum/#!forum/acquisitions-sig
01:30:12 Hasina Akhter: thanks a lot Jason
01:31:15 jennie evans: is anyone else closed to the public?
01:31:32 Judy: Los Gatos Library is closed
01:31:36 jennie evans: are you changing your ordering workflows if you are?
01:31:42 Cindy Li: I log into the google group, how to join in the group?
01:31:51 cecil: Washoe County is closed
01:32:04 Barbara Johnson: We are. Doing holds pickup via drive-up window. We haven't changed ordering yet.
01:32:08 Judy: We'll still be ordering but can
01:32:12 MGrygla: We closed. We haven't changed workflow, but we're offering drive up service to pick up holds.
01:32:16 Judy: can't receive.
01:32:30 Christie B: Monterey Public Library isclosed to public. We are continuing to order and receive in acquisitions.
01:32:46 Monique Prive: yes our doors are closed but we are working and our budget has been frozen for about a month. I have been working on serials since that is also my responsibility. no items going in and out of the library
01:33:35 cecil: Washoe is ordering but not receiving.
