Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
All
right,
thank
you,
everyone!
So
much
for
coming.
Let
me
look
at
you:
okay,
I,
thanks
so
much
everyone
for
taking
your
time
to
volunteer
for
the
San
Diego
event.
So
many
of
you
have
volunteered
in
the
past,
which
is
awesome,
yay
for
consistency,
and
now
we
also
are
doing
a
shadow-like
program
like
the
release
team.
So
it's
super
awesome.
This
go-around
we've
got
a
lot
of
changes,
but
we
also
have
a
lot
of
things
same-same
too,
which
is
cool
because
we
can
also
build
off
of
our
best
practices.
A
So
this
is
a
huge
group.
We
have
13
participants
today
and
not
everybody
knows
each
other
I
would
garner,
which
is
even
better
hello.
Everyone,
especially
folks
who
are
new
joining
our
group.
New
faces
new
names.
I
wanted
to
take
time
out
and
just
do
some
brief
intros
just
so
we
can
get
to
know
each
other,
because
some
of
the
shadows,
I
know
don't
know,
not
don't
necessarily
know
their
leads,
and
things
like
that.
A
A
A
C
A
D
E
Everyone
I'm
going
to
be
rorg
when
I
have
been
in
charge
of
the
new
contributor
workshop
for
like
over
a
year
now,
since
cube
con
cop
and
Hagen,
together
with
the
amazing
Josh,
burkas
and
I'm,
really
excited
that
we
are
going
to
have
shadows
this
time
so
that
we
can
pass
off
the
baton
to
the
next
person.
Who's,
probably
a
little
fresher
in
the
community,
and
then
I
am
by
this
point
and
can
give
more
on
that
perspective.
A
F
Yes,
hello,
my
name
is
Jeff
I
work
in
the
same
offices,
Bob
in
fact,
hi
I
also
work
at
the
University
of
Michigan.
I
am
a
senior
research
database
administrator,
which
kind
of
means
nothing
and
I
have
been
to
the
last
two
contributor
summits
and
helped
run
them,
and
now
I
am
accidentally
wearing
the
same
shirt
as
Paris,
because
I
am
also
her
shadow
swear.
That
was
not
coordinated,
but
somehow
it
worked
out.
A
G
A
G
At
Red
Hat,
the
I've
been
in
various
roles
in
several
contributor
summits,
mostly
new
contributed
workshop,
although
I'm
I
currently
lead
for
the
Shanghai
contributor
summit.
So
I'll
be
a
little
distracted
for
about
the
next
two
weeks
and
for
this
one
I'm
going
to
be
content
lead
which,
as
I
understand,
it
is
in
charge
of
everything.
That's
not
logistics
and
see
a
proposal
for
that.
A
little
bit
later
on.
A
H
Hello
guys
I
am
Jamie.
Rochelle
I
am
a
fairly
new
to
Google
about
two
months
in
as
an
event
manager
for
all
things,
Coburn,
it
is
cloud
native,
I
formerly
was
at
docker
and
helping
with
all
things
for
their
community
program
there,
and
my
role
for
this
is
going
to
be
the
project
manager.
So
take
it
light
on
easy
on
me
guys.
As
my
first
contributor
Summit
observation
was
recently
in
Barcelona,
so
look
forward
to
working
with
everyone.
A
J
K
L
Let's
be
real
okay,
so
I
use
a
knit
community
pressure.
Couple
of
months
ago,
I
started
with
the
six
stocks
team
working
on
the
Spanish
novelization
of
the
project
and
I
meet
Paris
in
here.
Fa
Jonas
on
the
last
continue
to
submit
and
I
decided
to
hop
in
and
try
to
help
us
as
much
as
I
can
I,
don't
think.
I
have
a
road
yet,
but
just
let
me
know
how,
when
I
have
and
we've
had
to.
I
I'm,
sorry,
if
I
you
have
some
issues
with
the
sound
I,
have
I
think
my
micro
isn't
working
well:
I'm
Nels,
OAB,
I'm
senior,
devups
engineer
and
dystrophy
I'm
from
Tunisia,
which
is
North
Africa.
It's
left
the
country
I'm
a
new
contributor
to
the
manatees
and
yeah.
That's
it
I
think
my
my
role.
It's
Martin
marketing
lead
shadow.
So
this
is
my
first
time
I'm
happy
to
be
here.
A
A
M
A
Last
call
all
right
all
right,
I
just
want
to
make
sure
I'm
being
super
inclusive,
because
I
know
I'm
having
technology
issues
and,
if
I'm,
not,
let's
just
blame
it
on
my
iPhone
right
now,
all
right.
So
one
of
the
things
I
wanted
to
talk
to
you
about
is
expectations.
I
think
that
is
super
important,
especially
about
these
meetings.
A
A
Within
the
slack
channel,
this
is
a
time
for
all
of
us
to
use
to
make
sure
or
that
we're
on
the
same
page
with
things
that
we
have
time
to
discuss
things,
especially
if
you
feel
like
you
have
more
of
an
idea.
This
is
the
forum
for
you
and
then,
of
course,
we'll
start
to
do
regular
type.
Stand-Ups,
so
meaning
like
the
leads
will
start
to
say.
A
Like
hey,
XYZ
things
coming
down
the
pipe
we'll
start
to
talk
about
deadlines,
things
will
start
to
get
a
little
bit
more
project
managed
E
as
we
go,
but
that
also
means
we
might
not
meet.
So
if
things
are
going
great
like,
for
instance,
like
I'd,
maybe
foresee
that
within
the
next
like
three
to
four
weeks,
if
we're
just
full
steam
ahead,
we
will
not
meet,
and
sometimes
we
might
only
need
for
30
minutes.
My
TL
DR
here
is
like,
let's
not
me
to
me,
cool.
We
already
have
like
45
million
other
meetings.
A
A
Prs
accepted,
that's
really
where
this
crew
I
imagine
over
the
next
course
of
the
like
three
months
or
so
is
going
to
focus.
A
lot
of
our
attention
on
is
what
we're
doing
and
why,
inside
of
the
of
the
agenda,
doc
at
the
very
top,
there's
all
kinds
of
best
practices
like
meaning
like
how
we
actually
do
this
event
and
all
types
of
marketing
materials
and
things
like
that,
the
will
kind
of
guide
us
for
all
future
summits.
We
want
to
try
to
make
this
as
scalable
as
possible.
A
Actually,
no,
it's
I
think
it's
on
Hong,
Kong
or
Beijing
I
think
next
year
and
then
ultimately
another
North
American
one.
So
please
read
yours:
there
is
ample
information.
I've
done
this
event
since
Austin.
So
this
is
my
I,
don't
know
fifth
or
sixth
event,
and
so
a
lot
of
the
stuff
I
do
have
in
my
head
of
course,
just
like
any
any
bus
back
natural
bus
factor
would
but
I
feel
like
I've.
You
know,
I've
done
a
great
job
of
just
putting
down
all
of
the
words
on
these
documents.
Now
they
just
necessarily.
A
Can
you
see
like
organize
and
things
like
that
so
TLDR
there
is
to
read
yours
make
sure
you
understand
your
role
responsibilities.
Of
course
you
can
ask
those
questions
as
we
go,
but
I
feel
like
I
feel
very
confident
in
the
leads
that
we
have
right
now.
As
far
as
where
you
all
think
your
roles
and
responsibilities
are,
if
you
have
any
questions,
ask
now
forever
hold
your
peace
and
if
we
want,
let's
have
a
conversation
about
roles
right
now.
E
I
had
a
question:
do
we
have
we
don't
sorry,
we
don't
have
a
comprehensive
list
of
roles
and
shadows.
Yet
right,
that's
still
in
the
works.
We.
A
A
E
I'm
a
little
confused
now,
but
that's
okay,
I'll,
listen!
No!.
A
A
A
A
The
one
question
that
I'm
gonna
take
offline
with
Jamie,
but
it's
the
question
that,
if
you
all
want
to
talk
about
it,
that's
great
but
is
milestones
right
now,
because
the
way
contributor
experience
works
is
we
do
milestones
based
off
release,
so
next,
one
being
like
end
of
August,
so
we
are
milestone
for
contributor
experiences,
end
of
August,
so
we
can
either
work
on
that
schedule
or
work
on
our
own
schedule
with
our
own
milestone.
So
that's
something
that
we
need
to
address.
I
don't
know.
A
G
Not
I
mean
the
next
step
here
is
to
actually
have
a
meeting
with
people
who
worked
on
the
content
for
the
last.
Both
people
were
already
in
on
NCW
and
content,
so
me,
and
yang
and
gwen
and
gluto
in
chato's.
Aren't
after
look
at
the
thing
I
+.
Maybe
you
know
Jonas
and
Dawn
and
Tim
if
they're
available
and
to
figure
out
what
our
major
content
pieces
are
going
to
be
this
time.
So
questions
of
you
know
here
we
can
have
scheduled
presentations
for
the
contributor
day.
Are
we
going
to
have
a
101
into
201?
G
A
A
Sure
I
just
think,
that's
more!
That's
just
us
scheduling
another
room
of
unscheduled
time.
That's
just
adding
up
adding
a
room
yeah
which
is
totally
fine,
but
yeah
I
know
we
can
and
that's
if
something.
If
we
have
time
now
on
this
call,
we
can
totally
go
over
the
survey
results
from
Seattle
and
I
can
share
that
with
you
all
too
so
that
yeah.
That
brings
us
to
the
next
session
section,
which
is
I,
wanted
to
set
the
tone
a
little
bit
for
past
summits.
A
They
really
enjoy
about
this.
On
that
too,
so
the
thing,
the
four
things
that
I
put
on
there
right
now
we're
more
hallway
time
more
actionable
sections
sessions,
the
right
people
in
the
room
and
a
clear
online
and
on-site
reg
process
I
feel
like
a
lot
of
the
other,
smaller
type
of
issues
and
even
successes
that
we've
had
in
the
past
have
rolled
up
to
kind
of
one
of
these
umbrella
things.
A
B
A
Hundred
percent
and
then
the
more
actionable
sessions
drawls
from
actually
I
think
the
Austin
one,
which
was
the
first
one
that
I
did
where
we
had
almost
all
on
conferences
and
people,
just
kind
of
used
them
as
offense
sessions.
They
didn't
necessarily
get
anything
out
of
it.
A
lot
of
people
said
that
it
was
again
super
cool
hallway
track
time,
but
not
enough
action.
A
So
in
Seattle
we
try
to
prep
some
track
leads
and
some
day
of
facilitators
and
even
some
people
running
sessions
with
more
actionable
feedback
as
to
like
how
to
create
that
event
experience,
and
then
we
can
kind
of
build
off
that
you
know
in
the
future
and
then
the
right
people
in
the
room.
All
this
kind
of
goes
hand
in
hand
with
register
with
the
registration
process,
but
in
the
past
we've
had
varying
degrees,
varying
levels
of
openness.
As
far
as
a
registration
process
is
concerned,
I
mean
actually
excuse
me.
A
A
We've
had
a
lot
of
problems
in
the
past,
where
folks
have
been
in
the
room,
especially
on
conference
rooms,
who
have
never
contributed.
They
might
be
in
the
ecosystem,
but
they
don't
have
any
kind
of
direct
tie
to
the
project
and
other
people
get
really
upset
about
that
because
they
tiny
they
might
take
over
the
conversation
or
something
along
those
lines
from
the
Barcelona
as
well
as
the
Seattle.
We
did
I
think
an
excellent
job
with
creating
that
environment
so
props
to
both
teams
for
that.
A
H
A
Yeah
and
clear,
clear
and
online
on
say,
reg
Russia
kind
of
hit
hit
on
that
already,
just
making
sure
that
we
asked
everyone
the
first
time
what
they
need.
So
registration
is
going
to
be
a
hot
next
step
that
we're
going
to
talk
about
in
a
second,
but
that's
kind
of
what
I
run
out
to
review
for
past
summits.
It's
one
of
my
favorite
events
of
the
year
so
I'll
end
on
some
positive
notes.
A
A
We
we
have
to
build
a
program
to
where,
if
it's
everybody
in
a
space
of
pretty
much
eight
to
nine
hours
on
Monday,
with
the
exception
of
the
social
on
Sunday,
so
it's
really
important
for
us
to
try
to
make
sure
we
get
all
of
that
right,
which
is
a
lot.
So
we've
done
a
really
excellent
job,
I
think
and
everybody
on
the
line
has
done
an
excellent
job
with
doing
that
in
the
past.
So
I
really
appreciate
everyone.
A
The
other
cool
thing
that
we
do
I
think
are
the
shirts,
it's
a
special
token
that
we
give
to
contributors
and
then
other
things
that
I
think
we
do
right
up.
Obviously,
the
new
contributor
workshop
I
feel
like
a
lot
of
the
content
itself.
That's
being
served
is
really
really
awesome,
so
anybody
want
to
share
anything
at
a
high
level
as
far
as
things
that
we
definitely
need
to.
C
I
think
we
covered
a
lot
from
Barcelona
near
retro
that
we
did
last
week,
I'm
still
collecting
all
the
feedback
there
and
we'll
have
like
a
properly
formatted
one
that
I'll
put
up
on
github
later
on,
but
yeah
I
think
you
hit
the
nail
on
the
head
here,
making
sure
that
we
have
proper
registration
processes
proper
signage,
so
people
find
the
way
getting
more
hallway
time.
I
think
is
really
important
as
well.
A
A
Well,
one
of
the
things
that
we
just
keep
hearing
on
all
of
these
surveys.
Time
and
time
again,
I
mean
even
since
Austin
is
people
want
more
days
with
contributors,
and
you
know
like
it's
like
I
just
said:
we
can't
make
that
up.
We
try
I
feel
like
with
the
social
and
that's
something
that
we'll
talk
about
later
on
when
we
talk
about
the
venue.
A
It
specifically
is
like
the
time
too,
because
a
lot
of
people
are
flying
in
on
Sunday,
so
we've
heard
a
lot
about
the
time
and
when
that
starts,
because
people
want
to
maximize
on
the
time
that
they
have
with
people.
So
if
anybody
has
any
ideas
as
we
go
and
as
we're
content
planning,
you
know
speak
speak
of
please
because
I
think
that
is
one
of
the
key
things
and
one
of
the
key
goals
here
is
to
create
that
space
for
people
to
like
have
a
good
time
and
also
do
work.
B
A
Could
do
we
could
do
like
a
certain
date
where,
like
I,
don't
know
like
30
days,
30
days
out
or
something
where
we
noticed
like
you
know,
if
there's
a
discrepancy
between
the
social
and
I
mean
the
social
numbers
and
the
Monday,
then
we
like
open
it
to
all
contributors
or
something
along
those
lines.
That's
just
literally
it.
G
F
The
problem
is,
if
you
don't
tell
people
up
front,
that
there
is
a
social
before
the
summit,
they
may
try
and
catch
like
a
red-eye
in
the
night
before
and
then
they're
going
to
not
be
able
to
miss
or
not
be
able
to
attend
the
social.
It's
I
there's
probably
not
a
really
clean
solution
for
this.
Unfortunately,.
O
F
F
The
only
the
only
other
thing
I
would
say
is-
and
we
kind
of
touched
on
this
in
the
retro,
but
I
do
want
to
say
it
again.
There
is
a
reasonable
chance
that
we
should
try
and
make
the
social
as
long
and
as
late
as
possible,
because
otherwise
people
are
just
gonna
find
other
there
they're
gonna
migrate.
Maybe
that's
okay,
but
no.
A
A
D
We
have
looked
at
20
different
venues
going
as
far
as
30
minutes
away
from
San
Diego
and
we
have
one
option:
the
Marriott
next
to
the
San
Diego
Convention
Center.
We
actually
have
the
space
on
hold
right
now
because
we
didn't
want
them
to
lose
it
since
that
is
kind
of
our.
Our
sadly
will
one
hold
right
there
I'll
be.
A
D
D
D
D
It's
right
next
door
to
the
Convention
Center,
so
it's
within
walking
distance
to
all
the
other
co-located
events
and
it's
we
have
a
room
block
there
too.
So
if
people
want
to
book
their
rooms,
I
haven't
checked
if
it's
still
available
or
not,
but
I
know
that
we
had
a
room
block
there.
Did
you
look
at
colleges
and
universities?
Yes,
we
looked
at
UC,
San,
Diego,
San,
Diego
State.
D
D
A
D
Unfortunately,
not
they're
already
struggling
with
finding
enough
space
for
other
co-located
activities
on
that
day,
so
we
would
not
have
our
own
space
and
we
wouldn't
be
able
to
have
all
our
rooms
located
together.
So
it's
not
ideal.
They
are
either
what.
B
A
I
think
we
should
definitely
reduce
a
lot
of
those
numbers,
all
right,
I'm,
happy
to
talk
through
that
yeah
I,
just
don't
yeah
I
mean
I,
think
yeah
no
I
mean
I,
saw
the
budget
and
I
feel
like
that
is
extremely
high,
so
I
mean
that's.
This
is
the
wrong
conversation
for
this
call,
but
I
feel
like
we're,
basing
it
on
numbers
that
we
definitely
don't
need
or
want
I
feel
like
it's
gonna
be
hard
for
us
to
control
the
control
like
an
unconference
for
more
than
450
people
anyway.
A
A
D
D
You,
let
me
know
when
you
want
to
go
and
I
will
meet
you
there.
Okay,.
A
We
just
need
to
make
sure
that
we
get
these
estimates
right
over
the
next
week
or
so,
because
Deb
is
going
to
help
us
with
the
food
and
getting
that
right,
and
that
is
one
of
the
most
expensive
things
that
we
have
and
Deb
can
you
check
with
the
venue?
Are
we
allowed
to
bring
in
outside
food,
or
is
this
something
where
we
can
only
order
their
catering?
It's.
D
Something
where
we
can
only
order
their
catering
with
the
Marriott
we're
not
being
charged
a
room
rate
which
they
make
up
for
by
having
a
food
and
beverage
minimum.
In
Europe
we
played
both
a
room,
rental
and
a
food
and
beverage.
So
this
is
actually
a
better
deal
for
us
as
room
rental
gets
very,
very
expensive
and
it's
kind
of
like
throwing
money
away.
So
we
have
to
use
their
food
and
beverage.
We
can't
bring
anything
in
in
it,
so
we
don't
throw
money
away
on
room
rental,
okay,.
A
D
No,
the
proposed
budget
that
I
sent
over
there
was
an
option
1
&
2
or
the
damson
over.
There
was
an
option
wanted
to
option.
One
was
ad
just
in
the
five
big
rooms,
so
it
have
a
screen.
Projector
microphones,
sound
your
standard,
like
presentation,
setup
and
then
the
increase
in
budget
included,
adding
it
in
those
smaller
rooms
as
well.
Does.
D
D
A
A
All
right,
we've
got
less
than
five
minutes
left
next
steps.
Marketing
timeline,
Jonas,
Jeannie,
I,
put
you
I,
put
that
next
to
I.
Didn't
necessarily
want
you
to
present
right
now,
but
Jonas
is
already
prepared
and
ahead
of
time,
which
is
awesome.
Jonas.
Do
you
want
to
take
it
away
for
what
you
put
for
timeline,
yeah.
C
Just
quickly,
essentially
we're
basing
it
on
the
event
date
and
going
backwards,
so
the
I'm
still
nailing
down
the
the
correct
dates
and
everything
and
making
sure
that
we
are
on
track.
We'll
we'll
add
that
to
github
issues,
because
that's
how
we
track
things
so
making
sure
that
Jamie
gets
those
gets.
Those
updates.
The
first
item
is,
of
course,
as
always,
to
update
the
github
repo
with
event
info
and
the
core
team
with
roles,
and
that
has
already
been
done
by
a
Jeff
and
Bob
here.
So
thank
you.
A
Doing
this
for
everything
appreciate
it
all
right:
content
proposal
me
and
Josh
Josh,
let's
say
put
in
content
meeting
to
decide
major
content
role,
schedule,
TBD
cool
other
things,
I'm,
trying
to
think
of
what
else
I
wanted
to
say
for
content
proposal
Oh
as
far
as
steering
committee,
and
why
we
do
that.
I
did
put
that
stuff
in
some
of
the
best
practices
doc.
But
one
of
the
next
steps
that
we
do
is
we
put
together
a
skeleton.
A
It
does
not
include
details
but
skeleton
to
give
to
the
steering
committee
that
isn't
something
that
we
do
as
a
oh.
What's
the
there
was
like
a
French
word
for
it?
It's
you
know
like
to
the
president
where
you're
like
hey
this
is
the
thing
we're
doing,
but
you
don't
necessarily
have
to
approve
it
because
we're
gonna
do
it
anyway,
but
if
you
have
any
input
that
you
would
like
to
add,
please
do
so
now
because
they
have
a
lot
of
worthwhile
value
and
input.
A
G
A
A
G
Yeah,
we're
just
gonna,
be
scheduling
a
meeting
to
discuss
budget,
which
you
got
a
little
glimpse
of
earlier
here
to
figure
out
for
the
contributor
summit.
I,
don't
know
if
anybody
cares
about
that
other
than
me
and
Paris
and
the
CNCs
staff.
If
you
do,
let
me
know
and
I'll
make
sure
you
know
in
the
meeting
schedule.
