If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).

A
A
Please
put
your
name
in
the
agenda
if
you
haven't
already,
if
someone
can
take
notes,
that's
great,
because
I
literally
cannot
walk
and
talk
at
the
same
time,
so
I
mean
just
randomly
take
notes
as
as
you
want
or
need.
That
would
be
good
updates
from
the
leads
we
have
a
blog
post,
that's
going
to
be
due
on
February
14th,
that's
going
to
be
around
the
same
time
that
we
try
and
release
the
official
schedule.
So
it's
going
to
be
kind
of
like
a
one-two-three
punch,
comms
wise.
A
B
A
B
So
there
have
been
some
issues:
Josh's
design
was
really
awesome.
I,
it
was
a
lot
of
ink,
it
would
have
doubled
the
shirts
and
we're
also
limited
to
you
I
think
six
colors,
so
he
ended
up,
had
been
working
together
on
busting
that
out
and
I
think
also
involving
drew
serve
our
swag
rep
to
get
all
that
sorted
out,
and
they
should
hopefully
have
it
done
today,
because
they
order
in
yeah.
A
A
The
strength
of
the
submissions
when
I
look
through
it
is
kind
of
medium.
We
might
want
to
start
reaching
out
to
some
people
and
see
if
they're
willing
to
present
or
if
they
have
any
like
burning
topics
that
they're
interested
in
and
take
more
of
a
curated
approach
rather
than
a
let
the
community
funnel
in
through
that
CFP
form
and,
as
yang
said,
we'll
probably
need
to
go
to
every
Sigyn
working
group
and
ask
and
maybe
have
a
spreadsheet
that
just
lists
every
group
out
and
then
divide
and
conquer.
A
That's
something
I
kind
of
want
to
do
is
a
last
resort,
except
last
resort
is
probably
today
so
I'll
create
the
sheet
in
the
Google
sheet
that
we're
all
using
and
then
just
fill
in
your
name,
I'll
post,
that
in
Summit
staff
once
it's
actually
done,
but
I'm
probably
not
going
to
do
it
until
tonight.
So
we
can
start
out
tomorrow.
A
A
D
I
like
doing
that,
I
just
think
this
time
we
need
to
solidify
those
instructions
and
the
instructions
in
the
card
this
time
around
like
we
should.
We
should
make
it
like
luck
of
the
draw
and
those
leftover
cards
I
think
if
we
just
printed
out
a
bunch
of
labels
and
just
stuck
that
over
the
previous
instructions,
we
can
use
those
cards
again.
Maybe.
A
So
we'll
check
back
with
Deb
and
see
if
we
still
have
the
leftover
cards
I'm,
not
sure
if
they
just
got
recycled
or
if
we
actually
shipped
him
around
me
personally,
I
loved
the
bingo
it
like
four
people
came
up
and
talked
to
me
that
I've
never
met
and
to
me
that's
actually
a
really
good
thing,
because
I
tend
like
if
you're
at
the
reception,
you
kind
of
like
sit
back
and
just
look
at
all
the
interactions.
A
A
A
A
That's
commit
that
as
a
to
do
and
then
figure
out
later
honestly,
I'll,
try
and
figure
that
out
today,
I
have
a
couple
ideas
of
people.
I
can
reach
out
to
along
those
same
lines,
but
not
actually
under
the
Deb
question,
so
activities
to
do
with
the
social,
not
just
bingo.
One
idea,
slash
thing
that
I
had
was
trying
to
get
board
games
there.
I
know
every
single
cube
con.

it
was

J
Hi
this
is
Kim
hello,
so
I've
been
talking
about
this
with
the
other
diversity.
You
know
with
regard
to
the
other
diversity
events
that
we
have
at
the
conference
and
one
of
the
things
to
help
people
feel
inclusive.
It
like
you're
gonna,
do
trivia,
don't
let
them
choose
up
their
own
teams,
because
somebody
gets
left
out,
I
mean
basically,
they
pull
a
number
I
know
no.
J
We're
looking
at
so
far,
we
haven't
gotten
into
a
lot
of
details,
but
stupid
ideas.
Like
you
know,
everybody
contributes,
you
know
one
thing
about
themselves
and
you
have
to
go
fill
in
who
who's
the
person.
That
said,
you
know
they
love
dogs
right
and
that
requires
you
to
go
around
and
actually
talk
to
people.
So.
J
Especially
and
I
don't
know
the
makeup
of
this,
but
if
you
have
a
lot
of
first-timers
I
in
sixty
five
percent
of
the
last
conference
were
first-timers
its.
How
do
you
make
them
feel
welcome
and
get
to
know
more
people
so
that
when
they
walk
through
the
halls,
they
could
say,
hey,
I
know
you
so
I'll
just
leave
that
as
an
something
for
us
to
think
about
absolutely.
A
A
A
A
E
E
E
E
A
E
A
What
I'm,
trying
like
what
I
would
like
to
know
is:
are
we
on
track
from
previous
contributor
summits
to
fill
up?
Do
we
need
to
blast
more
comms?
Do
we
need
to
reach
out
more
because
like
if,
if
this
rate
of
registration
is
normal,
then
I'm
not
going
to
worry,
but
if
we're
lagging
behind
comparatively
I'd
like
to
know,
and
that
like,
if
we
don't
have
those
numbers,
that's
fine,
but
it's
something
we
might
want
to
track
in
the
future.
E
E
B
Quick
question
on
the
capacity
numbers
the
capacity
filled
includes,
so
the
includes
the
total
capacity,
including
the
diversity
registrants
right.
Yes,
okay,
there's
yeah,
because
there
should
be
artificial
caps
for
NCW
101
and
two
on
registering
normally
set
aside.
I
think
30
registrations
from
each
for
the
diversity.
What.
E
E
I
Hello,
hey
all
right.
So
last
week
I
talked
with
Jesse,
Kim
and
Deb
and
then
George
about
streamlining
some
processes
to
help
promote
summit.
So
it'll
be
a
little
bit
easier
in
Boston
and
just
to
make
sure
that
we
have
tweets
and
everything
going
out.
I
Kim
and
I
also
talked
about
having
CN
CF
make
a
short
contributor
and
they
columns
smash
up
so
basically
creating
little
videos
that
can
be
helped
to
promote
Boston
and
promote
contributor
summit
moving
forward
I'm
just
to
give
them
more
content
so
to
be
created
in
Amsterdam
before
Boston
and
then
I
just
see,
Europe
hi
so
I
can
I
can
work
on
the
blog
with
you.
I
We
can
get
one
yeah
absolutely
and
then
we
can
get
more
comms
out,
but
what
I
don't
understand
or
I
don't
know
where
to
look
is
how
do
we
know
which
SIG's
have
submitted
and
which
things
happen
at
this
point
to
target
some.
A
So
the
CFPs
are
done
by
individual
contributors.
We
just
want
to
reach
out
to
various
SiC
channels
to
try
and
garner
more
CFPs
the
cig
meet-and-greets,
where
we
actually
are
reaching
out
to
SIG's
as
a
whole
rather
than
individual
contributors.
So
we
kind
of
have
two
things
that
we
need
to
fill
one.
We
need
more
CFPs
from
individual
contributors
across
the
Wow
across
the
spectrum
of
all
the
SIG's,
and
then
we
also
need
to
make
sure
that
each
cig
itself
has
some
form
of
representation
at
the
meet
and
greet
and.
G
G

I
A
A
B
B
A
K
F
A
C
Welcome
back
Kim,
we
are
still
in
a
holding
pattern
today.
The
diversity
scholarships
are
closing
for
the
CNC
up
so
tomorrow,
if
I
don't
hear
from
Wendy
West
today,
I'll
I'll
reach
out
to
her
tomorrow
to
get
the
list
of
people
that
were
not
accepted
and
then
start
I'll
work
with
the
comms
team
to
start
getting
comms
out
to
them.
There's
also
coordination
happening
with
the
kubernetes
meetup
community
in
Amsterdam,
which
is
sort
of
hosted
by
Microsoft
I
believe
so
those
are
in
flight
as
well.
That's
it
Kim.
Do
you
have
anything.
D
A
C
C
H
A
G
G
So
we
got
an
extra
headcount,
the
sam'l
drama,
guy
who's
been
in
sick
and
Trebek's.
He
works
for
an
airline,
so
he
has
tickets
and
a
hotel
any
so
he's
an
extra
body
for
the
contribs
summit.
That
I
think
we
could
hallway
track.
However,
he
does
need
a
ticket
to
get
in.
Do
we
know
how,
like
we
figure
that
out?
