All right., so basically we're not good.

humans aren't good at doing things that are repetitive or programmatic, robots.

A

Are better at it., so automation is key., yeah. um,.

A

When it comes to open source interactions,, don't think of me,, don't think of the implementation, detail., don't think of, you know,.

A

Centralized control and or implicit, right?.

A

Like it's not granted to anybody in particular and don't make too many.

A

Assumptions, right? assume we assume that collaboration is,. It needs to happen.

A

Decentralization, again, going back to that asynchronous communication, right?, like it has to be somewhat decentralized. um,.

A

And then everybody kinda has like a seat at the table..

A

So shared theories are important and open source interactions.

A

When you think of functionality and code, think more to docs,.

A

Tests, interactions, releases, security, right?, like it's more in depth than just a function. and the code itself,.

A

You have to think of the entire software package,.

A

Including user experience. okay., so it's very,.

A

It's very human. opensource, uh, contributions are very human.

A

Again,, the code of conduct to be good to people.

A

mutual respect. As a prerequisite. again, read the code of conduct.

A

Uh, all right,: let's get a change into the project. uh,.

Cool. right., I actually work at, okay.

It's fine., it's all good. um,, so we're going to talk about what it takes to get a change into a project.

B

who's heard the term drive by contributions?. Do you know what that means?.

B

Anyone not know what that means?, it's okay., that's fine.. So the idea there,.

B

Like, hi,, who are you?, I'm george., I'm a kubernetes contributor.

B

Everyday I wake up at 9:00 am and I work on kubernetes from nine to nine or whatever, right? a drive by contribution.. We talk about,, let's say you're hanging out,, you have a problem at work or something, and then you find a little piece of code.

B

On get hub or something and you're like, oh,, this is perfect for me., but there's like one little thing that is busted.. So, while you're there,.

B

You just submit a pull request. you're, not involved with that project..

B

You just saw something,, you saw an issue and you do do a contribution, right?.

B

You're not ready to name your child after the project or anything like that or be involved.. But so we call contributions like that, dry by contributions,.

B

Right?, where it's like, hey,, I'm here.. This is useful for me.

B

here's. My contribution. see you later., you know,, so we call those drive by contributions. um,, unfortunately, for a project like kubernete's, because it's kind of large and.

B

Complex, um, those tend to be a lot more complicated than you think versus like finding your.

B

Cool little javascript library thing that you just do a small pr and then that's.

B

Done. um,, because at kubernete's we're not just looking for a drive by contribution,.

B

But like as chris was alluding to earlier,, you can't just like fix a little bit of code, right?.

B

You get need to make sure the tests still pass. and does this apply, you know,.

B

Does this fit with the design of what,? You know, this part of the software supposed to do? um,.

B

There is an interesting bits. I want you to remember and write this down, so you.

B

Can google this. mmm.?

B

Do you space shuttle kubernetes in google?? What does that come? Up?.

B

Does that come up with a thing?, so there's a famous file in kubernetes that is written in what they call like.

B

Nasa style,, which is very like,, and they say, do not attempt to simplify this code.. It's written like this for a reason, and it's really, really well commented on why they wrote that piece of code that way.

B

And it's just like a very interesting thing, where it's like, oh,, if you're a drive by computer contributor- and you saw that, right?.

B

And you're like, oh,. I think I could simplify this,. I can make this better., but if you're not paying attention to the context of that entire file, right,.

B

They specifically say, do not try to simplify this file., there's a reason we're doing it. This way. um,, so don't just like, you know,.

B

Drive by and, and try to fix it., so I always thought that that's one of my most cool, like link, you saw on hacker.

B

News one day. um,, so I believe you, you t, do not try to simplify this falling and I should show up or something like.

B

That. um, so, um,.

B

So let's say your goal is to get a change into the project. so, um,.

B

I am actually going to inverse the, the bullets here. uh,.

B

Presence of meeting slacks and mailing lists is where I would actually go. First.

B

I think a lot of, um, how many of your open source developers are ready and are just here to learn how.

B

Kubernetes does things, right?, so in a lot of projects, right,.

B

You might be like, oh,, there's a low hanging, fruit or whatever.

B

I'll do a pull request and then they accept it or whatever.. Um,.

B

Because kubernetes is so large and complicated. um,.

B

Unfortunately, I've seen a few times,, especially back in the early days,.

B

We were doing a better job now, where someone would,, they would show up with code first and then not realize that a sig had a plan to.

B

Address that issue and stuff like that. and then everybody gets sad because we can't accept your code and then they.

B

Wasted a bunch of time., you know what I mean?. They don't think that because, uh,.

B

This is an open source project that you have to show up with code first, right?.

B

Like you, don't have to prove anything to anybody. so, um,.

B

What I would recommend is just show up,, listen to meetings., usually people kind of have like an idea of what they want to do and then you.

B

Could say, oh, okay, now I can look at the issues and get hub and get context on what they want to do. um, and a lot of new contributors,. They say, okay,.

B

I think I'm going to try to fix this bug with this thing..

B

Let me link up with a mentor at that sick at the next meeting and say, hey,.

B

This is the approach I want to take.. What do people think?

B

you'll get a plus minus.. There might be people who wrote that code initially or whatever, and that will end up just saving you a bunch of times cause there's nothing sadder than then a.

B

Writing stuff that we can't use. mmm.

B

And a lot of this stuff is like thinking of if I was a reviewer,.

B

What would I want a pull request to be like? like nobody likes when someone does a pull request and the body of the poll.

B

Request is like the template., like everybody hates that., um, so,, you know,.

B

Proactive communication,, especially being involved with the sig, is like really important. Here., that's the one thing I want you to remember. like, don't,, don't try to like code or fix something in a vacuum..

B

I tend to over ask actually, um, in a way., so it's like, hey,.

B

I was gonna approach this in about two weeks., I'm going to do a peer.

B

and then there's no surprises, right? they're like, oh,. I remember george brought this up, the meeting,. We had consensus people thumbs, up. yeah,, that's good.! Maybe do it! This way,.

B

Maybe do it that way., so that can really help kind of grease the wheels for you.

B

So when you show up with your pr, like there's, no surprises. everyone's like,.

B

Oh yeah,, I remember this. no brainer. mmm.

B

So the review code itself, this is,- I want to say this- is advanced common sense,.

B

But, like imagine that you're the person reviewing the code. um,.

B

Your first pr should be like a 35 page, 35,000.

B

Like if it says, double, double xl at any point in the labels,, it's like,, oh no,,.

B

I'm scared., so I always try to do, um, little things that are well documented,.

B

Make it really easy for the reviewer to say yes, as opposed to,.

B

Can you imagine if you got a huge diff as a pull request?, it's like, ah,.

B

I've got to pull the thing.. I've got to build this and then not have to check all these tests..

B

It's just too big., so something that's digestible, um, and it's communicated.

B

Uh, well, and then on the slides,. There are some tips here that we have from places, um, that you can check out.

B

Mmm. so yeah. uh, sorry,.

B

This is way too complicated for me. um,, oh no,, I'm doing this.

B

Oh,, how do I say this without saying this is all common sense, because if you don't know this, no, no,, I'm okay., so yeah,.

B

I mean the decentralized consensus forming, I think, is what I want to talk about.

B

Here in this part, is uh,, kubernete's kind of has a concept of what we call lazy consensus where, let's say.

B

I have an idea and we are the group and I say,.

B

I have an idea: I want to fix food by doing bar and baz. jeremy,.

B

What do you think if he doesn't say no and most of you don't say no,.

B

Aye can just do it because no one said no. right.

B

We never want a meyer project. You saw in the kubernetes values about velocity.

B

And, and all that kind of stuff. like, we never want to nick pick something to death so that it ends up being like,.

B

Well, I had a project,, I had a pr, but I wasn't able to get explicit consensus for people.

B

And then you get kind of like the press, cause your pr sits there and things like that. um,, that's something,, that's one thing I wish I could have told myself in the future, be like, hey, if no one explicitly says no,, right, and you're acting within the means of like the design or the cap, you're working.

B

On or the issue rock on with your bad self and then just,, you know,, keep going.

B

Just keep talking about stuff., um, and then, uh,.

B

For kubernetes itself, uh, did, did we do the section on release?.

B

Amanda stepped out, on, um, something's an alpha and then someone released,.

B

Then it's a beta and then release. okay, we'll talk about that. Later.

B

I don't think you need that here. all right. uh, but wait,, there's more,.

B

Hold on. am I supposed to say something: here? okay., so that was pretty abstract.

B

What about specifics? all right,, so this is the one page I have bookmarked.

I'm actual bookmarks toolbar on my browser., so this is the kubernetes, uh,.

Get workflow. uh, when you go to the kubernetes contributor, guide,.

B

And this all be the slide and the links, there's a link to this page, and this page not only has a diagram,, but at the bottom of the page, it has step-by-steps on how to do. Each of these steps.

So I wake up in the morning and someone has assigned me something and I say,.

B

I'm going to do a pull request.. I literally come to this page,. I read it all,.

B

And then I kind of take, okay, first thing: I'm going to do, make sure that my local thing is sinked with the upstream repo. awesome.

B

Next, I'm going to make a branch,, then I'm going to make my changes,.

B

I'm going to test them, check out all this stuff, make sure it works locally..

B

Then I'm going to push to the my get hub, castro geo named space,.

B

Make sure all that works. and then I'll do a pull request and then I'll repeat the process.

B

So this is a really, really great diagram..

B

I think I've been working here like two years and I still depend on this. Every.

B

Single day. every time I do a pull request and um,.

B

It just helps keep me out of trouble.. It reminds me on how the branching thing works. um,.

B

But it's not this huge long slog that you have to go through.!

B

It's just a nice handy, guide. uh,, you know, when you're like,, oh,.

B

You see something and then you're like,. I think I can fix this on the spot.

B

But then you're like, ah, do I want to go through all the workflow issues?.

B

This is light enough. or you can almost just do a pull request on the spot.

B

And it's really useful.. I use this a lot. mmm.

B

So the quick steps on how it goes. um,.

B

Let me just go through quick, full request. um,. I dunno.

B

Let's say you go today,, you go back to your hotel room and you're like, oh,.

B

This contributor guy,, they say it's pretty great and you're reading through it, and you find a bunch of mistakes or things that don't make sense. or some kind of improvement, right?.

B

So, uh,, what you would do is pull the repo,. You would clone it,.

B

You would submit a pull request., um, you'll, add labels and notes.

B

So a lot of the things that he mentioned,, usually I find 90% of the time the buck kind of figure, stuff, out,, right?.

B

If you check out- and you do a pull request on a certain directory of code,.

B

We know who to that and it will assign the right. Reviewer, excuse, me,.

B

And all that kind of good stuff. so generally speaking,, I just kind of look at the labels and I kind of make, you know,.

B

Does this make sense? you know, [inaudible], you know,.

B

Like it'd be weird, if you're doing a pull request to,, I dunno. mmm.

B

Minikube or something in the ads,, like a cuban men label or something. so, um,.

B

So generally I just, you know,. I do my pull requests, I'll sit there and I'll leave the thing open. the bot will do it..

B

You don't even have to have five in your browser and get hub, right? it'll say,.

B

Oh, I'm going to assign these people. and then it looks like the bots talking to itself for a little bit,, but you see it actually applying the labels. and then I start,.

B

I start to pay attention to the labels. I say, okay,.

B

Sig is something that means a sig is going to be in charge of doing this, pull.

B

Request. and at the end, um, you know,.

B

It'll kind of assign somebody or it'll put it in a general queue. um,.

B

So then what happens? Is, is sig owners,. So someone like me,.

B

Let's say you were doing the contributor guide,, you were doing the fix,.

B

I'm going to prove her or whatever. I would,, it would show up in my queue.

B

I wake up one day and then my little thing, you would say, oh,, there's a pull request.. So I go there and I look at it,. I look at the changes,.

B

It looks good to me., I look at the labels., it says, you've signed the cla, so I don't have to sweat. Anything. um,.

B

And you're, looking for two things. when you're doing a pull request, your el gtm,, did they tell you what l gtm means?.

Oh wow., that's awesome.! What time is it?? It's like two o'clock.

B

We still haven't told you what it is. so we're really terrible at this. well,, we'll tell you a bunch of terms and not tell you, the definition.

B

L gtm means looks good to me.. That's a way of me saying,. This looks good to me.

B

Mmm. s, gtm beans, sound good to me., so someone would be like,.

B

Is this a good idea? and you'd be like, sdtm,, but not verbally. that'd be weird.

B

Uh,, so I look at it and I go, this looks good to me.. So I'll do slash. L gtm,.

B

Most contributors in the area, feel free.

B

You can always look at something and feel free to review, it. right?.

B

So let's say jeremy happened to be looking in the pr requests and he said, oh,.

B

This is interesting to me. and he sees it and he does.. He looks at it and goes,.

B

Oh, that looks good to me. Too.. He just has slash l gtm,, you know,.

B

It never hurts to have multiple people kind of say, yeah, thumbs. Up.

B

that looks good to me.. Then it sits in a cube.

B

And then this is actually kind of,. What about over there?? I don't like that.

B

Whatever. ignore line six. uh, you'll, do an l, gtm first and then at some point and approver,, who is a person,.

B

A group of people who are responsible for that directory's worth of code.

B

There's a little file called owners that someone explained owner's files, yet.

B

All right., so it'll randomly say who's in this owner's file and you know,.

B

Is not on vacation mode and get hub. right.

B

and then I'll get a little ping that will say, you know, hey, ready.

B

I'll sit there and I'll look and I'll look at the pr and then I'll see,.

B

Okay, sweet. jeremy, already yelled gtm to other people. all gtm sweet.

B

I do slash approve. and what that is is kind of like the final stamp, right?.

B

So, depending on where you are, and what you're responsible for,, I have slash approve in certain parts of kubernetes, and I have no powers and.

B

Other parts of kubernetes. right?, so I'm not an engineer, so I can't slash approve in api machinery cause that'd, be.

B

Crazy. right?, but there are certain other parts where I can just approve all day. mmm.

B

So that's really kind of how we break up the immensity of the code. Base.

B

It's like whatever you're contributing to,, there's going to be a little step,, you'll get ldts and then you'll get approved after we hit slash approve.

B

A bot will complain about you, about what tests you failed.

B

If it's like your first one in the community to repo, there's a test that checks the actual spelling., so if you did the contributor guide and you misspelled committee, like I always do,, it fails a test,, then I have to go back and fix it.

B

As in you have to fix a thing., you can't flunk the test.. I already tried that.

B

Um,, so I was like,. Why are we checking on spelling? but whatever. um, so, uh,.

B

It'll tell you whether you pass a test or not, right? and then you fix it,, you do another push and then you can say slash retest. um,,.

B

Or it might think, might be, uh, you know, if you're actually working on a piece of code,, sometimes it might take, you know, multiple minutes or hours for stuff to run. um,.

B

And you just watch your pr and then a thing will come: back,, say: yay,, your tests are back,, either pass failed and all of these things,.

B

The kubernetes bot in the text,- it actually tells you what step you're in.

B

So I use, I use that information to kind of remember where I am on that thing.

B

Um, and then the test pass at some point after I fixed my spelling, errors.

B

And then, um, we have a thing called tie that will merge the pr.

B

humans. Don't merge anything., the bot just does it. mmm.

B

And it's kinda cool. If it's your very first one, hit the screenshot button.

B

When you get that and like tweet it,, it's like really awesome when, like you get your first thing, merged. um,.

B

So you might see these and get hub. Comments, people tapping slash, approved, slash, l gtm, you can do slash honk. I think slash.

B

Puppies gives you a puppy. there's a few funny joke ones or whatever. yeah,.

B

So all of these commands are in this url,, which are really handy.

B

There was a new label I found out.. Did you know about this one squat??

B

Did you find that the squash label, you can tag something squash in a squash,.

B

All your things together, automatically., it's like really nice.

B

So that's how that works., anyone have questions about these?.

Has anyone done a pr here already for kubernete's? no?, all right, cool.

So I'm in that channel., so contributor experience,.

What I do is I try once a week to find something that is really,.

B

Really easy and then I'll fall an issue and I'll tag it with all the right tags.

B

And then, if you want, we can hop on a zoom and I'll talk. You through our thing.

And then it's very fun. we'll take a screenshot at the end.

so like we're always willing to like help you if you're like,, ah,.

B

I tried it the first time I went through that good workflow thing..

B

I was confused because previous place I worked with, were slightly different and.

B

You know these kinds of things. so if you're always ever want to actually live,.

B

Do your first pr,! I can definitely help you with that. If I have time.

B

So that's pretty cool. um,, so yeah, and then you look in the queue, um,.

B

There at any given point there's about a thousand open pull requests on.

B

Kubernetes. slash. kubernete's., that's not even counting the rest. Other stuff.

B

So there are tons of prs everywhere. um,. These are some useful ones.

B

Slash assign at someone you hate is always really good. no,, I'm just kidding.

B

Um,, so if he, sometimes I get assigned something and it might not be my specific area.

B

I'd be like, oh,. I need chris to look at this instead. I'll, slash, assign it, it'll get assigned to somebody else, a retest. like we said, you know,.

B

If you'd like mess up the spelling error and you fix it,, you do.

B

slash re on the bot will,, we'll retest it for you.

B

a slash, closing a pr is an obvious one., a slash cc. I use a lot.

B

Um,, usually that means, oh,, this is really good.. I'm doing my commands,.

B

But I wonder what these people think., so I might say something like,.

B

This pr looks really great. um,, you know, however,,.

B

I noticed that you're not using the oxford comma and we're supposed to use, so slash cc, mr bobby tables or something..

B

I dunno. If we actually have a style guide that they tell you., we have a style guide for stuff. all right?, so we have on,.

B

I don't know whether there's standards on the oxford comma., um,.

B

That was just an example. um,, so yeah, and there's some fun things in there,.

B

But that that back command thing is really useful.

B

and then all the texts that the bot says that's also available in get hub.

B

So in the old days,, not as much. now, if you're like, wow, the bot told me something,, but I was really confused, um,.

B

You can always give that team feedback, so they can improve that text so that.

B

It's better for everybody. mmm. yep.. So this is what the bar looks. Like.

It's k8s [inaudible] robot., um, it,. It was recent.

B

It used to be called feed or bots or something,, but that's insider knowledge. You don't want to care. About., so,, um,.

B

Things that are important here., it's the person who approved it.

B

and at the bottom it says, needs approval from an approver in each of these files.

B

And then actually tells you the owner's file of the person. That's in this can be.

B

Important. um, I'm not going to lie.. Sometimes we get really behind on prs.

B

Some of them have been open for entirely way too long, and it's embarrassing and we're doing our best to help it. however,.

B

Let's say you're doing a kubeadm need to do owners and it gets assigned to.

B

George castro, right? and then you don't hear from george [inaudible].. Oh no, he's taking a picture and not this hat. alright,, just kidding. um,.

B

So let's say you ping me on slack. you're, like, hey,, you gotta sign to this pull request. um,, you know,, I'm like, hey,, I'm traveling,.

B

I'm on the road. I'm on vacation. I can't get to it..

B

You can always go to the owner's file, um, of that,.

B

Of the thing that you're working, on. and there'll be a list of get hub, hammond handles,, you know, um,,.

B

So you might say, oh,, I'm kind of getting impatient., so slash, assign and then just pick someone from that. List. uh,.

B

I do tend to cheat if I really need a review,.

B

I'll go into slack or I'll, bring it up at a cigs meeting, because it's easier.

B

It's easier to ask someone for help in face.

B

like if I have a hundred open things, and I don't have time to review them. All,.

B

I'm like doing the best I can. but like if you actually remind me in person,,.

B

It's like, hey,, you know,. Can you really help me out with this review??

B

I was literally doing a review when I was sitting here, uh,.

B

Because we're all busy., sometimes people just need,, you know,, just give us a pain.. There is hash pr dash reviews and slack as well,.

B

Where a bunch of experienced kubernetes developers just hang out., if you're, totally lost,, if you've tried to talk to the, um,.

B

You're not getting the reviews, your wants or, or it feels like you're just being ignored in your pr,.

B

You can always go in there and there's people there who will help you, um,.

B

Move forward a little bit., right? mmm.. So that's what the bottle looks. Like.

B

It's pretty cool., I'm attaching a sig label, uh,.

B

This, uh,, like I was saying, before, you know,.

B

If you're in an obvious area,, sometimes it's obvious what, uh,.

B

Belongs to what sig. uh,, but sometimes it's not., so I might ask in slack, um,.

B

If,, I don't know,. Sometimes I just leave it on labeled and ask somebody. um,.

B

And then, uh, at some point the bot or somebody will bug you that it's not assigned someone.

B

And it'll make someone assign it. um,, so that's good., but yeah,.

B

Definitely attending a sig meeting is good,, especially before you actually do. The pr is always great..

B

I always like I tell people, it's like introduce yourself, you know,.

B

So, like it'd be really great if you're in a meeting and you introduce yourself.

B

And then that way, when you do your pr,, I remember you,, you know,, it's like,.

B

Oh yeah,, I remember this person was really into this.. Oh great.

B

she's, really getting involved. awesome. um,.

B

So that's really good and we're always looking to try to help there. um, and each sig has lists as well, where you can check mmm.

B

And that kind of stuff. and owner's files, you will find them in every directory. There. that's mostly contact information,.

B

Uh, as well. um,, so this is the test results, uh,.

B

I was talking to you about., so when you do your pull requests, it will run a bunch of tests. Somewhere. um,.

B

If you click through the link,, it says details link,,.

B

You'll actually get the test results,, which is really handy. um,.

B

Cause I was like,. What tests could I possibly be failing??

B

I'm writing a markdown file. and then they clicked all the way through and it was like spelling error..

B

So that's when it became more obvious to me.. How am I doing on time? right.

B

When are we supposed to be done?, oh,, okay., all right.

B

Sweet., so click through. it's,. It's your typical plain text: unix looking stuff,.

B

Read the logs and it will tell you what to do., um, and there's links to the dashboards and all that kind of handy stuff. There. um,.

B

Purists and bots following up. yes., so this might seem weird and I really hate this dichotomy,, but you're like,.

B

You're trying to get a pr and then you finally get a reviewer's attention.

B

They find a little nitpick and then they go away and you don't see them for weeks and you're like, no,. I miss my shot. um,.

B

So one thing I try to tell people,, especially if it's your early prs and stuff,.

B

Try to re responsive, try to, um,, you know,.

B

Usually, I will tell people, hey,: when are you going to do your pr?.

B

Ping me on slack., so I know right away and I'll tell you when I'm doing a review..

B

So if I find little things,, you could just fix them on the spot.

B

and we don't have this long feedback loop,. So that's always handy there.

B

Oh, okay. good., am I talking too fast?. I'm working on that.

B

I've been told I talk way too: fast. okay, cool., all right. um,.

B

Have you all seen this yet to contribute a ladder?, okay,, awesome.

B

So these are the kind of levels,.

B

I don't want to say levels because there's like,, you know,, this person isn't better than this person because they're an approver and not re yeah., different. um,. So there's non-member contributors, right?.

B

So you remember how I talked about drive-bys and stuff..

B

You might want to say I want to contribute to kubernetes,.

C

But like I don't want to commitment, right?.

B

It's like, I don't want to commitment.. I want to say I work on every night..

B

I don't want to,. I don't want to like have to like go up here and give classes and stuff. um,.

B

So that's fine.! You can just do number of contributors to stuff. As you want.

B

no one's going to treat you any differently. um,, you know,, you could just pr,.

B

You know, and that's something when they show that number and they say 32,000 people have.

B

Contributed to kubernete's, like most of them are these kinds of things. ah,.

B

So they're, not member contributors., I'm a member is an active contributor to the projects, so. mmm.

B

Yes. so there's a metric. should I, oh,. Should I open? oh,? I can't use a mac.

B

Um,, so there's actually a page that tells you all the different levels: here.

So I'll just, I'll just go over the basic ones. yeah..

B

We don't have to go into every detail., so being a member means you've actually applied to become a kubernete's member,.

B

Let's say you check out the core kubernetes code base.

you going to any directory,, there's a little owner's file when you go up a directory,, right? um,.

The level of responsibility increases until you get to owners that route of like.

Kubernetes, kubernetes, right?, and at that point, we don't like to have individual people.. There are buses, involved, right?.

So in an owner's file you might say,, it might say: at, you know,.

And then a group name or something,, that means that not one individual is like in charge of that.

It's all group based.. So over the past few years we've been ensuring there's no bus, factors, right?.

Because when I first started, you're looking to owners and like someone manually added me and stuff., we don't do stuff like that. Anymore. we put things in a groups and we use get hub, orgs and ackles, and all that good.

Stuff. so, um,, usually when in doubt,, if I'm ever in something and I get lost,.

I look at the owner's file for that directory and then I just find that person.

In slack and then it's like, hey, am I doing this right? or whatever. mmm.

So there's that. and now we're going to do the contributor playground,, which is,.

This is a little area where we mirrored all the workflow.

I just talked about with github., so you can try it without having to like be nervous about messing up the.
