A
A
Let's
get
started
so
last
week
we
met
and
there
were
a
number
of
action
items.
People
took
some
found
some
responsibilities
here.
So
let's
what
I
wanted
to
do
is
just
go
over
a
couple
of
things
and
then
we
can
go
through
readouts
from
the
different
people
and
see
if
we
made
progress
on
some
of
these
items
for
one.
Where
do
you
get
the
slack
shirt
on
set
up?
I
think
everybody
who's
a
call
right
now,
I,
probably
added
already
to
that
channel.
If
not,
you
know
go
ahead
and
join
one
thing.
A
We
talked
about
a
couple
times
and
I
think
I'm
just
going
to
go
ahead
and
make
this
a
sub-project.
Unless
there's
some
objections
from
somebody
instead
of
trying
to
sort
of
trying
to
avoid
any
administrative
eeeh
but
I
think
it's
just
easier
to
do
it.
We
can
always
disband
it
later
in
a
year
if
we
don't
need
any
more
last
thing.
There
is
a
presentation
at
the
summit
on
this
topic
that
right
now,
I'm
signed
up
for,
but
I
would
love
it.
A
All
right
next
one
pilot
caps
in
review,
so
several
of
us
signed
up
to
pick
out
a
cap
and
pilot.
It
I
talked
to
the
author
of
this
cap,
which
of
the
side
cars
container,
cycler
containers
yesterday,
so
I
reached
up
I'm
a
little
late
and
he's
happy
to
go
through
it
there's
times
on
issues,
so
we
probably
won't
hear
from
him
for
another
day
or
so,
but
to
hopefully
have
a
chance
in
the
next
day
or
two
to
go
through
the
questionnaire
and
ask
him
to
do
it
as
a
PR
to
this
existing
cap.
B
A
Don't
wouldn't
worry
too
much
about
making
your
a
perfect
one
like
it
like
anything,
that's
sort
of
a
anything
going
that
alpha
is
actually
a
great
time
to
do
it,
because
it's
brand
new
and
they
may
not
have
thought
about
all
these
things,
as
opposed
to
like
some
that
are
just
like
graduate
debate
graduate
to
GA.
Those
are
good
too,
but,
like
you
know,
I
don't
know.
I
personally,
I
prefer
to
get
more
up
front
on
some
of
these.
B
A
C
Right
reject
I,
reached
out
to
outers
of
two
cabs
and
both
actually
filled
up
the
questioner.
I
did
it
like
I
own
one
of
them,
I
made
the
first
pass
and,
and
the
outer
like
responded,
changed
it,
but
I
didn't
have
he
had
a
chance
to
look
into
to
make
a
second
pass
and
on
the
second
like,
the
outer
also
filled
up
the
questionnaire,
but
it
was
like
today
so
I
didn't
get
to
it.
So
I
will
I
guess.
C
A
Well,
one
thing
Jordans,
not
here,
so
we
one
thing
we
can
I
guess
one
thing
I
want
to
get
out
of
this
is,
like
you
said,
suggestions
for
updating
the
questionnaire,
but
also
like
right.
There's
all
these
different
sections
in
the
questionnaire
and
I
know
you're,
particularly
interested
in
scalability
and
I.
Don't
know,
I'm
still
not
clear
on
how
we
want
to
handle
those
different
sections.
Do
we
want
to
sort
of
federated
those
sections
to
different
individuals
to
throw
in
a
section
yeah,
I'm.
A
A
A
So
we
should
you
know:
I
can
follow
up
on
the
feedback
there
or
anybody
else
going
to
I.
Don't
know
if
r2
is
here,
I'll
see
him.
Okay,
I,
don't
see
the
other
folks
here
that
talked
about
reviewing
that
anybody
else
get
a
chance
to
look
it
over
and
how
many
thoughts
or
one
who
commits
to
looking
and
over
in
the
next
week
and
posting
any
updates
or
anything
on
that
submitting
a
PR
or
anything.
D
A
E
It's
pretty
preliminary,
at
least
what
I've
come
up
with
at
this
point
from
like
dealing
with
the
end
user
side.
I've,
mostly
seen
that
uncertainty
and
fear
of
instability
is
usually
a
big
factor,
so
I
kind
of
want
to
see
more
about
what
people
are
trying
to
specifically
avoid
and
how
they're
making
those
choices,
because
people
kind
of
have
their
stark
issue
of
they've
had
a
couple
bad
experiences
and
therefore
they
don't
want
to
necessarily
try
new
features.
Super
viously
after
that
right.
A
A
This
is
this
is
the
interview,
a
list
of
questions,
and
so
the
other
thing
is,
we
should
start
identifying
people,
and
this
is
something
we
all
need
to
contribute
to
people.
You
know,
even
if
we
don't
want
to
list
our
names
like
in
a
document,
you
should
publicly.
We
should
at
least
identify
some
folks,
we're
gonna
willing
to
take
this
kind
of
interview
too.
So
that's
something
definitely
will
get
a
better
signal
if
we
spread
it
across
everybody.
A
A
Recommended
process
no
I
mean
this
is
so
it's
it's
kind
of
look
in
some
sense.
It's
gonna
be
about
people,
you
know
it's
gonna
be
about
once
the
questionnaires
developed.
What
I
would
suggest
we
do
is
take
it.
We
put
it
into
a
Google
form
and
then
we
can
go
and
email.
Could
we
not
used
to
have
communities
discuss?
A
A
So
there's
two
different
rate
for
this
field:
research
there's
different
ways:
you
can
do
it,
you
can
do
it.
You
can
do
a
survey
like
that's
like
a
forum
or
you
can
do
an
interview,
that's
more
like
live
and
you
can
ask
questions.
You
can
dig
deeper
and
that's
way
more
time,
intensive,
of
course,
and
but
you
know
so,
we
could
do
a
combination
of
both.
If
we
want
I
mean
it's
going
to
be
kind
of
up
to.
A
C
A
Think
it's
gonna
be
I,
wasn't
thinking
about
like
a
drawing
a
line
and
saying
like
this
is
how
many
we
need
I
was
around
like
we
would
make
continuous
progress
as
we
review
different
ones.
Different
things
we
come
up
to
the
questionnaire
would
evolve.
The
process
are
just
getting
federating
it
and
blah
blah
blah
the
process
would
evolve.
I
think
we
need
to
me.
A
We
need
clear.
We
need
a
clear
idea
of
how
we're
gonna
do
any
tooling
before
we
would
make
it
any
kind
of
a
blocking
thing,
eventually
yeah,
so
like
right
now,
I
think
that
my
mind,
probably
a
dozen
is
more
likely
before
we
are
ready
to
to
figure
out
at
least
put
down
something
for
our
initial
version
of
tooling
and
process
and
that'll,
be
the
Phase
two
in
the
cap.
