Description
Kaslin Fields and Chris Short sit down to talk about getting started on the Contributor Comms team. We have a unique objective of highlighting the excellent work being done by folks every day in the Kubernetes community. Even better, while coders are more than welcome, we need folks with other skills like writing, social media, video production, automation, and more to contribute.

A
And
we
are
part
of
the
contributor
comms
team
for
the
kubernetes
project,
we're
here
at
kubecon
eu
our
master
off
just
for
this
video.
But
we
want
to
tell
you
a
little
bit
more
about
what
we
do
on
the
contributor
columns
team.
A
It's
a
big
part
of
getting
new
contributors
into
the
project
and
it's
kubernetes
contributor.coms
is
a
great
place
to
start
contributing
if
you're
new,
to
open
source
or
just
new
to
contributing
code
or
contributing
in
general.
Because
the
nice
thing
about
the
contributor
cons
team
is,
we
need
people
from
all
walks
of
life.
B
We
need
all
sorts
of
skill
sets
anything
from
creating
and
editing
videos
to
writing
and
to
writing
code
as
well.
We
have
some
nice
automation
that
helps
us
do
the
things
that
we
do
and
a
lot
of
our
work
takes
us
into
contact
with
the
various
parts
of
the
kubernetes
project.
So
you
get
to
learn
a
lot
about
the
different
things
going
on
within
kubernetes.
