Description
[SIG-ContribEx] KCSEU 2023 Planning for 20230206
B
Hello,
everyone
and
welcome
to
today
February
6th
meaning
of
the
kubecon
contributors.
Summit
EU
Summit
staff
did
I
get
all
that
right,
I.
Think.
As
a
reminder,
we
are
a
cncf
call,
so
we
abide
by
the
cncf
code
of
conduct.
Now
it
has
been
stated
so
mode
it
B.
B
B
B
B
You
got
anything
else
for
you:
okay,
that's
it
from
leads.
Cncf
updates,
Brianna's,
not
here,
reg
is
not
live
yet,
according
to
our
understanding,
we
did
get
the
questions
in
we
updated
the
questions.
As
we
said,
we
were
going
to
and
got
that
into
the
reg
form
like
a
week
or
so
ago,
but
it's
waiting
on
the
other
team
that
builds
that
so
we're
waiting,
I,
don't
think
we
have
anything
else.
Let's
you
know.
We
should
just
go
over
to
slack
and
see
what
people
had
to
say.
B
Space,
slash,
room
updates
and
registration
test.
Leaks
will
be
coming
early
this
week,
so
be
on
the
lookout.
Okay
should
be
able
to
launch
reg
by
the
end
of
the
week
hooray.
B
Content
Jason's,
not
here,
but
we
also
don't
have
our
space
set
up
yet
so
we
need
the
space
before
we
can
figure
out
what
the
content
is
going
to
look
like
once
reg
goes
live.
We
probably
want
to
have
a
cfp
shortly
thereafter.
B
Awesome.
Thank
you
Jason.
Even
though
you're
not
here
back
to
the
list,
reg
updates
over
to
Mars
you're
waiting
for
Rich
to
go,
live
right.
C
B
C
B
Awesome
reg
is
in
line
celebration
with
Xander
Xander's.
Not
here
did
he
give
any
updates
in
the
channel.
B
A
Yes,
well
so
not
much
since
last
week,
especially
in
terms
of
additional
content
but
I
apart
from
some
onboarding
stuff
done
in
the
shadows.
So
there
are
already
been
contacted
and
I've
created
a
a
slack
conversation
with
some
initial
information
on
expectations
and
confirmation
that
they
are
physically
there
Etc.
So
that's
pretty
much.
It.
B
Fantastic,
thank
you.
Frederica
on
to
the
Sig
meet
and
greet
I,
don't
see
Kim
here,
Laura.
D
Kim
is
not
here,
but
I
can
talk
just
a
little
bit,
so
I
still
have
not
gotten
a
chance
yet
to
meet
with
Kim,
because
I'm
shadowing
her
but
have
not
got
a
chance
to
kind
of
catch
up,
but
Josh
did
post
a
playbook
for
a
review.
I
dropped
the
link
in
the
notes,
shirt
version.
It
looks
pretty
complete.
There
were
a
couple
of
questions.
I
had
from
last
the
last
two
times
that
I
did
the
Sig
meet
and
greet
I
think
there's
some
things
that
we're
missing,
but
other
than
that.
B
Fantastic
I
did
also
get
a
chance
to
look
at
that,
and
the
only
comment
I
had
was
on
the
placement
of
it
because
we
already
have
a.
B
We
already
have
a
doc
about
Sig
events
in
general,
not
specifically
the
meet
and
greet,
and
whether
we
should
dump
the
content
in
there
or
if
we
should
link
it
out
as
a
separate
Playbook.
No,
no
I
I
mean
linking
it
out
as
a
separate
Playbook,
not
a
terrible
idea
and
not
a
lot
of
work.
So.
C
B
B
B
C
B
B
That
does
actually
bring
up
something
that
I
did
want
to
mention,
but
I
want
to
mention
it
to
the
larger
group.
I
think
it
might
be
worthwhile
moving
forward
because
of
the
response
that
we
got.
We
got
dozens
of
people
who
showed
up
and
said
hi
I
want
to
help
and
that's
fantastic,
and
we
love
that
everybody
wants
to
help.
B
But
I
think
we
might
want
to
make
some
differentiation
between
helpers
and
shadows
with
the
idea
that
Shadows
are
there
specifically,
so
that
they
can
potentially
take
over
the
lead
role
at
a
future
point
in
time
at
a
future
Summit
or
a
future
coupon,
and
it
might
be
worth
calling
that
out
because
of
the
large
response
that
we're
getting
because
we've
got
so
many
people
that
are
willing
to
help
out.
It
might
be
worth
splitting
some
roles,
not
something
we
need
to
address
today.
