If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Hi,
everyone
welcome
to
our
first
ever
edition
of
the
super
Nettie's
contributor
experience,
mentoring,
sub-project,
my
name
is
paris.
We
have
five
dedicated
awesome
contributors
on
the
line
today,
who
are
all
very
much
concerned
with
mentoring
initiatives
for
up-stream,
which
is
really
super
dope.
A
Let's
get
started
with
our
usual.
Of
course
we
have
a
code
of
conduct.
Please
please,
please
see
excellent
to
each
other.
We
do
not
have
any
new
contributors
on
the
line
that
would
like
to
introduce
themselves
I'm
just
going
to
go
how
to
make
that
assumption.
Uh-Huh
we
have
we,
we
have
some
rags,
we
got
our
eggs
and
then
that's
it.
A
So
our
first
meeting
I
put
just
the
open
mic
for
right
now
until
we
can
kind
of
get
a
couple
more
like
how
we
want
to
do
this
type
of
meeting
structure
and
cadence
and
things
down
so
I
thought
we
would
start
with
kind
of
a
general
discussion
of
a
is
this
meeting
cadence.
Do
you
think
it's
appropriate.
A
The
stole
exactly
that's
why
I'm
like
I'm
just
trying
to
start
at
this
point
all
right.
So
then
we
do
have
a
couple
of
initiatives
that
are
sort
of
in
the
heat.
Slash
need
to
get
kicked
up.
Nikita
brought
one
of
those
to
my
attention
earlier
that
I'm
gonna
write
down,
which
is
outreach
e.
We
also
have
cube
con
face-to-face
mentoring.
Coming
up
that
we
need
a
plan
need
to
start
and
then
does
anybody
else
have
anything
from
a
mentor
actually
new
contributor,
workshop,
I'm,
sorry
and
then
steak
meet-and-greet.
A
C
A
C
A
C
That
is,
the
goal
of
this
program
is
to
again
to
have
different
projects
signing
up
to
eat,
with
with
the
different
students
like
our
mentees
and
other
people,
who
are
more
experienced
like
mentors
signed
up
to
date,
and
the
community
bridge
will
connect
these
people
and
community,
or
some
organizations
may
also
sponsor
this.
This
work,
like
coordinate
of
computing
foundation
donates
this
morning
to
to
cover
the
students
for
for
the
mentees
again.
C
We
have
discussed
it
recently
a
few
months
ago
and
their
students
that
we
picked
up
for
this
project
for
the
pilot
stage
are
those
people
who
signed
up
for
Google
Summer
of
Code
but
have
not
been
accepted.
So
that's
why
we
don't.
We
do
not
open
this
program
for
everyone
yet,
but
after
the
pilot
stage,
we'll
do
it.
So
that
is
the
reason.
What.
A
C
A
C
A
Mean
I
feel
like
this
is
like
overkill
at
this
point
and
I
feel
like
and
I
feel,
like
community
bridge
doesn't
answer
our
diversity
goals
like
outreach.
He
does
I
feel
like
if
we're
gonna
get
students
in
here.
We
should
get
diverse
students
in
here
and,
like
that's
the
pipeline,
that's
the
start
of
the
pipeline.
I
feel
like
kicking
up
some
like
mentor
program
that
is
going
to
attract
the
typical
is
the
typical
I
feel
like
we
should
just
support
outreach
II
or
not.
A
E
C
A
B
Question
that
I
would
ask
if
I
can
is
what
does
the
community
bridge
bring
to
the
table
that
the
outreach
he
doesn't
bring
and
if
it
doesn't
bring
it
then
is
it
just
saturating
an
already
crowded,
you
know
I,
don't
want
to
say
crowded,
maybe
that's
not
the
right
word
to
use,
but
so
I'm
in
another
community,
where
we're
having
this
exact
same
discussion
with
community
bridge
Pam
it's
on.
If
it's
not
done,
and
if
it's
not
done
in
the
open
and
it's
not
transparent,
you're
gonna
lose
you
lost
the
diversity.
A
Yeah
I
know
you
I
brought
all
these
concerns
up
with
the
community
bridge
people
as
well.
So
this
is
not
the
first
time
that
folks
are
gonna,
hear
it.
I
just
feel
like
this
is
weird
I
feel
like
we're
over
here
sitting
in
a
meeting
talking
about
stuff.
We
want
to
build
like
group,
mentoring
and
one-on-one,
mentoring
and
stuff,
like
that.
It's
like
I
would
love
for
the
Linux
Foundation
to
help
us
with
our
real
goals
and
objectives
and
our
ways.
B
A
C
So
we're
happy
to
add:
there
was
a
requirement
to
community
to
breach
in
the
future,
as
I
mentioned
before
it's
the
pilot
stage,
and
this
time
it
was
just
the
advancement
advancement,
google
Summer
of
Code
yeah.
So
we
are
happy
to
incorporate
we're
happy
to
hear
your
feedback
and
we're
happy
to
incorporate
it
each
to
them.
I've
come
in,
come
in
to
bridge
iterations
or
even
skip
community
bridge.
It's
all
at
all.
If
a
community
will
decide
that
community
breach
is
not
needed
at
all,
yeah.
E
So
I
think
yeah,
sorry,
so
I
think
we
can.
Since
we
already
have
like
a
couple
of
interns
right
now,
we
could
we
can
go
ahead
with
the
situation,
but
maybe
from
the
next
iteration.
We
should
I
owe
it
France
to
outreach
e,
because
I
think
last
year,
let's
last
outreach
around
that
we
participated
in
we
had.
We
could
only
find
like
a
couple
or
maybe
just
one.
F
A
C
C
G
C
A
E
Don't
know
what's
four
bits,
but
someone
reach
out
to
me
today
asking
if
you
are
participating
in
RPG
and
I
realized.
Although
the
deadline
is
gonna
be
near,
so
the
deadline
to
apply
with
projects
I
think
is
September
5th
or
we
could
just
take
it
in
September.
So
we
need
to
like
decide
if
we're
going
to
be
participating,
I
think
we
should
and
how
many
or
how
much
funds
we
have
for
how
many
projects
and
need
to
like
reach
out
to
the
community
for
asking
for
projects
and
mentors.
So.
F
A
News
we've
done
this
before,
so
we
have
all
the
communications
that
we
can
use
from,
like
the
Cascade
up
or
whatever
like
hey.
A
Are
you
interested
in
outreach,
II
kind
of
things,
and
then
what
we
should
do
is
send
that
out
this
week,
what
I
want
second
use
communications
from
ask
a
dove
from
past
ke
dev
for
interest
and
then
put
a
due
date
on
there
say,
like
I,
don't
know
next
week
of
some
sort
and
then
what
we
can
do
is
from
that
interest.
Like
who's
interested
kind
of
thing,
then
we
can
ask
for
the
funds.
Worst-Case
scenario.
Is
we
get
a
hundred
people
that
are
interested
in
obviously,
CN
CF
isn't
funding
a
hundred
I
mean
I.
A
Doubt
that's
gonna
happen.
We
usually
get
like
what
max
for
just
really
first,
but
out
of
calling
for
Mentors
I
feel
like
they
call
it.
The
communication
is
a
call
for
mentors
and
projects
of
interest
and
then
once
we
know
that
will
at
least
know
how
much
money
we
should
ask
for
C
and
C
F
for
funding
cuz
I,
don't
want
to
like
go
to
CN
CF
right
now
and
be
like
give
us
four
and
then
like
three
or
eight
come
forward.
A
All
right,
I'm
sure
at
our
next
meeting,
we'll
probably
have
a
lot.
If
and
again,
if
we,
if,
if
we
get
projects
and
stuff
like
that,
all
right,
so
then
the
other
tooth
day
with
the
other
things.
So
we
have
that
were
in
the
middle
of
is
Keep
Calm
face
to
face
new
contributor
workshop,
google
Summer
of
Code
I'm
gonna
skip
down
to
google
Summer
of
Code,
just
because
that's
the
easiest
one
right
now
we
have
how
many
students
that
are
in
the
middle
of
their
internship
right
now.
Is
it
three.
C
A
We,
what
we
should
do
is
we
should
get
a
list
PR
on
to
the
G
stock
page
that
we
have
in
the
mentorian
photo
in
the
mentorian
folder
of
just
like
their
names.
So
they
have
some
recognition
and
then
and
then
we
should
get
them
scheduled
to
do
a
demo
at
the
community
meeting
after
after
their
assignment
that.
C
The
program
will
finish
at
the
beginning
of
September,
so
we
can
do
it
based
on
the
final
evaluations,
because
it
may
happen
that
some
of
the
active
students,
some
of
those
students
did
active
right
now,
can
be
inactive
or
fail
the
program
by
the
end.
So,
let's,
let's
put
it
as
an
action
item
for
yes,.
E
I
have
a
sort
of
orthogonal
question,
so
we
will
have
these
interns
from
Google,
Summer,
Food,
&,
Outreach,
II
and
maybe
even
community
bridge.
Is
there
some
sort
of
travel
sponsorship
to
coupon
for
them,
because
I
know
like
the
outreach
intern
from
last
round,
they
get
a
diversity
scholarship,
even
during
a
play,
anyone
he
was
very
much
eligible
for
it.
So.
A
Data
Dan,
actually
pinged,
George
and
I
in
a
thread
last
night,
put
him.
Where
is
it
on
slack,
which
is
totally
like
searchable,
and
it
says
that
his
recommendation
is
at
CN
CF
host
an
integrated
form
that
allows
people
to
register
for
travel
assistance
or
diversity,
scholarship
or
either,
and
then
the
events
team
is
going
to
share
the
people
who
didn't
get
the
diversity
scholarship
with
us,
with,
like
a
committee,
essentially
along
with
the
budget,
and
then
the
committee
would
pick
the
top
end
people
to
get
the
travel
funding.
A
So
in
this
case
the
folks
would
have
to
the
folks
being
outreach.
Eg
saw
you
in
community
reg.
Whoever
would
have
to
fill
out
a
form
like
the
same
diversity,
scholarship
form,
and
then
they
would
still
do
their
thing
from
their
committee
side
being
like
C
and
C
F
and
the
and
the
event
and
then
whatever.
A
And
then,
after
that,
that's
when
we
step
in
and
then
we
is
the
TBD
part
right
now
and
steering
committee
yesterday
we
talked
about
how
contributes,
would
own
the
process
and,
like
all
the
you
know,
obviously
operational
and
that
and
then
steering
would
ultimately
handle
all
the
funding
pieces.
So
what
are
your
thoughts
on
that?
So
then,
what
we
would
do
is
we
we
should
proactively.
A
A
I
think
this
honestly
I
think
this
time
is
still
gonna,
probably
be
like
mostly
manual
and
us
like
asking
me
or
and
CNCs
and
folks,
if
like
they
can
help
us
out
with
certain
individuals
I'm
trying
I
would
like
to
get
some
kind
of
process
in
place
by
them,
but
even
yesterday
on
the
call
was
steering.
We
were
like
three
months
left.
E
A
Alright,
so
we
cover
travel
outreach
ii,
google,
Summer
of
Code
stuff
community
bridge,
and
then
we've
got
new
contributor
workshop,
which
I'm
still
gonna
leave
because
I
know
Josh
and
other
folks
might
be
getting
on
the
line
at
the
half
hour
Marv
and
then
the
next
is
Q
come
face
to
face
mentoring.
This
I
would
say
is
sixty
percent
in
our
scope,
if
I'm
being
honest
but
I,
think
it's
just
because
it's
the
majority
I
think.
A
That's
why
I
I
do
it
so
for
folks
who
don't
know
on
the
line,
marquee
I'm,
not
sure
if
you've,
if
you've
been
to
one
of
these
events,
but
I'm
just
gonna
give
you
some
high-level
context
at
cube
con.
We
do
two
sessions
that
are
face
to
face
people
come
who
want
to
be
mentored
or
men
teed.
Hopefully
both
that's
actually
what
we
strive
for,
we
say
like
mentors,
come
and
learn
stuff
to
like
this
is
this
is
like
how
we
learn
together
and
then
we
pod
people
up.
A
So
it's
not
one-on-one,
meaning
there's
like
usually
an
anchor
there,
meaning
someone
who
signed
up.
That
said,
that
ki
will
be
extra
friendly
and
be
a
mentor,
and
then,
when
folks
come
in,
we
slot
them
into
pairs
of
three
and
the
reason.
Why
is
because?
No
one
knows
everything
within
cloud
native
and
it
actually
wants.
It
ends
up
being
sort
of
a
conversation
and
less
like
awkward.
A
If
you
will
and
I
feel
like
for
the
most
part,
it's
gone
pretty
well
that
way
and
about
sixty
percent
of
the
questions
that
people
ask
are
contributing
related
and
then,
when
they
get
more
into
their
conversations,
they
start
asking
like
and
user
stuff
and
I
like
Bob's,
had
some
experiences
where
he
sat
down
with
only
mostly
on
user
questions
and
then
I've
had
others
who
sat
down
with
only
contributing
questions.
A
lot.
A
A
Sixty
percent
of
these
people
are
coming
to
talk
about
contributing,
and
then
we
also
give
them
like
a
prep
session
beforehand,
so
I'd
like
to
show
them
some
graphs,
like
I,
think
the
one
graph
from
from
Barcelona
was
hilarious
because
we
asked
them
like
what
projects
they
were
interested
in
and
it
was
like
ninety
kubernetes
and
in
like
one
of
every
single
thing
else
in
Seattle
it
was
a
distribution,
was
much
was
a
late
tiered,
a
little
bit
but
Barcelona
with
like
chart
at
ease,
so
it
was
really
cute,
but
ya
know
we
conceded
we're.
A
Gonna
continue
to
do
that.
It's
really
light
and
casual
and
I
like
it
so
I
feel.
Like
other
people
like
it.
The
surveys
that
usually
come
back
are
delightful,
but
the
problem
is,
we
need
help.
So
I've
been
doing
this
like
three
times
now,
so
I
would
love
for
folks
to
help
Tim
pepper,
so
steps
steps
up
and
helps,
and
then
George
actually
filled
in
for
me
on-site
in
Barcelona
to
to
like
just
MC
one
of
the
sessions
hey.
A
I
G
A
I'll
get
the
word
out
on
Caden
to
to
see
who
would
want
who
wants
to
help
and
well.
Like
I
said
we
already
have
sort
of
a
framework
going.
We
have
like
templated
information.
We've
got
a
lot
of
stuff.
We
just
need
to
a
grow
it.
It
is
all
I
would
say
on
the
scale
of
one-to-five,
janky
I.
Think
it's
like.
A
I
feel
like
it's
like
at
the
lake
1.5
like
it's
still
a
little
janky,
meaning
we
still
have
a
little
holes
and
like
some
things
that
we
could
like
tighten
up
and
patch
up.
So
that's
why
I'm
looking
forward
to
the
help
so
Marky,
you
can
be
those
fresh
eyes
too,
to
help
patch
up
some
of
that
stuff.
We.
A
Yeah
no
yeah
and
we
always
will
have
a
CNC
I,
think
I
see
it.
We
actually
have
Wendy
West
I
believe
is
I,
think
she's.
She
helped
in
Barcelona
right,
yeah,
I,
think
she's
gonna
help
again
I
know
she's,
hoping
with
diversity.
Launch
I'll
have
to
ask
her
about
yeah
I'll
have
to
ask
her
about
the
other
thing,
though
so
yeah.
Let
me
get
I'll
kick
that
conversation
off
and
work.
Y'all
see
see
you
on
that
to
kick
combo
with
CNC
f
about
mentoring.
A
A
Know
we
oughta,
but
we
also
had
a
lot
of
flakes
in
Barcelona
in
Seattle.
We
had
no
flakes.
We
had
like
everybody,
calm
Plus
on,
and
that
was
also
because
of
I
feel,
like
the
international
translation
of
the
word
mentor
and
like
what
that
actually
means
and
the
responsibilities
of
said
individual
at
least
that's
what
I've
noticed
when
building
mentoring
programs
internationally
anyway,
alright
cool
yeah,
we
went
somewhere
all
right.
Let
me
look
in
slack
chat
to
see
if
folks
are
still
coming.
A
A
My
questions,
the
other
question
I
wanted
to
ask,
is
like
how
should
we
break
this
work
down?
Should
we
maybe
have
owners
for
some
of
these
programs
like?
How
can
we
ever
shoot?
Others,
which
is
definitely
like
I,
feel
like
been
my
pain
point
here,
I
mean
obviously,
Nikita
has
been
a
steadfast
with
holding
us
down
for
so
many
of
the
student
student
based
programs
that
we
have
Bob,
obviously
is
helped,
has
been
such
a
wonderful
help
with
like
you've
enjoyed
workshop,
and
so
many
other
things
I,
as
I
mentioned
before.
A
We
have
this
great
need
for
reviewers
and
approvers,
and
we
have
a
lot
of
these
ideas
and
concepts
that
are
that
are
written
down
to
help
us
get
there.
We
just
haven't
actually
just
either
gotten
them
adopted
yet
by
SIG's
or
they
are
not
built.
Yet
that's
the
part
I
feel
like
to
the
mentorian
sub
project
that
is
work
like
that
is
work.
A
Like
I
mean,
we
talked
to
Bob,
I
talked
to
Bob
and
Jeff
about
it
like
they
know
that,
like
it's
work
like
some
of
the
stuff
is
like
you
know,
Newgrounds,
not
many
other
open-source
projects
have
mentoring.
Programs
that
are
like
just
you
know,
dedicated
to
the
goal
of
more
reviewers,
so
I
think
it's.
It
would
be
great
if
we
can
get
some
folks
to
help
and
I
don't
know.
A
Obviously,
I
think
we
should
be
explicit.
This
is
what
I
tell
other
SIG's
my
other
six
come
to
me
and
say:
how
do
we
get
more
contributors,
I
say
be
explicit
advertise
so
I
feel
like
that's
just
probably.
Our
next
step
is
like
hey.
We've
got
this
mentoring
sub-project,
maybe
an
email,
decay,
dev,
and
we
have
some
rolls.
You
know
we
have
personas
that
we
serve
here,
one
persona
being
the
student,
the
next
persona
being
you
know,
on
a
reviewer
and
approver
etc.
A
B
Think
if
we
started
by
creating
like
an
issue
and
then
breaking
that
issue
down
to
owners
and
then
you
know
putting
your
cheer
I
say
cheerleading,
but
I
don't
mean
it
like
that.
But
like
then
just
are
going
to
talk
to
people.
Yeah
I
mean
I
mean
that's
kind
of
what
I
did
is
I
started
talking
to
people
who
I
knew
or
sort
of
interested,
but
were
intimidated
in
any
sense
and
I'm
like
no.
It's
not
like
that
trust
me.
A
We
gotta
do
the
good
news.
Is
we
have
a
lot
of
this
in
issues?
The
problem
is
that
they're
not
well
groomed,
so
I
guess
maybe
a
I.
A
Ai
for
the
group,
if
you
all,
could
help
us
and
like
let's
do
it
together
would
be
broom
or
project
board,
make
sure
all
issues
relating
to
mentoring
are
there
so
I
guess
this
would
be
also
triaging
community
and
then
with
the
broom.
The
project
board
marquee
in
particular,
just
because
you're
new
to
us
today.
A
B
A
Yes,
some
of
it
has
to
do
with
like
the
automation
pieces.
Cuz
you'll
see
that,
like
some
of
that
needs
to,
like
you,
know,
interact
with
github
and
then
the
other
pieces
are
like
more
human
pieces
like
how
am
I
gonna
get
X
person
to
talk
to
X
person,
a
Tuesday
at
9
o'clock,
so
you'll
see
you'll,
see
that
in
there
and
I'll
link
some
of
our
issues
as
well
also
I'll.
A
E
At
least
like
four
things
that
I'm
involved
with
are
doing
she's
still,
finally,
Google
Summer
of
Code
and
stuff
I
feel
like
we
should
get
more.
People
on
a
bob
was
interested
to
help
out
with
it,
because
this
time
google
Summer
of
Code,
at
least
during
the
application
period,
it
was
so
overwhelming
and
I
absolutely
did
not
have
to
like
bandwidth
to
answer
questions
from
all
everyone,
so
I
feel
like
we
need
more
people
to
help
out
with
that.
E
G
A
I
did
talk
to
Drew,
who
is
the
the
owner
of
pinnacle
and
Pinnacle
is
the
folks
who
do
the
CNCs,
wag
store
and
I
talked
to
them
about
setting
up
a
mentoring,
swag
store
and
what
we
would
do
there
is.
We
would
have
like
two
to
three
pieces
that
are
limited-edition
only
for
us,
with
the
mint
with
the
kubernetes
mentoring
logo
on
it,
and
we
could
do
three
tiers
of
things
like.
A
Arius
hold
on,
we.
F
A
Like
when
you
come
on
meet
our
contributors,
you're,
giving
an
hour
of
your
life
to
the
show
right,
Lisa
Nikita
came
on
yesterday
and
talked
to
a
bunch
of
random
people,
and
you
gave
an
hour
for
and
gave
an
hour
of
her
life.
So,
for
instance,
we
could
have
like
one
hour
equal
one
point
and
then
one
point
gets
you
one
sticker
and
then,
like
50
points,
get
you
a
Patagonia
like
$200
like
puffy,
jacket,
right
and
then
50.
Points,
though,
is
like
50
hours
right.
A
I
know
that
50
hours
is
too
much
like
so
now,
I'm,
not
I'm,
not
like
that's
just
I'm
assigning
arbitrary
values
right
now:
okay,
yeah
yeah,
I,
I
kind
of
think.
It's
a
good
idea,
especially
like
I.
Don't
necessarily
think
like
our
vets
would
be
too
like.
Like
you
know,
I
don't
see,
you
know
the
founder
is
going.
Oh,
my
god.
I
got
to
get
my
points,
but
that's
not
necessarily
like
our
target
audience
either
right.
So
I
feel
like
it's
something.
What
do
you
all
think
about
that?
A
Do
you
feel
like
it's
a
decent
idea?
Obviously,
something
we
need
to
work
out
and
I
and
I
think
we
can
even
probably
like
find
maybe
an
owner
for
that
to
like
I,
can
set
an
issue
and
have
somebody
like
attempt
to
gamify
that
for
us,
so
alright,
and
if
anybody
here
has
any
other
like
rewards
and
recognition
type
of
ideas,
hey
I'm,
all
for
it,
but
B.
A
We
also
have
an
issue
too
thats
collecting
ideas
and
that's
in
the
community
repo
as
well,
and
it's
just
and
it's
titled
rewards
and
recognition
super
easy
I.
Don't.
A
I
put
a
ton
of
it
in
issues
like
you
know
me,
I'm,
trying
so
hard
to
get.
My
life
had
to
Google
Docs,
so
I
feel
like
everything
we
need
is
mostly
in
the
issues,
and
we
just
need
some
fresh
I
feel
like
we
need
some
fresh
eyes
like
I
would
also
love
to
I.
Don't
know
if
you
all
know
about
exorcism
got
IO.
Have
you
heard
about
that?
A
A
But
that's
it
for
me:
I
feel
like
we
just
rocked
out
our
first
mentoring
sub
project
meeting.
We
have
so
much
goin
on
y'all,
so
much
the
other
thing
I'm
gonna
write
down
is
that
it
would
be
good
for
us
to
do
have
written
goals
and
objectives
so
that
people
know
that
we're
not
here
just
for
students,
for
instance,
or
for
just
approvers,
for
instance,
I
feel
like
if
a
mentoring,
documentation
right
now
doesn't
suffice
with
that,
we
should
definitely
like.
A
We
should
definitely
make
that
clear
because
again,
if
we're
rolling
out
three
programs
and
they're
all
attracting
students
like
people
are
gonna
say
what
the
heck
right.
So
that's
it
for
me.
