Description
Kubernetes SIG Windows 20190219
A
All
right
well
welcome
everyone.
This
is
the
signal
windows
meeting
for
February,
19th,
2019
and
I
talked
to
Michael
earlier
and
he's
currently
on
the
road
right
now
and
won't
be
able
to
to
join
us
today,
but
he'll
be
checking
on
things
if
we
need
him
to
give
reviewer
or
prove
anything
later
today,.
A
A
A
C
The
challenge
that
we
have
is
that
we
have
just
under
a
month.
Control
docked
have
to
be
around
future
freeze
for
the
docs,
and
so
we
need
in
the
next
couple
of
weeks
to
get
some
solid
content
draft
it
out.
My
idea
is
that
we
look
at
where
we
are
next
week
and
revise
from
there.
I'd
also
like
to
see
if
we
can
get
a
few
minutes
on
the
engineering
stand
up
for
Thursday
to
review
who's
stepped
up
for
sections.
B
Nothing
from
my
end,
I
think
that
you
know
not
this
week
next
week.
I
should
be
able
to
have
some
time
to
read
a
few
sections
myself
as
well,
but
yeah,
you
know,
don't
be
afraid
if
you
don't
have
good
writing
skills.
None
of
us
have
probably
so
go
ahead,
and
you
know
write
to
the
best
of
your
ability.
A
C
C
A
B
So
some
March
7th
is
there
is
a
freeze
for
all
the
code
and
I
believe
18th
is
a
freeze
for
dogs.
That's
right.
So
our
goal
here
is
to
have
finished.
That
document
by
the
beginning
of
March
I
think
so
that
gives
us
about
11
to
12
days
to
get
at
least
one
version
also
can
all-star
reviewing
it
slowly
so
give
or
take,
and.
A
So
the
first
thing
I
want
to
mention
is
that,
over
on
the
user
side,
we're
actually
in
the
process
of
setting
up
a
second
prowl
job,
and
so
that
way,
if
we
have
changes
that
we
need
to
make
around
things
like
to
see
and
I
plug-in
version
or
if
we
want
to
switch
to
a
new
Windows
patch
or
add
new
tests,
but
we're
not
sure
if
they're,
stable
or
completing
fast
enough,
we
can
add
them
in
that
second
job
without
destabilizing.
What's
there
in
the
existing
test
grid,
so
I've
got
a
link
to
that
PR.
A
That's
there.
My
ask
is
that
if
you're
adding
any
new
tests,
if
you
could,
let
us
know
roughly
how
long
it
takes
to
run
those
tests.
That
would
be
a
big
help
or
if
you
can
link
to
the
cube
test
logs
or
the
ETA
test
logs
on.
You
know
pastebin
or
some
site
like
that.
That
would
also
help
because,
as
we're
adding
more
jobs,
we
need
to
increase
the
time
outs
that
we
have
for
the
overall
test
run
that
are
enforced
by
prow
and
cube
tests.
A
The
other
thing
I
wanted
to
mention
is
that,
in
terms
of
the
Windows
OS
patches
last
last,
Tuesday
was
patch
Tuesday,
and
so
there's
a
new
kb
number
that
I
have
links
there.
That
has
all
of
the
fixes
that
were
in
the
previous
hotfix
and
so
that
the
old
ones
been
superseded
by
the
new
one
and
we're
playing
on
just
using
that
patch
level
until
we
release
1.14.
So
that
way,
we
won't
have
that
as
another
source
of
potential
changes,
or
is
that
something
that
you're
able
to
do
Peter
for
the
test
running
on
GCP.
D
D
D
B
B
E
F
B
E
So
I
believe
John
is
going
to
work
on
that.
So
basically
he
had
an
initial
version
going
that
looked
pretty
good,
but
basically
he
needed
to
separate
out
into
two
webhooks
single
member
gets
working,
but
the
what
we
put
in
the
cap
was
two
methyls
I
think
we
should
align
with
what
we
say.
We
would
do
so
once
that's
in
yeah,
it's
going
to
be
track
out
of
trees.
So
that
bits
not
quite
you
know
it's
not
quite
guarded
by
the
March
7
did
but
yeah.
It's
definitely
working
progress
and
should
be
an
advert
statewide.
E
B
Right
awesome,
I'm
expecting
that
you
guys
were
right,
the
right,
the
GMs,
a
section
for
the
docs
right
and
a
lot
of
it
probably
be
some
of
the
stuff
that
you
are
added
in
the
cap.
But
you
know
including
some,
but
who
will
hold
you
guys
accountable
for
that
by
the
way
you
Jews
on
the
call
here,
so
you
do
I
guess
what
we're
asking
you,
if
you
can
spend
some
time
today
or
tomorrow
and
kind
of
keep
that
the
GMs
APR.
The
final
push.
Oh.
F
B
So
so
Patrick
you've
been
going
back
and
forth
on
this
pick
the
right
image
that
they're
gonna
upload
and
GCR
the
die.
Oh-
and
you
know
it's
been
over
a
week
now
and
who
have
made
a
lot
of
progress.
So
it
looks
like
right
person.
That's
kind
of
pushed
that
image
seemed
to
be
team.
Has
permissions
on
GCR
did
I?
Oh
yeah
I.
A
A
B
Yeah,
so
if
Tim
is
pushing
hard,
just
give
me
a
ping
on
slow
I
do
need
him
to
approve
this
and
push
this
right
away.
That's
the
number
one
thing.
The
second
thing
is
Ben
and
Leah
were
working
on
the
auto
scale,
PR
and
not
PR
the
issue
to
verify
it
works,
and
there
is
an
image.
Does
it
require
for
that?
That
has
a
couple
of
characters
are
not
acceptable,
but
Rob,
but
they
are
acceptable
by
gr.
Are
Claudio?
B
B
B
Alright
yeah
I'll
be
back
online
on
and
off
today
in
tomorrow,
again,
alright.
Well,
we
have
about
three
weeks
left
before
code
free.
So
you
know
our
biggest
thing
is
obviously
the
test
effort
and
we
have
a
lot
of
in
in
review
or
SPRs.
So,
let's
get
to
them
and
Mack.
That's
a
sick
architecture.
Meeting
on
the
7th
of
March
Patrick,
you
me
and
Craig
should
attend
that,
and
also
deep
as
well
so
can
get
approval
for
the
Alpha
of
GM
essay,
as
well
as
the
the
GA
for
cig
windows.
E
B
You
know
for
us
it's
you
know
they
had
us
on
a
short
leash
for
for
approval,
so
I
want
to
make
sure
that
on
a
meeting
we
go
and
show
them
the
go.
Do
all
the
green
test,
the
the
GMs
a
and
that
this
past
you
know
an
approved
and
the
PR
scene
and
a
document
that
shows
what
works
and
what
doesn't
work
with
the
updates,
based
on
all
the
testing
that
we
did,
they
were
doing.
Okay,
hopefully
get
a
green
light
that
we're
gonna
go
GA.
Okay,.
