A
Hello:
everyone:
it
is
wednesday,
november
3rd
2021.
This
was
the
weekly
meeting
for
the
cooper
community.
A
This
is
your
chance
to
talk
with
our
core
developers
and
discuss
any
use
cases
or
bugs
that
you
may
have
come
across
in
the
last
week.
I'm
posting
our
meeting
notes
right
here
into
chat.
So
if
you
get
to
open
up
that
document
and
add
your
attendance,
we
do
track
that
information
and
add
any
agenda
items
that
you'd
like
to
talk
about.
A
A
Okay,
silence
and
no
agenda
items
so
I'll
begin.
A
As
a
open
source
community
and
as
a
community
organizer,
I've
been
asked
to
document
what
a
community
team
what
their
responsibilities
are.
A
So
if,
if
you
have
any
thoughts
on
what
you
need
from
me,
what
you
want
from
me
as
a
as
an
organizer,
let
me
know
I
have
my
own
ideas
and
that
have
formulated
over
time
and
and
from
reading
from
other
documents
from
opensource.org
and
the
cloud
computing
foundation,
so
I'll
be
documenting
what
my
thoughts
this
week
and
and
posting
up
to
the
mailing
list
for
public
comment.
A
Okay,
I
guess
we
can
talk
about
a
little
bit
about
the
progress
towards
incubation
with
the
cncf
that
is
still
in
progress.
We
got
the
last
last
couple
items
that
have
been
accomplished
was
we
got
it
a
cncf
interview
with
nvidia
and
with
apple
computers,
which,
interestingly
enough
elena
with
apple,
is
our
cncf
sponsor.
A
So
that
was
strange
feedback
was
the
project
is
very
healthy.
We
have
a
great
interaction
with
the
community
and
our
end
users,
bugs
our
bugs
and
pull
requests
are
handled,
timely,
great
support
for
for
our
feature
set,
and
that's
about
all.
I
know
they
keep
me
in
the
dark.
With
with
the
fine
details,
I
really
don't
even
know
what
the
what
the
question
list
is.
B
So
you
may
have
answered
it
already.
Did
you
already
already
have
some
interviews
now.
A
We
have
with
nvidia
and
movie
computers.
A
I
don't
do
the
interviews,
the
the
cncf
does
it
so
I
just
I
I've
been
data
mining,
our
mailing
list
and
and
github
account
or
github
org
for
a
potential
end
users.
It's
important
that
we
use
an
end
user
and
not
a
vendor.
A
Anybody
who
resells
kubert
has
a
product
is
considered
a
vendor,
so
we
have
a
lot
of
vendors,
but
the
end
users
are
are
harder
to
find.
We
have
something
like
475
users
of
on
the
mailing
list
and
of
them
like
225
of
them
are
gmail
users.
A
So
then
I
have
to
try
and
try
and
decipher
what
their
gmail
account
is
and
see.
If
I
can
pinpoint
a
person
and
a
company
from
a
you
know,
an
obscure
handle.
A
So
there
are,
there
are
potential,
end
users
and
probably
emailed
like
two
dozen
organizations
in
the
last
couple
days,.
A
So
if
anybody
has
an
idea
of
who
who
would
qualify
as
an
end
user
and
also
would
like
to
be
interviewed
by
the
cncf,
please
it's
important
to
tell
me
so
I
can.
I
can
connect
them
with
with
elena.
C
Hey
chris
I'll
ask
a
quick
question
on
that:
one:
does
it
have
to
be
like
full
production
use,
or
can
it
be
like
in
labs
and
poc
testing
and
whatnot,
or
is
it
really
only
going
to
be
like
if
they're
using
it
for
like
a
full
production
use
case.
C
A
So
if
a
company
is
doing
their
product
testing
on
uber,
then
that's
pseudo
production
for
them
right.
Okay,
it
would
impact
their
business
if
that
environment
went
down.
Okay,
all
right!
Thank
you
sure.
A
And
they
they
upped
the
ante
on
me.
They
originally
told
me
they.
They
would
like
three
three
end
users
to
be
interviewed,
and
now
they
want
five.
B
D
A
So,
let's
see
I
have
a,
I
got
a
really
there's
a.
We
have
some
really
good
members
of
the
mailing
list,
like
some
really
unexpected
organizations
like
zte
and
tata
communications
in
india
and
hawaii,
and
it's
I
didn't
expect
those
kind
of
companies
to
be
present
here.
A
Redis
laps
was
was
another
surprise,
unfortunately,
that
member
is
doing
personal
work
using
his
corporate
email
account.
So,
but
it
was
still
a
good
conversation.
A
And
I
hope
I'm
I
hope,
I'm
not
like
spamming
our
list.
A
A
Okay,
agenda
and
open
floor
is
still
empty.
Anybody
have
anything
to
talk
about.
That's
been
going
on
this
week.
A
Was
pretty
calm
beach?
It
was
calm.
I
took
a
look
at
the
mailing
list
earlier
and
there's
everything
has
been
has
been
answered.
There's
just
the
the
ongoing
conversation
regarding
zen
I've.
B
A
On
the
meeting,
no
there
there's
just
a
follow-up
from
arm
saying,
thank
you
for
for
addressing
our
our
our
future
and
we'll
be
taking
all
the
feedback
and
working
through
it.
On.
F
Hey
chris,
can
you
hear
me?
I
hear
you
go
ahead,
okay,
great!
So
I've
talked
about
this
progress
a
couple
of
times
before,
but
it's
still
there
and
we're
still
discussing
it.
So
basically,
these
are
policies,
migration
policies
that
you
can
apply
to
groups
of
vms.
There
is
a
discussion
of
on
how
to
specify
the
groups
on
which
to
apply
the
the
policies
and
yeah.
Everyone
are
welcome
to
take
part
in
the
discussion.
A
Okay,
but
don't
be
too
worried
here,
the
design
documents
they
they've
been
taking
time
to
to
get
to
merge,
so
we're
only
15
16
days
into
into
this
pull
request.
A
A
A
I'm
just
hiding
some
windows
here:
okay,
convert
api,
be
called
outside
cadence
cluster.
B
A
I
don't
want
to
get
off
onto
a
tangent
here.
B
A
A
B
B
A
E
B
A
B
A
E
Sorry,
okay
paint
or.
D
A
B
Six,
seven:
twelve:
I
think
we
were
at
six
seven
twelve
up
there
right
yeah,
think
you
jumped
through
it
yeah.
Sorry.
B
B
A
B
B
B
This
is
mostly
like
with
vnc,
for
instance,
not
we
have
we
auto
attack
against
every
vnc
players,
and
they
may
be
good
or
not
good,
depending
on
what
you
want
to
do,
and
we
should
probably
allow
people
to
configure
it
once
so
that
they
don't
have
to
repeatedly
deal
with
our
auto
selecting
doing
the
wrong
thing,
and
we
also
have
other
features
now
like
virtual
cattle
ssh,
where
one
can
may
want
to
specify
default
default,
identity
files
or
whatever,
instead
of
what
this
is
oop
message
would
choose
just
for
this
and
yeah.
B
B
E
B
So
I
just
it
okay,
here
you
are
now
it's
there.
E
A
Do
your
kids
do
halloween,
where
you're
at
mine,
don't,
okay,
we
have
pounds
and
pounds
or
kilos
of
kilos
of
candy
in
the
household
right
now
and
the
kids
are
just
bonkers.
A
A
A
Stu,
did
you
have
any
trouble
building
for
arm
64.
G
Depends
if
I
was
using
cross
compilation
from
our
from
amd
64
in
the
past
month,
it
was
problematic.
I
sidestepped
that,
by
building
directly
on
the
raspberry
pi
that
I
was.
B
What
was
what
was
the
issue
with
that?
That
would
be
interesting
for
me
because
we
spent
quite
some
time
we
spent
quite
some
time
on
making
the
gross
compilation
work,
so
there
should
be.
C
G
C
B
B
B
A
B
B
A
That
is
coming,
but
this
is
coming
from
our
demo
yeah.
They
could
be
running
virtual
machines
on
like
automotive
ecms,
where
there's
only
you
know
one
gigabyte
of
total
memory
on
the
system.
Can
you
imagine
virtual
machines
running
on
the
on
the
computer?
That's
driving
your
your
car.
A
B
A
B
A
A
I
think
I
had
it
with
with
the
pound
six
six:
three
nine
yeah.
This
is
right.
E
A
Yeah
sounds
good.
That
was
a
excellent
bug,
scrub,
okay,
we
will
close
down
the
meeting.
Thank
you,
everybody
for
joining,
we'll,
see
you
next
week.
