Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
We
are
live
streaming
today,
so
it's
on
the
council's
YouTube
channel.
So
anybody
who
wants
to
tune
in
to
it
can
do
and
hopefully
lots
of
being
more
well
to
see
the
work
that
we
do
in
our
local
area.
D
E
G
H
C
Trust
funded
sessions
would
run
on
Wednesday
afternoon
to
the
completely
independent
the
sessions
funded
by
the
committee.
Here.
C
The
request
of
the
committee
from
the
September
meeting
was
that
the
setup
remained
the
same,
which
meant
one
running
at
potty
community
center
on
Fridays
between
one
and
four
and
then
one
alternating
between
farmer
community
center
on
a
Wednesday
morning
and
also
farsley
Library
Hub
every
other
week.
So
as
it
stands,
we're
not
changing
anything
from
the
committee's
side
and
that's
as
understands
Salim
Shafi.
Has
it
as
well.
C
I
will
double
ship
from
what
you've
said.
I'll
double
check
that
he's
he's
interpreted
that
correctly
as
well
purpose.
That
would
mean
them
running
essentially.
G
At
least
one
of
the
things
I've
been
trying
to
strive
for
is
to
get
a
community
help
into
Community
Services
we're
aware
family,
please
I'm
a
bit
striving
I've,
been
speaking
to
the
elves
on
my
face
to
try
and
get
everything
there
and
we're
trying
to
take
some
action
just
gets
otherwise.
H
That's
what
was
requested
at
the
start
of
the
administration
would
not
adhere
to
what
we
wrote,
but,
let's
look,
we
were
awesome,
I.
Think
it's
Crossgates
and
win
bar.
Have
this
mobile
or
I
mean
one
of
the
things
we
were
promised
when
the
housing
office
on
the
is
was
took
effectively
took
over
at
all
the
shops?
Well,
we
were
promised
that
that
would
be
some
kind
of
up
when
it
took
place.
H
B
Yes,
could
you
send
me
what
you've
been
asking
housing
and
I'm
more
than
happy
to
follow
that
up
and
find
out
whether
or
not
there's
anything
more?
We
can
do
I'm
delighted
to
hear
councilor
Blackburn's
been
pursuing
this
for
years,
I'm
more
than
happy
to
see
if
we
can
get
something
done
on
it
now.
Oh.
A
Okay,
next
item
is
financial
support.
Thank
you
in
life.
C
Thank
you
chair.
The
financial
report
will
be
from
the
beginning
on
page
15
of
the
reports
that
this
updates,
the
committee
with
the
2022-23
funding
pots,
being
the
well-being,
youth
activity
fund
capital
and
the
cell
within
this
report.
We've
also
got
four
new
applications
for
consideration,
and
this
is
two
well-being,
large
Grant
applications,
one
small
Grant
and
one
from
Carly
and
parsley
Capital
funds.
So
we'll
go
through
these
in
due
course
referring
paragraph
16.
C
So,
moving
on
to
the
balance
statement,
if
I
could
draw
attention
to
paragraph
18
to
21,
which
was
on
page
17.,
starting
with
the
well-being
allocation
approved
by
the
executive
board
for
2223,
shows
as
94
210
pounds
when
this
is
added
to
the
amount
brought
forward
from
last
year,
that's
unallocated
and
available.
The
total
revenue
for
the
year
was
118
717,
pound
22
and
so
far
the
committee
has
allocated
a
total
of
110
354,
pound
32
to
projects
and
reflexes
done.
With
recent
understanding.
C
E
C
First,
one,
if
you
can
draw
your
attention
to
paragraph
24,
which
is
on
page
19.
personally,
is
called
Heritage
boards
for
greenside
and
low
town.
The
name
of
the
organization
is
Pudsey
greenside
Greenway
charity.
The
amount
requested
from
large
Brands
is
a
1
600
pounds
no
match
funding.
This
will
cover
Pudsey,
Ward
and
start
as
soon
as
possible
in
November,
and
an
overview
of
project
is
that
funding
will
provide
Heritage
information
display
boards
at
the
former
railway
station
sites
at
greenside
and
low
Town,
including
Maps
guides
and
walking
routes.
C
Consultation
has
involved,
Pudsey
and
District
Civic
Society,
the
Pudsey
Carnival
campaign,
store
and
parks
and
Countryside
department
at
Leeds,
city,
council
and
installation
would
be
completed
by
parks
and
Countryside
as
well.
Priorities
met
our
best
city
for
communities
and
best
city
for
health
and
well-being.
A
I'm
more
than
happy
with
this
chair,
the
group
are
doing
a
great
job
and
they
they
did
speak
to
me
about
them.
He
was
disappointed
in
it
didn't
actually
get
in
for
the
last
meeting,
and
so
we've
we've
pushed
it
forward
for
this
meeting.
But
more
than
happy.
C
C
The
organization
has
leaked
International
concert
season,
the
amount
requested
is
3,
300
pounds
no
match
funding.
What's
covered
are
all
three
water.
Carbon
parsley,
putsy,
family
and
workley
and
start
date
would
be
may
end.
C
Date
would
be
September
2023,
and
this
is
to
provide
funding
for
open
air
contests
that
will
benefit
the
communities
and
all
Wards
of
outer
West
people
will
be
able
to
experience
free
music
in
the
local
Arts,
encouraging
Community
involvement,
engagement
and
socializing
costs
are
330
pounds
per
concert
with
10
Concepts
planned
for
outer
West
as
follows:
two
in
family
Hall,
Park,
three
in
property,
Park
two
in
Victoria,
Park
Hardley,
two
in
Western,
Flats,
Cliff,
Park,
Worley
and
one
in
West,
wide
park,
parsley
and
the
priorities
are
best
suited
for
health
and
well-being,
best
city
for
communities,
yeah.
D
C
And
this
is
to
show
that
the
youth
activity
fund
allocation,
approved
by
the
exec
board
for
the
year
was
43
230
pounds
again
when
added
to
the
amount
report
that's
available
and
unallocated.
The
total
youth
funding
available
is
82,
934,
pound
37.
So
far
the
community
is
allocated
a
total
of
68
991.30.
C
And
therefore,
we've
listened
to
understand
that
is
back
in.
There
is
a
remaining
balance
of
fifteen
thousand
six
hundred
and
one
and
fifty
Seven
available
from
the
youth
activity
fund,
and
this
is
shown
on
page
20
in
table
two,
the
breakdown
of
all
approved
projects
and
three
fences,
and
since
the
last
meeting
in
September,
there
are
currently
no
outstanding
youth
activity
fund.
Applications
to
consider,
but
I
do
just
have
updates
on
two
new
projects.
C
Thus,
being
Dazzle
dance,
so
dazzle
up
and
running
Mitty
funded
sessions
in
family
community
center
and
family
and
at
St
John's
Church
in
Worley,
while
seeking
a
third
venue
in
the
Heights
area
of
reward
Ian
robbery
has
recently
contacted
me
to
say
that
they
are
no
longer
going
to
be
running
the
sessions
from
family
community
center
due
to
longering
issues
with
the
venue.
C
So
he
said
that
they're
no
longer
prepared
to
run
those
sessions
around
the
process
of
speaking
to
a
number
of
other
venues,
including
saint
wilfred's
church,
and
also
the
scouter
in
the
area
and
I'll.
Keep
you
updated
when
I
know
more
about
the
news.
H
H
Church
she
should
be
Church
yeah,
so
we
have
used
that
free
lockdowns.
We
used
it,
but
I
think
we're
certainly
some
difficulties
there.
H
H
H
And
we
commissioned
that,
it
is
important
and
I've
got
to
say
the
worldly
one
just
happened,
we
haven't
got
money
left,
we
thought
well,
we
expected
we
were
doing
worldly
as
well.
So
that's
Elton
John's
came
about,
but
as
it
was
initially
about
doing
schools
in
the
completely
different
areas,
I
think
we've
got
to
make
sure
that
we're
delivering
in
mostly
private
areas.
C
You
chair
and
the
the
second
project
I
just
wanted
to
update
the
committee
on
was
the
October
half
term
youth
activity
case
to
base
which
happened
recently.
So
all
three
days
were
successfully
held
over
the
October
half
term
and
they
were
based
at
farsley,
farfield
school
family
Highfield,
Methodist,
Church
and
swinnow
Community
Center.
So
one
in
each
Ward
sessions
attracted
around
60
young
people
across
the
three
days.
C
That's
despite
some
very
poor
weather
on
two
of
those
days.
In
the
morning.
C
The
sessions
included
a
number
of
workshops
for
the
young
people,
which
included
Bushcraft
skills,
DJ
workshops,
arts
and
crafts,
cooking
classes,
fire
safety
talks
and
discussions
with
the
rest
of
ultra
police
and
youth
engagement,
voting
activities
and,
from
my
perspective,
I
think.
The
youth
service
did
a
really
good
job
of
bringing
this
together
period
view
service
are
putting
together.
All
of
the
monitoring
of
the
events.
C
Our
team
at
the
community's
team
did
some
youth
engagement
activities
at
the
end
of
the
day,
and
the
feedback
from
young
people
was
great
and
they're
very
positive
towards
the
structure.
I'm
just
going
to
try
lots
of
different
things
in
terms
of
voting
for
activities,
the
ones
that
came
out
on
top
were
cooking
and
the
DJ
sessions,
which
is
really
interesting,
because,
that's
not
you
know,
having
tried
it
they've
shown
that
they
really
enjoyed
it,
so
they
were
the
most
popular
ones.
C
E
C
In
the
September
committee
meeting
you
approve
the
funding,
the
November
ones,
and
you
also
ring
fence
the
same
amount
of
money
for
the
Easter
sessions.
So
the
questions
will
be
whether
we
run
the
exact
same
activities
again
or
if
we
change
it
up
slightly
and
try
something
new.
So
there
may
there
may
be
slight
variations
to
some
of
the
costs
so.
D
H
D
Sections
are
very
worthwhile
for
young
people,
so
I
I
would
say
that
the
time
we
meet
next
time
we
will
know
exactly
where
we
are
or
pretty
much.
You
know
well,
you're
not,
and
we
want
to
just
make
sure
we
should
be
tight
on
the
balances
to
make
sure
we're
all
right
for
the
next
year.
F
F
They're,
incredibly
good
value
due
to
the
fact
that
the
youth
service
are
there
providing
the
staff
at
farsley.
Farfields
gave
us
their
premises
for
free
this
time,
which
was
great
so
thanks
to
them,
and
actually
all
we're
providing
money
for
is
the
extra
some
of
the
ingredients
for
the
cooking,
which
isn't
a
huge
amount
and
then
the
the
separate
sessions
that
come
in
so
they're
a
really
good
value
compared
to
a
lot
of
the
other
things
that
we're
not
having
to
pay
for
those
two
permanent
stuff.
F
A
Yeah
I
have
asked
that
jazz
Forum
what
the
position
will
be
financially
and
though
next
year
is
a
different
matter,
and
this
financial
year
I've
been
assured
at
the
moment.
It's
all
right.
C
G
C
C
Committee
to
know
that,
from
the
original
ring,
defense
of
5
000
pounds
allocated
so
far
is
2939
pound
87,
leaving
a
balance
of
two
thousand
and
sixty
pound
13
from
table
three.
C
We
can
see
that
the
committee
has
approved
five
small
grants,
projects
and
four
skips:
the
small
Grant
projects
being
Fab
Club
Leeds,
walking
football,
the
FC
Putty
gold
posts,
the
Pudsey
scarecrow
festival
and
the
parsley
Cricket
Club
junior
connect
and
the
skips
in
currently
allotment
criminals,
allotment,
Pudsey,
scarecrow,
Festival,
Skip
and
Tennyson
Scott
Street
skip
also-
and
this
brings
us
on
to
the
one
small
Grant
application-
that's
outstanding
for
review,
and
this
can
be
found
at
paragraph
38.,
which
is
also
on
page
22.,
and
that
project
title
is
football
and
Cricket
for
children.
C
C
The
project
is
to
provide
indoor
football
and
Cricket
sessions.
Every
Sunday
for
young
people
living
on
the
wood,
Hall
and
Rockwood
Estates.
Each
session
can
accommodate
15
to
20
children
and
over
the
summer
the
children
have
attended
these
sessions
held
at
Woodhull
Park
field,
and
the
funding
obtained
would
go
towards
the
cost
of
hiring
the
indoor
Hall
at
the
caldley
Mechanics
Institute
the
sessions
to
take
place
and
in
terms
of
priorities.
This
would
meet
best
chill
their
best
city
for
children
and
young
people
and
best
city
for
health
and
well-being.
A
F
This
was
one
that
came
to
me
actually
because
it
was
a
project,
that's
been
running
in
Woodhall
quite
successfully,
so
I
was
gonna,
be
a
bit
more
background
to
it.
We've
said
15
to
20
children
actually
I
think
it's
an
hour
of
football
than
an
hour
of
cricket
and
the
kids
can
choose
which
they
do
so
it
could
be
up
to
40
if
different
kids
do
both
activities
but
yeah
been
running
in
the
park
and
obviously
they
don't.
They
can't
continue
that
on
through
the
winter
in
all
weathers.
F
So
they
approached
just
looking
for
a
venue
I
think
they
tried
the
church
on
Galloway
Lane
due
to
the
number
of
windows
in
the
in
the
church
Hall.
They
didn't
feel
it
was
a
adequate
space
to
do.
Cricket
in
yeah.
Well,
they've
had
problems
there
in
the
past,
but
yeah
when
they
approached
Cavalry
Mechanics
Institute,
which
obviously
Council
building
the
costs.
They've
got
given
were
quite
considerable.
To
be
honest,
I
think
it's
25
pound
per
hour
plus
paying
for
the
caretaker
to
be
there.
F
So
I
think
it
was
75
pounds
or
something
which
they
couldn't
afford
with
the
current
I
think.
There's
a
dozen
children
that
go
so
far
but
they've
been
trying
to
build
it
up.
So
the
idea
was
to
it
puts
more
Grant
in
to
see
if
we
could
pump
Prime
that
throughout
this
year,
with
the
aim
that
they
will
then
get
enough
children
to
make
it
payable
going
forward
and
we
hopefully
wouldn't
have
to
fund
it
for
future
years.
D
They
have
already
started
actually
because
I've
seen
the
young
people
arriving
and
it
was
successful
over
the
summer
on
on
the
playing
field,
so
I
would
support
it.
A
Yes,
I
want
to
say
could
get
some
more
children
from
the
Moorland
and
that
area
because,
but
is
that
equally
close
to
to
the
area.
D
C
C
They
have
provided
a
lot
of
their
monitoring
upfront
in
advance,
including
their
safeguarding
policy,
their
health
and
safety
policy
and
their
public
liability
and
they've
assured
me
that,
with
the
approval
of
the
funding,
they
would
provide
audited
accounts
and
bank
statements
in
advance
of
any
small
Grant
being
paid.
G
D
C
So
across
three
Awards,
it
total
of
19
270
pounds
and
six
pence,
and
this
brings
us
to
our
final
application
of
the
day
for
consideration,
which
is
a
capital
application
and
as
the
capital
budget
is
administered
on
award
by
our
basis,
the
decision-making
process
for
the
decisions
on
Capital
applications
are
taken
only
by
members
of
the
ward
affected
by
the
request.
In
this
instance,
can
I
invite
elected
members
from
Calvary
and
parsley
award
only
to
consider
the
following.
The
project
title
is
carverly
and
parsley
roundabout
basket
replacement,
and
this
is
from
Parks
and
Countryside.
C
Funding
from
capital
is
two
thousand
pounds
with
two
thousand
pounds
coming
from
match.
Funding
in
Parkinson
can
decide.
This
would
start
soon
as
possible
in
November,
and
this
is
the
replacement
of
a
roundabout
basket.
A
Calvary,
Victorian,
Park
playground
and
again
the
work
would
be
complete.
Backpacks
yeah.
D
Circulated
all
three
broad
members
went.
It
was
obvious
that
the
piece
of
equipment
was
broken,
I
have
to
say
the
art
Department
were
actually
getting
out
there
and
putting
the
barrier
around
it.
Come
back
to
that.
In
a
moment,
they
matched
fumbling
by
the
way
is
from
106
Monday,
so
it's
not
going
from
and
it
other
award,
and
there
is
an
element
of
speed
required,
because
we
have
already
had
an
instance
of
validating
where
the
barriers
were
thrown
over
the
Methodist
Church
wall.
D
I
just
want
to
say,
I
think
you
know
the
young
people
who
I
think
it
was
a
through
the
barriers
ever
think
about
their
actions,
because
they
were
living
in
Tiny
Tots,
who
could
have
or
wittingly
been
put
into
this
piece
of
equipment
and
it
come
tumbling
out
of
it
again
onto
the
deck.
So
the
sooner
it
she
plays
the
better.
C
The
balances
reward
can
be
seen
as
cabling,
parsley
in
a
7
682
pound,
75
deficit,
family
and
workley,
with
92
650
pounds
in
a
penny
and
putsy
with
91
229
pounds
and
seven
Pence,
and
then
there
are
no
outstanding
cell
applications
to
consider
and
then
very
briefly,
just
to
note
also
the
covid-19
funds
update,
which
the
same
as
they
were
in
in
September.
C
It's
just
hardly
environment
s
in
their
remaining
code,
with
nine
discretionary
funds
again
just
a
reminder
that
this
would
not
be
able
to
be
carried
forward
again
to
the
next
financial
year.
If
it's
still
there,
it
will
be
returned
to
the
well
being
popped.
D
Wonder
if
you
should
speak
to
Carmen
and
faster
with
a
home
screen
and
see
if
they're
requiring
any
funding
to
help
them
with
any
covered
related
Hangouts
yeah,
we
can
have
a
ring
around
and
decide
what
to
do
and
get
it
tidied
up.
D
Can
I
just
say
that,
could
you
check
something
out
Mike
as
well:
I'm,
conscious
that
we're
in
a
definite
situation
on
silamonic
there's
a
small
development,
virtually
complaint,
just
off
red
lane
and
fastly
head
right,
place
and
I
wonder
if
there's
any
silver
contribution
from
that,
because
if
there
is,
you
can
start
whittling
that
seven
minus
seven
thousand
down
save
our
ready
basis.
Yeah
I.
C
Will
look
into
it
all
right,
I
will
I'll
contact
the
Civil
administrators
and
see
if
they
can
forecast
what
might
be
coming
in.
C
Okay,
that's
everything
from
the
financial
report.
C
I'm
running
back
to
you
Mike,
so
the
other
report
brings
to
members
attention
a
summary
of
the
work
from
a
variety
of
services
and
departments
affecting
the
alpha
West
area,
and
it
provides
opportunities
for
further
questioning
and
to
request
a
more
detailed
report
from
any
service.
The
November
report
includes
updates
from
the
environment
and
Community
safety
subgroup.
The.
C
Team
Gully
cleansing,
Public,
Health
adults
and
health
leads
dementia
strategy,
the
housing
team,
CCTV
social
media
and
Community
engagement
updates,
and
so,
as
with
previous
meetings,
it's
been
agreed
that
in
the
interest
of
time,
the
committee
will
take
the
report
of
red.
Leaving
me
with
just
a
couple
of
things
to
highlight
from
the
report
for
the
committee.
C
C
His
presentation
gave
an
overview
of
living
with
dementia
in
leads,
and
also
some
GP
stats
for
the
area
as
following
information
that
he's
provided
he's
given
a
list
of
memory,
cafes
and
other
similar
groups
in
the
outer
West
area,
so
I
thought
it
would
be
useful
to
give
them
some
publicity,
and
these
can
be
found
on
page
38
of
the
reports
pack.
C
So
the
list
includes
the
likes
of
friendly
Fridays,
that
neighborhood
action,
new
family,
Penny,
Lane
home
scheme,
the
sunflower
memory
Cafe
from
farsley
live
at
home
scheme,
they're
singing
for
the
brain
group,
putsy,
well-being,
Center
and
dementia
carer
support
group.
Again
it
could
see
wellbeing
Center,
so
anybody
that
wants
or
needs
to
access
these
networks
is
encouraged
to
contact
the
relevant
group,
or
they
can
also
contact
ourselves
at
the
community
team
and
we'll
reach
out
and
make
introductions
on
their
behalf.
A
And
they're,
not
oh
we're
getting
dementia
that
we
have
in
the
40s
and
50s,
and
it's
it's
absolutely
terrifying,
what's
happening
to
people
and
it
isn't
just
rugby
with
all
the
other
sports
football
boxing
jockeys
get
it
as
well.
It's
it's!
It's
really
frightening!
What's
happening
to
people
and
I,
think
the
more
that
we
can
do
is
try
to
help
people
like
that.
We
have
a
lot
into
Sport
and
things
like
being
healthy
on
the
rest
of
it.
It's
not
really
good
for
your
eyes
to
myself,
sometimes
so.
Yeah.
C
C
C
We
spoke
about
that
with
Pete
Robinson
who's
here
as
well,
and
that's
just
to
reiterate
that,
as
we
currently
understand
it,
the
sessions
will
be
held
at
Pudsey
Community
Hub,
on
Fridays
between
one
and
four
at
family
community
center
on
Wednesdays
a.m,
9
A.M
to
12
p.m,
and
every
other
week
stopping
the
claresley
library,
Hub
Wednesdays
1pm
to
4pm
I'll,
be
going
back
to
Salim,
just
to
reiterate
that
so
as
we
understand
it
and
just
make
sure
that
they're
on
the
same
wavelength
of
that
one
as
well
and
again,
I've
I've
posted
those
on
Facebook
recently.
C
So
if
anybody
does
need
to
access
money
buddies,
all
the
information
is
on
there,
as
well
as
the
timetable
for
the
city-wide
offering
from
Hollywood
is
also,
and
then
finally,
from
me
from
the
update
report
is
I
wanted
to
bring
to
your
attention
a
consultation
that
is
currently
running
through
the
city
development
team,
relating
to
climate
change
for
the
local
climate
change.
So
last
year,
Into
Summer
2021.
C
They
conducted
an
initial
scoping
consultation
with
the
public,
and
this
was
to
identify
any
potential
changes
that
could
be
made
to
planning
policy
and
leads
all
around
improving
climate
change.
This
consultation
is
now
entering
its
second
phase
of
the
consultation
in
which
residences
at
residents
and
businesses
are
being
encouraged
to
review
the
draft
local
plan.
That's
been
put
together
and
have
their
say
on
any
emerging
planning
policies.
C
The
there
are
five
key
topics
to
the
consultation
which
are
carbon
reduction,
flood
risk,
green
infrastructure,
Place
making,
which
is
all
around
delivering
high
quality,
sustainable
places
and
sustainable
infrastructure,
so
Transport
Systems
and
digital
and
Community
communication
infrastructure.
C
This
second
stage
consultation
started
on
the
24th
of
October
and
it's
going
to
run
initially
until
the
19th
of
December.
Although
that's
not
a
hard
end
date,
they
said
they
can
extend
it
into
the
new
year.
C
During
this
time,
residents
are
being
encouraged
to
make
comments,
or
also
known
as
representations
on
the
draft
plan.
So
it's
it's
not
an
open-ended
discussion
about
climate
change,
all
encompassing,
but
it's
a
request
to
feedback
on
these
initial
findings
and
proposals
that
are
being
put
forward.
C
So
that's
all
been
included
in
the
report.
There
is
a
a
link
to
it.
That's
in
there
on
page
42
of
the
reports
pack,
they
are
Keen
to
engage
with
all
Awards
and
leads
as
well
so
they're,
appealing
to
all
of
the
Committees.
C
If
there's
any
events
coming
up
in
the
awards
that
it
would
be
useful
for
them
to
attend,
to
engage
with
the
public,
then
they'll
be
on
board
with
that
I've
included
the
lead
officer
in
the
report,
so
a
guy
called
Ian
Mackey,
who
is
the
team
leader,
the
neighborhoods
and
planning
and
City
development,
and
he's
more
than
happy
to
pick
up
conversations
with
councilors
as
well
and
try
and
get
any
attendance
events
planned
or
any
publicity
that
you
could
recommend.
Also,
thank
you
chairs
everything
for
me.
Thank.
A
D
I
contacted
a
gentleman
who
is
responsible
for
the
safety
cameras,
ccte
cameras
in
carving
fastly,
Road
and
I'm
pleased
to
say
it's
all
chewing
and
throwing
on
the
floor.
