From YouTube: Leeds City Council - Outer West Community Committee Additional Meeting - 14th March 2023
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Right,
okay,
brilliant
well,
good
morning.
Everyone
welcome
to
the
outer
area
committee.
My
name
is
Amanda
Carter
and
I
chair
the
committee.
It's
live
streamed
on
the
council's
YouTube
today
and
we
represent
the
community
of
family
and
work
late,
Pudsey
and
cloudy
and
Fastlane.
A
A
A
A
Thank
you.
We
didn't
arrange
the
meeting
because
we
knew
you're
away
Simon.
Actually
we
did
it
because
it
was
the
time
that
most
people
could
actually
get
here
to
the
meeting,
because
most
of
the
got
Council
meetings
this
week
can
I
hand
over
to
the
clerk
to
items.
C
A
Committee
ring
fence
project.
We
decided
last
meeting
that
we
would
talk
about
some
of
the
ring
events
from
the
next
financial
year
so
that
we
can
try
and
get
ourselves
sorted
out.
We
are
going
to
have
a
cut
in
our
budget
of
probably
around
10
percent.
It's
not
that
this
committee
is
going
to
be
putting
any
individual
Awards
back.
A
It's
going
to
be
a
general
cut
across
all
the
community
committees
which
we're
expecting
so
we
wanted
to
discuss
what
we
actually
wanted
to
ring
friends,
and
we
know
that
we're
going
to
have
to
make
some
reductions
in
what
we
did
last
year
on
the
council.
It
was
the
council
Madam
chair,
wasn't
it
that
they
that
reduced
our
budget,
not
this
committee,
yes,
I'm!
Sorry
I,
didn't
make
that
clear.
It's
Council
reduction
on
what
we
will
be
able
to
spend
next
year.
A
Okay,
so
the
thought
that
today
is
got
17
new
projects
and
to
consider
and
just
to
confirm
that
the
outstanding
balance
required
for
the
fall
projects
approved
that
today's
meeting
subject
to
information
committee
allowance
for
2324,
which
will
be
confirmed
on
our
before
the
31st
of
March
and
okie
dokie,
so
I'll
do
the
well-being.
First,
if
that's
okay
and
that's
perhaps
that's
on
page
seven.
A
A
So
we
shouldn't
be
considering
six
seven
seven.
We
should
be
considering
something
like
five
five.
A
A
And
that
makes
a
lot
more
sense.
It
is
a
sizable
part
of
the
budget
that
proficially.
A
D
A
2049.,
you
didn't
get
any
good
earlier
long,
but
you
believe
have
no
idea
what
they
do,
but
they
don't
seem
to
be
we've
paid
separately
completely
for
the
refurbishment
of
the
senator,
so
I
I
would
say.
2049
like
it
was
before.
C
D
A
Yeah
I
checked
the
the
carvery
one
that
had
that
added
addition
to
do
as
you
mentioned,
but
the
firstly,
one
is
exactly
the
same
as
the
previous,
but
the
price
that
they've
submitted
has
increased.
I
I
was
thinking
similar.
That
can
we
go
back
to
them
and
say
Obviously.
The
amount
of
money
we
have
is
decreased,
even
though
I'm
sure
they
would
like
their
cost
to
go
up
and
they've
had
them
to
rethink,
maybe
that
that
total.
A
A
B
B
D
C
D
A
D
A
So
the
next
one,
then
is
for
an
additional
Gardener
resource.
This
is
again
passing
Countryside,
looking
at
fifteen
thousand
five
hundred
and
seventy
pounds
again
up
on
last
year's,
which
was
14
114
pounds.
C
Was
no,
it
was
just
a
question
was
if
we're
looking
at
keeping
all
the
rest
of
the
same
budget,
do
we
just
say:
look,
let's
introduce
36
hours,
split
over
the
two
parks
and
then
we've
we've
been
fair
with
all
groups,
sticking
up
the
same
previous
funding.
D
A
As
long
as
we're
we're
as
money's
being
used,
there,
I
mean
the
matter
of
the
hours.
I
mean
a
degree
with
yourselves
that
that,
if
we
can
get,
if
we
can
get
get
this
roughly
the
same
for
the
same
money,
I'm
I'm,
okay
but
like
we
must
make
sure
that
we're
we're.
Looking
after
people
in
New,
Valley,
Village,
yeah.
A
It's
an
interesting
point
in
general,
but
I
think
we
need
to
say
to
all
the
council
departments
where
we're
effectively
paying
them.
We
expect
value
for
money
now
our
constituents
expect
value
for
money.
So
you
know
this
is
not
we're
not
just
a
mechanism
for
Council
departments
to
to
to
try
and
get
reinstate
some
of
our
budgets.
A
C
Yeah
agree
with
councilor
Carter
there
and-
and
you
know,
we're
looking
at
slide
productivity
servings
as
well.
It's
a
temporary
contract
that
the
the
oligarette
recruit
for
six
months
of
the
year
so
before
they
even
apply,
you
know
advertise
the
job.
We
can
try
and
get
them
down
to
that
budget.
If
we
need
to
well
I'm
sure
you
know
there
is
savings
to
be
added.
The
community
do
a
lot
of
work
in
title
as
well,
so
it's
just
reinforcing
what
they
do
as
well.
A
Okay,
so
what
are
we
going
to
do
about
this
question
to
HR?
Do
you
want
to
to
explore
that,
or
are
you
happy
with
the
hours
we've
got,
what
we're
going
to
do
and
well
I
think
we
need
to.
We
need
to
keep
to
a
similar
budget
to
last
year.
Don't
we.
A
C
A
A
D
D
A
C
Yes,
this
is
a
new
one
that
went
in
a
couple
of
years
ago
because
there
is
no
actual
park
services
from
September
through
to
March
and
if
we
have
warm
like
a
warm
Easter
or
event
in
September
out
the
season.
Obviously
a
lot
of
people
go
to
the
parks
and
fill
the
bins.
The
bins
are
left
from
Saturday
Sunday
through
till
Monday
and
obviously,
if
you
have
a
nice
weekend,
Saturday
and
Sunday
the
parks
are
a
disgrace,
not
all
the
money's
reused.
It's
been
returned,
sometimes
when
the
hand
had
to
need
it.
C
It's
just
a
stop
Gap
there
in
case,
but
yeah
I
agree.
Why
don't
they
visit
the
other
Parks?
If
puds
has
been
hit
badly,
they
could
easily
pick
up
the
other
Parks
as
well.
A
Be
able
to
maybe
have
some
information
on
how
much
that
was
used
last
year
and
a
Simon
mentioned,
obviously
that
they
didn't
need.
It
I
wonder
whether
it's
something
we
can
look
at
how
often
it
was
needed
last
year,
whether
then
we
think
of
the
other
Parks
needed
it,
and
we
can
have
a
look
at.
A
D
A
Okay
in
the
music
box,
next
yep,
so
the
next
one
like
I,
said:
music
box
is
an
adult
learning
project
starting
the
17th
of
April,
and
this
is
a
new
project.
So
we've
we've
gone
music
projects
before,
but
not
at
this
specific
sorry
organization,
but
not
this
project.
It's
a
brand
new
project
actually
for
2
950
pounds.
A
I
know
that
this
one
is
in
Pudsey,
but
I
think
they
get
quite
a
few
from
other
areas.
Don't
they
I
think
it's
not
just
people
that
live
in
public
surrounding
areas.
A
A
A
I
mean
with
it,
but
I
think
what
we've
got
to
do
is
we've
got
to
look
at
where,
where
things
have
been
delivered,
because
what
happened
in
the
past
might
not
be
consumed
will
be
able
to
happen
in
the
next
12
months,
and
we
already
know
that
the
one
piece
of
public
transport
that
starts
at
the
edge
of
my
world
go
through
once
it
and
then
go
through
badly
and
gambling
he's
getting
knocked
off
at
the
end
of
all
number,
nine
and
I
suspect
when
we
get
to
do
if
that
Central
woman
money
is
lost,
I
think
Kirsten
they're,
even
other
operators,
they've
been
looking
over.
A
D
A
Right
any
more
comments:
are
we
happy
to
defer
this
and
get
some
further
information
about
where
we
think
the
people
are
going
to
come
from
I
think
it
is
a
concern
that
they
won't
be
able
to
get
there
by
bus
and
I?
Think
people
are
more
and
more
conscious
about
the
cost
of
traveling
by
car,
so
it
might
be
one
just
to
watch
this.
A
D
A
C
Yeah,
obviously,
if
someone
asked
for
Bank
details
early
on
and
then
Peter
treasure
sent
him
through
more
recently,
because
there
was
some
outstanding
invoices,
so
it
wasn't
inflict
bank
account
that
you
saw
previously
I.
Don't
think
that
I'm
not
sure
if
Natalie's
shared
the
details,
but
we
had
the
Breeze
events
still
outstanding
to
be
paired.
They
only
just
sent
the
invoice
last
week
and
then
we
had
some
batteries
that
needed
paying
for
the
defibrillators.
C
The
hand
come
through
on
the
relevant
companies.
A
C
Depends
when
you
take
a
snapshot
of
the
accounts,
Council
Carter
yeah,
either
before
things
appeared
or
after
things
appeared.
Unfortunately,
when
invoices
come
through
later
from
Council
departments
like
breeze
yeah,
there's
limited,
we
can
do
but
more
than
happy
to
meet
and
discuss.
Thank
you.
A
Thank
you
next
time,
so
I
just
wanted
to
bring
your
attention,
as
I
mentioned,
is
there's
two
applications
that
have
come
to
the
committee
meeting
just
because
of
the
time
scale
Butch
wants
to
make
you
aware
and
when
considering
obviously
the
budgets
and
things
like
that,
we've
had
one
from
the
police
and
they
want
to
do
the
lsasb
and
road
safety
operations.
2023-24
and
I'm.
A
Working
with
MPT
and
they've
asked
for
six
thousand
to
178
pounds
about
depends
that
are
going
from
the
first
of
April,
so
February
next
year,
and
so
just
something
to
consider
and
then
also
there's
a
small
grant
for
the
working
football
that
we've
already
it's
just
finished
and
we've
been
wanting
to
do
it
again.
That's
for
500!
So
just
the
context.
Thank
you.
A
So
just
just
the
clarification,
the
Milwaukee
Football
League,
which
is
in
bloody
well,
that's
quite
well
spread
across
the
old,
the
old
all
the
three
worlds,
but
I
think
he's
more
of
my
constituent
to
go
to
that
one
and
all
that
but
I
mean
having
been
caught
in
the
snow.
I
couldn't
get
back
and
had
to
walk
out
with
Western
and
then
fell
on
the
floor.
Got
picked
up
by
something.
A
A
C
A
D
B
A
A
They've
done
it
well
two
years
now
this
would
be
the
third
year
and
they've
had
a
thousand
pounds
each
year.
So
far,
so
can
I
re-fence
that
please,
because
that's
important
for
that
communism
is
that
before
you
sorry
it's
more,
it's
well,
it's
more
use,
but
everybody
goes
if
that
makes
sense,
so
that
the
parents
go
with
the
children.
But
it
is
it's
really
to
prepare
the
children
to
go
back
to.
A
A
D
A
Right
then,
I'll
go
to
the
applications
they're
starting
on
page
nine,
on
on
to
number
12.
and
the
first
one
is
something
that
we've
on
the
last
year
is
get
into
the
community
to
rock
up
to
do
a
mock-up
building
Futures
together
the
same
as
last
year,
twelve
thousand
and
that's
for
the
year.
So
the
project
was
over
a
whole
new
year.
A
D
B
Right,
okay,
I
think
it's
a
great
thing
this,
but
so
have
you
got
any
information
on
who
attended
how.
A
D
A
When
we
acknowledged
on
this
Hometown,
who
have
finished
it
with
more
expenditures
and
with
that
I
mean
certainly
follow
up
now
more
expenditure
than
we
have
money
away
to
spending,
so
we've
had
to
call
well
back
to
it,
so
it
would,
it
would
be
helpful
there
and
the
other
thing
is
the
breakdown
across
across
there's.
Some
of
this.
A
D
D
B
B
A
We
get
any
monitoring
on
it
again
because
if
you
know,
I'm
told
that
the
tape
looks
quite
full,
certainly
a
swing
exactly
so
I'd
like
some
monitoring
on
you
know
just
so,
just
because
we
need
to
get
value
for
money.
A
A
A
Think
certainly
a
lot
of
the
sessions
I
remember
looking
at
it
last
year,
and
there
were
three
times
when
the
weather
was
poor,
where
there
were
a
couple
of
people
Max
and
then
came
to
one
of
the
sessions,
but
some
of
them
are
really
popular,
so
I'd
suggest
we
could
put
that
forward
to
720.
Maybe
look
at
how
many
attendees
there
are
in
different
venues
and
do
more
in
some
more
popular
locations
than
others.
A
Maybe
one
of
the
struggles
I
think
they
have
is
that
it
does
require
a
a
I
think
this
one
does
require
a
form
signed
by
the
parents
in
order
for.
D
A
A
A
Looking
again
at
sort
of
the
Heights
and
the
bones
of
their
heads
and
young
people
there,
it
was
expat
we
expanded
to
recessions
last
year
into
obsessions,
which
has
been
very
successful.
A
What
we're
finding
was
when
the
older
kids
didn't
want
to
go
to
the
same
thing
as
duplicates,
so
we
we
do
build
it
all.
So
we
do
without
all
the
kids
now
so
and
that's
been
really
successful.
A
C
A
A
A
One
of
the
things
I
know
they
were
trying
to
do
with
this
is
to
extend
those
sessions,
engage
more
with
the
young
people,
because
that
they're
not
really
used
to
having
that
much
going
on
in
the
area
as
it
builds
up.
This
gives
a
chance
to
engage
with
them
more
then
encourage
them
to
go
to
some
of
the
other
sessions.
I
think
people
were
Advanced
I,
think
that
was
the
idea
just
just
another
way
of
tapping
into
young
people.
A
The
different
groups
of
kids
out
the
I
mean
it's
very
interesting
with
probably
not
in
football
I'm.
Now
one
of
the
largest
set
youth
sectors
for
girls
and
boys
in
the
whole
of
Leeds
and
varsely
Cricket
for
girls
and
boys
is
booming.
So
to
say,
when
we
say
that
there
isn't
a
lot,
there
isn't
a
lot
for
a
certain
group
of
kids,
there's
actually
all
sorts
for
another
group
of
kids.
It's
trying
to
get
extranean.
A
Push
them
enough
towards
sporting
activities
and
we
another
thing:
we've
got
coaching
for
tennis,
in
carving
Park
and
in
west
side
park,
and
the
sessions
are
booked
up
with
you
again
young
people.
So
you
know
there
is
all
sorts
we're
talking
about
different
groups
of
kids.
It's
it's
sometimes
wondering
if
the
service
are
proactive
enough
in
pushing
kids
who
are
Sports
inclined
and
even
if
the
knocks
brought
incline,
because
they
make
a
lot
of
friends
lifetime
friendships
towards
these
other
activities.
A
I
think
when
kids
go
to
secondary
school
from
primary
school,
particularly
if
they're
leaving
and
going
to
a
school,
for
example,
one
of
the
church
schools
where
there
might
be
the
only
child
from
that
primary
school.
So
it's
really
important
to
have
another
group
of
friends
that
you
can
lean
on
for
support.
So
I
think
that
is
really
important,
because
kids
do
make
good
friends
in
football
teams
and
Rugby
teams
and
dance
classes,
and
things
like
that.
A
A
Yeah
I
mean
yeah
Andrew's
right
I
mean
that
across
across
the
all
of
the
West
there's
there's
facilities
there
I
mean
we've
got
worldly
football
club.
We've
got
Bailey
Hawkins
doing
great
job,
but
you
it
needs
you
to
connect
with
them.
They
need
all
the
best
to
connect
with
with
people,
but
there's
a
certain
group
of
youngsters
that
don't
join
things,
and
this
is
about
getting
those
in
order
to
actually
take
that
into
something.
D
A
D
A
A
Yes,
given
the
trouble
we've
had
since
summer,
I
would
say
it's
really
important
to
keep
that
going
about
doing
that
cancer.
D
C
D
A
A
Thoughts
on
that
place,
this
is
a
classic
case
of
the
harder
to
reach
youngsters
who
who
are.
D
A
C
Sorry,
yes,
sorry
just
with
this
one,
could
we
approach
him
and
see
if
they
could
run
any
activities
during
the
half
term
period,
because
obviously
we
see
an
increase
in
anti-social
behavior
in
the
town
center
and
it'll
be
it'd,
be
useful
to
see
if
we
can
put
activities
on
during
the
half
term.
D
A
And
then
we've
got
Breeze
in
the
park,
so
this
is
a
new
application,
it's
very
similar
to
what
they
did.
Last
year
very
successful
last
year
and
they're
asking
for
11
500.
A
In
terms
of
our
Ward,
it's
always
very
difficult,
obviously
representing
all
the
different
communities
that
we've
got.
Some
of
our
residents
in
Pudsey
I'm
sure
we'll
go
to
Queen's
Park
and
attend
him
there.
We
have
swapped
it
before
I've
released
ones.
Okay,
Ainsworth
Park
is
obviously
the
easiest
location
and
the
biggest,
but
is
there
a
time
that
we
should
look
at
where
they're
family
Parks
should
be
used
for
young
people
there
I
know
many
will
be
able
to
attend
this
one.
It's
difficult,
because
Hayes
would
be
the
busiest
yeah.
D
D
A
It
wasn't
busy
with
Calvary
kids.
They
were
coming
from
all
over
the
place
and
parking
all
over
the
place.
Parish
Community
that
were
coming
up
from
Bradford,
but
it
was
good,
but
I
would
be
difficult.
So
with
the
struggle,
isn't
it
it's
difficult
because
I
would
hate
the
not
to
be
one
of
the
reason
fast
and
you
can't
move.
You
can't
go
to
West
Roycroft,
because
the
an
area
of
the
ground
is
far
too
boggy
where
the
pitch
used
to
be
and
I.
Remember
it
well.
A
By
far
the
best
but
I'm
conscious
there
isn't
anything
in
in
carving
I
think
we
have
to
leave
it
at
Asian
park
for
now,
but
it
is
an
issue
we
might
want
to
revisit.
Without
someone.
D
B
A
I
mean
I
support
it
and
what
we're
proposing
here
but
I
mean
we've,
we've
ultimately
between
between
apparently
or
park
and
new
direct
well,
but
we
added
Western
Flight
towards
but
the
terrain
at
Westfield
Flats,
if
you
like
city
of
football,
perfect
I,
really
like
the
books
with
other
up
there
when
she
was
alive
in
a
in
a
wheelchair.
I
tell
you,
but
but
as
I
said,
we've
looked
at
that
so
I
think
yes,
it's
in
principle,
but
maybe
what
we?
What
we
do?
We
talk
to
World
members
about.
A
Yeah,
it
doesn't
worry
that
sometimes
Gaza
gets
left
out
because,
quite
often
through
the
holidays,
the
kids
are
going
places
with
the
parents,
because
it's
not
sort
of
Village
they
do
tend
to
go
places.
But
then
there
are
a
small
group
of
children,
older
children.
You
should
be
done
15
to
17,
who
don't
want
to
do
anything
like
that
and
it's
a
bit
like
you
know.
A
So
yeah
can
we
revisit
it.
I
think
yeah.
A
A
Got
family
work
you've
got
cardio
fastly,
so
we've
effectively
got
seven
areas
that
we
could
ideally
do
with
covering,
and
could
we
get
more
bang
for
the.
A
B
A
A
They're
after
3
313
pounds
this
time,
this
is
to
bring
it
back
to
what
it
should
have
been.
If
you
remember
when
we
started
it
up,
former
Council
around
Blackburn
went
and
got
Dazzle
to
to
do
this
to
cover
action
balls.
Basically,
and
then
we
went
and
did
the
third
one
in
work.
Well,
we've
been
here
in
the
worldly
wasn't
seeing
this
lockdown,
it's
locked
out
of
that
book.
We've
had
difficulties
with
the
other
two
two
venues.
Well,
we
think
we
found
alternative
venues
to
the
to
what
that
can
do
it.
A
Okay,
so
just
again
to
bring
to
your
attention
there's
two
more
applications
that
have
come
through
but
not
to
be
approved
at
this
meeting
just
because
of
the
time
and
the
council
Smith
and
Council
back
then
we'll
know
this
one
is
about
Barnes
and
Heights:
Community
funded
Hillside,
Community
Center,
looking
to
do
that
in
August,
so
we'll
pay,
half
on
Monday
and
then
they're
coming
towards
I,
think
the
2
500
and
just
to
bear
in
mind.
A
I
said
no,
we
haven't
got
a
lot
of
funds
in
the
app
and
then
again
the
Friday
night
project.
The
music
box
is
asking
for
some
more
money
for
another
youth
project
as
we're
finished
and
they're
actually
for
nine
thousand.
A
A
Yeah
on
the
on
the
you
found
the
balls
and
acts
from
there.
We've
got
seven
and
a
half
thousand
pounds
that
haven't
been
spent.
Now
this
year's
well-being,
our
thought
was
that
and
if
you
remember
Peter
suggested
because
we're
doing
the
spending
apparently
worth
it
that
seven
and
a
half
thousands
you'll
be
spending
spending
fairly
early.
I
would
like
to
suggest
that
we
we
allocate
two
and
a
half
thousand
pounds
of
that
and
we
haven't
spent
it
well
here
towards
that
project.
A
Basically
he's
a
bit
more
I'm,
not
sure.
Actually,
if
we
we
have
I
mean
all
right,
there's
a
lot
of
lots
of
kids
involved
in
it,
but
it's
more
of
a
family
event.
So
with
again
he's
in
that
priority
area,
and
we
started
that
with
our
housing
and
ourselves
like
that
or
when
we
got
a
lot
now
because
we're
trying
to
do
things
in
that
priority
yeah
and
those
priority
areas.
So
that
would
be
my
suggestion.
A
So
now
we'll
look
at
the
ring
princess,
so
I'll
do
the
well-being
ones
first,
and
so
these
are
the
ones
that
we've
done
previously
and
I've
put
them
in.
There
considered
the
same
amounts
from
last
year.
So
obviously,
if
these
weren't
changing
or
increase
decrease.
A
Just
John
General
on
table
three
can't
we
have
I've
got
no
lighting
manual,
so
I
I
could
really
say
something.
Can
we
have
a
look
at
what
the
costs
are
after
those
I
think
we
need
to
try
and
get
to
the
council
to
drive
there,
which
it
costs
something
on
that,
bearing
in
mind
we're
being
caught
back
on.
So
that's,
that's
all
I
want
to
say
I'm,
not
speaking
against
them,
but
you
know
I
think
we
need
to
be
realistic
and
they
need
to
be
realistic.
A
Realistic
about
this
game
is
yeah
I.
Don't
I,
don't
disagree
with
what
David
said,
because
all
nothing
can
do
is
to
put
in
what,
because
last
time
I
can
tell
you,
when
the
estimates
are
put
together,
there'll
all
be
more
I,
don't
know
what
happens
in
Pudsey,
but
the
carving
fastly
quotes
are
just
for
the
lights
and
the
road
closure
they're,
not
for
the
Christmas
trees,
which
we
pay
for
separately.
They
aren't
for
the
entertainment
which
we
have
to
raise
money,
for
they
aren't
I
mean
vastly.
A
We
raised
between
three
and
a
half
and
four
thousand
pounds
as
a
community
to
supplement
this
to
different
lives
and
without
that
donation
that
fundraising
there
wouldn't
be
enough
money.
So
if
they
put
their
costs
up
again,
we've
got
a
problem
as
I
say:
I,
don't
know
what
happens
if
you
could
see
whether
they
raise
their
own
money
or
whether
the
council,
paying
the
whole
lot
would
certainly
encounter
you
partially.
A
We,
we
read
a
substantial
amount
and
you
reach
the
stage
where
you
know
how
many
drafts
the
same
people
to
help
you
out
all
the
time
which
happy
to
do
and
it
will
go
on
and
but
I
think
David's
right,
which
would
be
saying,
come
on.
A
You've
got
to
really
look
at
these
costs
and
we
don't
expect
the
costs
to
go
up
above
what
these
estimates
are.
So,
yes,
between
ring
fence
leaves
because
ones
that
do
have
their
own
organization
over
and
over
what
the
council
does
like
the
parts
of
that
car.
They
like
Pudsey
need
to
know
that
there's
some
funding
there
and
when
you
start
working
out
what
they
need
to
raise.
You
know
we're
already
in
the
middle
of
March.
D
A
C
Yeah
cool
what
councilor
Andrew
Carter
just
said.
You
know
we
do
some
substantial
fundraising
in
Putzer
the
what
highlighted
there
7699
is
what
we
spent
on
lights.
It
doesn't
include
what
we
paid
for
the
stage
and
the
traffic
management,
and
that
came
out
of
last
year's
budget
I
believe
Natalie's
gonna
come
with
a
revised
figure,
but
yeah.
C
A
A
Fine,
the
next
one
is
the
community
engagement,
internal
ring
events,
and
that
was
a
thousand
pounds.
A
C
A
B
B
A
D
A
A
A
D
D
B
B
A
B
Am
I
students.
B
Perhaps
that's
something
that
it
has
been
provided
until
the
commitment.
So
perhaps,
if
we
could
look
at
the
previous
reports
of
update
reports
and
share
at
least
that
element
of
three
parts,
so
you
can
see
that
you
are
getting
some
information
set
through
to
the
committee
and
in
regards
to
classical.
B
We
used
to
get
pictures
like
that.
That
was
the
farm
and
gdpr
and
all
sorts
of
other
regulations
coming
which
prevent
us
from
sharing
some
of
the
data
that.
B
Able
to
do
previously,
but
I
know
as
well
at
least
what's
happening,
inviting
councils
up
to
come
for
some
meetings
and
some
tourists,
so
they
are
yeah.
They
are
doing.
You
know
they
are
doing
whatever
they
can
to
engage
with
with
members.
But
if
there
is
anything
else
you
want
me
to
be,
in
fact
it's
obviously
I
would
sit
in
there
I'm.
Actually,
the
head
service
at
the.
D
B
A
D
A
D
A
Apartments
or
Saturday
I
mean
I
have
got
a
case
in
point
where,
on
the
piece
of
housing,
Land,
Is,
A
vehicle
part,
a
wombat,
Council,
New
Orleans
knows
who
owns
that
vehicle?
It's
one
antennas,
it's
not
like
that,
but
they
will
tell
I
was
in
the
apartment,
but
wasn't
and
to
my
way
of
thinking,
that's
not
that
their
possession
that's
between
maximum
easily.
D
A
D
A
That's
excellent
good
at
all
right:
okay,
okay,
so
the
Christmas
lights,
then
so
these
are
updated
figures
to
what's
on
the
report,
because
on
the
report
it
was
just
for
the
lights
where
it
was
just
says
everything.
Well,
this
is
better
than
last
year,
so
I
don't
need
to
learn
things,
but
however,
lives
was
2704
pounds
is
that
something
you've
been
looking
to
do?
A
similar
amount
of
I
did
speak
today,
like
I
was
hoping
to
have
updating
figures
from
them
because
they
did
say
it
would
be
more.
This
I
know
we.
A
That
I've
not
had
that
so
I
don't
have
an
exact
pic
of
what
they're
going
to
give
us.
I
just
know
it's
going
to
be
more
than
it
was
last
year.
B
A
D
D
B
A
Right-
okay,
so
we've
discussed
this
earlier
happy
with
that.
A
And
she
was
asking
me
about
it:
she
can't
get
the
quotient,
so
we've
got
the
dates
and
she
has
given
her
two
dates.
I,
don't
know
if
I
wanted
to
do
until
it's
better
now
but
Wednesday,
the
29th
of
November
I
went
to
the
6th
of
December.
A
A
So
it
comes
with
Siri
and
thank
you
for
letting
me
know
that
it
was
incorrect
that
put
out
this.
It
was
9816.
Pounds
is
what
we
bring
friends
for
last
year
and
that
obviously
included
the
light
and
the
things
that
happened
at
the
Switcher.
C
So
it
was
9549
that
we
got
last
year,
Grant
buys
from
from
the
outer
West
and
obviously
we've
overspent,
but
we
paid
him
for
it,
but
that
included
traffic
management
stage
and
all
the
lights
from
these
lights.
So
if
we
can
go
with
last
year's
figure,
that'd
be
fantastic.
9549.
C
So
previous
year
was
nine
three
four,
oh
last
year
was
nine
five,
four
nine
previously
with
nine
three
four.
A
D
A
A
It
should
be
nine
thousand.
That's
fine,
hey
happy
with
that.
One!
Okay,
okay
list
is
rudely,
and
so
that
is
ring
fence,
1840
pounds.
D
A
Yeah,
the
problem
we
used
to
pay
half
of
this
I
went
over
all
the
way
that
was
put
back
into
Garvey
and
passing
Road.
Our
friends
in
in
a
well
immediately
said
over
to
you,
everybody.
So
we've
got
a
whole
lot,
but
we
can't
leave
broadly
out.
No,
that's
fine,
okay,
so
the
next
step
I
know
we've
already
kind
of
agreed
that
the
king's
coronation
link
friends.
D
A
A
I
can
tell
you
regards
hours,
we've
just
about
settled
on
the
date
for
the
road
closure
and
we're
paying
for
we'll
have
to
pay
for
the
security
and
the
staff
and
the
insurance.
But
that
is
all
because
we
do
what
we
did
at
the
Platinum
Jubilee
and
the
businesses
will
look
after
their
own
stuff
and
the
road
will
be
closed
for
four
hours.
A
We've
looked
at
Saturday
we've
looked
at
summer,
we
looked
at
Monday,
we've
ruled
out
Sunday
for
a
variety
of
reasons
and
Saturday
is
extremely
difficult
because
of
all
the
events
that
are
being
televised.
So
it
looks
like
Monday
and
we've
got
some
consultation
with
the
businesses
at
the
moment,
but
we
have
to
confirm
by
next
week
whether
it
will
be
it's
up
the
afternoon,
which
I
think
will
be
very
difficult
or
Monday,
which
is
easier,
but
not
the
best
of
days
and
I've
talked
to
council
card
about
it
afterwards.
A
D
A
Okay,
that's
right,
and
then
we've
got
the
yasping
fences,
and
for
this
year
we've
got
the
youth
summer.
Internal
ring
fence,
1500.
I've
I've
got
a
problem
with
this,
because
we
never
get
the
kids
that
we
really
want
the
kids
that
we
can't
engage
with
they.
We
always
get
these
really
bright.
It
kids,
who
know
lots
about
all
sorts
of
stuff,
Council
Carlo,
similar
chair.
It's
a
really
useful
event
for
those
kids
that
do
come,
however,
I'm
not
sure
how
useful
the
information
is
we
get
because
it
is
from
a
certain
amount.
A
A
So
one
of
the
suggestions
I've
had-
and
it
depends
what
we
do
with
the
youth
Summit
I'm
more
than
happy,
if
I'm
still
the
young
people's
Champion
next
year
to
visit
one
two
schools
award
to
have
those
conversations
with
a
cohort
of
young
people
who
will
then
be
a
whole
class
and
so
we'll
get
an
accurate
reading.
A
And
then
we
could
discuss
with
the
summit
whether
we
do
the
same
thing
or
whether
there's
something
that
is
cut
down
more
where
the
young
people
and
see
it
if
they
so
wish,
which
will
be
beneficial
for
those
young
people
that
come,
but
the
actual
consultation
was
done.
Otherwise,
and
that
may
be
a
way
you
know
either.
We
supplement
it
by
doing
both
or
happy
for
us
to
go
into
schools
and
do
it
instead.
I
think
that's
a
really
sensible
idea,
I'd
be
happy
to
go
into
schools
as
well.
A
So
if
we,
you
know,
a
few
of
us
went
into
the
schools
and
and
took
it
to
the
schools
rather
than
them,
Towing
to
kids
out
of
school
for
the
whole
day
and
I
know
it's
a
nice
treat
and
everything.
But
if
we're
going
into
schools,
we
know
we're
hitting
the
right
kids
don't
mind.
A
A
bit
of
their
education
that
they're
not
getting
all
the
way
so
I'm
I'm
quite
happy
to
carry
on
that
way.
But
you're
right.
We
don't
get
the
feedback
really
that
we
want,
and
if
we
we
need
to
go
out
there
and
do
it
ourselves
and
as
I
say
it
not
just
not
paint
it.
All
of
us
have
to
do
it.
I'm
not
telling
you
approach
and
I
seems
to
be
a
sense.
A
I,
don't
disagree
with
Damon,
but
I.
Think
the
the
events
themselves
are
just
not
catering
for
enough
few
people
we're
missing
a
trick
somewhere,
so
I
think
the
more
tail
we
need
to
look
carefully
at
it,
but
we
should
keep
see
if
we
keep
the
money
back.
They've
just
I've
just
said
from
the
literature
number
anyway,
I
think.
Last
year
we
had
some
home
school
children
come
in
and
I
think
that
was
really
useful
because
that's.
A
Fish
I
was
just
going
to
say
in
terms
of
engagement
going
into
the
schools
is
brilliant
and
I.
Think
that's
something
that
we
should
absolutely
do.
A
Thing
to
do,
but
equally
we've
got
what
is
to
be
called.
We
could
have
our
own
out
to
West
youth
summer
and
then
we'd.
We
would
have
less
of
a
dilution
of
children,
so,
instead
of
having
all
the
children
from
across
the
city,
we'd
be
able
to
tailor
them
all
to
our
own
children's
needs.
Our
own
young
people
would
get
a
better
voice
because
we
could
engage
with
more
of.
B
A
The
main
problem
with
the
use
of
this
is
exactly
he's
getting
schools
to
engage
and
we'll
get
a
couple
of
schools
to
environment,
engaging
and,
and
certainly
older,
kids
at
high
school
level
is
getting
he's
sleeping
outside
for
obvious
reasons,
because.
A
Just
going
to
up
to
it
really
summarize
some
of
that,
because
I
mean
the
youths
of
it
is
a
an
amazing
day
for
those
children,
many
of
whom
are
the
most
gifted
ones
in
women,
schools
and
the
questions.
I
was
asked
at
that
YouTuber
about
climate
emergency
and
what
we
were
doing
to
focus
that
were
probably
the
most
difficult
questions.
A
I've
had
for
many
of
our
constituents
ever
and
they
came
from
10
year
old
children,
which
was
very
happening,
and
it
was
really
positive
and
then
they
come
in
obviously
to
the
to
see
the
Lord
mayor
and
we
answered
questions
there.
Didn't
we
various
things
around
our
job?
What's
really
good,
when
I'm
going
to
some
of
the
schools
is
you're
doing
both
of
that
point
about
talking
to
people
around
the
activities
that
we
do,
but
also
I've
got
a
series
of
questions.
I
do
around
you
know
what
what
do
you
think
our
job
is?
A
What
do
you
think
the
council
does,
and
it
gives
people
the
opportunity
to
see
what
we
do
every
day
of
Our
Lives
we're
also
the
council
does
and
what
services
they
have,
which
it's
very
interesting
going
to
different
schools
in
different
areas,
what
they
think
the
capital
does
and
what
they
stand
for,
and
it
tells
you
more
about
that
cohort
of
children.
I
think
that
it
goes
about
about
others,
but
that's
a
really
valuable
part
as
well.
Just
people
knowing
we
exist.
C
A
Having
those
conversations
and
and
yeah
as
I
say
those
children
who
who
completely
understandably
the
schools,
are
thinking
well,
we
can't
really
afford
for
that
child
to
go
out
for
a
day
and
missing
out
on
that
experience,
but
the
ones
that
go
to
the
City
Hall.
It's
a
really
valuable
learning
experience
for
those
children
who
wouldn't
get
that
otherwise,
so
so
yeah
both
both
of
them
seem
a
perfect
room
to
do
okay.
So
what
I'm
just
saying
is
that
we
want
to
keep
this,
but
also
tailor
it
a
bit
more
and
go
out
into
things.
A
The
next
one
is
Andy's
youth
project,
I've
spoken
to
Leah
and-
and
that's
not
going
to
be
going
ahead
this
year
so
I'm
not
that
out.
Okay
Festival,
they
haven't
been
able
to
get
an
application
to
me
in
time.
So
that's
probably
on
its
way.
Last
year
we
put
away
4
350.
A
My
suspicion
is,
there's
quite
a
lot
of
money
tucked
away
and
we
could
do
with
seeing
the
account
of
they
partially
Community
initiative,
not
just
the
festival,
if
indeed
the
festival
has
its
own
separate
account.
A
It
was
very
well.
It
was
a
busy
last
year
really
because
it
was
a
day
following
the.
A
And
the
weather
turned,
but
there
was
quite
a
lot
of
people
there,
and
it
was
certainly
a
good
thing
that
young
people
particularly
thoroughly
enjoying
it
but
I
think
we
do
need
to
see
where
funding
is
yeah.
And
it's
really
important
that
we
do
keep
these
events.
But
we're
here
to
support
events
that
are
struggling
yeah
rather
than
events
that
have
already
got
plenty
of
funding.
And
we
can
help
them
not
saying
that
and
wanted
to
go
ahead.
But
let's
just
see
where
we
are
with
it
be
happy
with.
A
Yeah
I
don't
know
what
time
they
need
to
know
in
order
to
start
planning,
because,
obviously
it's
coming
up
so
I,
don't
know
what
we
want
to
do
in
terms
of
well
I'm,
not
suggestion.
A
To
the
council,
but
yes,
the
full
application
of
the
match,
funding
of
whatever
the
performing
raised
is
as
well,
which
would
be
useful
to
see.
Okay,
good
cool,
okay,
the
next
one,
then,
is
the
outer
West
activity
program
at
West,
laser
Activity,
Center,
I.
Think
the
last
year
we
put
away
6
600
pounds
for
it.
A
I've
not
heard
anything
from
them
yet
obviously,
early
in
the
year,
I
don't
know,
and
if
we
still
want
to
do
that
this
year,
Chad
can
we
have
some
good
monitoring
on
this,
because
every
year
I
raise
this
and
every
year,
they'd
still
get.
A
A
Because
you
know
I'm
told
this
group's
gone
that
group's
gone,
but
I've
not
heard
of
them
and
it
it
actually
leads
the
activity
building
is
the
old
Benjamin
gospel
I
mean,
and
anybody
anybody
making
their
own
way
there
after
the
end
of
this
month
from
various
parts
of
the
area,
will
find
it
difficult
because
they
want
to
do
those
yeah.
A
Doing
Natalie,
can
you
get
back
to
them
and
say
we
really
must
have
some
feedback
on
this.
Otherwise,
you
know
we're
going
to
struggle
to
numbers,
have
been
very
difficult
about
this
and
then.
B
D
A
Sorry
I,
I
I
would
ring
fence
to
600
I,
believe
it
and
there's
no
application.
Come
we'll
wait
to
see
it
matched
for
a
moment
to
give
it
tell
us
what
they're
up
to
yeah
does.
A
A
A
D
D
A
A
That's
a
bit
sobering,
still
I
suggesting
a
couple.
Then.
Obviously
we
need
to
find
out
about
that
project
at
the
West
leaves
activity
center
and
how
that's
gone,
because
I
also
don't
know
how
that's
conflated
with
the
summer
holiday
targeted
provision
which
does
take
young
people
to
various
other
areas
and
activities
and
there's
some
we've
moved
projects
across
at
various
times.
A
I,
don't
know
what
any
other
thoughts
people
have
on
the
funding.
That's
there,
so
the
Deferred
ones,
we've
obviously
into
Andy's
youth
project
isn't
happening.
So
that's
fine.
The
outer
West
activity
program
wouldn't
be
able
to
go
ahead
at
that
level
and.
A
C
A
D
A
B
Okay,
you're
happy
with
that
everybody.
Another
thing:
I
wonder:
if
it's
an
exercise
to
do
just
to
look
at
any
of
the
projects
like
qualified
for
Capital,
because
you
could
move
into
sales.
D
A
A
large
amount
of
that
I'm
guessing
is
Staff
time,
but
then
some
of
that
will
also
be
all
the
various
bits
of
equipment
and
such
I'd.
Rather
that
came
out
of
some
form
of
capital
spending,
then
brilliant.
A
A
To
know
because
it's
not
fair
to
voluntary
groups
who
are
doing
yeah
I
mean
traveling
partner.
Now
it's
got
three
beds
sponsored
by
individuals
or
groups,
because
Parks
don't
do
them,
and
it's
important
that
these
people
know
exactly
where
they
are.
It's
not
fair
to,
even
when
the
Lord.
C
Yeah
it's
time
for
him
today,
like
Andrew
Carr
said
the
groups
need
to
know
us
soon
as
because
planting
season's
coming
to
Palace
very
soon,
and
then
you
know
ideally
want
to
know
where
the
funding's
coming
from.
D
D
D
A
So
come
to
the
end
of
the
meeting
with
now
at
the
next
meeting.
A
So
we're
Champions
may
change
next
time.
I
don't
know,
but
currently
you're
the
children's
Champion
Peter
aren't.
D
A
A
Comes
up
to
say,
there's
a
joint
for
children's
Council
of
the
first
day
will
not
be
here
in
June,
yeah
I
think
it
makes
sense
that
meeting
in
June
would
typically
be
the
one
where
we
assigned
roles
again.
Yeah.
D
A
A
Yes,
we
did
discuss
other
venues
and
timed
and
try
to
to
do
more
meetings
in
the
evening,
so
that,
because
some
people
struggle
to
get
there
also
some
cancer
struggles
sometimes
so
we
did
suggest
that
we
would
have
an
evening
meeting.
Should
we
do?
Can
we
do
the
next
one
in
June
and
evening
meeting,
because
that's
going
to
be
the
annual
one
or
should
we
defer
the
evening
meeting
until
after
you've
got
the
annual
out
of
the
way
annual
first
yeah.
