B
B
And
I
declare
and
there's
an
item
coming
before
us
regarding
badminton
and
I
spoke
to
the
applicant
regarding
that.
B
You
very
much
so
now:
we've
got
the
open
forum
and
we
have
a
speaker.
I
understand,
Peter
Allison
I've
got
10
minutes.
J
Given
the
English
Parts
game
is
due
to
any
just
over
a
long
time.
The
only
saving
grace
is
it
will
be
entering
the
warmer
period.
Would
you
not
say
it's
a
priority
to
be
working
with
organizations
and
establishments
before
the
next
winter?
It's
a
funding
place
to
avoid
within
people
in
the
Cold
War.
Once
again,
in
the
past
several
weeks,
we
are
seeing
that
the
family
food
bank
are
never
in
growing
their
growing
increase
in
issue
garages,
not
to
mention
the
fuel
property
and
the
police
are
support
in
what
is
already
a
difficult
period.
J
Show
me
this
matter
should
precedence
whilst
we're
at
the
Union
Center.
We
do
what
we
can
to
ensure
that
the
food
bank
is
running
along
our
movie
night
time
and
events.
We
cannot
sing
panelists
apart
the
wider
Community
ongoing
as
an
individual,
with
a
passion
to
support
our
community
I
can't
speak
out
when
I
see
the
wrong
is
not
being
rated.
Whilst
I
can
appreciate
that
your
abilities
as
councilors
are
often
limited
to
budgeting
budgets
are
limited
further,
sometimes
doing
smaller.
Things
is.
J
Cost
money
I
can
tell
you
multiple
locations
of
great
things
and
identities,
and
grip,
but
yeah
or
whatever
from
now
on
18.
You
want
to
know
that
such
Gardens
and
properties
that
are
other
form
of
waste
in
the
Traders.
These
very
properties
are
Council
on
the
subjects
that
said
to
their
tendency
agreements,
the
Box
goes
up
for
our
soldiers
and
trees.
The
list
is
end
of
us.
I
could
go
on,
but
I
feel
you
get
a
picture.
J
J
G
All
right,
thank
you
very
much
Peter
and
to
place
on
record
my
thanks
for
all
of
the
work
you've
done
in
family,
especially
in
setting
up
the
food
bank.
It's
an
absolute
crucial
source
of
support
during
some
incredibly
difficult
times,
and
you
mentioned
the
warm
spaces
you're
right.
There
is
no
warm
spaces
in
farming,
whether
there's
no
Community
hook
in
farming
world.
It's
one
of
only
two
Wards
in
the
city
that
I
think
doesn't
have.
G
So,
to
give
you
an
example,
the
lancasterian
school
rooms,
which
is
a
new
family-
they
actually
looked
at
this
and
they
thought
we
could
be
one
of
these
warm
spaces,
but
then,
when
they
saw
that
they
had
to
match
funds
and
raise
their
own
additional
funds
on
top
of
all
the
other
fundraising
they're
doing
in
the
community,
they
decided
it
wasn't
for
them
because
they
didn't
want
to
squeeze
the
people
that
are
donating
to
them
until
the
Pips
squeak.
So
maybe
we
need
to
look
at
that
and
just
say
well
match
funding
is
irrelev.
G
Well,
let's
just
give
them
the
money
to
provide
warm
spaces.
If
not
for
this
winter,
then
connect
because
it
doesn't
look
like
things
freezing
up,
so
I
will
definitely
take
that
away
and
I'm
certain
I'll.
The
other
two
councils
will
be
more
than
willing
to
work
on
that
with
me
as
well,
and
you
mentioned
Gardens
properties
Griffins.
You
brought
the
Griffins
to
me
a
few
months
ago.
I
raised
them
a
few
months
ago
and
repeatedly
since
then,
and
they've
still
not
being
touched.
That's
not
acceptable.
G
I
will
take
that
away
and
I'll
make
sure
that
that
is
dealt
with.
It's
not
acceptable.
You
have
to
ask
so
often
to
get
this
done
and
it
is
a
really
basic
task.
That
should
just
be
done.
Why,
on
Earth
we
allowing
these
Griffins
filled
with
litter
to
bite
our
communities.
We
can't
even
take
care
of
the
basics
there.
Then
goodness
me.
What
else
are
we
getting
wrong?
G
The
properties
that
are
full
of
rubbish,
I'm
working
my
way
through
so
separately
to
this
I
go
outdoor,
knocking
every
single
week
and
finally,
in
work
me
and
I
come
across
properties
all
of
the
time
that
are
not
well
kept
and
we
want
people
to
take
prize
in
their
communities.
We
do,
and
so
one
by
one
I
am
working
to
clear
properties.
It's
not
always
successful.
Sometimes
you
get
the
consent
of
the
resident
you're
able
to
work
with
them.
G
They
need
to
make
sure
that
these
young
people
who
have
nothing
to
do
have
something
to
do
and
I
will
make
the
point
I
made
in
the
meeting
there,
though,
that
although
you're
absolutely
right
that
the
lack
of
Engagement
is
a
serious
problem
and
it's
leading
to
criminal
activity
throughout
the
wars.
At
the
same
time,
those
residents
that
have
been
suffering
the
criminal
activity
shouldn't
have
to
live
through
that,
so
I
won't
apologize
for
getting
the
police
involved,
because
it's
right,
it's
right
that
they
get
their
Justice.
G
No
one
should
have
to
live
through
that,
but
at
the
same
time
it
can't
just
be
all
sick.
It
needs
to
be
carried
too
so
I'll
absolutely
be
working
with
youth
service
to
get
them
the
funding
they
they
need
and
I'll
certainly
be
working
with
the
other
two
councilors
tonight.
It's
reality
too,
but
thank
you
again
for
bringing
this
to
us
today.
H
Community
Center,
especially
about
setting
up
the
food
bank
and
we're
really
pleased
that
this
committee
was
able
to
give
the
funding
that
was
was
there
for
for
the
storage
unit
so
that
that
is.
That
was
fantastic.
So
thank
you
for
that.
I'll,
not
saying
anything
more
about
the
warm
space
and
the
great
bins
and
the
gardens
I,
don't
think
you've
brought
any
of
those
to
me
all
I
would
say
is
that
I
myself
and
councilor
Blackburn
we
deal
with
any.
D
The
Youth
Services
I've
got
a
huge
amount
of
support
in
working
with
councilor
Kyle.
I
On
the
outer
West
Community
Committee
and
putting
in
place
the
taster.
I
K
2020S
right
I
know
it
affects
this
area,
although
we've
got
no
directing
books
to
do
that,
but
also
regarding
the
local
playgrounds
and
between
us,
with
Cobalt,
with
the
monkeys,
the
world
initiative
to
the
council
to
say-
and
hopefully,
if,
if
we
get
passed
off
here
today,
so
we
won't
have
a
new
worldly
right
to
actually
replace
the
equipment
or
not
replaced
equipment
but
repair.
The
equipment
and
we've
got
section
106
money
available
when
packed
development
get
realm
to
doing
it
and
that
might
be
longer
than
we
would
accept.
K
But
we
intend
to
jointly
go
to
see
the
executive,
but
about
about
that
time
scale.
But
we've
done
that,
but
I've
got
to
say
Visa
I'm,
one
of
the
issues
I've
I
I,
just
as
you
know,
I'm
involved
in
I'm
interested.
K
The
one
thing
I
want
to
say
is
I
always
see
more
activities
across
the
world.
Unfortunately,
some
of
our
worst
areas
are
not
apparently,
but
they
are
my
ex.
K
With
a
gun
below
and
parts
are
working
and
because
of
our
things
have
happened
over
the
years,
there
seems
to
be
much
more
concentrated
on
violent
and
I
and
I
think
we've
got
some
Electronics
even
now
across
the
board,
because
quite
honestly,
that
you
know
this,
this
thing's
happening
all
over
the
place
and,
as
you
said
when
we
get
to
when
we
get
to
the
summer
and
there's
going
to
be
arguments
as
well
we're
talking
about
if
we
don't
engage
in
them
well,
we've
got
no
chance.
K
E
H
E
K
K
The
thing
was
we
discussed
the
possibilities
of
having
an
item
on
the
agenda.
Champions
can
feedback.
Another
thing:
is
we
get
indoor
feedback
from
from
to
environmental
subgroup,
either
in
the
agenda?
So,
as
I
said,
we
have
discussed
it
up
so
many
in
the
recent
past,
but
I'm
not
sure
whether
it
will
last
last
meetings
on
I'm
sort
of
pushing
it
when
there's
anything
that
has
arrived,
but.
A
I
think
that's
right
that
the
suggestion
David
makes
it
I'll
bring
this
up
now
as
I'm
going
to
at
the
end
of
the
meeting.
A
We
don't
seem
I,
don't
think
we
have
enough
meetings,
quite
frankly,
not
to
meet
for
meeting's
sake,
but
it
would
be
good
if,
within
this
Municipal
year
we
had
another
meeting
because
I
suspect
we
need
to
discuss
Finance
again
and
we
could
use
that
as
feedback
from
the
Champions
at
the
same
meeting.
Couldn't
we
we
just
those
two
items
on
the
agenda,
so
we
don't
want
extraneous.
I
B
B
D
D
I
A
B
Yeah
I
think
one
of
the
reasons
for
that
is.
We
know
we're
going
to
get
a
reduction
in
our
budget.
So
if
we've
got
some
money
allocated
out
ready,
we've
got.
B
We
can
transfer
it
if
we
haven't
got
a
Spanish,
then
it
might
be
brought
back
so
make
sure
that
we've
got
a
safety
net,
that
we
have
lots
of
notification
for
the
future
so
that
they
applied
back.
B
Okay,
any
more
questions
right
just
before
we
go
into
into
the
the
grounds
not
to
draw
your
attention
to
how
much
it
wore
each
Ward
had
spent,
and
we
do
try
to
be
even-handed.
But-
and
you
can
see
that.
B
B
H
So
what
we
can
do
is
we
we
are
subject
to
approval
of
the
building
coming
through,
which
will
be
bought
the
31st
of
March.
So
what
you
can
do
is
recommend
approval,
subject
to
the
funding
being
allocated,
which
obviously
we
are
expecting
well-being
to
come
through,
and
we
should
know
that
in
a
few
weeks.
So
you
can
do
a
approval
today,
subject
to
the
funding
being
agreed
so
just
to
allow
these.
Otherwise
it's
an
extraordinary
meeting
to
go
through
them
all
doing
them
all
by
ddn.
There's
a
lot
of
starting
I.
E
K
I
I've
got
to
say
I
mean
lots
of
things
have
gone
peculiar
since
lockdowns,
but
what
we
always
used
to
do
about
this
time
of
year
about
we
get
all
the
stuff
that
was
there,
that
we
needed
to
call
them
how
much
we
likely
to
out
and
then,
with
on
the
morning,
we've
gone
through
it
and
I
basically
kick
some
stuff
out
and
then,
if
we
still
go
over
over
talk
with,
we
knock
them
all
stuff
down.
K
A
And
I
think
we
also
need
to
think
about
organizations
that
I
I
believe
might
have
substantial
thumbs
of
Their
Own
and
we
keep
on
topping
up
grounds
and
we're
in
a
position
to
do
that.
I
I
I
Got
one
thing
there
we
haven't
got
one
thing
there:
what
could
we
put
aside
I'm
wondering
because
of
those
imbalances
that
obviously
got
8
000
remaining
over
the
top
of
the
Ring
fences
and
approved
so
far
this
year?
Look
at
the
imbalances,
it
seems
to
say
that
should
be
probably
funding
something
Awards
to
end
off
the
year
and
maybe
there's
some
work
that
councilors
environment
and
work.
You
can
do
to
suggest
what
they
may.
K
J
We
want
to
discuss
them
now
and
and
have
a
conversation
around.
K
D
E
E
Money
to
spend,
but
I
do
think
that
we
need
to
even
it
out
a
little
bit.
We
cover
three.
A
So
it
needs
to
be
addressed
and
we
may
have
some
flexibility
share
because
I
know
you've
been
assured,
because
you've
asked
the
exact
World
member
responsible.
I
A
We're
getting
a
10
cut
world,
but
it
does
help
under
maybe
a
bit
more
flexibility
there.
So
I
I,
it's
becoming
perfectly
obvious.
We
need
another
meeting
and
we
need
it
sooner
rather
than
later,
but
not
before
next
Wednesday
when
it's
the
council's
budget-
and
you
never
know
if
Party
politics
don't
get
involved
with
me,
but
reinstate
they
cut
to
our
budget
and
the
community
committees.
Maybe
you
can
get
some
of
our
pcsos
back.
B
What's
up
sorry,
to
put
it
I,
just
think
that
some
of
the
things
also
could
possibly
be
pushed
into
at
least
2023.
A
A
Offices
and
some
suggestions
around
when
they've
checked
their
availabilities
for
rooms
and
what
have
you
otherwise
you'll
be
picking
dates
that
we
cancel
again
yeah.
B
Into
YouTube,
so
no.
A
I
I
You
I've
got
one
exception.
If
you
don't
mind,
I
was
just
checking
through
the
project.
41
on
the
f1d
is
the
Easter
holiday
activities,
Oh
yeah.
E
I
Thus,
it
obviously
will
happen
from
the
1st
of
April,
so
it
just
about
is
in
this
financial
year.
It's
the
holiday
sessions
that
we
we
started
in
October.
K
Half
term
for
the
Easter
holidays,
one
session
per.
I
Award,
obviously
evenly
matched
I
mean
it.
Looking
at
the
imbalance,
I
don't
know
whether
there's
scope
to
see
whether
the
youth
service
could
possibly
do
two
sessions
in
parliamently,
which
would
be
a
small
increase
on
what
is
a
very
small
funding
amount
really
for
the
for
what's
there,
but
that's
something
that
comes
with
forsaken.
F
F
So
what
a
good
concerts
in
these
groups
making
them
aware
that
we're
expecting
a
foot
within
our
budget
for
them
to
re-look?
You
know,
I
was
just
picking
the
top
three
there
where
you've
got
files
in
kabler,
like
in
Bloomer
at
ten
thousand,
you've
got
Pudsey
at
five
and
then
fast,
and
then
you've
got
family.
A
thousand
they've.
Seen
very
you
know
like
we're
talking
about
trying
to
even
budgets
across
the
areas.
You
know
those
three
areas
yeah
either
in
terms
of
work
talking
to
the
groups.
A
I
completely
disagree
with
that.
We
shouldn't
be
telling
groups
of
facing
cuts.
When
we
don't
know
ourselves,
it
seems
to
me
to
be
rather
overworking
the
pudding
we.
A
All
these
groups
can
be
contacted
with
a
view
to
them.
A
Anywhere
else
so.
I
D
Just
give
you
the
bigger
store,
broken
down,
what
we've
spent,
because
we.
D
On
page
25,
the
first
one
is
I've
already
gone
out,
but
I'll
just
go
up
with
people
through
them
is
a
West
Yorkshire,
Symphony
Orchestra
they're,
looking
to
have
a
concept
March.
D
K
Good
question
again
about
the
spread
across
and
now
you've
done,
this
I've
just
noticed
all
of
them.
This
walking
walking
football,
which
I
think
is
important
people
when
we
first
give
it
a
grant.
We
asked
where
the
people
came
from.
E
K
So
are
we
actually,
you
know
all
right
is
the
organization,
but
if
it's
it's
the
perfect
people,
it's
serving
that
really
we
were
interested
in
and
that's
that's
clearly
one
way
they
should
bring
that
a
little
bit
when
it.
B
E
It's
about
the
the
West
Yorkshire
Symphony,
Orchestra
I.
Think.
B
It's
I
think
it's
great
I
think
it's
brilliant
that
it's
it's
coming,
but
I
do
think
that
on
this
occasion
it
could
possibly
be
something
that.
B
But
I'd
also
like
to
get
some
answers
to
the
question
that
my
colleague
Council
Carla,
asked
about
ticket
prices
and
things
because
do
they
need
funding.
So
we
need
to
just
get
away
from
this
funding
for
funding's
sake
and
I.
Think
we
need
to
make
sure
that
we're
funding
people
and
groups
and
activities
that
actually
require
our
help.
I
And
if
so,
what
is
the
cost
of
a
ticket?
Because,
obviously
we
are
trying
to
adjust?
These
are
open
to
everyone,
and
the
cost
of
a
ticket
would
then
be
there
if
there
isn't
a
ticket
cost,
then
I
think
for
this
kind
of
activity
in
one
area
of
one
Ward,
which
would
be
incredibly
difficult
for
everyone
to
get
to.
It
seems
that
we
should
look
at
whether
there
should
be
some
supplement
of
income
tickets.
I
I
Young
people
for
the
area
to
go
for
free
or
similar,
then
that
would
seem
something
that
would
be
in
and
among
our
yeah
from
being
in
our
well-being,
fun
to
do,
but
I'm
just
a
bit
concerned.
If
it's
one
event
in
one
area
that
may
not
have
anywhere
near
the
the
take-up
that
we
see
across
all
Awards
and
people
could
come
to
this
from
absolutely
anywhere
in
the
city
and
I.
E
B
A
But
this
is
a
venue,
a
private
value
licensed
private
venue,
and
it
just
doesn't
it
just
doesn't
stack
up
really
so
I
think
it's
right
just
to
find
this
further
information
out
and
not
to
not
and
ask
them
directly.
Now,
if
they've
been
to
2023
to
ask
us
some
around.
D
D
A
Well,
I'd
I'd
like
to
suggest
I'm
not
happy
with
this
means
testing
suggestion,
because
if
we
apply
that
to
every
Grant,
we
give
we'll
be
looking
at
Financial
demographics
all
the
time
and
having
those
what
we'll
end
up
doing.
It
just
seems
to
me
to.
I
Be
just
a
reason
for
not
not
supporting
but
I.
A
I
think
we
shouldn't
give
them
what
they
asked
for,
but
we
ought
to
give
them
something.
So
I
would
suggest
we
give
them
half,
because
if
it
is
indeed
and
a
gather,
it
is
supporting
people
in
Fitness
and
in
health
and
older
people
enjoying
some
physical
activity.
Then
we
ought
to
they're
looking
to
do
something
to
help,
but
not
the
total
amount,
and
we
we
certainly.
I
B
D
Not
something
that's
more
suitable
for
excuse
me
suitable
for
mice
funding,
rather
than
here
quite
small
amount,
which
could
be
covered
by
it's
not
covering
all
areas
of
Outdoors.
It's
just
predominantly
for
Pudsey
I.
Think
it's
the
most
interesting.
E
Yeah
they
do
attract
people
to
the
group
from
from
all
over
the
the
different
parts
of
the
and
the
West
Community
area.
B
And
they
even
have
so
many
people
come
from
morning,
so
they
do
cover.
E
Quite
a
large
area,
there's
the
only
type
of
this
this
thing
in
in
the
city
I
believe
certainly
over
in
the
west,
so
I
do
think
that
it
it
does
fit.
B
B
Council
Smith,
as
I
said
when
it
was
circulated,
chair
I.
B
Is
hiring
the
the
trainer?
The
tutor
I
do
think
that
a
small
contribution
from
the
people
who
attend
is
appropriate.
I.
Think
if
everybody
paid
a
pound
it
would
cover
the
cost
of
the
the
instructor
and
therefore
we
would
only
need
to
pay
perhaps
half
of
this
money
and
that
would
then
allow
us
some
extra
money
in
the
back
of
the
pot
for
another
project.
F
It's
a
challenging
area,
I
mean
they've,
had
a
couple
of
incidents
there
before
I'd
like
for
it
to
be
free,
because
you
know
if
we
need
to
look
after
people
in
that
Community.
But
whatever
the
decision
is.
B
B
E
D
I
I
think
that
these
as
councilor
silly
said,
there's
been
a
number
of
incidents
in
this
area,
especially
for
women
and
vulnerable
women
in
this
area
and
I
think
that
if,
as
a
community
and
there's
a
community,
we
can
give
them
some
power
back
and
some
confidence
I.
Just
think
that,
as
a
one-off
I
think,
we
should
just
be
able
to
supporting
this
and
helping
these
women
feel
more
secure
in
their
community
and
I.
Think
going
back
and
forward
and
charging
apparently
with
the
complicated
things.
D
B
I
Israeli
we
could
offer
some
of
them
possibly
there's.
We
could
talk
to
them
about
offering
Summer's
taster
sessions
that
are
free
so
that
people
can
go
and
try
a
session.
I
I
A
On
the
last
one,
we
agreed
to
half
it
and
we
just
agreed
on
this
one
I
think
which
seems
to
me
to
me
equal
I,
agree
with
your
comments.
It
is
a
very
serious
area
of
what
we
should
take
seriously
so
I
think
we
should
probably
do
what
we
said
originally,
but
look
into
what
support
they
actually
need.
Rather.
I
In
Pudsey
seems
to
me
certainly.
K
The
other
thing
is
is
if
we
would
support
this,
we
need
to
support
this
in
other
areas,
so
I
think
that's
a
good
idea
what
you
said.
K
D
Application
I've
put
it
under
the
capital
just
because
of
where
it
is,
and.
I
So
that
the
project
is
environmental
Improvement
to
Alpha
throughout
on
a
piece
of
land,
that's
causing
an
issue,
it's
common
housing
ways
and
on
the
housing.
D
Manager
down
there
and
puts
it
and
they
have
requested
six
thousand
and
eighty
pounds
and
throttle
Pence
that
Quotes
come
from
packs
and
they're.
Looking
to
transfer
the
small
piece
of
power
to
event
on
our
Coach
Road,
which
is
very
difficult
to
maintain,
quite
as
being
an
update
from
Parks
I
feel
the
strawberry
on
the
site
of
the
area
and
including
feeding
it
and
reading.
D
B
Thank
you
comment.
Customer
yeah
I've
met
with
with
housing
on
this
and
and
actually
helped.
You
know
help
them
to
decide
what
we're
doing
here.
I
think
it'll
be
a.
B
Is
too
steep
to
do
anything
much
with
as.
E
It
stands
so
I
think
this
would
be
a
huge
Improvement
and
it's
on,
but
it
actually
borders
both
our
Awards.
E
Area
and
give
a
better
look
and
feel,
and
the
people
on
the
Waterloo
estate
would
really
benefit
from
it.
They're
constantly
complaining
about
the
area
and
I
think
it
will
just
just
be
a
great
thing
to
do
so:
I'm
supportive.
E
F
A
lot
of
money
for
a
small
piece
of
land
we've
already
engaged
with
residents
about
the
green
space,
on
the
opposite
on
the
side
next
to
them
about
what
they
might
see.
We've
done
letter
drops
three
times.
F
Did
you
know
when
we
did
The
Woodlands
to
the
Plankton,
the
dimpleman
of
trees
up
there,
because
they
wanted
to
leave
it
open
to
turn
it
into
a
little
community
garden
with
I.
Don't
know,
I've
mention
that
I
think
it's
just
going
to
attract
time
to
social
behavior
I'd
like
to
see
something
there,
but
six
thousand
pound
for
the
address
on
the
wall.
It
seems
a
lot
when
we
just
turned
down
in
African
for
400
pounds
to
protect
women.
B
About
housing,
land-
and
it's
actually
really
tough-
that
they've
got
little
patches
of
property
all
over
the
place.
Eight
they've
not
done
anything
with
it
and
then
we're
just
left
with
carrying
the
baby
instead
to
speak.
So
we've
got
a
piece
in
our
in
our
world
as
well.
They
won't
sell,
but
you
can't
really
win
it.
B
B
F
B
I
Yeah
thanks
Jeff
I
agree.
This
area
is
a
blind
and
it
is
incredibly
difficult
for
a
spot
to
do
something.
Weird
understand
the
comments
from
colleagues
in
Pudsey
as
well,
and
maybe
it's
something
that
we
all
as
Ward
members
need
more
input
in
as
enabling
Ward
members
of
what
they
do
with
it.
I
would
be
happy
for
this
to
be
some
Capital
One
spent.
If
we
were
to
see
a
maintenance
plan
going
forward
and
if
there
is
half
needed
for
the
improvements,
maybe
that
that
went
alongside
so
we
knew
that
was
it.
I
So
it
was
like
I
wonder
whether
it's
useful,
whether
we
either
defer
this
and
bring
it
back.
After
all,
six
of
the
neighboring
Ward
members
have
met
and
been
able
to
agree
the
plan
bought
to
do
with
the
land,
and
we
see
whether
we
have
the
caveat
of
the
Hatfield
as
well
I'm
happy
with
us
doing
something.
That
is,
let's
get
it
back
to
a
point
in
which
it
can
be
maintained,
but
then
I'm
sure
we'd
all
want
the
assurances
that
it
is
then
maintained
from
that
point
on,
and
we
don't.
A
Can
totally
agree
I,
it's
a
piece
of
land
that
it's
on
the
border.
I
A
And
it
does
need
something
doing
and
we'd
be
jerking
our
responsibility
used
to
so
it's
too
much
money.
We
need
to
have
a
look
and
see
what
can
be
done
with
what
capital
we
can
afford
to
spend,
and
I
would
support
that
proposal.
D
Airplanes
27
paragraph
six
to
three
so
the
first
one
then
is
for
the
van
Hawkins
Clubhouse
build
I've
had
an
email
today
from
the
gentleman
that
worked
there
and
the
price
has
now
changed.
It's
no
longer.
39.50
is
20
490
kitchen.
B
G
Yes
and
thank
you
very
much
chair,
finally,
Falcons
are
building
their
headquarters
there
and,
of
course,
it
incurred
additional
costs,
and
one
of
the
reasons
that
they've
incurred
additional
costs
is
because
we
as
we
as
in
lead
city
council,
took
so
long
to
give
them
the
approval
to
get
building
and
because
we
took
so
long,
the
cost
of
materials
went
up.
The
cost
of
materials
went
up,
the
cost
of
building
it
went
up,
and
so
now
they
need
additional
money
to
complete
the
construction.
G
Once
it
is
complete,
it
is
going
to
be
a
focal
point
for
finally,
and
it
is
an
absolutely
ideal
location
we
talk
about
having
not
enough
for
young
people
to
do
in
finally
and
work
late,
but
this
is
going
to
give
people
something
to
do
and
it
will
like
I
said
it'll
be
a
focal
point
for
the
whole
Community
too.
Yes,
I'm
glad
to
see
that
the
cost
has
fallen,
because
they've
got
the
additional
funds
from
sport
England
that
was
granted
last
week,
so
they
now
only
need
20
thousand
four
hundred.
H
Obviously,
I'm
totally
in
favor
of
this,
and
also
please
yes,
that
they've
got
the
additional
funding.
So
there's
not
quite
as
much.
You
may
well
have
passed
it
actually
when
you
were
coming
up.
I
Here,
if
you
you.
I
I
mean
finally
Falcons
themselves.
Are
you
know
just
a
sort
of
amazing
group
that
have
put
all
this
energy
and.
K
Building
this
application
well
I'll
go
along
with
to
walk
away
so
that
but
I
I've
got
to
say:
I
got
a
phone
call,
probably.
K
Setting
up
what
the
position
was
and
what
we
needed-
and
we
had
this
meeting
on
the
property
and
I've
got
to
say,
can
I
thank
the
officers
that
I
will
responding
and
I
would
chatting
around
about
what
colleagues
is
trying
to
get
someone
started
or
about
two
days.
I've
got
people
like
so
we're
not
working.
We
need
on
that.
One.
B
B
Yeah
I've
watched
a
particles
of
playing
against
my
slums
and
buy
from
their
play,
and
they
are
a
great
bunch
of
people
I'm
very
deserving
of
this
and
I've
heard
the
horoscope
shower
rooms
and
when
they
have
to
change
so
they
absolutely
really
need
it
so
I'm
delighted.
So
everybody
happy
with
that.
It.
B
H
Two
of
those
are
getting
some
damage:
repairs
for
newer
and
the
new
list,
the
one
just
here,
which
is
not
in
a
good.
I
I
Is
that
you
know
that
what
they
were
saying
is
a
state
of
the
the
playground
as
well.
K
I
suppose
it
as
I
said,
we've
done
the
last
few
weeks.
K
It
seems
of
that
have
gone
wrong
at
once:
Western
blacks,
that
these
are
new
ones
and
then
the
Wolves
that
we've
done
with
sexual
window
sections
all
started.
Dealing
with
that
and
I've
got
to
say
that
we've
a
bit
longer.
We've
got
to
do
something
about
this,
because
we
can't
constantly.
We
would
be
the
money
we
get.
Our
development
I
mean
really.
K
That
we
will
have
to
find
a
good
way
to
the
council
to
actually
open
that
Google.
You
know
if
you
care
about
children,
you
need
somewhere
to
play.
Yeah.
D
G
You
chair,
yes,
I,
don't
want
to
repeat
too
much
of
my.
My
world
colleagues
have
already
said,
but
I
do
want
to
play
some
records
that
it
has
been
an
absolute
joy
to
work
together
on
finding
replacements
for
all
of
these
parts.
There's
plenty
of
for
us
to
disagree
on
outside
of
this
place
and
outside
of
this
meeting.
I
want
to
bring
it
up
now,
but
I
am
delighted
that
we're
finally
seeing
some
movement
on
all
four
of
those
parts.
G
Western
Flats
will
be
done
with
section
106
and
new
family
and
family
Hall
park
with
broad-based
initiative
on
it,
and
then
this
one
won't
be
wreck
which
you
know,
I'm
not
declare
the
interest
but
I'm
the
closest
to
this
one
and
I'm
very,
very
pleased
to
see
that
we
will
be
spending
this
money
to
get
it
repaired
and
get
it
fixed.
G
It
definitely
deserves
it
and
we
will
have
to
look
longer
term,
I,
think
at
new
family
park
and
family
Hall
Park
to
make
sure
that
they
get
complete
and
total
Renovations
in
future,
but
for
now
I
think
this
will
at
least
meet
some
of
the
needs
and
some
of
the
questions
that
residents
have
been
asking
me
both
before
my
election.
What's.
B
D
So
I
just
mentioned
everything
today,
oh
we'll
talk
about
them
all.
We
don't
know
what
the
budget
is
yet,
but
just
to
bring
to
your
attention
in
exfoliation.
D
B
D
So
the
other
somewhere
from
a
variety.
I
D
Thank
you,
and
the
neighborhood
hosts
are
participating
in
patreon
scheme
during
which
they
will
develop
their
schools
in
community
engagement
event
management
and
producing
design
and
deliver
community
and
collaborate
with
their
Community
activity
in
each
wise
across
the
summer,
at
access,
Community,
Ambassador,
creating
opportunities
for
people
in
their
work
to
get
at
least
with
three.
So
each
of
us
are.
D
D
I
As
of
2022,
October
has
gone
to
3348,
so,
while
the
largest
increase
in
the
UC.
D
B
H
H
I
H
I
B
I
Of
automatically
asked
to
do
so,
so
it's
a
bit
of
saying:
perhaps
we
should
use
the
influence.
We
have
to
try
to
make
sure
that
they've
all
scored
are
aware
of
what's
going
and
what
the
opportunities
are
so
that
they
can
they
can
all
participate.
We
had
a
very
good.
We
had
a
meeting
with
our
with
our
host
last
week,
Ian
Source
field
and
he
updated
Awards,
what's
been
happening
in
there.
So
we've
got
another
meeting
in
place.
K
K
Not
not
being
something,
but
otherwise
it
was
quite
good.
Wasn't
it
yeah,
so
I
I
I
invite
you
all
to
be.
We
are
you
know,
and
certainly
with
a
couple
of
ideas
where
we
might
be
able
to
assist
with
things.
B
A
I
Number
of
projects
that
are
aimed
the
the
Healthy
Families
cook
and
grow
projects,
the
flourishing
families
project
Etc.
Now,
quite
frankly,
obviously,
obviously
it
says
there
and.
G
I
A
bit
more
information
on
those
projects,
if
you
wouldn't
mind
asking
for
that,
I
think,
as
all
of
us
know,
in
any
Wards,
no
matter
how
affluent
it
may
seem
on
the
outside.
There
are
families
really
struggling
at
the
moment
and
in
many
ways,
I
always
feel
that
those
in
the
middle
of
an
affluent
Community
who
may
be
the
only
family
that
thinks
they're
struggling,
feel
quite
lonely.
I
Because
of
that,
and
aren't
therefore
able
to
see
the
support
and
it
isn't
as
as
aware
and
an
open
to
them,
and
so
it'd
be
really
useful
to
find
some
of
the
details
of
that,
if
possible,
and
then
to
see
whether,
as
Ward
members,
we
could
direct
it
to
particular
families
to
get
involved
in
and
it
could
spread
wider
at
the
city,
but
it
they
all
look
really
important
aims.
Those.
A
That's
right,
yeah!
Just
on
that
point.
A
I
A
The
case
that
they,
the
people
who
are
just
outside
the
level
at
which
all
sorts
of
support
is
available,
are
the
ones
who
are
hardest
hit
because
they
don't
lock
into
support
that's
available
in
all
sorts
of
ways
from
the
council,
the
government
wherever
and
they
are
really
struggling
at
this
time,
because
they
don't
get
that
support
and
as
counselors
it's
important.
We
we
give
them
what
support
and
direction
we
counter
where
they
can
get
help
with
systems.
A
The
first
point
I
wanted
to
make,
however,
was
on
the
the
first
page
page
32,
with
the
Lord
update
on
the
Gully
cleansing
in
carving
parts
of
the
world
very
nicely
set
out,
and
it
says
that
83
percent
are
running
clear,
which
means
that
17
percent
aren't
and
we
know
from
all
the
complaints
we
get
about,
gullies,
that
when
you
look
at
this
breakdown-
and
it
says
only
approximately
two
percent
are
blocked,
but
a
further
five
percent
are
not
accessed
at
a
further
nine
and
a
half
percent
weren't
inspected.
A
So
if
you
have
those
three
together,
I
have
17
that
may
not
be
operationals
little
wonder
that
we
get
the
complaints.
We
do
and
I
I
something
I've
gone
on
about
for
years.
It's
the
ones
that
in
those
categories
that
probably
present
main
drainage
with
the
main
problem,
because
they
can't
clear
them,
they
need
structural
work,
doing
them
and
that
gets
passed
on
having
those
with
each
taking
notice
of.
But
it's
passed
on,
and
then
nothing
happens.
And
then,
four
months
later,
the
same
constituents
come
back
with
the
same
problem
with
the
drain.
A
Overwhelming
and
I
would
like
and
I
will
I'm
not
expecting
you
to
drill
into
this
17
percent,
because
that.
A
Would
be
the
same
in
the
other
two
words
that
aren't
operating
as
they
ought
to
on
them
points
about
housing,
just
a
general
point,
but
the
exact
board.
Last
week
the
council
agreed
a
a
hope,
very
robust
inspection
regime
on
damp
foreign.
A
Is
going
to
be
changed
to
give
councils
more
power
as
regards
to
the
inspection
of
the
private
rented
sector,
including
including
housing
associations,
I,
think
we're
kidding
ourselves
if
we
don't
get
the
fact
that
there
are
some
serious
cases
of
damp
in
the
public
stroke,
Housing
Association
sector
in
the
private,
renting
sector
and
I
shall
certainly
be
looking
to
the
housing
department
really
really
stepping
up
to
the
mark.
A
In
terms
of
we
had
an
ombudsman
report,
housing
ombudsman's
report
only
a
few
weeks
ago,
which
absolutely
slammed
the
council
for
its
inefficiency
and
neglect
on
a
damp
case,
leading
to
health
problems
and
I'm,
not
saying
that,
because
that
one
case
went
to
the
old
a
lot.
It's
not
the
same
across
the
piece,
but
it
is
very
serious
and,
of
course,
with
people
finding
it
hard
with
heating
bills.
A
It
could
not
exacerbate
the
problem
of
damn
and
the
council
does
need
I
think
to
make
sure
that
it
gets
itself
in
a
position
where
it
can
exercise
the
new
laws
that
it's
going
to
have
to
deal
with
the
housing
associate,
the
other
public
sector,
Housing
Association
and
the
private
renting
sector.
It's
it's
a
matter
of
massive
National
significance.
K
Well,
one
of
the
things
I
found
that
meeting
was
that
was
out
of
which
concentration
on
Friday.
You
know
we've
got
problems
with
private
related.
Well,
apparently,
all
these
cases.
K
And
I
know
from
25
years
experience
not
all
not
all
what
housing
goals
and
compensation
these
condensation
is
actually
dumb,
but
the
other
things
as
Council
picked
it
up,
which
we're
doing
in
the
statement
during
the
week.
K
This
week,
because
the
same
thing
was
on
my
house
and
I
call
the
problem.
We
are
not
okay
enough
to
go
to
this,
we're
not
making
sure
that
they're
not
locked
up
and
what's
happening
that
way,
and
it's
a
simple
thing
to
do
with
that.
K
That's
not
you
know,
that's
not
not
nothing.
To
do
with
with
people
like
that
that
I
used
to
do
with
those
could
not
maintain
any
properties.
B
I
agree
with
everything
that
I've
really
said
about
this.
You
cannot
underestimate
how
important
it
is
not
to
have
down
from
blackmails
in
your
house.
If
you
have
a
child
with
asthma
or
any
kind
of
breathing
difficulties,
they
will
suffer
significantly
from
damp
and
black
mold.
It's
this
falls
from
the
black
world.
That
causes
the
issue
and,
as
we
know,
it
can
tell
seriously
damage
People's
Health
and
we
just
cannot
take
this
seriously
enough
and
I'm
sure
anybody
here
at
discount
has
all
been
definitely
agree
with
yourself.
B
B
We
really
do
need
to
take
them
seriously,
but
I
also
think
chair
that
in
in
previous
times,
residents
have
raised
and
been
told
it's
condensation
and
basically
told
to
go
away
and
I.
Think
now
you
know,
because
of
the
the
recent
very
very
sad
case,
I
think
people
are
now
sitting
up
and
taking
notice
and
I
think
it
is.
It
is
right
and
proper.
We,
you
know
we
have
to
have
homes
that
are
fit
for
people
to
live
in.
B
B
B
E
D
B
Lacing
at
two
o'clock
in
the
morning
absolutely
disgraceful,
and
we
need
to
do
something
about
this.
You
know
we've
helped.
We've
had
some
very
seizures
casualties,
we
have
fatalities
on
our
road
and
we
need
to
get
this
sorted
out.
They,
whatever
it's
called
West
Yorkshire
casualty
reduction
partnership
does
not
have
any
elected
members
on
it.
No,
it
is
members
of
the
five
foot
structure,
authorities,
the
police
and
some
fire
on,
but
they're
not
made
they're
ever
they're.
How
do
they
know
what
is
going
on?
B
That's
what
what
we're
there
for
we're
elected
to
represent
people
to
bring
their
views
forward
and
I,
don't
know
about
you
in
in
finally
working
in
public,
but
I
can
tell
you
our
first
buck
is
absolutely
full
to
the
government
without
speeding,
people
are
absolutely
sick
of
it
down
there
down
there.
Residential
streets,
racing
on
the
Ring,
Road
and
part
of
it
is-
is
to
do
with
the
police,
but
a
lot
of
it
could
be
engineered
out
and
we
want
to
see
more
speed
cameras
in
these
key
areas
where
people's
lives
are
at
risk.
C
So
Paul
Jeffrey's
here
as
well
I
live
from
the
from
the
camera
Battleship
itself
like
from
West
Yorkshire
police
I,
don't
know
what
you
want
to
touch
on
in
terms
of
the
speed,
cameras
and
sort
of
the
criteria
and
whatnot
I.
Don't
know
what
you
want
me
to
say,
or
if
there's
anything
you
want
me
to
share.
I
B
A
I
I
I
I
I
I
Now
clearly,
the
guidance
that
was
set
in
place
back
in
2007
was
designed
to
demonstrate
that,
where
cameras
are
used,
justification
and
necessity
Based
on
data
evidence
of
casualties
in
their
philosophies,
what
I
get
but
I
do
regret
with
that.
That
guidance,
which
is
now
very
old,
was
restricted,
so
West
Yorkshire
lobby
of
the
DFT
on
the
back
of
a
hmic
inspection
in
2020.
I
I
F
I
And
significant
significant
data
in
which
you
really
create
a
positive.
Let's
talk
about
data.
It's
been
talking
about
traffic
surveys,
not
just
public
reception
of
vehicles,
surveys,
yeah,.
I
Proportion
of
those
were
entirely
predictable.
People
have
a
choice
whether
they
help
us
to
us.
They
have
the
choices
to
whether
they're
dried
and
it
goes
with
their
Ambitions,
even
if
the
speaking
of
it
might
be
appropriate
30
miles
an
hour
is
not
appropriate
in
poor
weather
conditions,
for
example,
there
is
a
choice
there.
I
I
That
our
new
strategy-
that's
that
and
what
we're
aiming
for,
is
predictable
predictability
in
terms
of
us
being,
of
course,
an
operation.
What
that
means
is
people
in
Western
Union
can
recently
expect
a
spring
and
process
operations
taking
place
anywhere
on
any
of
our
results.
I
I
I
Safe
mobility
should
be
Paramount,
ideally
healthy,
certain
Mobility
so
get
people
out
of
cars
or
whatever
have
cars
on
the
road
vehicles
on
the
road.
Let's
have
a
job
in
your
safe
speed.
It
doesn't
mean
any
removal
uses.
That's
the
motive
down
the
changes
that
we're
making
now
to
give
us
any
reach.
Within
this
new
strategy,
we
are
also
exploring
new
technology,
the
use
of
average
speed
cameras.
D
I
Roads
such
as
the
647,
the
lead,
Ring
Road,
ideally
Sim,
2,
all
the
use
of
that
type
of
technology,
and
we've
already
got
plans
in
place
with
this
city
highways
to
to
get
that
working
quite
quickly.
I
Now,
in
terms
of
mechanism
for
getting
safety
cameras,
I've
got
to
emphasize,
it
certainly
becomes,
are
not
the
the
first
one
to
visit
or
for
speeding
issues.
My
expectation
is
deciding
well
I
put.
The
Israel
is
on
your
valuable
assets
is
to
mitigate
the
risk
of
excessive
speed
at
least
considered
before
we
move
on
to
looking
a
bit
more
important
camera.
I
So
there's
a
whole
infrastructure
which
involves
people
and
technology
that
actually
get
us
that
offensive
caption
of
the
road
sign
into
automobile
court
appearance
to
the
deny.
So
there
is
an
economic
consideration
here,
so
I
go
back
to
what
I
mentioned
about
video.
It's
really
important
that
we
take
an
objective,
look
at
other
opportunities,
excessive,
speeding
that
might
be
engineering.
It
could
be.
I
Racing
teams,
but
there
are
a
relative
options
available
for
consideration
that
could
be
a
material
improve
in
certain
locations
before
we
have
a
result
to
the
environment
of
anger,
effects
on
the
one
Speaking
and
I'm
really
happy
and
and
sorry
I
should
have
said
it
at
the
start.
My
responsibility
is
I'm
heavily
proud
of
prosecution
to
prevention
to
the
university
Dutch
police
I
have
the
lead
responsibility
for
the
police
enforcement
Operation
board
in
safety
humans,
and
they
also
have
responsibility
for
the
prosecution
of
those
offenses
control
to
our
team
of
Court
Representatives.
I
People
being
injured,
the
safety
camera
operation
has
to
be
self-funding.
Now
there
is
no
command
body
or
political
to
actually
make
the
citizens
operation
happen.
This
is
the
same
nationally
that
money
comes
from
the
proportion
of
drivers
that
are
really
able
to
do
and
improved
and
accurately
training
course.
The
theme
that
they've
made
to
avoid
going
to
court
if
they
are
eligible,
we
under
the
National
Recovery
cost
Republic
scheme,
are
allowed
to
use
that
money
to
pay
for
the
the
important
operation
and
if
there
is
anything
else
to
apply
all
that
back
into
the
activities.
I
I
They
are
a
real
challenge
to
us
because
very
often
high-powered
superpowers,
they
are
World
basis,
weak
sender,
notice,
intending
prosecution
among
problems
leading
to
the
massive
keeper
it
was
a
higher.
Currently,
that
often
is
the
start
of
that
a
legal
paper
chase
to
try
and
get
to
the
identity
of
the
driver,
and
we
only
have
a
limited
time
window
in
law
to
establish
a
driver
and
I
won't
because
we.
I
I
A
No
but
I've
been
speaking
to
other
people
as
you're,
well
aware,
because
you've
referred
to
two
of
the
roads,
you
know
I've
been
specifically
interested
in
and
I
take
it
you've
just
told
me
we're
going
to
get
the
speak.
Average
speed
cameras
on
the
a647
up,
not
Before,
Time
I,
know
that
lead
City
council's
highways
Department
had
a
plan
for
those
for
a
number
of
months.
A
I
also
know
that
when
that
road,
the
a647
was
reconfigured
I
met
with
the
Leeds
Council
highways
engineer,
and
we
looked
up
the
road
from
Dawson's
corner
towards
Galloway
lane
and
then
what
we
could
see
of
the
rest
of
it
and
I
said
to
that
chap.
If
you
don't
keep
the
speed
limit
reduced,
as
you
have
done
over
the
construction
period,
then
it
will
become
a
race
track
because
look
people
in
these
vehicles
you've
identified,
they
look
ahead
and
they
see
the
traffic
lights
and
they
say,
I
put
my
foot
down
here.
A
A
A
Then
you
can
understand
why
I
get
almost
obsessive
about
getting
those
speed
cameras
put
in
place
because,
to
be
frank
with
you,
I've
listened
to
far
too
much
rubbish
about
the
a647
and
if
you're
telling
me
now,
we
are
definitely
going
to
get
these
speed.
Cameras
and
I
say.
Thank
you
very
much,
somebody
that
lasted
so
it's
on
some
common
sense.
I
I
B
So
I've
got
a
couple
of
questions,
but
first
I've
got
a
statement.
What
what
price
is
a
life
coming
from
a
family.
B
Were
shuttered
by
of
tragedy
I
feel
very,
very
strongly
about
road
safety,
so
we
already
have
several
fixed
ghetto
style
cameras
around
the
various
places,
some
of
which
have
been
upgraded.
Some
haven't
now
I
understand
that
there
will
be
a
limit
to
funding.
However,
if
there.
B
E
I
And
in
terms
of
the
digitization
upgrade
and
possibly
be
aware,
that
account
is
historically
literally
have
wet
filters
and
clearly
that
technology
is
an
obsolete.
I
So
there
has
been
a
good
program
that
we're
in
the
30
days
off
in
West
Yorkshire,
which
is
advertising
the
upgrade
of
former
National
cameras,
for
example,
to
digital
technology.
I
E
I
B
I
H
So
that's
just
a
bit
of
a
comment
on
any
sort
of
question
about
that.
I
Awareness
course
of
the
people
and
I
suppose
this
goes
towards.
Perhaps
those
who
end
up
in
magistrates
Court
is.
I
I
Or
is
it
something
that's
the
my
last
question
was
a
bit
more
generally
really
is.
Are.
I
Problem
are:
are
we
encompassing
sort
of
parking
problems,
illegal
parking
problems
which
are
also
part
of
the
safety
of
drivers
or
behavior
I.
I
I
To
an
actual
standard
and
reassured
to
hear
anything
that
we
know
what,
if
you
have
been
online,
it's
not
a
lecture.
It's
a
very
much
an
Interactive
Learning
opportunity
which
it
does
touch
on
the
victim
perspective,
because
that's
exactly
what
it's
designed
to
avoid,
how
amazing
it's
in
so
I
hope
you
never
experience
it.
But
if
you
take
it
from
me
who
I
actually
do
a
mystery
shopper
exercise.
I
I
Across
on
visual
parking,
simple
parking
inclusions
are
very
much
when
it
is
a
dangerous
obstruction
of
the
highway
and
Cambria
police
matter
and
encourage
people
to
say,
photographic,
evidence
of
dangerous
obstruction
and
use
the
operation
snap
facility,
which
exists
on
the
West
Georgia
police
homepage,
to
report
it
and
upload
that
footage.
I
I
Are
causing
a
dangerous
obstruction,
for
example,
boxing
pedestrians
or
people
push
chairs
to
walk
into
the
carriageway
to
get
around
our
vehicle
place?
No,
it's
not
really
expensive.
If
it's
a
dangerous
obstruction,
we
are
interested
in
it
and
if
it's
an
immediation
and
operational
snap
isn't
going
to
give
that
immediacin
solution.
I
I
And
and
explain
the
full
well.
I
F
For
it.
I
I
G
I
And
around
the
Ring
Road
so
on
the
a647
Bradford
Road
is
driving.
That
I
would
certainly
say
was
both
criminal,
Reckless
and
intentional
I
said
both
but
I've
then
listed
three
things,
but
you
you
get
where
I'm
really.
I
I
Neighborhood,
police
and
didn't
carry
out
more
roads,
policing
operations
and
we've
got
those
mobile
deployments
as
as
you've
mentioned,
I
guess.
Those
three
at
first
only
operate
within
the
hours
of
the
neighborhood
policing
team
and
at
which
the
hours
they
have
the
most
staff,
which
often
isn't
in
those
early
hours
of
the
morning,
and
we
have
been
able
to
get
some
operations
with
the
roads,
policing
team
because
there
were
specialist
vehicles
and
that's
something
they'd
be
really
good
too
to
increase.
I
If,
as
you
say,
you're
concerned,
the
speed
cameras
won't
be
the
main
solution
here.
So
I
think
that
would
be
something
that
would
be
really
useful.
We
have
also
had
you
know:
I've
been
arranging
training
for
volunteers
and
using
the
the
spinning
speed
indicator
devices
you
can
borrow
from
the
council,
but
officially
I
wouldn't
expect
volunteers
to
sit
at
2AM
next.
I
G
I
And
I
wondered
if
there
were
any
plans,
alongside
this
guidance
and
alongside
obviously
division
zero
strategy
to
try
and
supplement
that
team,
which
I
believe
is
West
Yorkshire
wide
is
it
it
is
indeed
yes,
I
work
as
part
of
operation,
Support
Division,
which
includes
such
things
as
a
helicopter
in
adults,
releasing
teams
so
being
part
of
NSLC
and
subject
to
operational
commitments
and
I
have
to
preface
any
commitment
with
that,
because
these
are
the
officers,
the
response
of
the
serious
collisions
and
so
on
and
so
forth.
I
I
So
you
know,
I
will
continue
to
try
and
secure
additional
Showtime
from
rpu
Specialists
to
deploy
on
these
key
activity
or
roads
between
Bradford
and
indeed
on
the
River
Road.
But
but
we
would
certainly
do
our
best
to
increase
that
visible
presence,
particularly
during
the
out
of
darkness.
When
I
know,
there
is
an
issue
with
a
significant
yeah.
G
It
should
come
back
very
briefly,
yeah.
Thank
you
for
that.
The
one
thing
I'll
just
highlight
to
make
sure
people
are
aware
when
I've
looked
across
West
Yorkshire
at
some
of
the
figures
around
the
areas
with
the
highest
road
events
is
bd3.
G
Postcode
has
been
very
high
if
not
the
highest
on
the
listing
many
times
just
to
be
extremely
clear.
So
everyone
knows
the
bd3.
I
That
area
is
the
biggest
one
of
the
biggest
concerns
across
West
Yorkshire
that
they
then
obviously
would
come
as
far
as
possible
as
they
could
into
our
area,
which
sees
the
problems
just
as
much
as
as
the
neighboring
ward
in
Bradford.
Obviously,
there's
no
boundary
on.
I
G
Thank
you,
chair,
Peter,
actually
covered
most
of
what
I
wanted
to
say
in
his
opening
contribution,
so
I'll
just
keep
it
to
a
couple
of
simple
questions.
These
speed
surveys
be
conduct
to
decide
whether
or
not
to
put
cameras
on
roads.
Are
these
the
same
ones
that
the
highways
Department
centers?
Yes,
absolutely.
I
The
feasibility
of
the
the
environment
that's
being
checked
out.
Yes,
what
we're
talking
about?
There
is,
if
it's
a
really
windy
road,
there's
no
problem,
there's
no
quality
according
to
your
speed,
camera
Solutions.
So
it
might
pass
the
criteria,
but
it's
got
to
be
feasible
to
do
it.
So
that's
where
I
always
found
the
police
were
together
qualification
criteria
from
traffic
surveys.
C
So
as
part
of
this
review,
obviously
we've
been,
we
have
been
involved
in
it
and
we
have
offices
within
our
team
that
part
of
that
now,
as
highlighted
by
Paul,
the
new
criteria
is
coming
to
place
in
the
immediate
future
and
I
just
want
to
stress
to
the
committee
that
we're
happy
to
run
any
length
or
site
within
the
wards
either
well
get
new
survey
information
submit
it
through
the
new
process
and
see
if
it
would
qualify
on
the
on
the
list.
We
have
new
officer
that
we
blowing
around
Christmas
who's.
C
Specifically
looking
at
this
I
know,
the
committee
raised
the
a647
white
overall
Lower
workley
Road
Pudsey
Road
as
part
of
sort
of
my
my
breathing
to
come
here.
They
have
been
submitted
and
they
are
being
reviewed
at
the
moment.
If
there
are
any
further,
please
either
get
in
contact
with
myself
or
through
the
usual
channels
and
we're
more
than
happy
to
sort
of
run
certain
things
and
running
through
the
criteria.
If.
G
I
G
I
Yeah
Aries
and
that's
been
model
by
knowledge
yeah.
It
uses
much
more
proactive
capability
to
deal
with
families,
okay,
which
we
do
accept
a
degree
of
Tolerance
yeah,
National,
Police,
Chiefs
guidance
built
in
a
degree
of
Tolerance
yeah,
and
it
will
be
wrong
in
some
circumstances,
to.
I
Addressing
really
tangible
risks
in
public
caused
by
poor
compliance,
so
this
isn't
about.
You
know
what
my.
G
No,
that's!
That's
not
my
concern
here,
but
I
didn't
take
a
point.
So
if
you've
got
a
busy
road
where
10
000
cars
go
across
it,
then
10
cards
to
a
Serial
offenders
also
go
across
it
at
a
high
speed,
the
mean
average
speed
something
that
picked
that
up.
So
do
you
have
access
to
the
granular
data,
so
you
can
see
them
on
this
particular
Road.
There
are
10
repeated
tenders,
even
though
it's
incredibly
busy
and
the
mean
average
speed,
looks
like
it's
lower
than
the
speed
limit
of
the
road.
C
Of
course,
in
in
general,
we
look
at
the
the
mean
average
speed
of
traffic.
Now
we
don't
purely
look
at
the
main
average
speed.
We
do
look
at
the
factors.
Things
like
the
8
to
50
hours,
often
telling
where
you
may
have
quite
a
lot
of
vehicles.
Traveling.
Oh,
look
at
those
speed
limit,
but
then,
if
there's
another,
quite
High
proportion
above
then
that
sort
of
bears
out
through
through
that
day,
obviously
I
can't
go
into
new
criteria,
will
be
shared
on
Monday.
C
What
we
would
generally
say
within
highways
is
is
the
same
example.
If
there
was
ten
thousand,
it
was
ten
Vehicles
who
would
be
way
over
the
limit.
Then
we
would
always
say
that
that
traffic
engineering
measures,
traffic
coming
and
whatnot,
but
they're
not
preventative
the
lower
the
average
speed
of
motorists.
C
We've
conducted
surveys,
many
surveys
on
roads
with
traffic
calming
you
still
have
drivers
who
are
driving
above
and
beyond
the
speed
limit,
and
we
would
say
that
that
is
for
the
police
to
address.
In
the
past
we
have
and
well
and
quite
regularly.
We
share
our
speed
survey
data
directly
with
the
police,
regardless
well
to
sort
of
highlight,
say,
seven
to
eight
a.m.
There
is
a
significant
issue
where
the
the
average
fee
goes
up.
C
G
C
From
our
from
our
surveys,
we
do
our
access
and
to
each
individual
vehicle
we
would
have
to.
We
would
have
to
request
it
per
survey.
It's
not
something
I,
as
a
highways
officer
would
look
through
each
individual
piece
of
data,
because
it's
an
external
company.
The
service
go
through,
and
we'd
have
to
sort
of
get
that
granular
data
back
for
them.
If
there
were
any
locations,
just
made
your
second
little
bit
of
extra
time
to
sort
of
pull
that
through
brilliant.
Thank
you
very.
B
A
A
It
astonishes
me
that
parents
would
park
or
be
momentarily
on
Junctions
and
let
their
kids
get
out
of
the
car
on
the
driver's
side
from
the
back
into
a
road
where
some
motor
is
quite
legitimately
could
be
turning
left
and
going
into
that
road
and
I've
seen
it
on
numerous
occasions.
Indeed,
it
one
constituent
sent
me
some
frightening
photographs,
but
getting
action
on
that
it
shouldn't
actually
need
action.
A
I
I
But
I
think
it
is
such
an
ongoing
issue
message.
My
dad
holds
the
valley
is
concerned
were
probably
the
same
driver's
name.
There
was
some
enforcement
action
against
one
or
more
on
a
particular
occasion,
because
clearly,
a
nice
notice
is
the
former
experience
and
it
hasn't
worked
to
the
problem
is
resistance,
so
he's
one
for
the
MPT
to
consider
and
pull
back
from
saying
that's
a
matter
of
preparation,
snap
per
se,
but
I
would
certainly
consider
it
if
he
was
sent
to
us.
I
I
I
B
F
B
The
evening
of
might
be
getting
the
technician
here
to
to
to
get
the
webcam
going
yeah.
