From YouTube: libp2p weekly sync - January 06, 2020
Description
A
Alright,
hello,
everybody
welcome
to
the
first
Libby
to
be
sync.
Over
the
new
year
2020
new
decade,
I
have
pasted
a
link
to
the
notes
and
chats,
please
add
yourself
to
the
attendees
list
and
go
ahead
and
add
your
async
updates
there
as
well.
I,
don't
see
anything
in
the
agenda.
So
if
you
have
anything
that
you
want
to
talk
about,
please
add
it
there.
Otherwise
we
can
touch
base
at
the
end,
we'll
go
ahead
and
kick
things
off
and
I
am
up.
A
First,
yes,
so
this
week,
gonna
focus
on
getting
a
release
candidate
of
the
Olympia
to
be
a
single
weight
out,
I'm
catching
up
on
code
reviews,
and
then
we
need
to
I
need
to
work
on
the
migration
guide
as
well.
I've
started
that
a
little
bit,
but
need
her
to
finalize
that
as
part
of
just
integrating
with
with
JSI
PFS
and
I.
Think
later
this
week,
the
attending
a
research
for
sharp
anybody
have
questions
for
me.
B
It's
it's
I
think
it's
up
to
you,
Jacob,
where
it's
not
relevant
to
do
it
now,
then
I
got
the
Liberty
interrupt
because
gold
bit,
we
had
several
releases
that
I
didn't
see
at
the
time,
and
so
we
were
updated
in
the
interrupt
test
for
the
goal
of
UT
releases.
Now
it's
everything
up
to
date,
then,
when
I
was
working
on
the
flippity
piteously
to
be
private
network
test
example',
we
were
having
some
issues
regarding
the
upgrading
bounds
and
basically
I
created
pairs
to
fix
them.
B
In
all
the
transports-
and
then
it
was
Mike
mostly
lipid
to
be
examples,
work
as
well
and
finally,
I
created
the
first
iteration
of
a
proposal
for
the
awesome,
liquid
spirit
and
I
think
I
checked
their
Jacob
Joseph
enroll,
but
anyone
else.
If
you
have
feedback
for
it,
it
would
be
great
and
so
for
this
week,
I
want
to
get
all
the
open
yard
line.
Now
that
Jacob
is
back
and
I
also
will
probably
start
working
on
the
next
iteration
of
deer
star.
B
Basically,
we
still
have
the
peer
ID
module
in
the
peer
info
module
and
now
with
the
peer
star.
Then
you
your
started.
We
have.
We
want
to
get
rid
of
peering,
for
which
and
just
use
the
peer
IDs,
and
we
can
get
information
from
the
peer
star
instead
and
yeah.
It
will
be
pretty
much
this
for
this
week.
C
I
did
I
was
on
you
know,
holiday,
it's
not
starting
to
really
do
anything.
I
scratched
my
head
a
bit
about
a
couple
things
I
think
I
figured
out
a
way
to
do
this
pierced
or
interface
refactor.
The
role
wants
to
do
and
be
so
doesn't
I,
don't
know,
really
chat
about
that
mode
and
the
thread
a
little
bit
but
I
was
blocked
on
like
an
implementation
thing
and
I.
Think
I
figured
my
way
out.
So
that's
nice,
but
mostly
I'm
gonna,
just
try
to
actually
get
these
things
merged
in
the
routing
records.
C
Pr
has
been
kicking
around
for
a
while
rule
open
up
like
to
review
branch.
I
made
some
comments.
I'm
gonna,
try
and
factor
those
and
might
be
a
little
bit
of
a
tweak
to
the
spec,
and
then
I
sent
some
emails
out.
The
note
factory
just
there
just
like
I
sent
like
a
hey
how's
it
going
email
to
them
because
I
guess
they're
gonna
pick
up
the
Jay
s,
noise
implementation
work,
they
made
a
fine
start
and
there's
a
few
other
bits
of
work
that
we're
gonna
contract
with
them
for
I.
Think
Jacob.
C
You
were
tagged
on
that.
You
know
just
to
stay
in
the
loop,
so
I
haven't
done
anything
with
them,
yet
I've
just
figured.
They
are
friendly
doing
a
couple
issues,
but
I
figure.
We
might
hear
from
them
the
next
few
days
is
they.
You
know
that
question
yeah
I,
don't
know
what
else
I
ought
to
be
doing.
If
you
guys
I
mean
I
have
stuff
that
you
want
to
tag
me
on
I'm
gonna.
Take
a
look
at
the
sorry
Bochco
that
I
didn't
get
a
chance.
C
C
C
D
A
E
There
is
this
discussion
on
scoring
function
and
that
visit
just
mentioned,
if
you
need
any
help
or
any
inspiration
habit
which
are
about
that,
it
is
yeah.
E
D
E
D
E
Okay,
I've
read
the
bunch
of
paper,
says:
I
was
preparing
for
the
research
workshop
on
your
reputation,
functions
and
trusting
this
ability
centralized
system,
so
I've
been
thinking
around
a
little
bit
as
well.
I,
don't
have
any
specific
design
in
mind,
but
yeah
we'll
be
happy
brainstorm.
If
you
want
even
I
did.
