hey littlefish.

This is the zoom meeting of our 1st year celebration event.

littlefish Foundation is an experiment on a new business model without borders, degrees, bosses, and 9-5 working hours. Instead of a hierarchical command order, individuals (as we call them littlefish) with the same goal in mind create colonies.

Colonies, in practice, will be able to form a reward-sharing mechanism between the members. This way, each individual can benefit from the collaborative actions towards the goals. We are trying to design the system so that members with non-continuous efforts will be exposed to an aging mechanism. So that the individual will get less benefit from the following actions of the colony.

littlefish Foundation was funded by the Cardano Catalyst system. Every four months, Cardano Catalyst opens a new round. Now, we applied five proposals for FUND9. Please check them. If you like them, don't forget to give kudos, and please share your comments.
