From YouTube: Littlefish Foundation weekly meeting 9
Description
This week we were working on better taskmanagement and organising our actions in general, as well as getting a good overview from Cagkan work in the past two weeks... We all need to be more like Cagkan ;)

Agenda:
- Looking over renewed Discord channels
- Organizing Board on Miro
- Next steps - transitioning to a doing mode
- Refining Proposal for Fund 8
A
All
right
welcome
everyone
to
our
weekly
meeting
a
little
fish
on
today's
agenda.
I'd
like
to
share
a
few
of
what
up
what
I've
been
working
on,
starting
with
showing
you
around
the
new
discord.
I've
changed
it
quite
a
bit.
I
would
love
some
feedback
from
you
guys.
A
I've
also
opened
up
a
new
organizing
board
on
mirror
just
as
a
brain
dump
of
what
I've
been
thinking
about
in
terms
of
for
littlefish,
and
after
that
we
can
talk
about.
Maybe
next
steps
a
special
focus
on
refining,
maybe
our
proposal
for
funds
fund
date.
If
you
want
to
go
for
that,
so
I'd
like
to
share
my
screen
seaman.
Could
you
give
me
share
screen?
Please.
A
Okay,
so
I'd
like
to
just
quickly
show
you
around
the
new
discord.
We
had
two
welcome
channels,
one
with
the
bots
one,
with
the
default
one.
We
now
have
one
we
now
have
emojis
in
all
of
our
all
of
our
channels
to
just
to
liven
up
the
gray
of
discord.
A
A
I
want
people
to
just
jump
in
here
and
see
what
we're
doing
on
a
week-to-week
basis.
So
I
want
to
keep
this
updated
all
the
time
it
has
the
mirror
board
the
main
one
and
the
second
one
that
I
just
mentioned.
Some
the
kivon
cardano
video
by
charles
hoskinson,
here
also
links
to
the
places
where
newcomers
can
jump
in
these
are
empty
right
now
to
introduce
yourself.
I
hope
we
can
all
take
some
time
during
this
week
to
write
something
in
here,
just
to
make
sure
it
is
already
populated.
A
A
A
I've
also
deleted
a
few
channels
that
were
just
empty
channels
that
they
weren't
used
and
that's
about
it,
but
I'd
like
to
also
share
what
I
wanted
to
do
here
was
to
just
remove
the
barriers
for
newcomers
to
learn
about
the
project
and
to
actually
get
to
get
the
newcomers
to
actually
start
contributing
into
the
project,
and
this
is
just
a
little
start,
but
hopefully
we
can.
We
can
add
some
things
that
they
can
immediately
see.
A
Oh
this,
I
can
help
here
if
we
can
get
them
to
that
point
very
easily
after
they
join
our
discord.
I
think
we
can
really
get
going
on
doing
stuff
so
feel
feel
free
to
check
it
out
during
the
week.
Any
all
feedback
is
welcome.
A
It
was
a
problem
at
this
point
was
there
were
there's
so
many
different
aspects
of
running
this.
In
doing
this,
I
just
wanted
to
just
put
some
of
the
things
that
were,
on
my
mind,
down
on
the
under
the
mirror
board,
just
to
see
and
understand.
A
I
had
three
main
areas:
four
areas,
actually
that
I
was
thinking
about.
A
One
of
them
is
engineering,
research,
marketing
and
organizing
organizing
is
a
little
too
little
at
this
point,
but
these
are
all
the
things
all
the
resources
that
I
found
that
we
found
during
the
during
this
time
that
were
very
helpful
and
understanding
from
this
I'd
like
to
go
into
a
point
where
we
can
generate
to-do
lists
and
tasks
from
all
of
this,
so
we
can
really
start
to
start
our
cycles
of
doing
things,
but
there's
a
there's
quite
a
bit
of
information
here,
especially
in
this
bit
research
bit.
A
If
you
go
into
this
bit,
it's
it's
an
endless
bit
of
knowledge.
I
have
to
warn
you.
These
are
just
some
of
the
interesting
things
that
I've
found
out
that
I'd
like
to
share
one
of
the
things
that
I've
been
focusing
on
the
past
few
weeks
is
organization
models
for
dao's,
there's
a
there's,
a
dao
called
index
coupe,
which
are
very
well
run.
They
were,
they
have
a
d5
protocol,
I'm
not
going
to
go
much
into
detail,
but
what
they're
doing
is
they
have
an
organization
structure?
A
That's
much
more
like
an
actual
business,
actual
usual
business
today,
so
they
have
people
in
charge
of
different
areas
of
the
dao
but
they're
much
further
ahead,
of
course.
But
what
this
allows
is
this
allows
people
to
actually
take
ownership
of
what
they're
doing,
and
they
this
allows
the
community
to
know
who's
in
charge
of
this
specific
thing
that
I'm
interested
in.
A
So
it
makes
it
easier
for
the
community
to
come
in
and
do
something
so
I've
been
looking
into
different
organizational
structures
and
what
we
can
implement
here
in
little
fish
there's
also
one
more.
That
was
that
I
found
very
interesting
was
something
called
metagame.
What
they
have
is
something
like
this:
they
they
really
love
gamification.
A
So
they've
done
all
this.
They
have
the
champions.
Reading
the
ring
of
people
who
are
just
who
uphold
the
who
do
most
of
the
work.
They
have
all
the
different
areas
of
work
that
they're
doing,
and
this
is
how
they
chose
to
organize-
which
I
thought
was
very
interesting,
but
also
it's
much
more
difficult
to
implement.
I
think
something
like
that.
So
there's
a
lot
more
information
here.
There's
this
resource
list
of
dao
tools,
pretty
much
anything
you
want
to
know
about
daos.
I
think
they
have
it
here.
A
So
I
just
put
all
this
down
to
get
it
out
of
my
head
and
onto
onto
something
that
I
can
look
at
and
I
can
share
and
I'd
love
it
if,
if
you
guys
also
put
in
some
other
areas
where
this
is
a
little
bit
lacking
or
maybe
extend
this
in
the
collaboration
space,
of
course,
there
are
many
different
ideas
with
nfd
dials
and
the
projects
that
you
mentioned
urm
earlier
on.
A
Maybe
we
can
put
them
on
here
as
well
and
build
this
out
in
time,
and
the
next
step
that
I
want
to
go
with
this
week
that
I'm
going
to
focus
on
is
look
into
something
like
this.
These
are
just
empty
templates
that
I
just
dropped
down
to
take
a
look.
A
So
I'm
going
to
be
looking
at
these
and
seeing
which
ones
we
can
use,
but
also,
if
you,
if
you
have
any
any
experience
with
these
with
generating
like
key
objectives
and
tasks
that
we
can
work
on,
please
help
out
in
the
space.
So
we
can.
We
can
start
generating
tasks
and
getting
things
going
and
for
now,
if
you
have
any
questions
on
this
I'd
love
to
answer
them.
If
not,
we
can
maybe
go
into
a
discussion
of
what
we
can
do
next.
C
I
have
a
question
about
the
tasks,
because
I
know
myself.
If
you
give
me
a
task
and
assign
it
to
I
I
may
not
get
it
done.
I
may
not
find
it
for
one.
Is
there
a
place
for
people
like
myself?
Who
just
do
it?
You
know
just
see
something
that
needs
to
be
done
and
and
and
do
it
on
the
spur
of
the
moment.
A
C
A
D
So
yeah
I
it's
funny
because
I
so
I
have
it.
I
spoke
a
lot
today
with
alex
about
that.
It's
not
you,
know,
yeah.
We
got
alex
from
from
argentina
because
we
have
a
funded
proposal
that
is
going
actually
to
help
a
proposal,
create
tasks
and
itself
mentors
or
other
people
to
actually
connect
and
do
the
tasks.
D
D
D
I
will
share
it.
I
will
look
under
yeah,
I'm
using
different
computers,
but
I
will
show
it
it's.
I
mean
this,
this
specific
one,
it's
kind
of
to
for
easy
onboarding
of
new
mentors
with
new
people
to
catalyst,
but
but
we
are
doing
it
not
only
for
people
that
are
voting,
but
also
for
people
that
we
don't
know
and
actually
the
first
versions
of
that
is
directly
in
one
month
I
mean
they're
already
working
on
a
previous
platform
called
pmm,
the
project
marketplace
or.
D
B
Yeah,
I
just
wanted
to
say
I
I
think
that
is
what
that
was
like
a
great
addition
for
melanie
about.
You
know
having
a
task
list
bought
something,
and
I
would
like
to
you
know
reference
to
the
github.
Maybe
we
can
create
a
board,
a
project
board.
D
B
People
can
go
to
the
project
project
board
and
then
pick
up
whatever
task
they
want
to
do,
but
I
also
want
to
draw
attention
to
some
tasks
have
to
be
done
like
it's,
not
just
a
matter
of
someone
has
you
know
anyone
can
just
pick
it
up,
but
some
sometimes
just
you
know,
might
have
to
be
done
until
a
certain
date
or
there
there's
gonna,
be
some
consequences,
some
serious
drawbacks
or
whatever.
B
Let's
discuss
it
in
the
in
the
meeting
as
well
put
it
into
the
action
of
action,
action
section
and
then
next
next
meeting
we
see
if
it
has
been
done.
You
know
there's
no
way
that
someone
forgets
because
we
can
just
go
through
the
last
action
items
that
we
wrote
down
and
if
there's
something
you
know
that
prevents
them
from
doing
it
or
maybe
they
just
didn't
have
time
or
something
you
know
it
just
doesn't
fall
on
the
table.
A
I
do
like
using
github
for
this,
but
I
think
it
it
kind
of
it
is
a
barrier
to
entry
to
some
of
the
some
people,
especially
those
who
haven't
used
development
tools,
who
aren't
very
technical.
A
B
Yeah,
just
I
mean
my
thinking,
is
we
all
gotta?
I
mean
if
we're
gonna
stay
in
the
catalyst
ecosystem,
then
everyone
would
benefit
from
learning
github
anyway.
B
Easily,
then
stephen
is
pushing
the
idea
of
having
github
as
kind
of
a
standard
for
catalyst
reporting,
so
that
would
also
benefit
us
yeah.
Just
from
from
those
points
of
view,
I
would,
you
know,
suggest
that
we
that
everyone,
you
know,
tries
to
learn
it.
I
mean
with
time.
Of
course,
no
one
has
to
do
has
to
know
how
it's,
how
it's
done
or
how
everything
is
done
from
the
first
day,
and
everyone
can
always
come
up
to
me,
or
I
think
chuck
khan
isn't
also
very
helpful
when
someone
asks
you
right
about.
B
Also,
I
mean
if
that
really
is
not
an
option
for
someone.
If
someone
say
I
don't
really
don't
want
to
do
that
today
I
was
looking
into
another.
E
B
B
And
the
problem
is,
I
don't
know
myself
a
lot
about
it,
but
it
seems
very
simple,
and
maybe
that
is
a
better,
a
better
tool
to
use
for
tasks
and
task
lists.
F
Yeah,
thank
you
charcoal.
First
of
all,
you
made
things
a
bit
clearer,
but
I
would
like
to
share
a
little
bit
my
challenge
in
this
process,
not
only
in
little
fish,
but
also
in
project
catalyst.
So
what
I'm
missing
personally
is
that
we
are
getting
information,
a
lot
of
information
but
from
very
different
sources,
and
this
decrease
a
kind
of
attention
and
my
efficiency
in
working
in
the
project.
F
So
we
start
we
we
catch
up,
for
example,
an
interesting
thing.
In
last
week's
we
have
been
discussing
about
token
engineering.
You
know
it's
a
huge
area
that
you
brought
and
we
got
some
information,
but
before
being
getting
deepened
in
it,
so
we
start
we,
we
started
something
else.
We
brought
different
things
on
the
table,
for
example,
canvas
model.
It
was
a
suggestion
by
norian,
because
I
know
it
I
can
understand
it.
F
I
use
it
in
my
training
courses
and
I
thought
it's
useful,
but
then
I
said
that
maybe
it's
not
a
good
tool
for
everyone,
because
not
everyone
has
a
similar
understanding
and
it
will
not
be
easy
to
use
for
for
all.
So
everyone
brings
something
different,
an
interesting
thing
which
is
useful.
I
think,
but
at
some
point
we
lose
the
attention.
I
lose
my
personal
attention
and
then
it's
difficult
to
progress
in
that
way.
F
Maybe
maybe
by
the
time
you
will
learn
how
to
do
it.
It's
like
github.
Also,
for
example,
we
had
some
tasks
there,
actually
like
vision,
mission
and
different
things
in
community
building,
and
things
like
that
was
there
in
github,
but
github,
maybe
is
not
suitable
for
others.
Also
to
use
it
so,
each
time
we
are
not
only
learning
new
information
getting
new
information,
but
we
are
also
trying
to
learn
new
platforms
and
it
is
making
things
difficult.
F
But
I
really
like
discord
because
we
are
discord
is
the
main
channel.
I
think
most
of
us
use
it,
but
when
things
go
through
telegram,
I
lose
the
communication.
I
mean
I'm
switching
from
telegram
to
discord
and
maybe
other
resource
mirror
board
and
other
thing.
So
we
should,
I
think,
identify
which
blood
fill
out
forms
are
used
with,
in
which
purpose,
for
example,
if
it
is
only
for
communication,
let's
don't
use
telegram,
but
if
it
is
for
a
community
building
use
telegram.
F
Maybe
this
court
is
for
something,
so
there
are
also
some
multiple
conversations
going
parallel
and
at
some
point
I
miss
one
of
them.
So
I
have
this
challenge.
I
I
think
this
is
highlighted
by
also
other
colleagues.
We
should
really
fix
it.
Otherwise
I
feel
like
feeling
missing
out
something.
You
know
there
is
homo,
so
I
I
have
this
feeling
and
it's
stressful
really
for
me,
sorry
for
listen
making
it
long.
F
D
Yeah,
I
think
I
think
that
I
think
you're
completely
right
but
and
it's
very
challenging.
D
D
On
them-
and
we
join
the
meetings
on
monday-
and
sometimes
we
do
something
to
me
at
least
myself
I'll
speak
it
for
myself,
okay,
so
sometimes
we
do
dedicate
a
couple
of
hours
during
the
week
trying
to
connect
and
kind
of
so
maybe
I'm
just
thinking
out
if
it's
time
to
to
balance
that
a
little
bit
and
take
more
responsibility,
including
myself.
Obviously
I
mean
speaking
here
for
for
my
position.
D
If
we
have
time
oh
how
to
see
who
can
do
that
and
we
can
stay
a
little
bit,
I
mean
all
of
us
are
very
busy
in
many
things
right
for
a
lot
of
us.
So
I
mean
this.
A
D
D
I
think,
then
the
memory
can
do
something
centralized
in
the
weekend
where
we
give
a
big
push
over
the
weekend,
all
together
and
kind
of,
take
it
to
the
next
level
or
every
couple
of
weeks
look
kind
of
a
big
session.
You
know
I
don't
know
if
that
makes
sense
jacon.
Is
that
something
that
you
feel
as
well
or
just
my
feeling.
A
Well,
I
think
we're
all
dancing
around
the
same
problem
and
we're
approaching
it
from
different
angles.
The
problem
that
I
saw
was
it's
very
difficult
to
contribute
like
in
order
to
contribute.
You
have
to
come
and
talk
to
everyone
and
understand.
What's
going
on,
it's
not
easy
to
just
look
at
something.
Okay,
this
needs
to
be
done
and
then
go
do
it.
So
what
I
want
is
to
like
make
that
easy,
and
then
anyone
can
come
and
contribute.
A
So
that's
what
I'm
trying
to
do
with
this
board
to
just
understand
what
is
out
there
and
then
to
generate
the
task
list
and
with
the
task
list.
Okay,
it's
easy
just
go
and
do
that
task,
and
everyone
can
contribute
one
hour
a
week
and
that's
it
we're
getting
things
done
and
it
doesn't
take
that
long.
C
I
certainly
like
it
and
would
like
to
be
able
to
duplicate
it
in
cardano
for
climate.
You
know,
because
I'm
feeling
that
you
know
right
now,
I'm
very
stretched,
and
I
ask
you
know
in
telegram
discord,
there's
no
place
to
ask
you
know
for
help,
and
it
doesn't.
It
doesn't
happen
very
often
that
you
can
make
that
connection
so
having
the
information
on
a
board
or
a
task
list
that
you
can
add
to
and
do
record
it
absolutely
beautiful,
very,
very
simple,
and
then
it's
a
way.
A
Exactly
that's:
that's
the
dream:
to
build
a
system
of
decentralized
work
that
we
can
all
participate
in
in
the
way
that
we
want
to
participate
and
nobody
forces
us
and
we
can
do
whatever
we
want,
but
it's
very
difficult.
I've
been
looking
at
different,
different
taos,
different
organizations
running
this.
It's
not
easy,
like
everyone
is
having
an
issue.
It's
not
just
us
like
these
guys
that
I
showed
you
the
metagame
one
they've
been
running
for
three
years
and
it's
very
difficult,
like
they're
having
many
challenges
getting
people
to
do
things
and
to
rewarding
them.
A
C
And
we
are
working
in
parallel
with
what
gimbal's
doing
gimbal
tokens
and
the
tokenization
still
haven't
been
able
to
get
you
guys
in
on
that.
I'm
sorry,
but
you
know
james
is
another
leader
who
is
absolutely
stretched
to
the
maximum
and
if
it's
okay,
I'd
love
to
be
able
to
share
your
mural
board
with
them
and
yeah,
and
then
we'll
see
how
we
can
bring
that
together.
C
C
B
A
F
F
F
C
So
that's
one
of
the
other
reasons
why
I
joined
the
challenge
setting
challenge
team.
You
know
because
I
know
that
being
in
cardano
for
climate,
we
have
this
task
now
to
go
across
all
these
different
challenges
and
when
we
can
create
some
sort
of
collaboration
between
the
challenged
teams,
I've
worked.
You
know
I'm
trying
to
work
on
a
spreadsheet
that
has
all
the
information
discord
for
this
challenge
team.
You
know
information
there.
That's
super
helpful
and
I'm
sure
it's
already
there
somewhere.
C
C
This
would
really
work
for
this
project
in
cardano
for
climate.
So
we
and
I
also
see
that
having
the
different
challenges
isn't
the
end
of
the
world.
It's
just
a
lot
of
work,
but
if
we
can
create
the
collaborations,
you
know
and
put
a
stamp
of
you
know.
Cardano
for
climate
is
working
in
collaboration
with
you
know
five
other
people
on
this
proposal.
You
know.
I
hope
that
that
would
be
good,
I'm
a
little
bit
leery
with
the
down
voting
that
went
on.
C
You
know
just
in
case
they're
sort
of
like
wow
if
they're
cardano
for
climate
down
vote,
I'm
just
having
a
hard
time
with
that.
So
you
know
maybe
we'll
see,
but.
F
Yeah,
I'm
thinking
similar
thing
with
what
you
found
useful
with
challenge
teams
which
related
to
liquid
democratic.
I
think
participation.
You
know
I'm
thinking
to
be
a
candidate
for
actually
climate
change
related
things,
so
we
can
bring
more
people
on
board
and
actually
vote
for
the
challenges
that
we
are
in
favor,
because
this
really
downloading
thing
was
pissing
me
off.
Also,
I
didn't
really
get
understand.
I
didn't
understand.
F
I
just
thought
that
maybe
some
guys
really
want
cardano
to
be
used
for
nfts
metaphors
and
this
kind
of
hype
technologies
and
which
take
more
attention
and
more
investment
in
cardano,
so
they
can
earn
more,
but
other
than
that,
I.
C
It's
more
this,
this
atmosphere
of
competition.
We
have
x
number
of
dollars
if
cardano
for
climate
comes
in
here
they
take
that
chunk
away
and
these
ones
won't
be
funded.
It's
from
it.
The
experience
of
important
challenges
not
being
funded,
and
I
understand
where
it
came
from.
I
hate
the
idea
that
we
downvote
anybody.
C
You
know,
but
maybe
that'll
change
because
of
this
example
or
part
of
the
experiment
right.
So
I
yeah
so,
is
that
your
idea,
yorum
in
the.
C
The
other,
the
other
thing
that
I
did
was
in
the
ideation
now
is
if
a
challenge,
the
challenge
budget
is
separate
from
voting
that
we
try
and
work
out.
You
know
if
so
many
votes
per
proposal
in
a
challenge
setting
come
in
now
we
divvy
up
this
budget
and
make
it
fair
and
collaborate
on
it,
come
up
with
a
good
plan
that
way
right
now,
as
a
challenge
team
I
can
go.
I
want
two
million
dollars
for
cardano
for
climate
right
and
that
that's
not
collaborative
and
there's
no
way
to
be
able
to.
B
I
think
I
think
that
is
that
is
not
completely
correct,
like
as
a
challenge
team
member
I
mean
you
can
of
course
ask
for
two
million
dollars,
but
the
other
question
is:
do
you
still
do
you
get
them,
even
though
you
are
a
challenge
team
or
maybe,
even
because
you
are
a
challenge
team
member
right,
because
it
might
shine
a
bad
light
on
someone
who
does
something
like
that,
taking
a
huge
chunk
of
proportion.
C
But
no
I'm
just
thinking.
Does
the
budget
get
adjusted?
You
know
if
it's
way
out
to
lunch,
because
that's
part
of
the
voting
too
right
yeah.
C
Pretty
complicated,
I
don't
know
if
there's
a
solution
or
that
we
can
come
up
with
it,
but
maybe
we're
getting
off
topic
at
this
point.
A
B
C
You
know
it
would
have
to
be
a
collaborative
effort
amongst
soldiers
yeah.
So
it's
not
somebody
can
come
along.
Okay,
I'm
the
top.
So
now
I
have
the
power
wahaha.
You
know
I'm
going
to
take
the
biggest
budget
in
and
leave
nothing
for
anybody
else.
It
would
have
to
be
some
sort
of
collaboration.
I'll
look
for
the
link
and
shut
up
here.
A
We'll
go
back
to
joram's
suggestion
he
put
it
in
the
chat
he's
saying
he
need.
We
need
to
apply
for
developers,
challenges
or
doubts
and
integrations
and
apply
for
the
product
that
need
to
be
built
for
ngos
to
get
traceability,
funding
and
of
impact,
and
I
think
maybe
we
can
do
it
very,
very
simple
contracts,
simple
things
and
apply
for
the
developer
challenges,
but
we
would
have
to
come
together
as
the
technical
team
to
see
what
we
can
do.
A
I
mean
going
into
the
traceability
of
funding.
That
seems
a
bit
difficult
because
it
has
many
physical
components
that
we
need
to
integrate
into
the
smart
contract,
and
I
don't
think
anyone
has
any
idea
how
to
do
that,
but
maybe
something
like
donations
and
just
basic
feedback
like
from
the
community
integrated
with
discord,
bots
or
something
like
that.
Maybe
we
can
do
something
like
that
and
apply
for
maybe
a
few
thousand
dollars,
maybe
twenty
thirty
forty
thousand
dollars.
I
think
that
might
be
possible,
but
I
think
we
can
apply
for
several
several
things.
A
B
F
E
Exactly
of
building
the
infrastructure
of
our
nation
using
underground
people
and
international
funding-
and
I
don't
think
we
will
need
to
be
too
technical
on
that
one
could
be
more
broad
and
judging
for
from
the
last
challenge,
there
was
not
a
lot
of
competition
in
that
category,
so
I
don't
think
there
is
a
risk
that
we
would
get
downloaded
too
much
or
or
other
projects
get
uploaded
too
much.
E
I
would
say
that,
because
we're
donating
money
to
people
on
the
ground
that
are
going
to
be
mainly
doing
community
projects
that
would
go
on
destination
building
like,
for
example,
the
the
forest
the
oscar
is
doing.
That
is
an
aspect
of
nature,
building
or
preserving
nature.
All
those
things-
and
I
think
we
fall
in
tact.
C
There's
components
of
everything
that
little
fish
is
doing
in
all
these
different
challenges,
so
if
we
could
break
them
up
into
pieces,
like
jorah
mentioned
about
the
traceability
supply
chain,
traceability,
you
know
is
part
of
little
fish
nation
building,
part
of
it
community
hubs.
You
know,
there's
the
operation
of
this
community,
that's
growing
around
little
fish.
That
takes
time
and
at
this
point
we're
in
this
fund
volunteering
our
time
and
having
those
set
up
with
some
sort
of
feet:
seed,
money,
tokenization,
whatever
I
think
really.
A
So
if
you
had
to
sum
up
some
of
the
ideas
we
had
was
open
source
and
development
ecosystem
challenges,
so
we
can
go
with
technical
ones.
We
can
go
with
the
nation
building
apps,
which
is
very
low,
low
competition,
so
we
could
head
there.
Maybe
some
well.
What
was
the
challenge
you
mentioned
ozgur
at
this
at
the
beginning,
onboarding.
F
Yeah
it's
on
boarding
it.
Let
me
tell
the
exact
name:
we
are
together
with
your
new
members
on
boarding.
I
guess.
C
C
You
know
for
the
funding
portion
of
it,
so
I'm
almost
wondering
if
we
could
kind
of
divvy
up
topics.
You
know
components
that
need
to
get
done
across
all
different
cardano
for
climate
little
fish.
Anybody,
you
know
the
whole
idea
of
being
able
to
fund
directly
to
on
the
ground
is
important.
It
has
an
nft
possibility,
token
possibility,
but
if
we
could
just
kind
of
say,
okay,
this
is
related
to
this
part.
If
you're
a
big
proposal
you're
going
to
want
to
be
in
this
challenge.
This
challenge
this
challenge.
C
If
you're
a
small
one,
you
can
focus
on
this
area,
it's
a
big
task.
I
think
we
can
do
it,
though.
C
I
don't
know
how
to
organize
that,
though
you
know
the
the
breaking
it
down.
You
know,
and
especially
we've
got.
You
know
a
short
period
of
time
now
before
your
proposal
has
to
be
in
right.
You
know
you
have
to
know
what's
coming
and
then
all
of
a
sudden
you
know
you've
got
three
weeks
and
oh
there's
a
new
challenge
and
that
one
isn't
there
anymore.
C
So
you
don't
have
a
lot
of
planning
time,
but
if
we
can
get
the
solid
stuff
figured
out,
then
let
the
wind
and
the
weather
change,
but
we
know
what
we
need
and
we
can.
We
can
adapt
it
for
these
different
challenges
that
come
along
and
get
creative
on
our
own
funding
too
right
use
catalyst
for
what
we
can,
but
also
figure
out
other
ways
that
we
can
be
self-sustaining.
C
F
D
A
I
think
that's
the
best
way
to
conclude
this
meeting.
If
that
is
all
for
now,
let's,
let's
go
back,
let's
think
about
the
proposals
and
by
next
week
maybe
we
can
have
a
more
real
understanding
of
what
to
propose
with
and
then
we
can
conclude
it
that
week.
C
And
if
you
can
join
the
challenge
team
telegram
chat,
I've
pinned
a
few
documents
in
there.
Just
sort
of
trying
to
you
know,
link
up
all
the
information
somewhere
accessible.
I
created
another
form
to
collect
impact
related
proposals
so
that
we'll
at
least
we'll
have
it
in
one
place
that
we
can
start.
