From YouTube: littlefish meeting 4
Description
This week we had a little vote for our very first proposal which we initiated so we could get a feeling about what we should think about when setting up the funding-process.
There is a bit of a confusion in the beginning, but the proposals are truly amazing and I think that everyone is going to be excited about this no matter who takes home the 1000 Ada reward!

- Impact ledger,
- Funding types & flowcharts explained
B
C
B
D
Right
so
once
the
waste
is
so
essentially
one
problem
with
slaughter
waste,
is
it
takes
much
longer
time
to
to
decay
in
a
landfill,
then
we'll
say
vegetable,
waste
or
paper
or
cardboard,
or
something
well,
not
so
much
cardboard,
but
paper
and
vegetable
decay
is
faster.
Definitely,
vegetable
decay
is
faster
paper
depending
on
what
it
is,
but
animal
waste
is
a
problematic
area
because
it
attracts
flies
and
stuff
like
that,
as
well.
D
So,
instead
of
that
happening,
we
are
blocking
a
certain
amount
of
stuff
from
going
into
the
landfill
and,
secondly,
converting
that
into
a
useful
product.
And
thirdly,
taking
that
useful
product
and
it
can
be
a
commercial
product
or
it
can
be
a
charity
product
like
giving
it
to
the
street
dogs
and
animal
shelters
and
stuff
like
that.
So
the
plan
here
would
be,
depending
on
what
the
funding
is,
would
be
to
go
with
increasing
the
quantity
of
times
in
which
we
are
doing
this.
D
But
since
it's
a
thousand
nader,
the
the
whole
cost
of
most
of
the
cost
is
going
to
go
to
purchase
of
the
cookers.
So
the
cookers
will
be
what
is
used
to
cook
to
make
to
make
the
food.
So
when
you
increase,
we
are
looking
at
about
150
to
200
kilos
of
waste
per
day
is
what
I
collect,
so
that
would
need
to
be
cooked.
D
So
I
need
way
more
cookers
than
what
I
have
at
the
moment,
and
that
is
where
the
funding
would
come
in
so
that
as
well
as
specialized
containers
to
take
it
and
transport
it
in
before
distribution,
because
it's
not
that
it
can
be
cooked
and
taken
loose
and
given
you
have
to
put
into
boxes
and
carry
those
boxes
inside
a
vehicle
so
that
it
doesn't
topple
over.
So
it
can't
be
just
left.
You
know
in
the
one
kilo
container
one
kilo
containers
have
to
be
kept
in
like
a
a
lockable
box
of
sorts.
D
So
that
also
would
need
some
funding
so
anyway,
the
this
is
the
gist
of
the
proposal
for
the
slaughter
waste
and
the
benefits,
as
I
said,
were,
prevention
of
waste
getting
into
the
landfill
and
thereby
we
are
kind
of
able
to
apply
for
carbon
credits
when
the
volume
becomes
large
enough,
also
that
being
put
into
a
valuable
product
and
thirdly,
street
animals
getting
fed.
So
I
also
posted
some
pictures
that
I
had
taken
of
some
some
of
the
beneficiaries
of
the
stuff.
D
I
have
posted
it
on
the
channel
and
in
fact
I
can
send
a
few
of
those
pictures
even
now
on
the
telegram
telegram
channel
for
anyone
who
wants
to
see
so
I'm
just
adding
it
there
now.
So
do
I
add
it
to
the
climate
change
telegram
channel
or
do
you
all
want
to
see
it
on
the?
Is
there
a
separate
little
fish
telegram
channel.
E
D
Yeah,
how
okay
yeah,
let
me
let
me
send:
is
there
a
way
to
send
it
from
zoom?
How
do
I,
edit
on
zoom,.
D
No,
no,
these
are
the
these
are
some
of
the
ones.
These
are
some
new
ones,
some
new
ones
that
I
got
okay,.
B
D
F
F
So,
rather
than
pasting
it
in
it
and
now
it's
just
sort
of
an
idea
for
future
iterations,
maybe
somewhere
where
we
can
drop
further
photos
rather
than
spreading
them
out
in
telegram
they
may
get
lost.
F
F
To
be
helpful,
correct.
D
All
that
is
mentioned
in
the
proposal
itself,
so
I'm
also
trying
to
open
the
proposal
now
from
the
little
fish
form
that
I
submitted,
but
I
can
give
you
the
breakdown
of
the
cost,
so
the
cooker,
the
the
smaller
cookers
are
about
50
and
the
bigger
cooker
is
about
70.
D
So
these
are
kerosene
cookers
and
the
kerosene
cookers
are
what
is
the
cheapest
way
of
doing
cooking
at
the
moment,
as
opposed
to
lp
gas?
D
So
until
the
solar
cookers
comes
on
board
and
once
of
course,
when
I
get
the
solar
cookers
I'll
be
doing
it
via
solar
cookers,
when
solar
is
available,
that
is
g7
is
not
overcast,
but
until
then
I'm
doing
it
via
the
kerosene
cookers.
So.
D
The
solar
cookers
will
each
be
about
200
hundred
dollars
each
because
that's
the
that's
a
large
parabolic
cooker,
and
that
is
not
including
the
import
costs
and
duties,
because
these
are
not
things
that
are
manufactured
here,
but
they
are
manufactured
either
in
india,
depending
on
where
you
get
it.
It's
either
from
india
or
from
china.
F
So
if,
for
some
reason
this
doesn't
go
through,
let's
talk
about
that,
and
maybe
the
thing
that
I'm
thinking
about
is,
if
you're
purchasing
an
item
that
uses
kerosene
eventually,
that
item
will
be
hopefully
obsolete,
and
if
we
could
keep
our
impact
even
down
better
and
and
focus
on
purchasing
a
better
product
ahead
of
time,
we
would
save
on
buying
something
that
just
fixes
it
for
now.
That's
just
my
opinion,
though,.
D
Yeah,
the
the
downside
of
that
is
this
whole
thing
I
mean,
even
if
you
look
at
buying
the
solar
cookers,
the
solar
cooker
funding
would
only
come
like
if
I
put
it
in
fun
date.
If
you
get
funded,
it's
only
going
to
come,
the
funding
might
come,
maybe
in
april
or
whatever,
then
the
importing
will
be
in
june
or
july,
so
in
the
meanwhile.
D
This
cooking
process
still
goes
on
because
we
are
still
feeding
the
street
street
dogs
with
the
cookers
that
we
already
have,
but
of
course
that
can't
accommodate
the
volumes
that
we
want
to
do.
So
that
is
the
reason
why
we
are
getting
the
quantity
of
10
cookers,
so
the
10
cookers
will
cover
a
portion
of
the
ada
and
the
balance
will
be
used
to
buy
the
containers.
D
Transportation
costs
both
from
the
slaughterhouse
to
the
cooking
site
and
from
the
cooking
site
into
the
distribution
locations,
so
that
is
both
on
the
street
as
well
as
particular
animal
shelters
that
we
want
to
do
which
we
actually
haven't
done
yet
so
far,
because
the
volumes
are
not
great
enough
to
justify
these
are
the
places
outside
of
columbus.
We
have
to
transport
them
to
those
locations
where,
like.
F
E
F
F
On
just
one
we're
going
to
have
a
bit
of
an
issue,
because
a
lot
of
us
won't
be
able
to
stay
right
till
the
end,
dimitri.
Thank
you
so
much
for.
G
H
D
F
Just
for,
for
the
sake
of
time
and
honoring,
everybody
else
that's
here,
maybe
we
could
move
on
and
I'm
sorry
to
jump
in
and
facilitate
here
jim.
But
I.
G
B
G
F
F
E
F
And
we
have
rock
on
video
promising
to
top
up
to
a
thousand
dimitri.
Would
you
mind
just
muting
your
mic?
There's
some
background
noise
coming
in.
F
H
Melanie
we
had
a
nice
offer
from,
I
think
who
he
he
was
courteous
right.
If
he
couldn't
achieve
the
threshold,
then
he
would
help
us.
F
That
was
brock
brock
from
agape
state
pool.
So
I
don't
know
who
has
the
contact
form,
but
I
believe
there
dan
to
answer
your
question.
I
believe
there
is
a
thousand
promised
for
this
fund.
H
G
Yeah
yeah
we
meet
three
times
a
week.
So
yes
I'll
tell
you.
E
D
A
H
F
B
I
want
to
mention
something:
this
is
important
in
the
last
meeting.
We
discussed
that
for
future
donation
cycles
right
we
will
make
a
direct
donation,
so
we
will
not
do
the.
We
will
not
do
the
circle
of
collecting
money
and
voting,
but
basically
we
will
transform.
Littlefish
will
be
a
place
where
you
place
a
lot
of
any
activist
list
and
then
anyone
can
come
and
donate
whenever
you
want
by
the
way
and
come
and
donate
to
a
certain
project.
B
B
E
D
I
have
the
second
proposal:
if
y'all,
when
y'all
want
to
look
at
the
second
one
with
the
food
waste
one.
Is
there.
F
I
think,
let's.
H
H
Basically,
we
work
there
with
young
people
collaborating
in
the
field
of
technology
and
as
well
as
climate
change,
related
issues,
so,
but
more
specifically
that
this
this
project
is
going
to
be
held
in
a
area
where
we
own
the
area,
and
we
will
have
several
workshops
in
this
area,
but
it's
a
huge
project,
so
I
just
published
one
part
of
it.
If
you
can
go
through
the
detailed
plan,
simon.
H
This
is
a
larger
project
yeah,
it's
that
one
so
that
this
is
a
large
project
that
will
be
submitted
to
the
european
commission
actually,
but
we
can
see
the
lock
frame
of
the
project
if
you
click
the
log
frame
of
the
forest
school
project,
it's
in
the
middle
yeah.
H
So
we
are
working
on
this
proposal
to
enhance
the
skills
for
living
in
a
harmony
with
nature,
by
promoting
resilience
for
the
causes
of
climate
change
in
kojale
area.
But
it's
a
large
project.
You
know
huge
impact
that
we
would
like
to
aim,
but
there
are
two
basic
specific
outcomes
that
you
would
like
to
achieve.
One
of
them
is
sustainable
land
land
management.
If
you
can
go
down
a
little
bit,
simon.
H
H
H
This
land
is
currently
empty.
You
may
also
have
seen
my
youtube
record
there.
If
you
go
a
little
bit
down,
so
we
will
use
the
fund
for
reforestation
of
this
land,
but
later
on,
we
will
build
permaculture
design
there
and
we
will
have
providing.
We
will
have
some
educational
activities
there.
There
is
a
breakdown
for
the
coast
that
we
will
be
spending.
H
We
need
the
first
fall
seeds
and
seedling
bags
to
plant
trees
there,
and
then
we
need
to
rent
a
big
hole,
loader
to
open
the
gate
and
make
the
design
for
permaculture
design.
That
will
be
the
first
design
and
overall
design
to
plant
some
seeds
there,
and
then
we
will
need
to
build
fences
to
cover
the
seeds
from
the
animals
walking
around
there.
H
H
H
I
think
weeds
there
like
30
years
before,
but
since
then
this
area
is
empty
and
we
would
like
to
reforestrate
this
area,
but
later
on,
we
we
have
a
bigger
educational
activities
that
we
would
like
to
achieve
with
the
children,
and
it
will
be
a
kind
of
for
a
school
where
children
can
and
learn
permaculture
principles
and
you
know,
learn
how
to
live
in
a
harmony
with
nature.
So
that's
the
idea.
G
A
That's
that
was
pretty
much
perfect.
This
time,
questions.
F
G
B
B
H
H
It's
the
population
is
worth
more
than
one
million,
and
there
are
many
schools,
private
and
state
schools
around.
But
in
that
village
there
is
only
one
school,
but
the
nearby
villages
are
close
to
there.
H
Because,
currently,
when
I
have
you
know
this,
we
owned
this
land
a
year
before,
so
I
have
been
already
having
some
visits
there
for
observation
of
the
permaculture
design.
There
are
some
slopes
that
we
need
to
manage
and
I
have
seen
cattles
and
sheeps
around
and
of
course
there
was
a
shepherd,
so
the
shepherd
was
like
was
curious
because
nobody
goes
there
usually,
but
I
I
went
there
for
observation,
so
I
need
to
take
care
of
my
seeds.
Otherwise
these
kettles
and
sheeps
would
destroy
them.
H
So
I
need
some
part
of
the
area
for
planting
the
seeds
and
then
for
manage
the
whole
permaculture
design
from
scratch.
C
G
C
H
The
owner,
I
own
the
land,
but
this
is
my
promise
that
this
land
will
serve
for
the
purpose
of
the
association.
So
I
am
the
co-founder
of
the
association
renaissance
institute
and
then
you
know
this
is
my
dream
project
lifetime
project.
It's
going,
I'm
currently,
I'm
a
researcher,
I'm
working
full-time
in
the
university,
but
from
next
year
on
I
don't
want
to
work.
H
For
I
say
I
don't
want
to
work
for
centralized
organizations
and
I
don't
want
to
work
for
the
university
at
all,
so
that
will
be
my
full-time
project
lifetime
project
with
my
two
kids
great.
Thank
you.
B
H
B
H
A
E
A
Maybe
we
can
maybe
we
can
contact
the
other,
but
let's
talk
about
that
after
the
last
one
yeah
yeah,
the
last
one
is,
is
here
as
well
or
is
here
yeah?
I
think
that
is
right.
A
E
F
This
is
the
last
one
he's
that's
dimitri
again
and
I
think
it's
a
slightly
different
proposal.
D
D
So,
what's
going
to
happen,
is
that
so
this
funding
will
go
towards
continuing
this
process
and
also
to
increase
the
quantity
of
restaurants
that
can
be
collected
from
so
currently
we
have
one
restaurant
which
gives
regularly,
and
there
are
about
two
restaurants
that
give
randomly
so
there
will
be
more
doable
if
we
have
the
funding,
so
the
funding
itself
would
go
for
running
costs
as
well
as
from
this
particular
funding.
What
I'm
talking
about
it
will
go
for
running
costs
of
doing
the
distribution
to
more
locations
as
well
as
collecting
from
more
restaurants.
D
D
So
then
the
people
will
get
something
which
they
can
eat
and
otherwise
they
possibly
would
be
not
eating
or
eating
something
very,
very
basic.
So
often
these
foods
will
even
have
things
like
you
know,
rice
and
curry,
and
and
something
substantial
like
pastries
or
you
know,
pasta
or
you
know,
or
even
things.
Sometimes
they
have
chicken,
and
you
know
meats
and
stuff
that
gets
tossed.
So
all
these
things
are
not
never
going
to
be
things
that
these
people
can
have
on
a
regular
basis.
D
So
all
these
will
be
then
going
to
these
people.
So
we
have
currently
established
certain
children's
homes
that
are
willing
to
take
every
time
and
as
the
funding
increases,
because
we
want
to
put
this
for
funding
but
as
the
funding
increases
will
be
on
both
more
beneficiary
homes.
There
is
like
over
100
homes
in
colombo,
city
alone,
so
none
of
I
mean
all
of
those
cannot
be
served.
D
D
The
facebook
page
is
also
given
as
five
loaves
to
fish,
so
you
can
get
more
of
an
idea.
We
have
also
included
the
letter
that
we
are
sending
out
to
restaurants,
but
we
can't
bring
all
on
board
until
we
have
the
infrastructure
to
handle
them,
because,
if
we'll
say,
20
restaurants
till
asia
come
and
collect
the
food,
and
we
don't
have
a
vehicle
as
well
as
dedicated
staff,
to
do
it
on
a
daily
basis.
Then
they
will
also
be
disappointed.
D
If
you
go
to
the
photos
section
of
the
fb
page,
you
will
see
all
the
different
restaurants
that
are
there
in
terms
of
oh
there
you
go
yeah,
so
that
is
some
of
the
packets
that
are
the
different
restaurants
that
partner
with
us.
D
B
I'm
saying
you
don't
rest
a
lot
of
activities.
D
Yeah,
because
especially
especially
during
the
lockdown,
you
know
these
people
were
in
a
desperate
situation
because
nobody
could
go
out
and
buy
stuff,
and
this
ended
only
in
october,
like
in
october,.
D
F
Yeah,
having
having
a
little
bit
more
information,
we
know
you
dimitri,
and
we
know
how
active
you
are
and
stuff,
I'm
thinking
of
it
from
a
perspective
of
somebody
coming
into
this
little
fish
and
going
well
who's
dimitri.
What
is
this
having
more
information
about
when
you
started
the
pictures,
yeah
they're,
awesome
and
just
having
some
sort
of
a
link
that
somebody
can
go
to
to
see
this
good
work
that
you're
doing.
F
D
D
Set
up
the
facebook
page,
I
set
up
the
facebook
page
actually,
especially
specifically
for
this
proposal,
because
it's
pretty
much
sure
to
do
it
for
the
big
project
because
we
haven't
even
presented
yet.
So,
in
fact,
I
just
set
it
up
for
the
purposes
of
this
proposal,
because
the
idea
is
there
are
57
restaurants
who
could
be
willing
to
collect.
If
I
have
the
funding
to
properly
do
the
collection
and
the
distribution.
D
The
information
is
on
the
facebook
page,
so
even
the
letter
that
we
are
sending
out
to
the
restaurants,
all
that
is
on
the
facebook
page,
but
it's
it's,
but
we
we
don't
want
to
look
at
57
restaurants,
because
we
certainly
can't
cover
57
restaurants
with
a
thousand
eight
or
thousand
dollars
we
need
to.
That
is
a
much
bigger
project
proposal
that
we
are
giving
in
front.
D
But
the
idea
is
that
if
the
57
proposed
sorry
57
restaurants
come
on
board,
we
will
have
dedicated
staff
and
separate
vehicles
to
go
around
doing
all
this
distribution.
Because
the
thing
is
it's
not
like
you
can
distribute,
you
can
collect
it
and
keep
it.
D
So
all
the
food
that's
collected
has
to
go
out
in
the
same
night
or
worst
case
scenario
the
next
morning
after
it
has
been
frozen,
because
there
are
certain
children's
homes
which
don't
accept
food
at
the
time
when
the
restaurants
release
the
food,
so
the
restaurant
will
wait
till
about
we'll
say
9
o'clock
when
they
are
going
to
close,
and
at
that
time
only
they
tell
us
come
and
pick
up
what
is
left.
So
they
won't
allow
us
to
pick
it
up
before
because
they
could
sell
it.
D
So
let's
say
they
are
closing
at
9
30
9
o'clock.
They
say
we
have
to
come
sharp.
So
between
that
window
of
nine
and
closing
time
of
9
30,
we
have
to
hit
all
the
restaurants,
so
I
alone
could
not
do
it
right
now.
It's
me
who's
doing
it,
but
at
that
point
we
will
have
dedicated
staff
who
would
be
paid
salaries,
and
you
know
all
that
will
come
from
a
fun
date
proposal.
D
Yeah,
just
now
it's
so
it's
volunteer
and
then
I
will
I
will
go
and
do
it
when
the
restaurant
tells
me
that
there
is
food
to
come
and
pick
it
up,
and
then
I
go
and
pick
it
up,
and
I
take
it
so
this
like
this.
I
said
this
particular
thing
that
you
see
the
photos
of
this
was
a
unique
drive
done
in
october.
K
D
Yeah
the
plan
is
the
plan
is
so,
if
I'm
expanding
the
operation
to
include
more
restaurants
for
collection
and
thereafter
include
more
people
on
a
full-time
basis.
The
mechanism
is
that
these
people
will
be
employed
by
the
non-profit
and
the
vehicles
will
be
run
from
the
non-profit
and
the
funding
will
also
be
used
to
run
the
non-profit.
So
the
components
would
be
collection
of
the
food
in
a
timely
manner.
D
Planning
of
where
to
go
and
doing
the
coordination
beforehand
then,
on
the
particular
after
the
food
is
collected
quickly,
distributing
it
to
the
ones
that
are
accepting
it
on
that
particular
night
for
them
to
eat
as
and
separately
keeping
the
ones
for
the
one
people
who
will
take
it
the
next
morning.
So
those
food
will
need
to
be
frozen
or
refrigerated
either
way.
D
So
then
the
frozen
or
the
refrigerated
food
will
be
transported.
So
in
time.
For
most
probably
it's
going
to
be
in
time
for
lunch
because
you
they,
they
usually
have
it
at
seven.
In
the
morning
your
breakfast
before
going
to
school
like
the
kids,
so
they
will,
we
will
not
be
able
to
distribute
it
that
early
for
them
to
eat
it
for
breakfast,
but
we
would
distribute
it
in
time
for
lunch.
Now.
D
All
these
daily
pickups
and
distributions
is
not
happening,
because
we
simply
don't
have
the
resources
to
do
it
and
we
haven't
brought
all
the
restaurants
on
boats
right
now,
it's
more
of
a
as
I
said,
one
restaurant
will
have
a
full-time
basis
and
we
have
two
people
who
give
us
from
time
to
time.
A
Sorry
yeah
I
mean
the
time
is.
K
A
Since
we
only
had,
I
think,
unfortunately,
only
had
three
proposals
presented.
I
think
we
can
go
on
if
anyone
has
more
questions,
but.
E
G
E
F
No,
I
was
just
thinking
in
the
future
rounds.
People
will
be
it'll,
be
like
they're
voting
by
funding
somebody,
the
direct
funding
to
the
different
things
so
having
all
the
information
there
to
read,
you
know
this
is
a
unique
situation
that
we're
actually
voting
on
the
first
one
but
yeah.
So
it's
all
our
responsibility
to
look
at
these
different
proposals
and
decide.
This
is
again
a
unique
situation.
E
This
is
park's
twitter
account.
Let
me
start
from
the
top,
and
I
think
he
is
doing
this
for
for
a
long
time.
E
B
Yeah,
I
think
one
one
thing.
First
of
all,
it's
a
one
interesting
thing
that
is
connected
to
little
coin
right.
Yes,
so
they
this
and
so
everything
they
do.
They
also
use
the
app
which
is
interesting
in
general.
I
would
love
to
see
when
we
speak
about
in
that's
my
suggestion,
like
a
detailed
plan
and
what
you
are
going
to
buy,
it
always
good,
I
think,
for
more
detail.
B
You
have
I
mean
how
much
if
you
are
going
to
buy
all
of
this
stuff
for
958,
so
how
it
seems
you
are
going
to
buy
cost
right.
I
mean
that
will
be
great
to
have.
It
could
be
easy
to
audit
it
afterwards
that
I
think
something
that
is
always
for
all
the
proposals.
I
mean
more
detail
like
specific,
specific,
simple
deltas.
B
F
Yeah,
the
other
thing
that's
coming
up
for
me
is
you
know
if
something's
been
in,
if
it's
being
done
already,
there's
a
record,
you
know
and
having
some
sort
of
proof
of
you're
doing
it.
Instead
of
just
showing
up-
and
you
know
asking
for
money,
it
would
help
it
would
help
to
have
that-
and
you
know
dimitri,
for
example,
you've
been
making
all
these
trips
you're
spending
money
on
gas.
A
Good
since
we're
in
the
you
know
in
the
retrospective
now
I
would
yes,
I
think
what
melanie
says
I
think
maybe
we
can
learn
from
the
catalyst
process
in
that
regard
like
auditability
would
be
what
melanie
said.
How
can
we
know
that.
A
And
I
don't
know
you
you
you
provided
that,
but
just
in
general,
just
maybe
we
can
have
a
point
like
that
on
the
left.
Oh
sorry,
again,
yes
on
the
ability,
I
mean
impacts
and
what
is
the
third
again,
all
the
ability,
impact
and.
F
F
F
What
have
you
been
doing
and
feasibility
have
you
been
doing
something?
Is
there
something
that
you're
capable
of
doing
in
the
future.
B
E
H
H
So
I
I
suggest,
maybe
we
can
create
a
forum
or
something
that
people
can
pick
up
from
multiple
options.
Maybe
google
forum
can
work
for.
I.
A
G
A
We
should
we
should
yeah
google
form-
I
I
guess
if
everyone
is
okay
with
that,
we
can,
you
know,
do
it
anonymously.
I
think
no
one
here
will
you
know
cheat
or
anything
that
this
is
also
like.
We
won't
do
this.
Normally,
we
won't
vote
like
that
right
or
they
won't
be
voting
at
all.
This
is
just
for
us,
for
this
first
round
is
that
is
that
all
right
with
everyone.
A
A
We
know
how
many
people
can
vote
so
there's
and-
and
I
kind
of
trust
everyone
here-
that
no
one
is
going
to
cheat
right.
So,
okay,
yes,
I
think
champs
so.
D
Just
of
course,
just
a
few
questions,
if
you
don't
mind
like
I
haven't,
put
aida
into
it.
So
do
I
get
to
vote
or
do
I
not
get
to
work
and
if
I
get
to
what
do
I
get
to
vote
on
my
own
proposals
and
is
it
like
catalyst
where
you
can,
like
one
person,
can
put
a
vote
for
all
proposals,
or
is
it
just
one
vote
per
person
and
he
puts
it
for
whichever
proposal
he
wants.
H
B
H
No,
we
don't
have
so
much
information
about
the
voting
process.
Yeah.
D
H
A
My
opinion,
everyone
should
be
allowed
to
vote
and
you
should
all
be
allowed
to
vote
for
yourself
as
well.
That
way,
there
is
no
incentive
to
lie
or
cheat.
G
J
Oh
okay,
thank
you.
I
won't
be
voting
this
round
because
I,
in
my
opinion,
was
too
late
to
the
table,
so
I
can't
really
give
a
fully
informed
accounting,
but
one
thing
I
was
wondering
about
for
future
rounds.
Would
it
be
advisable
to
also
take
into
consideration.
J
What
or
how
much
the
actual
aida
is
going
to
kind
of
be
stretched
or
how
much
of
an
impact
it
would
have,
because
in
different
areas
of
the
world,
a
thousand
ada
could
go
a
substantially
longer
way
towards
accomplishing
goals,
as
opposed
to
like,
if
I
got
a
thousand
ada
to
to
to
do
things
in
canada.
Well,
that's
a
very
limited
amount,
whereas
a
thousand
data
and
assets
in
another
part
of
the
world
may
be
like
10
times
the
usability
or
purchasing
power
as
it
were
and
be
able
to
go
farther.
B
B
B
So
that's
kind
of
one
way
we
discuss
for
next
time,
and
one
thing
I
think
we
should
work
a
lot
and
that's
the
next
discussion
is
about
the
impact,
description
and
impact
measurement,
and
it's
completely
agree
with
you
on
that
make
sense.
Does
that
make
sense.
J
It
it
it
does
make
sense
to
me
I
like,
as
a
business
person
myself
like
if
I
don't
get
funding
I'll,
find
a
way
to
do
something,
and
I
believe
that
a
lot
of
people
in
this
space
are
of
that
same
mindset.
And
it's,
I
think,
that's
what
is
so
awesome
about
all
the
different
proposals
is
all
the
good
intentions
and
proof
of
good
intent.
J
That's
already
been
established,
so
it's
hard
to
say
this
project
or
that
project
to
some
funding,
but
if
it
took
into
consideration
that
factor
of
how
much
of
an
effect
it
would
have,
I
think
that
is
an
important
factor
to
take
into
account,
especially
for
areas
of
the
world
that
are,
that
are
less
fortunate
for
lack
of
a
better
way
of
putting
it.
Where
you
know
these
small
little
fish
contributions
would
actually
be
a
larger
contribution
relative
to
the
the
area
where
people
live.
G
A
Yes,
I
think
it's
just
a
kind
of
a
market
place
right
where
you
compete
with
each
other.
So
if
you
can
achieve
more
in
a
in,
I
don't
know
east
asia
or
africa
than
you
can
in
europe
or
north
of
america
at
the
u.s,
and
that
is
an
inherent
advantage
to
have,
and
you
know,
maybe
the
money
should
go
there
anyway,
right.
A
G
D
E
F
B
Yeah,
I
have
two
questions.
First
of
all,
this
is,
we
can
see
the
flowchart
that
jam
created,
which
is
in
this
direction,
but
yeah.
G
B
K
F
B
A
G
C
C
C
G
A
C
G
A
Do
that,
as
a
takeaway
you
know,
weighted
voting
would
be
more
fair.
G
E
A
D
D
F
Got
it
so
I
have
a
suggestion:
if
you
copy
and
paste
this
particular
section,
you
can
put
choice.
One
choice,
two
choice,
three
and
then
because
then
the
other
thing
is,
if
you
know
my
second
choice
is
one
of
them
that
I
would
like
to
vote
for
my
first
one,
I'm
the
only
one
that
votes
for
it.
It
would
be
nice
to
have
my
point.
Vote
vote
count
for
something,
so
that
would
probably
be
and
maybe
make
it
second
choice
instead
of
vote.
Two
first
choice.
F
F
Well,
it's
easy
to
because
when
you
go
to
the
spreadsheet
now
you're
going
to
see
you're
going
to
have
first
choice
is
going
to
be
picked
out
of
them.
It
could
be
a
tiebreaker,
it
could
be
spread
thin.
So
then
you
you
take
out.
How
does
that
work.
G
C
C
No,
I
just
I
just
put
the
put
a
short
description
of
the
voting
process.
I'm
going
to
read
it
out
to
you
and
then
we
can.
We
can
all
say
that
we
agree
to
it
and
then
we
can
proceed
with
the
voting.
G
C
F
B
F
G
F
B
K
B
F
There's
also
peter
contributed
as
well
that
we
know
of.
E
B
E
B
Also,
the
voting
will
be
awaited.
Okay,
perfect.
B
A
A
F
Honestly,
I
I
think
this
has
been
really
really
awesome
experience
to
do
this
and
very
very
kind.
I
do
have
one
thing:
duby
from
nftc'd
said:
if
you're
super
choked
just
dme
dm
me
and
we'll
figure
something
out,
I
like
that.
So,
if
anybody's
super
joked
about
anything
about
this,
let's
just
message
it
out
and
work
it
out.
We
don't
have
to
you,
know
freak
out
or
be
upset
about
anything.
It
is
a
practice
run
and
and
in
our
hearts
we
would
give
everybody
funds
for
this
just
for
showing
up.
B
Okay,
the
first
cycle
and
amazing
that
it's
happening
and
that
we
can
support
someone
already
and
will
improve
and
jim
already
worked
a
lot
on
the
flowchart,
how
to
scale
it,
which
is
amazing
and-
and
the
website
already
is
live.
I
mean
it's
incredible.
In
one
month
we
have
already
the
website
live.
We.
B
Of
donation,
we
have
proposals
so
yeah.
J
And
I'm
just
a
little
a
little
ways
away
from
my
shop
but
I'll
lose
cell
service
and
drop
the
call
here,
but
we're
going
to
top
up
as
a
gap
a
pool
we're
going
to
top
up
the
the
funds
so
that
we
meet
our
goal
of
the
one
thousand
data
so
I'll
make
sure
that
that
gets
done
right
away
as
soon
as
possible.
J
We've
been
trying
sinking
our
deadlifts
wallet,
that's
been
a
nightmare
today
and
same
with
uroya's
not
been
doing
really
well,
but
we
are
going
to
make
good
on
that
promise
in
the
previous
meeting
and
because
I'm
bowing
out
of
the
boating,
I
will
let
you
guys
go
and
make
sure
that
that
gets
sent
right
away.
G
A
F
J
And
I
I
think
that
it's
a
very
good
testament
that
the
amount
that
was
raised
with
very
little
basic
marketing
is
a
testament
to
the
community
itself.
So
I
don't
I
don't.
I
don't
think
that
it's
anything
special
that
we're
doing
it's
it's.
It's
special.
What
you
guys
are
doing
I'd
love
to
support
that
so
my
privilege-
and
this
is
how
we.
B
J
B
C
B
To
present,
the
results
of
the
first
cycle
also
can
be
interesting.
Maybe.
B
I
mean
it's
a
conference
on
thursday
organized
by
cardano
for
climate
and
with
about
how
blockchain
can
can
support
our
blockchain
support,
tree
planting
and
forest
conservation,
but
part
of
it,
and
we
will
have
very
three
there.
We'll
have
cardano
trees
and
we'll
have
the
tridano
and
gem
as
well
will
present
a
little
fish.
So.
B
F
F
J
Yes,
I
believe
I
am
part
of
them,
but
to
be
honest
with
you,
I
have
like
500
channels,
so
I'm
going
to
be
paring
that
out,
because
I
haven't
I've
fallen
behind
with
a
bunch
of
stuff.
I
had
to
take
some
time
off
from
the
space
to
elbow
with
family,
with
health
issues
and
stuff,
and,
to
be
honest,
the
developers
doing
our
marketplace.
I
stay
out
of
their
hair
and
let
them
do
their
thing,
and
I
think
that
that's
been
a
good
thing
so,
but
yeah
I'm
definitely
back
in
it
and
trying
to
catch
up.
F
Okay,
awesome
is
carve
out
sometime
7
to
9
pm
on
on
thursday,
if
you
can,
because
the
event
will
be
pretty
fun,
be
nice
to
have
you
there.
K
K
G
F
F
Okay,
so
three
more
minutes:
okay,
okay,
I'm
gonna
just
go
away
for
a
second
and
do
that.
H
H
F
F
If
you
could
help
set
it
up
and-
and
we
gotta
you
know-
maybe
do
some
training,
I'm
really
don't
know
twitter
using
the
hashtags
and
discord,
no
idea
how
they
work
so
having
a
little
piece
of
education
on.
That
would
be
really
helpful.
One
thing
I'm
noticing,
though,
because
both
joram
and
I
are
in
cardano
for
climate,
I'm
I'm
seeing
his
I'm
seeing
your
vote
when
I
open
up
that
form
right
now,.
B
F
B
B
A
G
A
Yes,
I
can,
I
don't
know
we
can
talk
to
well,
no,
we
can't
because
the
voting
isn't
over.
Yet
we
can't.
I
mean
we
can't
announce
it
in
the
town
hall
directly.
Maybe
we
can
have
an
after
town
hall
and
announce
it.
There.
A
K
A
Sorry
previous
funds
are
okay,
because
there
was
that
the
voting
happened
already,
but
they're
very
you
know
careful
with
putting
people
onto
the
stage
that
are
in
the
front
right
now,
and
you
know
when
tab
hasn't.
No
one
has
voted
yet.
G
B
B
B
D
D
C
F
Can
we
stop
share
screen
and
just
have
a
good
look
at
everybody
and
just
check
and
make
sure
there's.
G
K
A
Melanie
sorry,
just
before
we
go
to
the
feedback
on
the
process
melanie,
would
you
again
do
the
breakout
room
or.
F
For
wednesday,
wednesday
yeah,
I
can
host
it
again
if
need
be.
I
think
joram
had
brought
this
up
too
or
ryan,
or
somebody
that
you
know
it's
really
important
that
we
can
spread
ourselves
out
throughout
the
communities
throughout
the
town
hall,
different
breakout
rooms.
I
would
love
you
know.
I
will
host
any
time
that
it's
required
of
me.
I
also
like
to
cross-pollinate
with
other
groups,
if
possible,
so
I
I
don't
want
to
hoard
the
hosting.
So
maybe
someone
else
wants
to
host.
F
K
K
We
have
the
the
snails
in
the
background,
but
but
we
really
work
on
what
we
want
to
convey
that
as
to
the
rest
of
the
community,
because
obviously
every
one
of
these
proposals
and
communities
affects
the
environment
in
some
way
and
and
if
we
can
just
get
our
branding
and
messaging
to
such
a
place
that
we
can
advocate
for
that
in
every
one
of
these
breakout
rooms,
in
a
concerted
effort
that
there's
real
strength
and
real
value.
In
that
you
know
the
same:
we're
going
to
do
for
little
fish
and
to
get
people
there.
K
F
Well,
I
look
at
it
that
we've
been
informally
organized
and
we
can
also
become
semi-formally
organized
to
still
have
a
lot
of
flexibility,
and
then
we
will
become
quite
organized.
You
know,
when
we're
decentralized
for
anybody
that
wants
to
join
the
core
team
on
of
like,
as
if
you
have
anything
else,
to
do
cardano
for
climate,
we're
looking
for
core
members
to
meet
weekly
I've
just
put
in
the
schedule.
F
B
I
mean,
I
think
this
week
is
again.
We
have
two
key
objectives.
Is
one
is
okay
to
speak
about
the
conference
that
is
on
thursday,
so
by
the
way
for
everyone,
our
goal
is
to
have
minimum
50
people.
We
have
incredible
guest
speakers,
incredible,
really
content
and
we
are
25
now,
so
I
want
to
get
to
50..
We
just
started
to
market
it
yesterday
and
second
is
basically
we
want
to
promote
to
add
all
the
proposal
related
to
impact
into
the
deck,
so
we
can
start
promoting
them
together
to
to
voters
right.
B
So
we
get
as
many
impact
proposals
voted
to
make
it
easier
for
voters.
So
they
took
your
objective.
B
A
B
F
Good
idea,
so
I
could
I
could
your
mo.
Do
you
who
speaks
to
danny
the
most.
C
G
B
F
Yeah
I'll
I'll
talk
to
danny
and
also
felix
just
to
make
sure
and
then
and
for
wednesday
we
can
also
because
of
hosting
the
room
you're,
always
in
early
before
town
hall.
So
we
can.
You
know
sebastian
if
you're
there
and
then
I'll
just
ask
felix
if
I
can
be
a
co-host
and
then
put
in
that
plug
for
it
too.
B
B
A
B
A
Thanks
joram,
we
still
have
yes,
I
think
we
want
to
do
the
retrospectives
still
of
the
process.
C
A
B
I
will
say
it
also
in
very
short
again:
we
are
a
long
time
here.
Then
we
we
all
can
think
about
it.
But
for
me
for
what
we
discussed
last
time,
little
fish
would
be
a
place
where
we
encourage
a
lot
of
impact
proposals
to
come
as
a
the
marketplace
and
one
of
the
key
important
things
for
me
in
all
the
process
and
the
key
challenge
is
how
to
call
the
impact,
how
we
create
an
impact
ledger
of
the
past,
like,
for
example,
what
melanie
said
and
what
money
need
for.
B
Then
we
can
create
transparency
and
traceability
of
the
impact
easier.
Somehow
so
it's
again
it's
it's
something
that
we
need
to
think
about
and
plan
it
for
the
next
meeting.
Maybe,
but
for
me,
that's
a
key
element
for
recording
the
proposal
basically
and
the
impact
they
are
going
to
do
in
a
specific
way,
not
in
a
general
way
right.
Not
in
okay,
we
are
going
to
plant
trees.
B
H
Yeah
monitoring
system,
it's
a
monitoring
system
right
that
will
be
great
for
you
to
see
and
show
our
transparency
to
the
whole
community.
My
suggestion
would
be
also
connecting
it
with
the
sub
sections
of
the
sdgs.
You
know
in
every
sdg
there
is
even
a
tool
developed
by
aim.
I
think,
shows
all
the
subsections
of
sdgs,
for
example
sdg
13,
and
then
there
is
a
sub
sections
and
strategic
goals
to
relate
it
with
this
kind
of
sdg.
G
B
And
we're
improving
it,
but
the
sdg
is
the
challenge
with
the
sdg
again
that
they
are
general.
I
think
it
can
be
add-on
as
well
as
as
you
say,
but
if
we
can
cut
it
to
the
most
specific
things,
I'm
using
five
dollars.
This
five
dollars
is
going
here
to
do
one
two
three.
H
B
B
K
K
100,
I
I
think
that
we
should
also
look
at.
I
don't
want
to
call
it
mentorship
because
we're
not
mentoring
these
projects,
but
but
we
need
community
members
us
to
join
these
efforts,
because
that
in
essence
becomes
the
auditability
in
the
kpi
you
know.
So
I
think
this
is
intended
to
be
a
collaborative
effort
and
I
just
think
there's
so
much
value
in
that,
because
then
the
audit
becomes
native
to
the
process
because
we
have
community
members
are
in
there.
K
F
A
F
A
So
I'm
just
thinking
one
step
ahead.
How
we
can
achieve
that
because
we
can
put
all
of
that
on
on
the
blockchain
itself,
because
that
would
probably
be
too
much
data
and
if
we
only
take
a
hash
or
something
and
put
you
know
off,
put
the
data
somewhere,
then
it's
on
a
server
on
a
centralized
server.
I
mean,
obviously,
oh
no,
no,
because
if,
if
we
take
the
hash
of
the
data
from
the
proposal
and
how
it's
been
voted
on,
we
can't
change
it.
A
G
A
A
And
there's
one
last
topic
on
the
agenda,
which
is
funding
types
and
flow
charts
explained.
I
think
that
is
gems,
yes,
chance
of
gender
points.
Yes,.
E
Somehow
I
cannot
move
it's
the
full
screen,
but
this
is
the
flowchart
of
the
proposals
and
funding
mechanisms
for
those
anyone
who
doesn't
know
flowcharts,
it's
the
basic
diagram
of
what
a
smart
contract
can
do
and
it
breaks
out
to
the
details
of
how
do
we
get
the
proposals
on
the
smart
contract
and
how
do
we
get
the
donations
or
fundings?
E
So
we
have
one
method
of
submitting
proposals
and
four
methods.
Here
you
can
see
submitting
the
donations
or
the
funds
when
a
proposal
comes
to
littlefish,
smart
contract,
we
will
request
the
impact
that
euron
was
talking
about
and
we
will
collect
the
evidence.
This
shapes
describes
the
inputs
made
by
the
user
or
the
proposer.
I
can
say
so
we
pack
them
and
we
have
the
solution
to
the
problem.
E
E
First
of
all,
I
want
to
start
with
direct
donations
in
direct
donations.
When
a
proposal
is
listed
on
the
website,
the
donator
will
set
the
amount
and
they
will
have
the
donations
in
the
proposer's
user
interface.
This
this
will
be
a
web
page
like
facebook
or
twitter
and
the
donations
total
donations
will
be
shown
in
ada
or
in
littlefish
token,
and.
E
E
E
If
you
don't
take
your
stake
there,
this
will
be
the
same.
They
will
select
the
proposals
they
will
set
the
reward
sharing
percentage.
This
is
important
because
we
also
want
to
take
all
the
amount
of
the
proposer
support,
I'm
sorry
and
he
will
he
or
she
will
decide
what
percentage
will
go
to
the.
E
E
Beneficial
for
when
they
have
their
art,
so
they
will
select
the
proposals
from
the
website
and
they
will
upload
their
art
and
this
art
will
be
processed,
and
this
is
this.
Art
will
be
ready
for
sale,
and
this
will
go
to
the
nft
earnings
of
the
supporter
ui.
So
these
nfts
will
be
sellable
by
support
by
purchasing.
E
This
is
also
added,
because
not
everybody
will
want
to
get
donations
because
I
don't
know:
maybe
they
they
wanted.
E
They
wanted
something
to
be
purchased,
so
they
will
again
select
the
proposals
and
they
will
select
the
nfts
when
the
energies,
so
they
will
distribute
the
rewards
to
the
supporter
to
the
proposer
and
after
this
process
they
will
all
get
the
badges
and
nft
earnings.
This
way,
artists
can
also
select
the
amount
and
the
commission
will
be
decided
here.
So
this
the
proposer
can
say,
let's
give
50
percent
of
the
sale
to
me
or
the
90
percent
or
100
person.
It
is
based
on
the
decision
of
the
proposal.
B
E
E
G
E
Everyone
can
support
the
projects
with
their
own
ways,
with
their
art,
with
their
statement
or
direct
donations
or
by
purchasing.
So
we
we
give
the
flexibility
to
everyone
to
have
the
donations
or
the
support
by
their
ways
so
which
cuba
or
gold
funding
or
other
that
to
all
projects
can
do
so.
We
will.
We
will
have
lots
of
kind
of
types
of
supports
here
right
also,
we
can
add
stake,
pools
here
and
we
don't
have
to
get
involved
in
the
state
poll
operations
and
other
stuff.
F
So
yeah
the
the
funds
that
they
have.
They
just
donated
into
this
point
and
it
goes
throughout
yeah,
and
this.
B
B
F
E
This
yeah,
so
we
will
have
an
mvp
with
shotgun.
We
will
only
do
the
direct
donations
part,
so
I
think
I
will
take
the
help
of
sebastian
also
in
that
situation,
and
we
will
try
to
implement.
We
will
connect
the
nami
world
and
we
will
have
some
sort
of
tokenomics
simple
to
economics.
Maybe,
and
we
will
see
by
learn
by
doing
thanks.
We
will
afterwards
request
another
funding
in
one
day.
I
think
so
we
will
need
from
there
back
and
other
developers
other
stuff.
F
I'm
using
that
all
over
that
that
saying
all
over
the
place.
Now
paris
sebastian.
F
But
yeah
it's
nice
to
see
the
the
road
map
see
the
big
picture,
but
then
also
the
road
map
almost
like
what
cardano
does
you
know
they
have
these
steps
and
at
some
point
this
is
going
to
be
introduced
and
then
we
can
be
working
on
the
other
side
and
going
okay.
Let's
build
out
the
nft
idea,
educate
people
on
it,
get
the
artists
on
board
and
then
all
of
a
sudden
we're
ready
to
plunk
that
piece
in
there
too,
which
would
be
very
helpful,
yeah,
fantastic.
E
Her
name
is
arma
and
she
will
do
it
for
for
us.
For
the
first
time.
F
My
daughter
just
takes
photos,
that's
okay!
We
have
no
idea
how
to
turn
them
into
nfts.
Yet
so
you
know
that's
going
to
be
the
next
level
of
our
education.
F
I
think
it's
gonna
be
really
cool
at
the
event,
though,
because
we've
got
more
nft
artists
and
mentors
coming
on
board
like
cardano
trees
and
nft
seats.
Ryan.
Thanks
for
coming
see,
you.
F
B
A
B
Connection
also
to
the
conference,
which
is
tree
planting
and
foil
conservation.
That's
one
suggestion
that
I
have
for
the
conference,
and
I
see
case
here
was
quiet.
How
are
you
great.
B
I
How
are
you
oh
yeah,
I'm
just
absorbing
all
this
stuff,
but
I
do
have
a
question
just
relatively
new
just
been
in
a
few
sessions
here.
What's
how
do
I
become
become
eligible
to
vote
and
like
what
you
know
like
the
things
that
were
there
today?
I
really
liked
the
pet
project
that
was
amazing
to
get
the
cookers
and
be
able
to
take
the
by-products
from
the
meat
processing
and
create
healthy
pet
food.
I
I
F
So
just
click
on
the
click
on
the
form
in
the
chat
there
keith
go
ahead
and
make
your
picks
and
yeah
good
question
thanks
for
asking
it.
A
A
F
B
I
think
jeremy,
if
you
can
share
your
workload
in
your
again
overall,
also
on
the
on
the
on
the
telegram,
and
sometimes
you
need
help
in
something
so
reach
out
and
say
I
need
help
with
that
or
that
I
mean
you
reach
out.
I
mean
whenever
you
need,
but
but
just
reach.
F
Piggyback
stuff,
too
right,
you
know
when
we're
making
an
announcement
for
cardano
for
climate,
add
in
a
portion
of
little
fish,
or
maybe
we
separate
them
over
a
little
bit
of
time
so
that
we
can
hit
the
different
social
media
groups,
because
I
know
it's
hard
and
especially
if
you
aren't
on
telegram
as
much
as
you
are
on
discord-
and
I
tend
to
be
on
that
more
so
maybe
we
can
get
together
as
a
core
team
and
just
figure
out
how
to
hit
these
other
areas.
E
F
I
noticed
on
on
one
discord
channel
that
I
had.
They
actually
had
a
twitter
topic
and
other
different
social
media
topics
so
that.
F
Yeah,
so
this
pixel
verse,
nft
one
of
their
categories,
is
social
and
they've
got
topics
for
twitter,
instagram
and
website.
So
you
know
having
those
specific
topics
we
could
put
in
comments
or
or
you're
sharing
something
on
twitter
you've
got
these
hashtags.
F
I
can
start
sharing
them,
we
give
them
a
thumbs
up,
you
know,
I've
shared
it
or
this
is
really
good
content.
This
is
on
twitter,
yeah
and
maybe
we'll
add
that
to
cardano
for
climate,
I
think
ryan
was
going
to
take
over
the
discord
and
help
reorganize
it
a
bit
too
or
something.
B
A
At
the
discord
every
now
and
then
and
deleting
channels
but
yeah,
it's
it's
hard
to
decide
for
me
alone
to
decide.
You
know
which
channel
should
stay
there
and
which
not
so,
who
did
you
say,
was
going
to
look
at
this.
F
Ryan
ryan
was
interested
he's
not
very
versed
in
discord,
but
he's
interested
in
helping
it
out.
F
And
let's
decide
that
at
our
core
meeting,
we'll
figure
out
what
I.
F
Sometimes
you
can
you
go
to
a
channel
and
you
say
follow
this
and
I
click
on
that
and
I
send
it
to
cardano
for
climate,
but
how?
How
does
that
work?
When
you
have
an
announcement
in
little
fish,
there's
a
pla,
a
way
that
you
can
automatically
announce
it
in
cardano
for
climate?

Like-Minded
hearts
and
having
that
passion,
the
ability
to
collaborate
like
this
so
and
allow
each
of
us
to
be
who
we
are
it's
really
incredible.
F
I've
never
ever
experienced
a
group
like
this
before
catalyst
has
has
you
know
done
that
and
then
our
cardano
for
climate
group
is
it's
so
easy
to
work
with
you
guys,
you're,
I'm
not
always,
but
I'm
just
kidding.
