agenda
here

we're
gonna
start
by
talking
a
little
bit
about
our
recent
collaborations.
We're
super
excited
about
live
frost
which
is
a
bit
of
a
social
impact
project.

It's
basically
a
collaboration
between
maker
and
ether,
which
is
a
consensus
project.
It's
based
out
of
the
etherium
for
impact
project
within
the
consensus
branch
and
by
crosses
using
dye
to
expedite
and
reduce
the
cost
of
delivering
cash
on
the
ground
in
crisis
areas
or
areas
that
are
unbanked.
We
posted
a
video
about
that
actually
on
our
Twitter.
If
you
want
to
go

a
partnership
with
Glen
droid,
so
Lynn
Droid
has
launched
real
owner,
which
is
a
complimentary
secondary
market

dye

and
next
we
have
partnered
with
air
swap,
and
you
may

seen

terms

we're

what
that
means

dye
is
now
trading
on

decentralized
exchange

quite
excited
about

terms

each

race

we
participated
in
the
hackathon
if,
when
Osiris
a
week
and
yeah
a
week
and
a
half
ago,
it
was
really
cool.
We
gave
a
talk
about
maker
and
diancie
DPS
and
a
lot
of
the
people
there
well
were
already
familiar
with
maker.
That
was
really
good.
We
saw
that
so
many
other
projects
either
mentioned
maker,
directly
or
Die
and
in
the
end
I
think.
Probably
we
gave
MKR
bounties
to
five
projects,
and
that
was
really
incredible.

It's
a
way
to
turn
your
unwanted
air-dry
tokens
into
sort
of
like
mystery
boxes,
that
people
can
bid
five
died
on
them
and
they
get
a
mystery
token
and
die
is
then
given
away
to
charity
and
a
couple
of
others.
We
had
a
cool
implementation
of
Oracle's,
which
we
actually
managed
to
get
into
our
test
Network.
So,
overall,
really
great
projects
met
a
lot
of
people,
the
ideas
to
open
a
maker
office
here
in
Buenos
Aires.
So
it
was
a
really
great
event.
Overall,
yeah.

of
Mariano's
awesome,

and
workshop
that
he
delivered,
which
helped
encourage
a
lot
of

cool
projects
that
we
got

judge

the

planning
to

another
sort
of
meeting
or
just
sort
of
a
demo
of
some
of
those
awesome
projects.

finished
doing
the
testing
on
Kovan,
because
since
voting
with
the
nkr
is
complicated-
and
we
haven't
really
done
that,

released
single
collateral

we're
gonna
be
taking
this
opportunity
to
do
a
couple
of
things:
we're
going
to
be
raising
the
debt
ceiling,
we're
going
to
be
adding
a
couple
of
more
Oracle's
to
the
mkr
to
USD
prize
feed
and
we're
going
to
introduce
the
Oracle
security
modules.
So
this
is
all
going
to
be
done
in
one
single
contract
call.

we're
going
to
be
authorizing
the
nkr
burner
to
start
destroying
the
mkr
generated
from
the
governance
fee.
What

as
the
stability
fee-

this

this-
is
not
just
a
technical
part.

also

informing
everybody
on
how
this
is
going
to
work.
So
I
know
we're
somewhat
close
to
the
rich
in
the
debt
ceiling.

this
is
something
that
we're
all
working

a
couple
of
weeks
now

kind

introduce
myself

like

idea

releasing
really

we've
seen

really
good
results

community
feedback.

community
is
super
smart
and
very
attentive

they've
been
great
at
picking
up
on
things
that
are
internal
QA
and
proofreading
have
missed.
So
that's
been
great
net
humbling,
but
the
FAQ
project
kind
of
one
thing
led
to
another:
I
started
doing
more
documentation.

Then
I
started
answering
more
and
more
questions
and
read
it
then
I
started
hanging
out
and
chat
for
too
much
and
somehow
that
flipped
into
a
full-time
job,
which
is
great
the
full-time
job,
is
the
Technical
Community
Manager
role.
So
that's
that's.
My
new
gig
and
it
means
I'm,
going
to
be
focusing
mainly
as
being
the
human
interface
between
our
engaged
technical
stakeholders
and
the
make
adele
foundation
itself.

there's
stuff
questions
or
things
need
to
be
followed
up
on,
or
there
is
a
broadband
type
stuff
and
kind
of
a
few
of
the
questions
that
that
popped
up
in
the
chat
already
perfect
examples
of
things
that
I
should
know
and
if
I
don't
know,
I
can
follow
up
on
and
get
that
information
back
to
the
community.
It's
kind
of
a
high
level
overview
of
what
my
job
is,
but
the
role
also
involves
some
other
things
that
you
think
are
pretty
interesting
as
well.

least
for
me,
the
one
of
the
major
tasks
for
me
are
revolves
around
education.
So
it's
helping
to
onboard
new
users
smooth
out
the
onboarding
process.
It
is
a
huge
focus
on
community
education
and
helping
to
facilitate
the
creation
of
tools
and
documentation.
Whether
we
do
that
internally
or
whether
we
figure
out
new
and
cool
ways
to
leverage
the
wider
community
to
help
us
out
with
that
stuff,
which
is
one
of
my
favorite
things
to
do
another
major
focus
for
the
for
the
role,
is
governance
and
it's
something
that
we
haven't
quite
seen
yet.

That's
share,
owning
members
of
the
of
the
coop
and
there's
a
great
deal
community
building,
an
interaction
that
goes
along
with
that
kind
of
stuff
and
I'm
hoping
to
keep
those
same
skills
to
maker,
which
kind
of
leaves
me
into
another
perspective
that
I
really
enjoy
when
it
comes
to
community
management
and
that's
advocacy,
which
is
a
large
concept
in
itself.
But
it's
something
that
we'll
be
talking
about
a
bit
more
as
voting
becomes
a
reality
and
governance
becomes
a
reality
and
all
the
mechanisms
that
go
along
with
that.

an
advocate
role
is
implies,
sort
of
a
split
allegiance
which
can
be
tricky
but
I
think
it's
compelling
and
is
definitely
workable,
where
I
I've
worked
for
two
people
at
once:
I
work
for
the
foundation,
but
I
also
work
for
the
community.
It's
the
community
members,
the
maker
holders
and
the
voters.
So
if
there's
concerns
in
the
community
or
those
things
in
the
community
needs
to
know,
I
can
compile
those
concerns
and
make
sure
that
people
in
the
foundation
have
heard
them
and
sort
of
facilitate
dialogue
back
and
forth.

else
do
I
have
my

Promoting
visibility
and
education
around
proposals
and
upcoming
votes
is
going
to
be
a
big
thing
and
moderating
moderating
online
debates
and
discussions
around
proposals.
There's
going
to
be
pretty
large
looking
forward
to
that,
another
facet
of
the
role
is
technical
community
engagements,
and
so
that
means,
from
the
technical
perspective,
facilitating
community
programs
setting
up
bounties,
setting
up
micro
grants
for
specific
tasks,
occasionally
collaborations
with
other
organizations
in
our
space.

Oh

in
these
meetings,
specifically
one
of
the
goals
are
you
going
to
try
to
achieve
is
to
bring
a
bit
more
visibility
around
timelines
and
I.
Think
that's
probably
a
concern

people

our
group
internally
and
externally,
but
I
want
to
start
talking
about
a
coming
launches,
specifically
where
we
are
in
the
timelines
that
we
published.

my
job

rough
accountability

watching
a

background

I

fourth
year

three

systems,

stuff,

startup

certain

those

was

it
does
is

how
all

it-

like
a
an
experimental,
app
I
built
it
with
Josh
Hernando
Alex
and
the
maker
community
as
a
whole,
unfortunately
met
in
Madame.

installed

but
we

share
the
link

we
kind
of
helped
to
lay
a
foundation
at
the
hackathon,
and
it's
basically,
this
you
send
ether
to
a
smart
contract
and
it
you
increases

margin
position

say
you
are
using,
like
your
effectively
increasing
the
amount
of
money
that
you're
playing
with
when
you
open
and
if
a
long
position
with
respect
to
the
ether
slash
USD
market.

what
this
does
is
it
takes?

up

CDP

maker
platform,
pulls
out
dye,
uses
that
dye
to
invest
or
to

trade
for
more
ether

then
puts
that
ether
back
into

you
have
CDP
that
has
more
aetherium
than
what
you
started
with.

not

exactly
secretive

feats,

the
channel
and
ask
about
them.
That's
not
really,
because
of
any
strategy
is
just
that

Fitz
team
is

Until
recently,
it
was
almost
entirely
me

coding
side

the
communication

handle
security
since
Oracle's
are
basically
the
only
piece
of
information

comes
from
the
outside
world

blockchain
and

currently
two
feeds
the
ether
price
in
USD
and
the
nkr
price
in
USD?
So

end,
it
all
revolves
around
trust.
Trust
in
that
the
majority
of
the
Oracles.

players
in
the
system
are
gonna
behave
honestly
and
now
we're
gonna
be
adding
a
second
layer
in
between
the
dye
system
and
the
price
feeds
called
the
Oracle
security
module,
and
what
this
is
going
to
do
is
allow
for
a
one-hour
delay
of
the
prices
that
get
submitted
into
the
system.
So
right
now,
whenever
there's
a
price
change,
it
happens
automatically
and
the
system
picks
it
up
automatically
starting
this
week
next
week,
whenever
we
end
up
implementing
it,
what's
going
to
happen
is
when
the
price
feeds
signal,
a
price
change.

gonna
be
a
smart
contract
in
the
middle
that
we
call
the
Oracle
security
module.
That
is
going
to
read
this
price
and
cache
it
and
not
make
it
available
for
one
hour.
So
we're
going
to
have
a
team
24/7,
there's
always

be
a
pair
of
eyes
on
a
computer
or
on
a
smartphone
ready
to
pull
the
plug
in
case
they
detect
any
malfeasance
with
regards
to
the
Oracle
prices.

cool
alert
system

it

system
consent

sort
of
different
alerts,

we

going
to
be
talking
with
the
risk
team
as
well,
because
this
is
a
little
bit
artisanal
more
than
science,
the
volley
volatility
of
ether
prices
and
crypto

general.

do
you
know
when
something
is
crashing
versus
malignant
data?

why
it's
problematic
to
say:
okay,
we're
going
to
code
food
into
our
Oracle's
that
the
price
cannot
change
more
than
certain
percent
in
an
hour.
Well,
what
is
the
price
really
is
crashing
or
release
mooning

So
I
think
this

going
to
take
some
time
to
really
tweak
the
values
at
the
beginning.
We're
gonna
have
to
be
very
careful
about
that
and
there's
a
question
from
Cluj
is
the
long-term
plan
to
have
our
own
Oracle's
or
other
projects?

people
from
chain

I've
talked
to
town,
crier
and
I
think
they're
they're
the
same
guys.
We
also
did
a
small
partnership
with
Rambo's
network
as
a
combination
between
consensus
and
Wolfram
Alpha.
They
developed
an
Oracle
for
us
that
we
have
right
now
on
our
Cove
and
deployment.

looked
at
several
right
now
when

started
with
feets
a
year
and
some
months
ago
there
was
nothing
that
really
served
our
needs,
so
everything
was
developed
in-house
and
so
far
it's
worked
really
good.

that
the
team's
expanding
Nick

there

Santa
Cruz
is
gonna,
be
helping
as
well
for
the
time
being,
there's
no
real
need
to
go
with
outside
projects.

providing

with

rep

our
technology,

cool
thing

gonna,

eventually,

multi
collateral
