Hey everyone, I'm alec, and this is maker, dow's monthly governance review for october 2021., with four executive votes passed and a plethora of new projects launching and gaining traction october has been an especially productive month for maker dao. The passage of the final executive of september on october 2nd kicked off the off-boarding of a number of collateral types with usdt.

It also included core unit budget distributions. For the month, the following october, 7th executive, ramped up off-boarding by finalizing the shutdown of bat, a lrca zrxa, uni, v2 ave eth, a and uni v2 link ethe.

This executive also included more funds for core units: the october 21st, executive, onboarded, staked or rap state, deep as a collateral type and included a number of parameter, changes, detailed below and parameter changes in vault upgrades and last but certainly not least, the october 28th executive included the onboarding of the ave direct deposit module or d3m, along with budget streaming to the growth core unit, as well as the newly onboarded data insights core unit.

It's also been a huge month for many of the projects. Makerdaw's been working on g-uni, v3, dye, usdc1a or just g-uni hit its dead ceiling twice after going live in september, first at its initial debt ceiling of 10 million and again only two days after its increase to 50 million the die, direct deposit, module or d3m launched and is off to a hot start, also reaching its initial debt ceiling in less than 48 hours.

Rap staked ether also saw an explosive launch scraping up against its initial debt ceiling of 10 million in just over one day.

Delegation also saw significant shifts after former recognized delegate. Planet x announced an indefinite sabbatical from the dow. The total die budget being stream to core units over the next three to eight months is two million thirty one thousand four hundred and thirty eight die to be distributed to five core units. The total budget distribution that has been immediately transferred from the surplus buffer has three million. Ninety four thousand eight hundred and ninety six die is being split between seven core units.

Now, let's move on from the past and look towards the future as we roll into november. There are a few things to look forward to. There are community green light poles for md irradiance, llc and olympus dow, which are both active until november 15th.

The month of october, contained many signal requests. And, finally, there has been much discussion regarding the mip and rfc for off-boarding.
