unoptimized,

we
have

very
large
PSM
that
continues
to
earn
zero
percent,

coins

necessarily
mean
it's

insane
amount
of
work
that
Liz
has
done
to
put
together
the

What
we're
starting
to
call
the
maker
Gap,
which
we
believe
is
the
first
on-chain
Double
Entry
accounting
letter
for
a
pure
crypto
protocol.
We've
developed
a
fully
mapped
chart
of
accounts.
It's
available
as
a
June
spell
it's
queryable
by
anyone
and
it's
on
GitHub.
So
you
know
you:
can
anyone
can
submit
PR's
to
to
to
modify
it?

the
cool
feature
about
this
is
that
these
financials
are
built
bottom
up
from
every
single
individual
transaction,
which
means
that
every
single
period
is
order
to
go
down
to
the
individual
transaction
linked,
and
this
isn't
in
this
took
a
lot

work

put
together.

a
work
in
progress
and
ongoing
with
the
ongoing
sort
of
work
needed
to
classify
things
in
different
ways.
People
might
have
disagreements
on
on
how
to
do
things,
for
example.

so
with
minimal
attribution,
occasionally
without
right,
plagiarism,
and
so,
in
this
case,
we'd,
ask
kindly
that
if

does
use

that
report
or
sending
a
subscription

reported

we're
taking
a
very
conservative,
thin
protocol
view
where
anything
that
leaves
the
protocol
has
left
for
good
and
if
it
returns
it's
a
negative
expense
as
it
were.
So
when
you
see
Workforce
expenses,
there's
no,
this
there's
no
sort
of
further
discrimination
into
four
units
or
anything
like
it.
So
we're
taking
delicate
compensations
SDS.

know,
one-time
transfers,
core
unit
disbursements,
all
that
sort
of
stuff.
Anything
that's
outside
of
the
convertible
is
basically
gone
and
I
think
that's
the
most
conservative
possible
view
that
you
could
take
and
then,
conversely,
if
there's
a
sort
of
DSs
below,
then
it
shows
up
as
a
sort
of
negative
expense
in
the
reversal.

it
necessarily

super
value-adding,
because
a
lot
of
core
units
tend

things

pull
out
three
months
worth
of
expenses

you
look
at
it
from
this
sort

big
spend
in
one
month

no
spend

the
subsequent

necessarily
the

idea

this
is

management
accounting
on

core
unit

built
it
up

made
sure
that

reports

the
core
units
onboarded.

have
this
continuous
reporting
going
on
and
I
think
Adrian
put
it
clearly.

this
is
something
that
we
have
in
the
pipeline.
As
I
said,
we
started
bottom
up
with
the
reported
expenses,
but
one
of
our
features
in
the
pipeline
is
that
we
will
then
match
it
with
the
the
on
chain.
Money
flows.
So
one
of
the
things
that
were
we're-
bridging
is
exactly
what
was
mentioned
so
that
the
fact
that,
for
example,
the
three
months
of
expenses
are
taken
out
to
to
give
a
Runway
to
core
units,
and
that's
why
the
numbers
today
don't
match
up
yet.

if,
for
example,
there
is
one
million
leaving
the
protocol,
then
you
will
not
immediately
see
that
one
million
is
pending,
because
it's
sitting
first
a
couple
of
months
in
in
in
the
the
auditor,
a
multi-sigs
and
then
the
operational
multi,
and
then
then
it
will
spend
so
this
this
period
in
between
is
where
we
will
merge
the
on-chain
data
with
the
reported
expenses
and
yeah.
One
of
our
kpis
is
to
to
reduce
that
Gap
to
zero,
so
that
we
have.

completely
adding
up
and
then
to
yes,
indeed,
with
the
great
help
of
the
Data
Insights
core
unit.
So
we
will
be
using
the
the
API
that
the
data
inside
score
unit
is
providing
to
fetch
the
on-chain
data

keep
it
short,
because
this
is
supposed
to
be
a
bit
about
the
gaps
not
about
the
expenses.

that

working

basically
where
it
all
comes
together.

expense
reports
that
the
core
units
are
submitting
today,
they
will
be
enriched
with
the
specific
project
that
the
the
expenses
are
for
and
then
you'll
you'll
have
the
full
picture
of
the
on
Chain
versus
the
reported
expenses,
and
not
just
in
terms
of
the
accounting
categories,
but
also
in
terms
of
the
projects
that
the
money
is
spent
on.
So
that's
yeah,
that's
practically
the
main
focus
of
our
roadmap
today.

how,
like

know,
a
source
on
on
the
expense
dashboards
which
is
kind
of
self-attested

up

facilities

join
and
participate
versus
one
that
is
just

data
sources
are
individually
useful
and
then
even
more
useful
when
you,
when
you
start
to
combine
them
together.

that
