the
usage
side
I
want
to
spell
out,
like
january,
is
top
month
like
150
000
tenants
used
our.net
as
the
case.
That's
like
a
massive
massive
number.
Now
part
of
the
growth
comes
from
the
developer
tenants,
so
you
know
that
you
can
instantly
get
like
a
developer
tenant
and
those
developer
tenants.
They
tap
into
pmp
core
libraries
for
doing
part
of
their
work,
part
of
the
provisioning
jobs.
So
that
explains
the
high
jump,
I
would
say,
but
it's
just
like
a
massive
massive
number
to
see
on
the
powershell
side.

maybe
also
start
with
the
usage.
This
was
the
largest
month
for
powershell
ever
from
a
number
of
tenants
and
from
number
of
requests,
so
more
than
27
000
tenants
use
powershell
in
january.
I
think
that's
really
a
record
figure
and
up
to
the
30
000,
I
would
say,
and
then
the
usage
from
the
commandlets
that
all
these
things
are
just
kind
of
skyrocketing
and
so
clearly
clearly
it
is
heavily
used
and
people
are
really
depending
on
powershell,
which
is
great
feature-wise.

2.3.2

focus

release

about
accessibility,

and
that
the
users
of
your
applications
will

able
to
benefit
from
all
the
goodness
accessibility
brings

make
everybody
work
in
the
same
way
to
really
feel
inclusive.

building
a
simple
team
spot
using
web
hooks,
and
this
is
something
I
had
to
do.
I
had
a
demo
that
I
had
to
do
in
literally
a
couple
of
hours
and
save
going
creating
a
full
fledged
spot.
I
thought
okay!
Well,
let
me
just
kind
of
use
web
hooks
and
it
turns
out.

I
could
use
web
hooks,
and
this
is
just
kind
of
just
a
story
on
why
you
should
use
them,
why
you
shouldn't
use
them
and
sort
of
how
to
get
started.
So
what
so?
What
is
a
simple
team
spot?
So
this
is
something
this
isn't
a
technical
term.
This
is
just
something
that
I
coined
when
I
was
when
I
was
making
it
and
what
I
would
deem
a
simple
team
spot
is
just
a
simple
interaction.

So
you
ask
a
question:
it
gives
you
an
answer
so,
for
example,
what
is
the
weather
in
london?
Okay,
it's
cloudy
and
it's
five
degrees.
You
know
it
could
be.
What
is
the
time
in
finland
or
you
know,
whatever
it's
just
a
simple
requesting
response:
it's
it's
nothing!
More
than
that
so
web
hooks,
why
would
you
use
web
hooks,
so
you
can
use
outgoing
web
hooks
from
inside
teams?
Actually,
this
is
nothing
new.
H

It
could
be
anywhere
as
long
as
it's
obviously
accessible
from
the
internet,
and
the
idea
here
is
that
in
our
scenario,
we're
using
a
web
hook,
which
is
actually
some
code,
that's
then
going
to
return
a
response
back
into
teams,
so
you
you
create
it
with
inside
a
team.
You
have
a
security
token
security
token
is
then
used
to
validate
any
requests
coming
from
the
webhook
to
then
obviously
know
that
it's
come
from
a
trusted
source,
so
why
would
we
use
a
web
hook
for
a
bot
that
there's
this?
Ultimately?
Is
it's
simple?
H
So
if
you,
if
you
don't
want
to
create
a
really
complex
part,
you've
literally
just
got
a
very
simple
use
case.
So,
for
example,
asking
for
the
weather
forecast
it's
it's
perfect
for
that
sort
of
thing.
Where
you
you
don't
really
need
a
branching
past
dialogue
and
many
yeah,
multiple
questions.
It's
literally
question
and
answer.

So
that's
one
reason,
but
the
reason
is
time
constraints,
so
you
want
to
quickly
build
something.
As
I
said,
I
had
a
couple
of
hours
to
build
something,
and
I
didn't
want
to
go
through
the
process
and
to
create
an
app
registration
and
get
hold
of
the
people
that
can
grant
me
access
and
all
that
sort
of
stuff,
and
this
kind
of
sidesteps
a
lot
of
that.

So
why
would
you
not
use
a
webhook
for
a
bot
pretty
much
anything
that
wasn't
in
that
in
that
previous
slide?
But
ultimately,
it's
things
that
are
going
to
be
more
complicated,
so
like
say
a
branching
path
or
an
ongoing
dialogue
or
things
where
you
get
a
notification
through
from
a
bot,
something
like
that:
you're
not
really
going
to
get
done
with
a
web
hook.
It's
more
just
a
say,
a
simple
interaction.

Another
reason
is
when
you're
using
a
web
hook.
You
have
it's
part
of
a
team,
so
it's
not
really
used
for
personal
context.
So
you
couldn't
ask
sensitive
questions
because,
hopefully
anyone
that's
got
access
to
the
bot
can
then
see
any
interactions,
not
just
their
own
and
then
and
finally,
things
like
scalability
so
because
the
web
hook
is
assigned
to
a
particular
team.

So
I've
created
a
very
simple
solution
here,
where
we're
going
to
get
the
weather
from
from
an
api.
In
this
scenario,
open
weather
map
api
and
the
the
simple
interaction
is
you
have
a
user
they're
part
of
a
team?
They
have
mentioned
the
web
hook.
The
web
hook
then
gets
called
it's
an
azure
function
that
then
queries
the
weather
api
and
then
returns
the
the
effectively
the
weather
forecast.

If
it's
found,
if
it's
a
valid
location,
turns
the
weather
forecast
back
to
the
team's
user
in
in
in
form
of
a
bot
activity
or
bot
framework
activity,
and
in
this
case
we're
attaching
an
adaptive
card
to
make
it
a
bit
more
fancy
than
just
text.
So
that,
ultimately,
is
the
solution,
and
what
I'm
going
to
do
now
is
just
do
a
quick
demo
of
it.

So
what
I'll
do
now
is
quickly
just
go
over
the
code.
It's
like.
I
say
it
is
an
azure
function.
So
it's
it's
effectively
a
single
single
file
in
this
scenario,
written
in
typescript
and
I'll
just
quickly,
and
we've
got
a
massive
amount
of
time
to
go
through
line
by
line,
but
we'll
just
quickly
go
through
each.

So
what
we
have
here
is
we
have
an
azure
function.
The
first
thing
we're
doing
is
getting
the
authorization
header
from
the
request
and
also
making
sure
there's
a
body
to
go
along
with
the
request
and
the
reason
we
need
the
authorization
token
is
previously.
I
mentioned
that
an
outgoing
webhook
has
a
security
token
and
we
then
have
to
validate
that.
The
request
is
obviously
from
that
security
token
and
the
way
teams
handles.
That
is
when
it
sends
out
an
outgoing
webhook.

It
then
effectively
generates
the
hmac
of
the
token
and
also
the
message
either
body
from
the
from
the
request
and
make
sure
that,
and
then
we
effectively
make
sure
that
it
lines
up
that
it's
from
from
the
web
hook
in
teams
and
not
just
a
random
request
from
something
else,
once
we've
validated
it.
We're
then
obviously
stripping
out
all
the
text
stripping
out
any
out
mentions
and
just
leaving
the
location
name.

If
it's
a
valid
location,
we
then
get
some
more
information
sort
of
the
weather
forecast
for
the
next
week,
and
you
know
what
the
low
and
the
high
is
and
percent
of
chance
of
rain
and
whatever
else
it
comes
back
with.
We
then
collate
that
data
and
we
put
it
into
an
adaptive
card
and
by
doing
that
we
have
to
create
a
data
object
and
then
we've
got
the
adaptive
card.
I
won't
go
through
all
of
it,
but
ultimately
it's
it's
an
adaptive
car
definition
for
teams.

We
then
create
a
template.
We
then
insert
the
card
data.
We
just
got
all
the
weather
information
into
the
into
the
template,
create
a
an
adaptive
card
and
then
send
that
card
along
with
the
message
or
the
activity
to
teams
and
obviously,
if
there's
no
location,
we
say
that
we
can't
find
it
otherwise,
there's
a
we
throw
an
error
and
that's
effectively
it
from
the
code.

It's
it's
not
particularly
complicated,
set
up,
it's
it's
pretty
pretty
straightforward
and
if
I
just
go
back
to
the
deck,
I
think
I've
got
one
more

is
just
to
say
that
there's
a
company

looking
around
the
solution.

cues

triggers
that
I
should
read
more
or
should
be
well
at
least
know
the
fight
that
I've
read.

Something
maybe
get
some
inspirational
quote
or
something
like
that,
and
apparently
there
is
this
app
where
you
can
provide
the
app
with
whatever
you've
been
reading,
and
then
you
get
triggers
or
reminders.
Okay,
hey
you've
read
this.
Can
you
remember
who
wrote
this?
Can
you
remember
a
quote
from
what
book
it
is
so
start
thinking?
Okay,
this
is
actually
an
interesting
scenario,
so
I
figured
out
okay,
I
keep
all
my
all
my
reading.
I
I
keep
that
in
goodreads
and
what
I
did
is
I
simply
synced
what
I
got
in
goodreads
to
sharepoint
list
now
within
the
sharepoint
list.
You'll
see
that
I've
got
some
books
and
authors
date,
read
writing
so
some
some
normal,
let's
say
metadata
around
the
books
that
I've
been
reading.
This
is
just
a
bunch
of
metadata.
There
is
no
no
fancy
logic
in
there.
I
didn't
do
anything
with
with
all
that,
the
cool
stuff
that
you
can
do
with
list
formatting.
It's
just
plain
plain
content.
I
Now
I
figured
what
I
wanted
to
do
is
I
want
to
get
a
reminder
around
something
that
I've
read
read
recently,
let's
say
every
week
or
maybe
once
or
twice
a
month,
something
like
that.
So
I
figured
okay,
let's
see
if
I
can
get
a
flow
that
sends
me
a
reminder
now
going
from
there.
I
currently
edited
in
flow,
so
I
created
a
reading
reminder
flow
and
what
the
flow
does
is.
It
is
pretty
straightforward,
but
there
are
a
few
fancy
things
in
there
that
make
that
make
it
fun.
I
So
first
thing
is:
okay,
I'm
gonna
run
it
every
week,
wednesday
good
good
moment
to
reflect
on
how
the
week
is
going
and
what
I'm
gonna
do.
Is
I'm
gonna
get
an
item
from
my
reading
list?
I
use
a
random
integer,
so
I
at
least
get
some
resemblance
of
a
random
book
in
the
list
that
I
have
and
with
an
item.
I
now
have
my
book.
I
I
have
some
metadata
around
the
book
and
what
I
do
is
I
run
a
http
trigger
to
get
some
additional
information,
because
what
I
wanted
to
do
is
I
wanted
to
quiz
myself.
So
now
I
got
my
book.
I
know
who
wrote
it
and
what
I'm
gonna
do
is
I'm
gonna
call
an
api
where
I
say:
okay
search
an
api
for
all
authors
that
have
the
same
name.
I
So
I
picked
the
author
that
I've
that
written
my
book
and
then
I
pick
his
first
name
or
her
first
name
and
then
query
for
other
authors
out
there
and
potentially
you
get
a
lot
of
get
a
lot
of
results.
But
let's,
let's
bear
with
me,
so
you
get
some.
You
get
some
results.
You
get
some
different
authors
that
you
can
that
you
can
work
with
and
what
you
then
can
do
is
then
you
can
say:
okay,
I've
got
the
book
that
I've
read.
I
I've
got
some
additional
info
and
let's
send
myself
a
question.
So
can
I
remember
who
wrote
it
then,
in
order
to
do
that,
you
can
work
with
adaptive
cards
and
we're
going
to
have
a
look
at
the
adaptive
cards
in
a
second.
But
the
important
part
with
adaptive
cards
is
that
you
actually
can
ask
questions
in
an
adaptive
card.
So
you
can
ask
a
user
okay,
what
is
the
option
or
what
do
you
want
to
provide
as
an
option?

Now
the
second
thing
that
I
wanted
to
do
if
I
would
ask
this
question
like
this,
the
third
option
is
always
going
to
be
the
correct
option,
because
the
third
option
in
my
array
has
the
label
correct.
So
that's
not
something
that
I
wanted
to
do.
What
I
want
to
do
is
I
want
to
shuffle
my
array.
I
want
to
mix
it
up
a
bit,
make
sure
that
it's
not
always
going
to
be
the
third
option.
I
When
I
get
get
my
question,
so
what
I
do
is
I
create
a
random
integer

zero
and
two,
so
I
get
three
options
and
what
I
then
know

and
in
order
to
do

for

about
myself,

pennsylvania,
and
I
am
a
project
coordinator
for
the
independent
publisher,
connector
project
and
I'm
also
a
contributor,
like
natalie,
said
I've
submitted
and
had
a
bunch
of
connectors
released.

api
allows
you
to
direct
purchase
by
carbon
amount
or
transaction
amount,
including
whatever
your
local
currency
is.
I
think
it's
up
to
five
or
six
currencies
at
this
point,
and
all
of
these
endpoints
allows
you
to
make
calls
either
as
an
estimate
or
to
do
those
the
purchase
through
the
same
endpoint.

that
that
one
variable
switching
now
and
talking
about
ecology,
ecology
is
slightly
different
in
terms
of
the
service
they're,
mostly
a
subscription
service,
so
they're
trying
to
get
people
to
you
know
just
like
you
pay

netflix

you

disney
plus.

another
subscription
to
add
that
you
pay
every
month
to
help
fund
the
reduction
of
greenhouse
gas
emissions,

through
tree

to
