idea

create
an

model

there

two
main
concepts
for
the
model.
So
documents
are
classified
I.e.
Your
model
is
trained
to
target
a
particular
type
of
document,
so
you
set
your
model
to
pick
out
invoices
or
statements
of
work
or
contracts,
for
example,
and
then,
within
that
model
as
well,
you
set
it
to
extract
metadata.
I
So
you
create
rules
to
extract,
say
for
a
contract,
a
contract
id
or
contract
or
an
amount
or
who
who
the
contracts
to
or
their
date,
for
example,
and
then
to
extract
and
classify
these
two
main
features.
Well,
it
features
two
extract
data
and
that's
forms
processing,
so
the
concept
of
forms,
processing
that
uses
machine
learning,
which
is
part
of
ai
builder,
to
identify
and
extract
key
value
pairs
and
table
data
from
structured
or
semi-structured
documents.
I
So,
as
the
name
says,
it's
good
for
forms
or
invoices,
where
yeah
there's
reliable,
structured
data
in
front
of
and
you're
targeting
a
particular
section
on
a
particular
piece
on
a
form,
then
there
is
document
understanding
which
works
best
for
unstructured
documents,
such
as
letters
or
contracts,
that
have
texts
that
can
be
identified
from
phrases
or
patterns
so
document
understanding.
So
your
documents
could
be
one
page.
The
next
document
might
be
two
pages.
I
Three
pages
it's
variable
lengths
and
the
metadata
might
be
on
different-
that
you
want
to
extract,
might
be
on
like
different
pages
per
per
document,
and
then
the
third
one
that
I've
mentioned
is
content
compliance.
So
because
we're
picking
out
particular
types
of
documents,
we
could
set
a
retention
label
to
whenever
there's
a
statement
of
work
say
it
has
to
be
retained
for
seven
years
or
or
longer,
and
we
can
also
do
the
same
with
sensitivity
labels.

So
about
content
assembly,
it
was
released
quite
recently
at
the
end
of
january
this
year.
It
enables
you
to
use
an
existing
microsoft
word
document
to
create
a
modern
template
and
then
use
that
template
to
automatically
generate
new
microsoft,
word
documents
and
using
sharepoint
lists
or
manual
user
inputs
as
a
data
source.
I
The
idea
is
that
content
comes
in
it's
processed,
so
it
might
be
processed
by
syntax
to
extract
the
metadata,
and
then
you
have
to
respond
to
it.
So
that
could
be
using
the
metadata
in
a
workflow.
It
could
be
manual
process
and
then
you
you're
going
to
do
something
with
it.
So
it
might
be
yeah
that
we
use
content
assembly.
I
The
whole
purpose
of
this
presentation
to
create
a
new
document
to
respond
to
that
content,
and
then,
secondly,
and
finally,
that
document
is
say
sent
out
for
signature,
maybe
comes
back
a
few
months
later
signed
and
then
it's
fed
back
in
and
a
syntax
model
picks
it
up
again.
So
the
idea
is,
there
might
be
many
different
content
life
cycles.

lots

You
started
we're
going
to
show
off
with
with
cli
from
365
and
we're
going
to
use
some
of
the
commands
and
samples
that
we
that
we
have
in
there
before
we
actually
get
started.
If
you
want
to
try
out
the
cli
from
365,
you
can.
The
idea
behind
is
that
we
believe
that
you
should
be
able
to
manage
your
m365
environment
and
365
tenant
from
any
platform.

So
the
cli
is
a
crop
cross
platform
way
of
of
working
with
your
data
calling
commands
executing
information
and
the
cool
thing
about
it
is
that
it
works
on
any
platform.
Obviously,
because
that's
the
whole
ide
and
the
idea
is
that
you
sign
in
once
that
you
can
interact
with
the
platform
and
run
commands
to
your
tenant.

Now
those
commands
can
just
be
run
from
any
any
os,
whether
it's
windows
mac
os
or
linux,
and
they
can
also
be
run
from
any
shell,
whether
you
use
powershell
windows
terminal,
whether
you
like
best
commander,
whatever
you
like
and
there's
one
login,
so
you
sign
in
once
and
then
you're
validated
or
authenticated
against
all
the
services.
Now
from
a
technology
stack,
it
actually
runs
on
nokia.
So
we
do
need
you
to
have
node
us
on
your
on
your
machine
and
as
soon
as
you
have
node
us,
then
you
can
install
the
cli.

can
do
npm,
install
or
use
yarn
for
for
that
matter,
and
once
you
have
it
installed,
then
you
need
to
sign
in.
We
use
the
azure
active
directory
to
make
sure
that
all
the
requests
are
are
secure,
that
you
can
do
anything.
You
don't
have
permissions
to
that.
Well,
obviously,
you
shouldn't
be
able
to
do
anything.
You
know
that
permissions
too,
but
that
you
can
just
do
the
stuff
that
you
that.

been

site

users

extract

those
users
only
external
users.

apparently
that
account
the
gmail
account
has
been
part
of
a
breach.
I
actually
made
a
typo
so
now
it
pastes
this
out
wrongly,

part

breach

part
of
is
the

fit
breach.
So
now
I
know
that
this
external
account
on
this
specific
site
actually
is
part
of
a
bridge.
So
there
is
a
risk
with
this
external
account
within
my
environment.

what
I
could
potentially
do
is,
I
could
potentially
run
the
same
script
as
part
of
a
docker
container,
and
there
has
been
a
recording
for
that
already,
but
what
you
would
do
is
it
would

slightly
different.

what
you
do
is
you
would
write
the
best
script,
because
if
you
run
it
in
a
docker
container,
you'll
need
to
run
it
as
a

specific
site

you

specify
in
your

create
a
logic
app
and
within
that
logic,

What
you
can
do
is

create

container
group
and

container
group
you
can
actually
pull
in

cli.

and
it
will
output
all
those
have
ibimpon
statuses,
and
what
we
do
here
is
because
we
are
retrieving
that
data.
If
the
container
is
finished,
we
actually
get
the
locks,
and
then
we
delete
it.
Now
you
could
send
the
locks
as
an
email
or
you
could
parse
the
locks.
You
could
put
it
as
a
adaptive
card
into
teams
doesn't
really
matter
what
you
want
to
do
with
it,
because
you
have
the
logs
from
the
container
in
your
managed
identity.
