we

the
maturity
model?
Well,
it's
it's
aiming
to
enable
people
who
are
looking
to
drive
benefits
from
microsoft,
365
and
improve
the
organization
through
the
use
of
technology.

enabling
an
organization
to
sort
of
define
what
it
is
that
they
want
to
get
out
of
of
that
technology.
How?
How
do
they
want
to
best
improve
the
organization
so
not
allowing
them
to
select
an
appropriate
approach?
So
then,
the
resources
and
and
the
understanding
of
the
effort
is
it
can
be
planned
and
put
in
place
and
it
helps
and
to
do
that
it
helps
lead
and
support
strategic
planning.

We've
got
a
number
of
competencies,
which
I
won't
list
here.
Infrastructure
is
in
progress,
but
we
still
have
competencies
open
around
security
and
data
analytics
and
always
looking
for
people
if
they
want
to
to
to
help
them
get
involved
or
have
some
thoughts.
Then

to
do

think
we
could
make
it
a
little
bit
better
happy
to
take
your

thoughts
either
verbally
or
in

getting
into
things

you've

running
microsoft,
365

a

workshop,
which
I
think
it's
gonna
be
really
really
interesting
to
to
get
your
feedback

that.
