working

move

move

remote
working
with
the
large
companies
and
then

we've

companies
partly

back,

think
the
great
thing
that's

covet
period
has
brought
us.

there's

lot
more
openness
to
remote
work,
so
I
think
we'll
be
somewhere
in
between
and
stay
there.

connection,

the
pandemic
and
all

remote

flexibility.

how
did

feel
connected?

do
you
build
those
connections
with
your
co-workers
and
colleagues,
because
you
never
meet
them
now?

can't
remember
when
I
last
time
met
you
while
deck
but

guess
we
have
a
pretty
decent
connection.

with
Finland

States

recall

back
to
extremes,

recall

past

work

company

think
the
company
was
20
odd
folks
and
we
would
work
in
an
open
plan
office
right.

we
had

few
big
tables
and
at
some
point
for
a
project
we
would
re.
We
would
like
book
a
project
table
too
busy.

Have
everybody
related
to
protect
work
on
the
same
desk,
because
in
a
way
it's
like,
like
that's
a
very
much
another
extreme,
like
even
in
the
context
of
an
open
plan.
You
want
everybody
like
really
close,
whereas
now
we're
like
well

team
spans
from
Hawaii
to
Australia

there
is
no
single
death.

is

even

get
to

office
because
I
can
go
to
the
office
here
and

still
not
see
anybody
from
my
own
team.

build
that
engagement
with

think
it's
well
for
us
in
Netherlands
I
mean
we
don't
have
connections
with
companies
that
are
only
remotes.
So
it's
not
really
the
same
for
us

think,
but
at
least
have
a
few
meetings
face
to
face.

important.

doesn't
have
to
be
all
week
anymore,
I
mean
before
the
pandemic.

went
to

customers
and
we
just
sat
there
at
our
desks

project
and
we
just
sat
there

did
the
entire
project

every
day

went
back
and
forth
so
right
now
we
don't
need
to
do
that
anymore,

go
there

every
week

every
other
week

keep

touch

really
keep

connection

we
do
this
with
Emojis

thumbs
up

reactions
to
things.

other
words,
that
really
made
me
think

day,

lead

team,
you
need

mimic
that,
like
what's
worse,
that
you

send

an
Email,
No
reaction
and
then
I
send
another
one

no
reaction.
These
are
like
people,
don't
care,
don't
listen!

is
irrelevant!

kills

morale

hard
to
stay
on
top

everybody
in
your
team
posts,

that's
necessary
because
that's
how
you

there's
no
tight
action
to
it,
but
I
hear
you
acknowledge

things

perceive

they're

are
invaluable,
because
that's
how
you
build
trust

grew
into

stack
until
I
had
to
switch
the
job
and

sat

knew
him

explaining
to
him
that
I
wanted
to
leave
the
use,
work
field
and
so
I
kind

said,

coming
back

youth
worker
and

moved

choose

apps

when
it
starts
to
get
interesting
for
me,
because
I
thought.

back

consumer

doing

soon

realized
that
there
was
a
lot
to
gain

me

when

do

extra
research

work

CLI
repository
the
CLI
from
Microsoft
365

be
honest,
that's
a
funny
thing.

that

a
combination
of
a

really
like

coding

node.js
app
built
in
typescript,
which

really
love
as

do
a
welcome
for
