kind
of
stand
up
on
the
topics.

a
developer

more

a
lot
of
pre-sales
and
solutions
architecture
we're
creating
pocs
out
of
the
various
tools,
kind
of
figure
out
how
we
can
use
all
the
pieces
and
parts
of
Microsoft
365
before
we
actually
have
to
write
code
kind
of
get.
Your
writing
code
is
kind
of
our
last
resort.
Now
I
may
be
known
from
the
past
for
my
moniker
that
I've
tried
to
ditch
but
doesn't
go
away.
The
SharePoint
hillbilly,
so
I
did
a
lot
of.

You
know:
what's
the
line
between
load
and
low
code
and
no
code
I
mean
because
if
you
look
in
these
complicated
power,
apps
I'm,
sorry,
that's
that's
code!
It's
not
traditional
code,
but
it's
code
and
and
your
average
citizen
developer
is
not
going
to
be
able
to
do
it
effectively
and
if
you
are,
if
you're
ones,
who
said
no
I
can
do
it
effectually.
Well,
then
you
know:
stop
calling
yourself
a
citizen
developer,
you're
a
pro
developer
and
you
know
raise
your
rates.
You
know
ask
for
a
raise
because
it's
it's
really!

It's
really
not
that
simple,
but
you
know
we
do
want
to
start
creating
things
to
where
you
know
you
know,
and
during
the
on-prem
days
the
writing
code
was
a
bad
thing,
because
you
could
break
your
server
right.
You
could

people
were
doing

they
were
deploying
bad
code.

was
breaking
things,
people
that's
why
people
hated
SharePoint
right,
oh
sharepoint's,
horrible!
Well,
now
there
were
bad
developers
doing
things
that
that
made
SharePoint
break,
but
they've
stopped
all
that
right.
So
now
we
can't
deploy
anything
to
the
server
anymore.

in
some
instances,
if
you
want
to
customize
SharePoint
and
you
have
to
write
code,
it's
a
little
more
complicated
than
it
was
before,
because
now
you
got
to
host
it
somewhere,
you've
got
to
make
sure
you
know
all
the
communications
is
accurate.
You
got
to
make
sure
the
authentication
authorization
a
lot
of
things
that
we're
taking
care
of
for
you
by
deploying
to
the
server
you
now
have
to
take
it
into
account.

that's
gotten
a
lot
more
complicated,
so
yeah
I
don't
know
if
I
answered
your
question
at
all,
but
that's
just
kind
of
like
the
kind
of
the
landscape
of
How
It's
involved,
and
why,
if
you
can
stick
to
as
out
of

box
as
possible,
it
makes
your
longevity
that
much
easier,
you're,
more
future
proof
and
yeah
the
maintenance,

and
trying
to
debug
all
the
little
things
is
getting
a
lot
easier.

anything
out
of

box

lot

times

who

train
to
maintain
this

make
updates

some
people
say
well
yeah
you
can
you

trade
them,

you
can't,

say
you
have
a
forum
on
a
list
and
someone
wants
to
add
a
field
of
that

to
know
how
data
sources
work
and
you
got
to
know
the
effects
of
renaming
fields
and
changing
fields,

what's
that
going
to
do
in
your

and
it's
it's
just
it's
not
simple

depends
on
the
requirements.

does
it
make
sense?
I
think
you

tools
like
dataverse
for
teams,
I
think
that's
actually
a
nice
thing
to
look
at,
because
now
you
get
a
true
relational
database.

can
start
looking
at
the
Power
Platform
in
teams.

Without
the
additional
licensing
costs,
it's
a
great
place
to
prove
all
about
proof
of
Concepts.
Let's
look
at
what
you
really
want:
let's
build
it
out
in
phases
and

go
from
there,
but
it's
it's
just
it!

love!
Writing
code.
You
know
I'm
a
developer
at
heart.
Writing
code
is
my
therapy
right
after
a
hard
day
of
being
in
meetings.
If
I

want
to
sit
down
and
write
code,
but
it's
just
it's
less

less

the
answer
to
what
should
you
be
doing
in
Microsoft
365.

now
you
have
people
building
really
complicated
solutions
that

the
average
powerapps
person
can't
even
begin
to
Fathom

maintain
an

and

a
lot

times.

start

Slow
people
complain
about
the
performance
and

a
local
solution,
it's
not
going
to
be
as
fast
as
something
else,
and

so
it's
just

desire
to
do
everything

it's
a
desire.
It's
the
fact
that
the
person
creating
the
tools
to
everything,
they're
a
hammer
and
everything
things
are
now.
That's
the
analogy
like
like
it's.

need

industry,

think
that

that's
an
important
thing

the
you

custom,
extensions
and

web
parts
that
the
partners
are
building.

work

opportunity

companies

create
solutions

more

willing
to

trying
to
explain
always
the
model

cool

actively
involved

projects
which
were
multi-million
dollar
intranet
deployment
projects.

hear
people

demanding,

customize

trained
that

can't
make
it

you
want
it
to
look
digital
limitations.

people
are
starting
to
accept
that
you

people

being
able

complicated
and
goes
beyond

what
people
who
are
in
developers
for
a
job
can
really
deal
with.

where
do
you
see
Power
Platform,
truly
shine
like?

fair,

you
use
powerapps
has

place,
it's
a

a
fantastic
tool.

it
correctly,
it's
just
that
it
is

InfoPath,
was
a
great
tool
when
you
used
it
correctly,
but
we
see
all
these
companies
just
oh,
we
can
do

So
let's
do
things
that
are
insane
with
it.

you
can
keep
your
power
apps
simple,
have
a
you
know
or
even
semi-complicated,
but
keep
the
the
flow
simple.
The
functionality
is
simple:
don't
try
to
make
it
do
everything

great
tool

development,

think
power
automate
is
a
great
tool
with
all
the
actions
and
connectors
they
have
now.
It's
actually
real
I
use
power,
automate
all
the
time
kitty.

you

Virtual
agents
are
great,
so
I
think
that's
if
you
want
to
start
getting
created
with
Bots
and
building
Bots,
especially
power
virtual
agents
for
teams,
another
something
that's
included
with
your
licensing
you
can
do
today
and
for
creating
really
powerful
Bots
that
Connect
into
Power
automate
to
help
you
automate
a
lot
of
the
solutions,
it's
a
great
way
to
get
started.
So
the
power
bi
of
I
think
power.
Bi
now
is
kind
of
the
go-to
reporting
tool.

think
they've
done
a
great
job
of
just
maturing
and
building
a
tool,
but
like
they've,
never
really
all
those
other
tools
like
power,
bi,
I,
think,
has
exploded
and-
and
it
is
like
I,
said
Enterprise
tool
for
reporting,
but
they
never
I've,
never
heard
it
advertised
as
the
citizen
developer,
reporting
tool
right
right,
it's
always
been
the
Enterprise
reporting
tool,
so
the
problem
is,

so
they
can
make
it
more
complicated
they
can
make
it
have
more
bells
and
whistles
because
it
was.

was
never
expected
to
be
this
low
code
solution
for
reporting.

the
problem.
We
found
powerapps,
it's

was
sold
as
info
path,
replacement,
low
code,
Solutions,
rapid
application
development,
and
you
can
do
all
that,
but
then
all
this
other
stuff

they
get
into
it
all
the
other
functionality
added
to
it
and
there's
fantastic
training
out
there
for
it.

know
both
Shenyang
and
Laura,
Rogers,
doing
amazing
stuff
with
training
people,
so
they
can
actually
understand
and
do
it
so
I'm
not
saying
that
it
is
impossible
for
a
citizen
developer
to
be
able
to
maintain
these
complex
things.

saying
that
if
you're,
that
good
at
powerapps
I
mean
you're
you're
a
really
skilled
person-
and
you
should
look
at
having
traditional
development
in
your
back
pocket
skills
because
it's
something
you
would
be
able
to
do-
you

you
can
handle
it,
you

they're

comfortable.

space
they
can
easily
break
up
code
and
hand
it
off
to
multiple
people

work

it's

easy

Platform

judicious

missing
bases

Power
Platform,

might
have
it
in
six
months

Platform
versus
some
other
products
and

Trace
is

they've
existed
for

long
time.

a
maturity
of
the
service
and
product
and
what
can
be
built
absolutely.

from

could

well

can

for

the
SharePoint
framework.

lot
have
actually
seen
that,

it's
like
it's

do
some
really
cool
things,
but
because
it's
all
code,
it
was
never.

pop

event

Harrison
Arkansas,
which
is

middle

nowhere.

town
of

000
people,
so
I
went
to
my
local
Community
College.
They
said
they'd
give
us
the
space
for
free
I
reached
out
to
all
the
friends
I'd
made
at
that
point
and
any
that
were
in
driving
distance.

came
in
to
speak

was

from
the
day,

town
in

speak

conference
and
it
was
less

100
people.

was
a
lot
of
fun.

to

place,

start
charging

had
fees

cover
my
costs.

was
still
able
to
cover
those
costs
and
bring
in
people
and
grow
it

just
four
or
five
years
ago,

partnered,
with
addis's
conference,

European
collaboration
