kind
of
things
into
the
experiences
relationships

contacts,
etc
that
you
have
across
m365
and
microsoft
accounts
as
well.

more
engineering,
driven
and
working
with
services
and
features
etc,
which
is
very
different.
It's
very
different
experience
for
me.
It's
a
learning
curve
right
and
after
being
those
kind
of
more
transactional
kind

thing

customers.

yes,
I've
been
in
more
strategic
roles
the
last
few
years,
but
anyways
right.
It's
not
that
customer
involvement
directly
anymore,
even
though
one
of
my
tasks
is
to
actually
talk
to
customers
and
listen
to
customers
and
partners,
etc,
to
see
how
we
can
make
that
profile.

consulting
for
a
more

a
decade,

I

a

has
a

I
don't
think
that
mental
mindset
goes
away
because
it's
all
about
serving
customers

people
and
helping
and
all
the
time
kind
of
hearing
things
and
catching
up
on
things.
It's

a

different
than
if
you
come
from
a
different
background
from
universal
returning
microsoft
and
you
haven't
had
that
customer
or
the
field
experience
it's

a
bit
of
a
different
thing,
right,
silence,
absolutely.

interesting

because
there
are

There
are
many
ways
to
learn
it,
and-

you

see
that
being
a
cultural
thing

is

service
oriented,

workplace
experience,

you

that
experience
from
jobs
you

the

economy
is
different

there

multiple
ways

get

whole
world

diversity,

trends

internet,

more
things,
I'm
trying
to
avoid
web
3.0
and
all
those
kind
of
things,

still
that's
how
everything
is
moving

end
user
are
in
control
and
we
need
to
respect
that

we
need

make
tools
that
that
fits
everyone
essentially.

rather
than
dictating
it's,
it's
actually
letting
the
user
to
make
the
decisions
and

then
serving
there
and
providing
the
best
possible
services
so
that
they
will
use
actually
your
stuff
so
because
again,
there's
so
many
providers
on
different
services

given
time
you
can
flip
between
whatever
the
audio
book
services
between
20
of
them.
But
it's

a
different
ballgame,
because
there's
so
much
competition.

a
part

closer
to
your
heart
as

experience

bigger
trend
changing

much
follow

nowadays

hear

more

autonomy

changes

seen
there
over
the
last
few
years.

degree
on
that

just
had
that
phone
up

and
if
we
take
a
look
at
how
the
consumers
work,
they
they
move
to

next
coolest
thing
all
the
time
right.
I
don't
know
that
the
average
time
lifespan
of
a
consumer
app,
but
it's
quite
short,
I
think
in
the
attention
span
there.
It
has
something
new.
Then
someone
improves
on
that
and
that's
how
we
as
microsoft,
need
to
do
with
our
products
as
well.
To
be
honest,
I'm
surprised
that
take
a
look
at
sharepoint,
for
instance.

How
long
has
that
product
actually
survived,
but
because
it
actually
reinvented
itself,
it
had
some
stale
moments
when
it
transitioned
to
the
cloud,
because
everything
has
had
to
be
redone
but
take
a
look
at
the
different
apps
now
being
created,
such
as
we
have
all
the
viva
suites.
Of
course
we
have
the
lists
app
that
isn't
that
sharp
on
the
list
right,
but
it's
a
dedicated
app
now
with
even
more
focus,
etc.
So
we
will
see
more
of
these
kind
of
smaller
apps
within
the
m365
or
microsoft.

Ecosystem
will
pop
up
that
fits
each
individual
so
and
yes,
I'm
probably
being
one
of
those
previously
that
com
complained
within
quotes
on
us
having
different
way
of
managing
tasks
we
have
to
do.
We
have
planner,
we
have
azure
devops,
we
have
loop
components
now
and
all
those
we
have,
I
don't
know
yeah,
but
we
can't
dictate
that
everyone
should
use
to
do
right
because
in
some
sense-
and
I
use
all
of
them-
I
would
say,
depending
on
the
context
and
who
I'm
working
with
etc.

think
we
we
need
to
be
prepared
for
that
and
and
the
the
difficulty
for
us
is
to
make
sure
that
its
discoverability
of
these
kind
of
things
works,
that
there
are
some
synchronization
planner
to
do
outlook.
We
do
have

synchronization
in
the
back
end,
for
instance.

we
could
improve
on
the
onenote
task.
Sync,
we
could
improve
on
other
things,
apis
for
third-party
integration,
etc,
but
that's
our
responsibility
to
make
sure
that
it's
one
experience
for
the
end
users,

we
shouldn't
dictate
how
the
end
users
should
use
these
kind
of
tools.

behind
the

service

exchange?

that's
same

outlook

in
teams
or
in
sharepoint.

would

unify
this?

can
it

Unless
can

talk
about
bit
of
whatever.

as
much
as
possible
for
sure
exactly

and
I
think
you
hit
the
nail
on
one
thing:
the
user
profile
picture
and
and
for
those
who've
been
working
with
the
m365
or
the
cloud
version
of
of
sharepoint
etcetera.
I've
probably
seen
this
and
you
remember
in
the
beginning,
you
up
you
loaded
your
picture
in
in
sharepoint
and
then
in
exchange
they
didn't
sync.
There
are
some
locations
still
where
you
might
see
a
three-year-old
picture
of
you,
because
there
is.

is
some
weird
sinking
thing
going
on,
but
those
are
the
things
we
are
trying
to
figure
out
in
the
mps
team
and
with
our
engineers,
and
also,
I
would
say
this
is
a
big
collaboration
across
all
services
in
microsoft.
So
it's
not
just
sharepoint
or
or
exchange,
etc.
It's
actually
across
windows.
When
shoring,
you
have
that
when
you
sign
into
your
windows
machine,
you
have
your
picture,
your
information
in
there
so
an
edge
and
office
and
everything
right,
so
the
profile
picture
and
all
the
other
things.
That's
why
such
as
your
name?

what
is
your
name?
If
you
change
your
name?
Sometimes
that
could
be
very
sensitive
right.
You
might
being
divorced
and
those
kind
of
things
you
don't
want
to
be
reminded
about
your
previous
name.
You
need
to
ensure
that
that
experience
is
comfortable
and
also
consistent
across
every
sort
of
different
kind
of
service
that
we
have
in
all
the
existing
services
and
all
the
new
ones
across
from
windows
to
office,
to
sharepoint,
to
teams
etc.
So
that's
one
thing
sort
of
getting
that
experience
across,
but
then
we
we
know
we
have
some
gaps
there.

have
some
gaps
on
how
to
edit
this
experience.
So
we
that's
one
area
we're
looking
into.
How
can
we
make
it
easier
for
end
users
to
update
their
profile
properties,
but
also,
how
can
we
make
it
easier
for
big
organizations
to
sync
with
their
hcm
system,
capital
management
systems,
erp
systems,
crm
systems
and
those
kind
of
things
as
well?
So
all
of
these
are
things
we're
working
on.
As
I
said
just
before
we
started
recording
next
week
is
our
big
planning
week.

that's
when
we're
gonna
set
one
of
these
or
most
of
these
sort
of
set
the
schedule
for
them.
It's
not.
Something
was
sort
out
before
the
summer.
So
this
is
a
long-term
sort
of
commitment
that
we're
doing,
but
we're
ensuring
that
the
experience
is
seamless
across
all
the
different
offerings
that
we
have.
So
that's
one
thing,
but
the
most
sort
of
prominent
thing
that
you
will
see
is
the
the
persona
card
that
you
have
today
in
in
outlook
catholic
on
the
web,
specifically
and
in
other
areas.

it's

just
re-engineered
those
kind

things
to
first

foremost,
to
focus
on
the
first
party
experiences
that
we
want
to
bring
in

you

there
are
other
first
party
experience
we
want
to
bring
in
there.
First,
then
we
need
to
sort
of
think
of
how
would
we
create
an
extensibility
model
about
around

promise

dates
or
timelines

anything.

think
we

all
want

if
you're
building
your
custom
app,
you
have
a

microsoft
graph
toolkit,

instance,
just
bringing
that
card
in,

not

right
now
to
do
that
since

it
seems
it
shows
a
lot
of
information
around
the
user.

shows

basic

around

as

extended
information.

I

that's
rolling
out
right
now

think
the
best
right
now
is
going
to
the
outlook
on

web,

flight
to
your
tenants.

can
see
that
the
new
updated
experience
there.
It
looks
fairly
similar,
but
it's
more
more
information
in
there
and
we
have
done
some
a
couple
of
third-party
sort
of
configuration
for
that.

the
custom,
the
the
azure
ad
custom
attributes
to
that
card.

storage
first

get
all
the
compliance

things

connected
to

do
have
apis
in
the
graph
beta
endpoint
right
now,
which
are
fairly
advanced,
actually
we're
looking
into

ensuring
that
we
can
get
them
to
be
one
and
make
sure
that

important
aspect
of
the

services,
bringing
the
insights
to
you
first

foremost,

parties,

can
bring
this
to
third
parties
as

they
can
take
advantage

same
data

party

telemetry

profile
to
your

interesting

hand

customer,
you
want
to
be
isolated

want

be
able
to
work,

then
there's
the
flip
flop

side
that

means
that
the
data
has
to
be
synced
somewhere
else
and
words
that
are
in
place

complex
space

trade-off

want

go

worry

been
going
through
the
certification
programs
and
everything
else-
and
that
was
something
which
we
needed
to
understand-

properly

large
global

technology
has
evolved,
and
now
we
can
focus
on
a
bit
more
abstract
level
of
planning.

that's

we're
also
trying

do
with
the

user
profile,
essentially
abstract,
all
that
kind

things
away
from
both
first
party
and
third
part
potentially
so
they
can.

can
store
this
these
things.

call

now
with
the
user,
and
it
would
stay
with
the
user.

stay
in
their
data
center
and
all
those
kind
of
things

and
when
the
user
is
leaving
the
organization,
it's
actually
being
removed
and
all
those
kind
of
things,

there's

things
with
gdpr,
for
instance,
that
you,

rights

be
forgotten
and
those
kind
of
things
that
we
need
to
sort
of
respect
there
and
that's
why
I
think
we

experience

interesting

teach
them

netflix
