my
professional
experience,

been
finding
that
people
doesn't
know
how
to
use
teams
properly.

direct
replacement
of
skype.

goal

is
to
help
people
to
take
more
out
of
our
teams,

created

lists
blog

that

where
I've
been
posting,
my
sample
formattings

powershell
scripts
that
allow
administrators
to
create
templates
and
manage
lists

fun.

properties

allow
you

do

harder.

good
thing
is
about
it

you
will
never
mess
your
list
by
doing
something
wrong
in
the
formatting.

formatting
is
wrong
either
you
don't
save
it
or

worst

room

improve

way

ui
for
the

simple
formatting
is
awesome.

if,

want
to
format
things
with
colors
depending
on

certain
values,
the

interface

list

now

awesome

things
that
are
more
complex.

it
requires
knowledge
of

html
and
css
and

json.
I
don't
know
how
other
people
is
building
the
formatting.

build
things
in
html

try
to
port
it
to
the
json
and
sometimes
things
get
weird,
because
you
lose
track
of
what
is
the

standard

location
where
you
are
trying
to

put

see
the
entire
thing
together.

features

updates
already
available

is
that
you
can
override
the
list
experience.

can

override
the

and
reading
experience

requested

of
partners
building,

extensibility

having
that
capability
enabled

spfx
in
modern

for
