first
joined
we

awesome
team
of
people
and
we
have
awesome
developers.
We
have
a
wonderful
offshore
team
actually
in
china,
and
the
thing
with
with
me
is
todd

baginski,
who
I
work
with.
That's
he's
one
of
the
partners
at
canvas.
You
know
he
said
christina
you're
gonna
have
to
start
delegating
and
it
sounded
easier
than
it
really
was,
and
I
think
because
I
was
so
used
to
doing
stuff
myself.

was

hardest
thing,
but
then,
once
I
started
working
with

team
and
realizing
how
awesome
our
developers
are
because
it's
been

it's
been
really
nice

they're
12
hours
ahead
of
my
time
zone

of

The
canvas
is
based
out
of
washington
state
outside
of
seattle,
and
so
it's
nice
because
I'll
start
stuff

I'll
hand
it
off
to

of
our
developers
and
then
they'll
continue

sleep.

I
wake
up
to
their
emails
and
go
back
and
forth.

learning

they're

hardcore
hands-on
all
the
time

we
learned

each
other

both

back

that's
actually
been
nice

months

sounds
about
right

before

was
willing.

the

opportunities

reach

understanding,

not
just
reality
and
most

the
world

world

was

and

beginning

was
a
die-hard
on-prem
person,

I
was
also
an
all-time.

was
a
non-practice
developer
right,
so
you

think
there
was

period

time

think
quite
a
few
people
said:
oh,
my
goodness,
christina
the
things
changed
or
basically
they
said
pixfly
now
or
helpful
is
over
because
I
completely
flipped
and
it.
But
in
the
beginning
I
was
extremely
frustrated
and
I
was
so
used
to
service
side
development.

used
to
love,
writing
event
receivers.

into
power
bi
and

brought

back
into
the
cloud
and

now

it's

to
see

evolution
of
it,
it
gets

better

better

frustrations
too

deal
with

a
lot

frustrations,

it's

nice

to
be
responsible
for

underestimate,

effort

keeping
things

running

think

example,
security,
how
can
you
secure

amount

the
scenes

those
lists.

basically
have
this
massive
web
of
dependencies
to
be
able
to
get
something

microsoft
teams
and
also
from
a
sharepoint

These
are
really
good
because
they
basically
list
always
the
summary
of
what
has
happened
and
what's
coming,

wednesday
for
the
microsoft
teams.
So
just
a
a
performance
updates
coming
up
on
there
we
talked
about
in
context
of
ignite.
We
talked
about
already
the
larger
view,
which
is
really
good.
