in

my
husband
and
I
we,
my
mother,
my
mother
took
my
son,
our
son,
for
a
week
every
summer
and
in
2018
my
husband

kid
for

week.

crazy,
and
so
we
decided
just
on

three
days
notice.
We're
like

to
iceland.

amazing
time

it's

one
of
those
things
where
I
don't
know
if
you've
ever
felt
this,
but
there
are
very
few
places
in
my
life
that
I've
lived
where
it
felt
like
home,
like

just

grounded

just
this
sense
of

space
and

so
forth,
so
on
the
plane,
ride
home.
We
were
talking
about
this
and
we're
like
this
was
so
amazing.
We

bring

sun

iceland

portugal
in
the
summer
of
2021,

even
then
we
were

we
were
spending
a
week
in
reykjavik
on
either
side
of
the
trip.

anyway
we
decided
that
we
just
wanted
to
move
here
like
we
loved
it.
So
much
that
we're
just
like
forget
it.
We're
just
gonna
go
and
all
the
light
in
summer.

in

probably

bed

covid
project.
Some
people
made
sourdough
and
we
figured
out
how
to
get

folks

non-nordic
folks,

that's

we
got
here

talk

2000

of
the
things
that
I
started
doing

taught
myself
web
development
front-end
web
development,

so

was
using

back

days,
chat,
rooms

help
educate
folks.

saw
the
sort

need
and
the
ability
to
bring
technology
into
into
public
health
work,
and
so
I
just
taught
myself
and
then

decided
that
I
really
needed
to
make
more
money
than
I
was
making
in
the
private
sector
in

public
sector,

so
I
started
doing
agency
work.
You
know
as
a
consultant
and
they
did
all
we
did
all
public
facing
websites,
so
I
actually
got
started
building
public-facing
websites
using
microsoft,
content
management
server
before
that
it
was
called.
It
was
called
encompass
resolution.

feel
like
client

Dev
is
a
little
more
freeing
than
it
is.
I
still
I
can't
get
behind
css
in
javascript,
but
but
I
do
think
it's
a
little
more
freeing
right,
like
I
remember
having
to
carry
around

huge
laptops
with
the
giant
batteries
and
the
giant
drives
and
all
the
all
the
ram
and
like,
and
it
was
so
much
work
to
set
up
a
new
environment.

really
really
enjoy
the
sort
of
freedom
of
just
sort
of
you

installing
node
and
being
good
to
go,
and
you
know
installing
a
few
packages
and

really
just
being
able
to
do
it.

also
really
enjoy
the
fact

building

sharepoint
on
the
server
side,
if
you
could
do
it
and

it
well,
you
were
like
a
unicorn
right,

that
was
great
for
my
career.

server-side
code,

in
sharepoint
they
could
be
a
back-end
developer
or
a
full-stack
developer,
but
if
they
didn't
know
sharepoint,
they
weren't
getting
the
job
because
it

hard

teach.

I
really

appreciate
it
and
it's
you
know,
and
it's
moving.
So
it
keeps
me
interested
and.

not
necessarily
a
whole
lot
of
demand
yet,
but
one
of
the
things
that
it's
it's
really
important
to
be
able
to
do-
and
this
is
like
what

I
try
to
do
is
understand
how
to
tell
the
whole
story

all

pieces
work
together,
and
so
it's
not
just
about
bringing
your
internet
into
teams
right.
It's
not
just
building
a
team's
app
it's.

can
we
build
the
right
tool
for
your
business
and
get
it
in
the
hands
of
the
users
to
make
the
user
experience
better
and
whether
that's
a
custom,
adaptive
card
extension
or
whether
that's
one
of
the
out-of-the-box
ones
or
whether
it's
a
teams
app,
it
really
doesn't
matter.
It's
like
here
are
the
different
tools
that
we
have
in
the
toolbox
and,
let's,
let's
pick
the
right
one
for
to
build.

solve
the
right
problem

agree

the

we've

been
you

your
employees.
You
want
to
invest
in
viva
right,
so
we're
basically
forcing
the

leadership
in
quotes
forcing
the
leadership
to
be
really
paying
attention
on
the
viva.

asus
is
a
bit
of
a
kind
of
a
more
complicated
story,
explain
what
they
actually
are,
and
what
are
you
gonna
achieve
about
the
mobile
experience?

it
is
your
personal,
not
portal,
your
company
portal,

it's
your
company
mobile
experience,
so
exactly
telling
that
story
in
the
right
way
with
cool
demos
and
samples
that
always
takes
time
yeah.

mean
you

that's
really
been
the
direction
that
we've
gone
in
terms
of
extension
and
customization
over
the
years.
Right
like
we
were
all
on
the
on
the
server
side.
You
want
to
customize
sharepoint,
no

that

we're
going
to
write
some
code
and
make
that
happen
whatever
you
want.

you
want,

mean
I
spent
years
making
sharepoint
not
look
like
sharepoint
right
and
exactly
and
then
like.

brought
it
all
the
way
back
and
we're
like

you
can't
customize
anything
right
out
of
the
box,
just
use
it,
and
now
we're
sort
of
coming
back
into
the
other
side
of
that.
The
pendulum
swing.
We're

here's,

box
that
you
can
code
into
and
so
we're
trying
to
like
from
a
from
a
messaging
perspective.
It
was
because
customization's
good
and
then
oh
no
customization's
bad
and
now
we're
sort
of
you

trying
to
remove.

seen

the
past

as
you
said,

we
used
to
change
everything
about
everything
like
basically
sharepoint
didn't
look
like
sharepoint
at
all,

at
some

flexible,
you
cannot
just
put
a
piece
of
script
on
a
page

change
every
week.

like
you,
don't
want
to
mess
up
with
the
dom
because,
whatever
app
you
build
might
break
tomorrow.

degree

see
people
kind

escaping
to

reliable
than

how
much

is
coming

does
everything
need
to
be

depends
on

automatically

flows
on

sites
and
it
worked
great
until
it
didn't,

as

sudden,
they
had
sites
that
weren't
being
provisioned
properly
because
they
hit
the
number
and
there
was
no,
it
wasn't
erroring
out
it
just
didn't
do
it,

ended
up.

know
stripping
it
all
out
and
building
it
as
an
azure
function,
but
the
the
point
being
that
what
looked
like
the
right
tool
at
the
right
time
really
wasn't
the
right

problems

we
keep
on
having
as

microsoft-

that
all

the
documentation
is
in
individual
silos

it's
basically
focusing
always
on

feature.

there's
never
actually

power

people
that
are
going
to

up
inheriting
it
when

may
choose
that
avenue
instead
of
spfx
or
instead
of
an
azure
function
because
of
a
main,
you

maintainability

there

many
facets
to
choosing
the
right
technology
stack

single

part

have
where

stored
the

and

depends

space,

have
in
your

directly
on
a
team
school
like
that
is
like
we're
doing
what
that
is
really.

there's
a
lot
of
like
this
is
a
good
example
of
a
lot

this
kind

advanced,

features
which
are
coming
in

teams
as

it

easier

hybrid

it

the

the

step
forward,

can

directly
in
the
teams
and
see

changes
in
real
time,
which
is
really
really
cool.
The
microsoft
loop
is
basically
the
same
as
the
floyd
framework
was
in
the
past,
but
now
it
has
been
rebranded
as
microsoft,

components
and
other
than
that.

as
an
example
getting
improvements,
and

of
that
and
a

of
