we're

a
sterile

likely
they
will
wake
up
in
a
snowy
Richmond
and
this
morning,
so
that
typically
means
that
nobody's
actually
trying
to
work
so
perfect
nobody's
going
to
be
in
work.

far
cannot

you've
been
working
a
working
with
the
community
or
having
a
blog
post
and
all
of
that
for
a
while,
and
then
then
you
start
being
actually
active
on
the
on
the
community
side
of
the
house,
as
well,
so
on
the
PMB
and
what
we've
been
doing
together
with
the
open
source
and
what
you've
been
doing
there.
On
that
side.

You
know
I,
never
quite
felt
it
was
my
place
to
do
you
write
samples
for
people
or
to
blog
but
stuff
until
recent
you
know.
Well
recently,
it's
going
to
be
over
a
year
now,
where
a
friend
of
mine
told
me,
you

you
think
you
have
nothing
interesting
to
say,
but
you've
been
working
with
this
for
a
long
time
and
there
are
people
who
have
started
you
know
literally
today
and
yesterday,
and
they
can
benefit
from
it.
So
my
first
few
blog
articles
were
really
intended
to
be
notes
to
myself.

figured
if
I
write
a
note
to
myself
and
someone
benefits
from
it.
That's
great,
but
I
don't
want
anybody
to
look
at
my
blog
post
and
say:
oh
you
know
everybody
knows
about
this
or
you
know.
Why
are
you
blogging
about
this
and
I
gradually
started
writing
code
samples
and
again
it
was
always
meant
to
be.
You
know
for
me
to
share
with
other
people,
as
opposed
to
me,
trying
to
teach
anyone
and
then
I
started
getting
heavily
involved
in
in
writing.

Reusable
controls-
and
you
know
with
part
samples
and
things
of
that
I
always
helped
myself.
The
world's
laziest
developer
I
never
bothered
checking
if
it's
true
or
not.
That's
how
lazy
I
am.
But
you
know
I
write
I
like
to
write
reusable
controls,
because
it
allows
me
to
you
know
good
that
I
have
to
rate
once
and
I
can
reuse
as
often
as
possible
and
I'm
still
working
on
a
few
controls
that
I'll
be
submitting
over
over
the
next
few
weeks,
hopefully
depending
on
I'm
doing
a
lot
of
speaking
engagements
over
the
next
few
weeks.

can

obviously
talking

PMP
as

which

working

you've
been

those

leading

consultant
team
or
a
consult,
a
group
of
consultants
in
your
company?
What

recommendation
nowadays
say?
Let's
say
how
do
you
run
your
business?
What
is
to
recommend
that
patterns?
And
how
do
you
do
your
business
in
efficiently?

number
one
thing
is:
I
always
talk
about
acquisition
model,
four
components
which
is
reuse
by
build.
So
if
there
is
something
built
into
SharePoint
use
that
don't
write
anything
you
know,
custom
and
I
see
that
all
the
time-
and
it
makes
me
angry
because
you
end
up
having
to
support
that
so
use
what's
available
out
the
box,
so
even
use
list
formatting
and
things
like
that.
If
that's
not
available,
is
there
something
that
you
can
you
can
buy
and
buy,
buy
I
mean
acquire
from
an
external
source.

doesn't
mean
that
you
have
to
pay
money
for
it.
There's
lots
of
open
source
solutions
out
there
and
you
don't
look
for
that
and
it
you
know
I.
Think
to
me.
Someone
who
is
a
good
consultant
has
a
good
understanding
of
what's
available
out
there,
both
in
the
product
and
available
at
you
know,
to
purchase,
and
then
the
if
you
can't
reuse
and
if
you
can't
buy
then
by
all
means,
start
building
something
yourself.

see

lot
of
developers,
they'll
say:
oh
yeah,
we
can
do
this.
Absolutely
we
can
do
this.
You
know
completely
change
the
nature
of
you

everything
out
there
and
we
really
hope
that
you

nothing

changes
because
it'll
all
fall
apart,
but
if
all
those
you
know
yeah
yeah,
so
that's
that's
the
part
that
I
always
say
you
know
do
what
is
supported
even
and

Think

I
know
like
I've,
pushed
the
batteries
of
that
a
few
times
with
injecting
custom.css
into
pages
and
things
of
that.
But
that
was
because
there
was
a
specific
need
that
it
was
an
accessibility
need
for
a
large
client
and
we
needed
to
inject
different
things,
and
we
did
it
with
the
absolute
understanding
that
things
would
break
or
good
exactly.

charging
your
clients
for
redoing
the
same
work
over
and
over
again

so
I
use
the
term
evil
consultant
because
that's
one
of
the

started
blogging

times

of
describing
the
anti-patterns
here's
what
to
do
if
you
want
to
fail
and
I'm
actually
doing
a
talk
at

Salt
Lake,
City

as
an
evil
consultant.
So
it's
not
me
it's
my
evil
twin,
that's
actually
presenting
and
how
could
fail.

you
don't
need
to
talk
to
your
customers
about
how
they
use
the
SharePoint
or
how
they
use
the
documents.
You
know
better.
Just
you

what
you
think
is
best
and
don't

tell
people
you're
going

let
them
know
what's
gonna
happen
because
users
love
surprises
and
they
have
nothing
better.

exactly

opposite
of
every
one

them.

the
exact
opposite
of
that.
So
I
went
home
and
I
started.
Writing
a
blog,

I
didn't
want
people

it

was
being
you
know,
rude
or
anything
about
so
I
decided.
Oh
alright,
it

kind
of
the
evil
Hugo.
So
that's
how
I
wrote
it
then
I
got
so
much
good
feedback
about
it.

farm
solution.
We
talked
about
farm
solution
development
before
we
started
recording,
but
when,
when
did
I
help
with
some
of
the
customers-

we
needed
to

reverse
engineer-
there
compiled
code
because
they
didn't
have
source
code
and
a
farm
solution
source
code.
So
we
needed
to
reverse
engineers
using
al
spy
or
what
was
the
other
one.

because
they
didn't
have
source
code

never
know
nobody
into
customers
organization
thought
about
the
fact
that
maybe
we
should
actually

thing

have
the

we
don't
know
its

think
the
other
thing
that
I
always
recommend
my

guys
when
they
they
start
building
solutions
is
make
sure
that
everything
you
do
is
accessible
in
terms
of
people
with
disabilities,
making
sure
that
it
works
with
that,
but
also
that
it's
usable
in
terms
of
don't
reinvent
a
whole
new
set
of
controls
and
look
and
feel,
and
things
like
that
when
you
have
office
fabric
UI
available
for
you,
because
you're
asking
your
users
to
let
you
know
they're.
Looking
at
the
office
365,
you
know
the
sharepoint
pane
and
then
you
have
your
control.

is
completely
different
with
your
leaders
in
been

and
feel
it's
is
always
challenging
because
I
always
want
to
let
you

people
make
their
own
mistakes,

I
also
want
to
create
a
safe
boundary
for
them
to
be
able

eventually
they
run
into
the
problems

we

but
on
the
other
hand,
in
the
classic
experience,
bootstrap
was
the
way
to
do
certain
things,
so
it's
kind
of
understandable
if
they
haven't
been
trained
to
use
the
modern
ways
of
customizing
SharePoint.
So
it's
it's
I,
wouldn't,
although
that
people
should
be
trained
on
that
rather
than
going
to
the
customer
engagements
and
then
learn
by
my
mistakes,
you
know
at
the
same
time,
if
you
learn
by
a
mistake,
can
you
actually
remember
that
I.

those
thing
you
actually
remember
right,
that's
when
I
think
it
mounts
and
well
when
you
think
about
your
little
path
of
learning
things
and
getting
the
experience
to
understand
and
having
the
let's
say,
gut
feeling
of
making
right
decisions
and

all

that
is
based
on
the
fact
that
you
got
burned
numerius
and
countless
countless
of
times.
And
then
then
you
understand
that
okay,
maybe
maybe
this
doesn't
feel
good

what
it
is,
but
maybe

we
should
do
something
else

want
to
ask
you

you
said
that
you
give
people
the
room
to
do
their
stuff,
but
in
the
end
you
want
to
check
that
whatever
they
have
done
is
the
right
way

supportable
accessible

review
all
their

tools

describe
what

doing

Probably
all
of
us
have
been
doing
for
a
very
long
time,
but
so

allows

deliver
progress,
and
you

new
features
and
things
that

also
be
able
to
match
risks
because
you're
not
disappearing
for
six
months
or
three
months
you're.
You
know
every
day
you
should
be
checking
in
code,
and
you
should
be
your
test
should
no
probably
not
even
be
longer
than
a
day.

if
I
see
that
you're,
you
know
you're
not
delivering
new
tasks,
which
happens,
we
have
bad
days.
I
know
that
there's
probably
something
going
on
the
other
thing
that
I
do
in
my
team
and
I'm
sure
a
lot
of
people
who
watch
this
will
recognize
this.
It's
the
half
hour
rule.
So
if
you
know
a
lot
of
developers
are
too
proud
to
ask
for
questions,
and
they
feel
that
they're
going
to
be
embarrassed.

they
ask
questions
so
they'll
disappear
for
two
weeks,
try
to
solve
something
on
their
own,
when
probably
the
person
that
sits
next
to
them
has
done
this
and
knows
how
to
do
this.
You
know
the
half
hour
rule
is
you
know
if
you've
been
stuck
on
something
for
more
than
half
an
hour
raise
a
flag,
you
know:
ask
someone
phone-a-friend,
let's
open
a
ticket
with
Microsoft
and
I
guarantee
you
if
you
think
that
you're
going
to
be
embarrassed
by
by
asking
questions,
I
guarantee
you
they'll
make
you
feel
more
embarrassed.

find
out
you've
been
spending
one
half
an
hour
on
something
because
our
clients
don't
want
to
pay
for
your
time
to
figure
out
something
because
of
your
pride

those
you
know
by
always
having
deliverables
it's
one
way
that
helps
us.

are,

mistake,

test
or
why?
Wouldn't
we
spend
time
doing
it
automated
build
and
deployment
where
it
doesn't
take
long
to
build,
but
you.

that's
the
downside
of
the
let's
say
it's:
it's
the
interesting
balance
in
the
industry
right
now
on,
especially
on
the
on
the
area
where
we
will
represent,
which
isn't
a
life.

face

great

work
in
the
Microsoft,
365
or
SharePoint
Online
nobody's
gonna
die
most
likely.
It's
highly
unlikely
that
your

business
critical
up
to
the
level
of
somebody's
health
and
theoretically,

but

is
it
really
the
right
system
and
the
bill
life-critical,
whatever.

it's

one
of
those
things
where
we're,
because
it's
not
life
and
death
situation,
then
the
quality
isn't
actually
the
most
critical
factor
and

therefore
is

Where
are
we
spending
time?
It's
kind
of
debatable
and
it's
an
interesting
always
the
dilemma
on
having
that
discussion
with
customers
because
they
interact.
They
are
interested
in
getting
a
start
shift
right.

planning

get
it

already
before
Christmas,

then
the
Christmas
Prague

getting
closer
and
closer,
and
then
we
decided
that

sense
to
get

hard
to
fix

everybody's

holidays.

delay,

the
release
until

now

since

Tuesday

deeper
integration

people
understand

simplicity
of
using
the
JavaScript
SDK,
which
SharePoint
framework
accessing,
for
example,
messages

how
the
permission
model
works
and
nothing
more
than
that.
It
seems
to
be
a
kind
of
a
crowing
famous
well
where
we
we
tend
to
over
complex
our
samples,
and
this
is
something
what
we
even
even
when
we
started
the
the
current
BMP
initiative
and
the
old
PM
being
SharePoint
was
all
about.

about
the
actual
patterns
and
isolation
patterns
and

patterns,

how
