my
garden
and

Had
this
crazy
idea
to
block
my
journey
of
learning,
how
to
use
office365,
okay,
so
I
started
this
challenge
and

Did
it
every
day
for
a
year
and
and
said
I
would
never
blog
again.
In
my
life
later
Microsoft
launched
Microsoft
365
when
I
was
like
really.

It's
not
that
long,
but
the
month
of
March
Madness,
it's
a
thirty
one
day,
blog
challenge
and
it's
about
the
power
platform
so
and
I'm
touching
on
areas.
That's
very
far
outside
of
my
comfort
zone.
Even
though
I
come
from
InfoPath
and
SharePoint
designer
background,
you
can't
say
that
you're
just
gonna
fall
into
power-ups.
You
know
it's
not
that
easy.
Okay,
so
so
I've
been
a
little
bit
nervous
about
power,
apps
and
and
even
power
bi,
because
it's
just
it,
it
was
so
far
outside
of
my
comfort
zone.

It's
it's
really
taking
me
time
and
if
you
don't
invest
that
time,
you
can't
learn
it.
It's
not.
You
can't
learn
by
just
reading
a
blog
every
now
and
then
that
someone's,
if
you
don't,
try
things
and
you
don't
document
that
then
you're,
not
gonna,
remember
these
things.
So
so
this
month
is
more
my
journey
into
just
me
refreshing
my
memory
on
a
lot
of
stuff
and
then
learning
new
things
and
staying
up-to-date
and
learning
some
of
the
basics.
I'm
not
gonna,
cover
a
lot
in
a
month.

mean
those
products
are
too
deep,
but
but
I'm
covering
each
of
them.

licensing,
basic
support,
basics,
a
couple
of
quick
ones.
You
know
I
did
power
ultimate
now,
so
I
think
I
did
about
ten
days
way.
I
shared
cool
examples
of
things.
People
can
both
during
those
video
as
well
to
help
people
and
I
think
something
that
is
one
of
my
superpowers,
our
suppliers
and
it's
because
I'm,
a
normal
person.

focused

be
very
overwhelming

scary.

are
experts
in
their

inside

they
were

explain
to
us,
not

people

process

just

bet
they
have
somewhere
an
excel
sheet
with
really
formulas
that
you
can.

wow
I
need
a
book
on
that
yeah.

the
other
way
around
to
you

think
these
people
are
better
off
trying
to
learn
technology
to
solve
their
problems
themselves,
as
opposed
to
try
to
explain
to
us
all.
The
business
rules
were
with
all

caveats
and
all
the
different
things
that
we
would
need
to
take
into
account
to
build
things
for
them,
because
that
would
be
they
would
work
in
the
end.

guess
it's

the
way

see
it

I
experienced
that
from
the
other
side

if,

I
were
to
explain
somebody
non-technical
like
how
do
you
do
things,
we
code

basics,
but
then
you
will
get
to
etch
cases,
and
you
will
have
edged
case
for
everything
and

explain
that
to
a
person
who
isn't
really
developer
at
heart,
it
will
border
impossible
and

every

you

you
don't
think
that
way

platform

SharePoint
and
myself
365
in
general,
what's

a
thinking
on
the
direction?
Is
it
a
good
way

approaching

Microsoft
that
we're
trying
to
empower
the
people,
my
Power
Platform,
imposed
by
power,
apps
and
everything
else,
or
what
is
then
the
value
of
pro
developers,
or
is
this
away
from
them,
or
is
this
not
really
centrally
properly
done?
How
would
the
customer
then
start
thinking
on
when
do
I
do
switch
approach
so.

think
that's
a
good
question
and
it's
kind
of
thinking
about
crowdsourcing.
So
imagine
you
can
instead
of
having
10
people
that
can
help
you
fix
something
you
suddenly
have
a
thousand
that
can
help
you
fix
something
and
I
mean
that's
what
what
this
has
done.
For
me.
I've
always
said
that
Microsoft
adds
the
extra
to
ordinary
and
makes
us
extraordinary.
I
mean
that's
just
the
whole
thing
is
that
before
and
that
the
80/20
rule
doesn't
apply
because
IT
was
never
20%
of
the
company.

Have
to
be
that
big
thing,
everything
doesn't
have
to
be
that
big
thing
and
now
for
me,
the
IT
pros
can
now
concentrate
on
those
big
things
that
takes
months
sometimes
to
bolt.
But
but
business
can
do
those
quick
fixes
that
maybe
only
saves
5
minutes,
but
it
saves
5
minutes
for
10,000
people
and
that's
that's
where
the
value
comes
in.
For
me,

Makes
perfect
sense,
I
think
that's
also
the
the

you
think
about
ID
as
an
interest
that
I
the
interest
areas
evolving
as
well,
because
we
no
longer
have
those,
especially
in
this
area
of
business.
There
is
no
longer
like
multi-million
dollar
projects
anymore,
it's
all
about
constant
flow
and
an
evolution,
and
then
empowering
the
interviews
that
adjusts
here
and
there
by
themselves
rather
than
paying
for
those
for
the
external
consultant

just
a
quick
note
on
that:
I've
always
called
it
intuitive
change.
Maybe
that's
the
right
approach
or
not,
but
so
I've
always
done
rapid
prototyping
for
customers,
I
mean
all
certain
sessions
and
someone
will
be

notes
and

can
build.
That
thing
in
shape,
went
faster
than
I
can
write
down
what
they
think
someone
once
and
for
me,
there's
been
great
value
in
that,
because
I
was
so
believed
that
I
mean
we
know
this.

us

that
we've
been
on
projects
for
six
months
or
a
year
that
by
the
time
we
get
to
the
first
draft
of
something
the
process
is
changed.
The
company
is
changed.
You
know
where
we
spend
six
just
to
get
business

language

I
call
it
an
Excel
spreadsheet
and
you
call
it
a
calendar
and
you're,
calling
it
a
CSV
or
something.

that's

you
think
fighting
for

always
say

start
with
simple
process

over-engineer
everything
you
don't
have
to
everything
doesn't

be
a

would
rather

small

single

because

the
system
becomes
the
requirements
gathering
for
the
end.

it,
so
if
they
keep
on
giving
feedback-
and
you

changes

three
months-
that's
much
better
than
documenting
changes-
the
system
actually
becomes
your
documentation.

mean
there's
so
much
value
for
that
and
I
think
people
needs

people,
don't
understand
agile
technology,
yet
they
still
do
stuck
in
their
ways
with
waterfall
ways
of
doing
things.
You
know
that
whole
bull
document
tastes
the
ploy
it
tastes
again.

doesn't
work.

think
it's
an
interesting
part,
because
I
can
imagine
that
if
solution
is
being
nish
initiated
by
a
person
who
owns
the
process,
they
realize
they
don't
see
that
that
they
need
to
solve
the
need
for
everybody
at
once
right,

they
will
just
scratch
their
own
age
right.
They
will
fix
their
own
like
they
might
even
say
you
know
what
sure
one
out
of
ten
times
there
is
this
exception.

opposed
to

okay,

you
want
to
have
official
project
through
the
CIO
CTO.
Well,
that
will
affect
everybody
and
there's
gonna
be
big
and
it
has
to
address
every
single
issue,
because
it's
company-wide-

problem
starts
right
because,
like
you,
will
have
to
have
specs
and
sign-off
an
approval
and
budget
company-wide,
whereas.

a
historical
example

start
up,

thinking
about

failures
on
the
larger
projects
and
everything

I've
done
all

customer

customer
cases

close

my
heart,

I
remember
this

we're
still
kind
of
struggling
with
this
and
SharePoint
in
SharePoint
2013.

released
the
search
driven
internet
sites,

its
intranet
sites
as
well.

could
use
the
same
technology
as
an
insurance
mine
and
it
was
something
which
was
designed
roughly
in
2011,
and
it
was
designed
to
solve
the
performance
problems
with
the
hierarchical
navigational
navigation,
because
whenever
you
created
a
new,
if
you
have
it
had
a
massively
big
site,
collection
and
great
a
new
note,
it
flushed
the
cash
and
everything
and
performance
was
horrible.
But
whenever
we
release
the
search
driven,
internet
or
internet
sites,
nobody
actually
created
them
because
everybody
was
already
so
used
to
the
model.
What
we
had
then.

Exceptions
good
and
there
was
Futurity
of
people
felt
that
hey.
This
is
completely
new
way,
a
wrong
way
and
I
can't
adjust.
My
existing
investments
did
this
model
and
then
basically,
we
as
a
Microsoft.
We
invested
a
lot
of
our
of
millions
and
millions
of
money
on
creating
that
capability,
which
suite
then
basically
true
away.
Well,
technically,
it
might
still
work

don't

it.

work

yeah,
there
was
one
big

I
like
thinking
about
the
time
when
I
used
it
to
build
in

exercise.

was
one

people
struggled
with,

was

catalogue,

will
it
look
live
here?
Because
that
was
the
whole
idea
that
you
create?
Like
you
have
a
repository
of
content,
you
create
something

there
and

can
publish
it
whatever.

decision

we
basically
invested
on

even

we
were
not
sure

useful

people
didn't
like
it,
because

was

massively
new
way
of
doing
things
rather
than
evolving

testing

I'm
quite

lot

empathy

people
do

way
they

convince

the
new
way
of
working,

it

better

do
a
lot

research
into
understanding
what
people
did
things
the
way
they
did
and
and
navigating
in
SharePoint
is
a
specific
example
building
sub-sites
the
hierarchical.

waterfall
approach,
like
you
can't
have
said
it
now,
but
even
bang
straight
back
to
the
they
stopped
the
fact
that
they
still
have
gazillions
of
folders,
that
they
navigate
through
the
fact
that
we
saw
through
loud

laptops

them
and
put
all
their
shortcuts
back
on.

the
world's
not
ready
for
search
yet

on

the
crisis
communication
sites,
not
a
rare
thing
that
I
wouldn't
get
confused
anyway,
never
happens,
and
the
whole
point
of
this
one
is
that,
basically,
this
is
what
you
get.
So,
if
you're
an
administrator-
and
we
do
know
that
it's
stupid-
that
they
need
to
be
an
administrator
because
it
requires
super
high
permissions
and
to
get
to
be
able
to
execute
the
solution.

if
you
are

can
ask
your
administrator
to
do
this
and
you're
granted
permissions
for
the
application
and
then
the
application
is
asking
on

your
URL,
which

you
actually

nice
for
me
using
the
templates
is
that
kind

gave
you
placeholders
as
little
reminders
of
things

you
can

so.

people
need

understand.

change
the
the
dummy
content,
that's
in
there,
but
I
am
but
because
it
was
so
quick
to
do.
It
was
really
nice
to
have
placeholders
to
say:
hey,
that's
a
cool
thing
to

in

at
some
of
those
and
I
thought
yeah,
that's
actually
cool
ideas.

why
don't
we
put
emergency
numbers
in
with
all
the
different
locations
and
the
branches

was

great
idea

to

remind
people
of
the
things
that
they
can
do,

always
gonna
get
people
who
complains
