think

that

than
just
a
couple
minutes

that's
really

quickest

your

the
next
step

once
they

yeah,

want

edit
it
and
those
are
the
people
that
know

most
about
those

so
you
can
ask

some
easy
edits

your
organization

all
those
suggested

but
those
published
topics

available

everybody

can
come
across
it
in
SharePoint
pages
and
other
apps
that
we
have
topics
available
in,
and
so
it
just
expands
the
the
value
that
those
topics
can
bring
to
the
organization
so
that
enables
them
to
consume
that
quality
knowledge.

You've
got
those
people
that
know
about
their
topics,
contributing
that
and
updating
that
content,
so
that
when
people
see
those
topics
and
the
flow
of
their
work,
it's
quality
content.
It's
got
the
right
people
associated
with
them,
and
you
can
do
that
just
really
quickly
by
getting
the
right
people
to
contribute
what
they
know
and
then
there's
also
what
I
call
High
Fidelity
curation.

there's
going
to
be
some
special
topics

your
organization,
things
that
everybody
cares

things

business

those
are

kind
of
the

topics

you
might
want
topic
owners
for.

might
want
special
editors.

additional
web
parts
or
branding
that
you
put
on
those
topics.
Those
are
topics
that
are
going
to
take
a
little
bit
more
time
to
curate
and
you
might
want
to
have
specific
people
that
are
doing
that
contribution
with
that.

kind
of
brings
together
the
full
value
of
the
knowledge
in
your
organization
and
now
you've
got
the
end
users
that
can
be
sharing
and
managing
all
that
knowledge
and
people
can
easily
answer
questions
when
they
get
them
because
they

they
can
easily
reference
that
and
going

This
process
really
sets
up
kind
of
the
positive

now
you've

ongoing

users

one

what's
in
it
for

for

it's

important
that
the

people
that
consume
knowledge
when
they
come
across.
That

highlight
and
see

or
go
to
a
topic
page
that
the
knowledge
that's
there
is
quality,
it's
complete
and
it's
current
information.
So
that's!
What
brings
a
lot
of
value
is
seeing
that
knowledge.
That
is
answers.
The
question
I'm
looking
for
helps
me
to
find
the
person
I'm
looking
for.

that's
a
key
that
we
want
to
deliver
and
how
we
go
about.
Adopting
topics
is
that
that
the
knowledge
is
trustworthy
and
provides
value.
The
second
one
is
that
you
need
to
set
up
your
adoption
in
a
way
that's
scalable

So
one
of
the
keys
here
is
to
publish
lots
of
topics
that
have
high
value
to
those
that
are
going
to
consume
the
knowledge
right

think
about
the
people
that
are

of
your
pilot.

getting
the
more

published
helps
to
expose
them
to
more
people,
so
you
want
to
also
capture
the
knowledge
from
the
people,

knowledge

that
second
value
that
we

just
making
sure
that
the
people
who
know
about
the
topic-
those
are
the
ones
that
are
going
to
know
the
most
current
information.
It's
easiest
for
them
to
contribute
their
knowledge,
so
capturing
the
knowledge
from
them
is
both
scalable
and
helps
you
to
sustain
a
quality
knowledge
base.

key
is
really
to
be
able
to
answer.
What's
in
it
for

so
we've
got
to
start
in
our
adoption
and
the
way
we
go
about
adopting
topics
in
a
way
that
is
going
to
build
that
contribution
muscle.
We
know

a
little
bit
change
of
behavior
for
a
lot
of
organizations,
and
we
can
do
that
by
rewarding
contributors.

got
to
develop
the
behaviors
that
are
going
to
enable
you
to
scale
and
create
the
sustainable
knowledge
base
that
will
give
ongoing
value
to
your
organization,
so
I'm

get

big
pile

topics.
You've
got

question
most
knowledge
managers
say

what

all
these
topics?

going

be
some
times
when
we've
got
a
few
irrelevant
Topics
in
there,
so
this
isn't
a
bad
way
to
start
necessarily,
but
you'll
see
that
this
isn't
necessarily
the
best
way
to
go
about
adoption,
but

walk
you
through
this,
so
you'll
understand
the
difference
from
the
the
model
that
I'm
proposing.
So
they
start
looking
for
those
bad
topics,
so
sensitive
topics
and
removing
those
duplicates
the
next
step
is
then
they
start
thinking
about
what
are
these
top
organizational
topics?

These
topics
that
everybody
cares
about
in
the
organization
we
can
edit
those.
Maybe
we
look
at
the
bookmarks
and
then
we
can
publish
those
and
it'll,
give
value
to
everybody
and
be
good
content
to
show
value
right
away.
It's
a
great
idea,
nothing
really
wrong
with
that.
But
what
happens
next
is
that
then
they
start
looking
at
the
next
set
of
topics
and
they
think
okay.
So
now,
what
do
we
do
as
knowledge
managers?

do
we
get
to
edit
all
these
topics?
This
is
more
topics
than
what
we
can,
edit,
the
you
know
three
or
four
or
five
of
us
who
should
edit
them.
Well,
we
don't
really
know
there
might
be
suggested
people
on
the
topic,
and
so
that
might
be
a
good
place
to
start,
but
then
how
do
I
motivate
those
people?
How
do
I
tell
them
that
they
should
go
edit?
That
topic?
Maybe
it's
not
really
their
topic.

We
don't
really
know,
and
so
what
happens
is
a
lot
of
knowledge
managers
get
stuck
at
this
step,
and
so
they
don't
have
very
many
published
topics.
They
still
get
value
from
the
AI
suggested
topics,
but
those
AI
suggested
topics
are
limited
in
their
exposure.
Only
the
end
users
who
have
access
to
the
content
of
those
suggested
topics,
will
ever
discover
those
Topics
in
search
or
on
a
SharePoint
page
or
in
a
teams,
chat
or
anywhere
else.

So
getting
more
topics
published
is
really
helpful
for
your
organization
and
you're
missing
out
on
extending
that
value
of
your
Topics
by
not
getting
more
topics
published.
So
the
suggestion
here
is
to
flip
this
on
its
head
and
think
about
your
pile
of
topics
a
little
bit
differently.
The
key
here
is
to
get
all
those
users
that
can
see
published
topics
to
contribute
their
knowledge
and
just
remember
that
users,
all
users,
will
see
publish
topics.
They
won't
see
the
content
if
they
don't
have
access
to
it.

still
recognize
and
honor
all
of
those
permission
controls,
but
those
suggested
topics
are
only
seen
by
those
who
have
access
to
the
file,
so
it
limits
their
visibility
across
the
organization.
So
how
do
you?
How
do
you
go
about
adopting
topics
in
a
way
that
then
delivers
on
this
key?
The
first
thing
is:
is
introduce
topics
to
your
end
users,
and
let
them
know
that
they
have
their
topics,
introduce
it
in
a
way
that's
relevant
to
them.

managers

So
who
should
edit
these
topics
now?

of
them
might
have
people
that
have
pinned
themselves
on
them
from
that
first
step,
in
which
case
they
can
reach
out
to
them
personally
and
say:
hey
I,
see
that
you
claim
this
is
you
know
a
topic
that
you're
associated
with?
Would
you
spend
just
a
couple
minutes
and
update
what
knowledge
you
have
about
that
topic
and
publish
it?
So
we
can
share
that
knowledge
with
the
rest
of
the
organization
and
then
next
those
knowledge
managers.

need

identify

organizational
wide

ones

are
relevant

whole
organization,
often

your

pilot

deliver
on
the
value
that
we've
promised?
The
first
one
is
in
setting
up
that
AI
discovery.

put
that
in
a
setting
to
remove
those
people
so
that
you
don't
have
kind
of
the
wrong
people
showing
up
on
those
topics,
but
the
real
key
is
that
you're,
giving
all
of
your
pilot
users
edit
and
create
permissions,
and
that's
what's
going
to
really
enable
these
next
two
stages.
So
the
lightweight
contribution
comes
next
again
as
you're
identifying
your
pilot
users,
you
need
at
least
20,
but
preferably
50
people,
and
the
recommendation
here
is
that
you
identify
two
or
three
different
groups
of
users.

teams
in
the
organization

be
valuable
for

to
share

again,

is
a

times

and

been

a

next
two

This
really
should
not
take

than
an

of
their

and
the
goal
here,
let's

you've

people
and
they're
gonna
publish
five
of
their
topics,
they're
going
to
edit
and
publish

topics.

the
goal
would
be
to
try
to
get
as
close
as
you
can

Maybe

topics,
because
again
those
published
topics
are
now
available
to
all

of
your

They
won't
see
the

recommend

columns

of
the
topic
aside
from

permissioning.

just
tells
you
how
much
content
have
we
found
for

complete
of
a
topic
is
there?

the

and

if

can
sort
by
from
high
to
low
an
org

score,
then
the
knowledge
manager?
They
can
look

that
shows

you
look
for
where
those
two
scores
are
similar,
they
don't

have
to
be

really

step
to
take

probably
thinking
okay,
how
do
we
measure
progress
and
success?

our
answer
is
this
very
exciting,
Feature
work
we
have
coming
into
the
product
very
soon
here
to
help
customers
measure
their
adoption
and
also
the
overall
value
of
topics.
First,
we
have
this
adoption
Health
metrics
dashboard.

is
a
brand
new
analytics
experience,
we're
placing
in
the
topic
Center
and
a
tab
here
called
analytics,
so
it'll
be
accessible
to
both
knowledge
managers
and
admins,
and
the
purpose
of
this
dashboard
is
to
help
customers
measure
where
they
are
in
their
adoption
and
also
where
they
need
to
be
so
it's
more
than
just
metrics.
It's
actionable
metrics.
We've
done
a
lot
of
research
about
what
a
healthy
adoption
looks
like
and
we've
determined
that
there
are
five
key
things
to
get
in
order
to
reach
what
we
consider
a
healthy
adoption
status.

include
Discovery,
so
this
is
a
measurement
of
how
the
AI
is
performing
in
your
tenant
with
finding
topics.
Given
the
content
it's
processing,
then
we
have
topic
quality,
exactly
what
it
sounds
like
it's

aggregate
score
of
the
quality
of
topics
across
the
tenant.
We
have
stickiness
this
correlates
to
active
usage
utilized.

the
knowledge

are
actually
being
used

your
users
and,
lastly,
availability
are
the
topics
showing
up
where
they
should
be
in
the
topic:
picker,
email,
rollup
search
as
a

finding
these
for
a
while,
and
so
we've
also
come
up

targets
for
customers
to
Aspire

and
the
best
part

this

come

direct
actions
for
managers
and
admins
to
perform
that
will
help
