rainy,
Slovenia,

where
we
are
in
a
tribe
conference
and
there's
a
lot
of
action
and
VPS
and
here's
another
set
of
attendees
as
well.
So,
even
though
it's
a
small
country,
it's
nice
to
see
that
people
are
finding
these
smaller
conferences
as
well,
it
doesn't
have
to
be
a
massive
multi-thousand
conference.
Now.

Last
week
we
were
in
ignite
and
in
ignite
we
announced
a
lot
of
cool
stuff
which
we've
gone
through
quite
a
few
times
on
the
talked
about
in
the
SharePoint
of
week
least,
we
talked
about
and
had
quite
a
few
blog
post
already
coming
out
from
day
to
night
as
well,
and
it's
good
to
say
also
that
community
is
releasing
a
lot
of
blog
posts
around
ignored
announcements,
because
that's
definitely
required
because
there
are
so
many
things.
I
think
the
book
of
news
from
ignite,
which
is
a
one
PDF
file
and
start
mentioning.

All
of
the
things
which
were
announced
was
like
86
pages,
so
that's
a
pretty
extensive
list
of
things
which
were
announced
as
part
of
the
ignite
thing.
Now,
let's
actually
get
moving
on
today,
because
today
we
kind
of
talked
about
some
of
the
latest
announcements
from
the
ignite.
But
before
we
go
there,
I'm

do

quick
update
on
the
sharepoint
development.

around
understanding
how
these
things

sites
and
site
designs
and
related

lot

and

generated
two
hundred

watch
time

quite
impressive,
number
actually
and
I'm
still
tempted
thumbs
on
starting
to
sell
advertisements
page
in
our
YouTube,
no
I'm,
not
actually
that's
a
bad
joke.
Now
we
have
62,000
total
visitors
in
a
kit,
hub
organizations,
six
thousand
seven
hundred
and
ninety
requests
worldwide.
Its
second
true
PMP,
open
source
components.
That's
an
insane
number
when
I
think
of
it.

good

say
that
people
are
interested
on

being
active
on
the

of
the
house
now
reminders
on
one
of
the
really
important
announcements

last

really

gives
you

capability

organizing

flexible,

whatever
works
best

coming

really

feel
like
part
of
a
family
common
ia

site
design.

empower
your
site
users

be
able
to
create
new
sites
and
automatically
put
them
in
the
right
place
right
in
the
right
organization,
you

point
that
point

them

have
them,
create
it
through

hubs,

middle
of
shipping,
which
I'm
very
excited
about

think

now

ruled
out

10%

process

Hubs
are
created
by
SharePoint
administrators
or
global
administrators.
That's
a
very
intentional
decision
that
we
made
to
make
sure
that
you
know
really
SharePoint
administrators
are
in
the
right
frame
of
mind
to
think
about
how
they
want
to
organize
their
intranet.

and
so
we
continue
to
provide
that.
But
site
owners
are
the
ones
that
are
docked
by
adjoining
sites
to
harbor,
creating
sites
directly
from
the
hub
and
I'm
sure
that
you've
probably
heard
we
also
talked
about
associated
hubs,
which
is
this
ability
to
organize
hubs
together
and
I'll.
Be
talking
about
that
so
breaking
into
the
specific
net
new
stuff
that
we
announced
that
ignite,
that
I
kind
of
want
to
give
you
guys
a
cool
demo
of
all
the
stuff

we
have
it
kind
of

any

instead

need

automatically

that
does
is

hub
and

option

sync
hub
permissions
to
the

if

want

keep
control

want
to
get
anything
from
the
hub.

totally

This
is
our
promise
to
make
it
easy
for
people
to
retain
their
own
kind
of
site
permissions.
But
if
I
actually
want
to
share
this
with
the
rest
of
my
organization
and
make
it
easier
to
find
in
search
and
roll-ups
and
all
that
good
stuff
right.
Because
that's
part
of
the
reason
we're
trying
to
help
here
make
sure
that
when
you
join
your
site
to
the
hub,
you
make
that
decision
to
have
your
stuff
roll
up
to
the
at
the
hub
level.

immediately
you
you'll
now
notice
you
get
the
the
hub
nav
the
theming.
This
was
already
green,
but
you
get
the
hub
nav
and
then
you
get
the
site
design
applying
which
we'll
talk
about
a
little
bit

But

because
we
come

adding

the
current

choose

share
and
take
it
back
for
whatever
reason

decide

site's

something

comfortable
sharing

rest

you

turn
it
off,
and
at
that
point
you
can
continue
to
manage
your
permissions
at
the
site
level
and
not
with
the
hub.

join

What
happens

you
see

what
happens

you
leave
the
hub
missions,
get
cleaned
up,
so
here's

this

and
I
just
wanted

believed
sinking
permissions.
Yeah,
oh
and
you'll
notice
that

So
the
way
that
this
mechanism
will
work
is
very
similar
to
the
how
theming
comes
down
and
how
nav
notes
come
down.
So
for
those
of
you
who've
been
using
hubs.

note
you
probably
notice
that
there
is
or
familiar
with
the
fact
that
when
you
make
a
change
at
the
hub,
it
takes
a
couple
of
hours
for
it
to
reflect
everywhere
and
that'll.
Be
true
of
this
as
well.
We
do
it
a
little
bit
more
aggressively
than
we
do
for
theming,
and
we
do
for
enough
because
of
the
urgency.
That
is
something
like
permissions,
but
within
a
couple
of
hours
and
I'm
talking
about
two
hours
and
by
the
way
we're
still
kind
of
testing
that
the
the
permissions
should
be
reflected.

then
I
would
go
here
and
see
that
sales

no
longer
show
up
so
going
back
to
the
to
the

happens

you
leave
a
hub,
so

joined

the
hub

How
permissions
will
work
so
again,
really
trying
goal

make
it
easy
for
hub
owners
to
help
site
owners
get
permissions
consistently
across
a
new
number
we're
starting
first
with
visitors,
it's
an
opt-in
model,
so
people
can
opt
in
or
opt
out
as
needed,
really
much
adapting
to
the
previous
model
for
hubs
where
they
get
site.
Owners
can
choose
to
join
and
unjoin.

right
now

only
thing
that
forces
the
sync
is
like
the
act
of
joining
on
on
joining.

if
you
really
