A
A
A
A
This
is
what
we
like
to
see
truly
just
truly
decentralized,
true
decentralization
here,
amazing
I'll,
give
it
one
more
minute
and
then
we'll
get
started.
Russia,
hello,
welcome.
Uzbekistan,
awesome
well,
hello,
everyone
and
welcome
to
our
genesis.
Cohort
3
kickoff
call
thank
you
so
so
much
for
joining
us.
Whatever
time
of
day
it
is
where
you
are.
We
are
so
so
excited
to
have
you
here
with
us,
not
just
today,
but
also
on
the
road
to
genesis
and
also
beyond
famine
protocol.
A
You
may
know
me
as
tash,
though
in
discord
and
I'm
the
community
manager
at
o1
labs
and
today
we're
going
to
be
just
giving
you
an
introduction
to
the
genesis,
genesis
programme
and
also
just
a
few
bits
of
guidance
and
also
ideas
on
how
we
can
help
improve
and
really
grow
our
community
and
just
make
mean
a
protocol,
the
best
protocol
in
blockchain,
so
so
on.
The
call
today,
in
fact,
let
me
just
go
to
the
agenda
real
quick.
A
A
We
have
our
general
counsel
june
kim
and
we
also
have
our
head
of
product
vijayan,
sharaki
and
also
our
genesis
support
team
who
some
of
you
may
be
familiar
with
sherry
and
valade
they're.
Also
here
on
this
call
and
we'll
be
talking
you
through
these
different
sections
here
in
the
agenda,
so
we'll
start
off
with
just
a
bit
more
about
o1
labs
and
also
about
mina
as
well.
A
Evan
will
talk
you
through
that
part
I'll,
then
go
into
a
bit
more
detail
about
the
genesis
program
and
yourselves
and
then
june
will
let
you
know
more
details
about
the
genesis
requirements
after
that,
we'll
speak
to
evan
again
about
the
staking
rewards
and
then
bijan
and
claire
will
let
you
know
more
about
the
product
roadmap
roadmap?
Sorry,
and
also
what's
next
for
everyone
here
and
just
to
just
a
quick
reminder
that
we
will
have
a
q
a
section
at
the
end.
A
So
if
you
look
at
the
bottom
of
your
screen,
you
should
see
a
q,
a
section
and
if
you
have
any
questions
now
or
throughout
the
throughout
the
call,
just
drop
your
questions
in
the
q,
a
section
and
at
the
end
we
will
pick
as
many
questions
as
we
can
and
answer
them
at
the
end
and
also
at
the
very
very,
very
end
of
this
call,
and
once
it
finishes
you
will,
you
should
hopefully
see
a
pop-up
survey,
which
is
just
a
bit
of
feedback
for
us
to.
A
Let
us
know
how
this
calls
gone
and
also
just
to
find
out
more
about
how
you're
feeling
about
the
genesis
program.
So
please
do
answer
the
survey.
It
will
really
really
help
us
in
the
future.
So
without
further
ado,
let's
take
us
to
the
first
section
of
this
presentation,
and
this
is
about
01
labs.
So,
as
you
can
see
here,
here
are
some
of
our
team
members
from
owen
labs.
A
So
I'm
based
in
the
uk
at
the
minute
and
we've
got
people
all
over
the
world
as
part
of
our
team
and
also
yourselves
as
well.
It's
not
just
our
team,
we're
you
know
a
team
of
30
people.
Our
community
is
really
at
the
core
and
at
the
heart
of
what
we're
doing
here
and
we
have
a
growing
community
of
more
than
7
000
people
as
our
supporters
and
also
our
testnet
participants.
So
it's
really
amazing
to
have
you
here
with
us
today
and
you
know
joining
our
program.
A
I
know
that
I
am
and
yeah
that's
looking
at
a
q1
launch
and
then
just
a
bit
more
about
our
values
here
now,
if
you
took
part
in
sandbox
and
3.3,
you
will
know
about
our
values
champion
award,
which
goes
to
community
members
who
really
embody
these
values
that
we
hold
here
at
o1
labs,
and
that
is
respect,
curiosity,
excellence
and
openness,
and
we
will
be
having
another
and
you
know,
future
values,
champions
award.
A
And
if
you
have
a
quick
look
at
these
slides
here,
we
have
our
ceo
and
co-founders
and
cto
sorry,
evan
and
isaac,
and
you
can
see
them
here.
You'll
see
them
around
discord
as
well.
So
do
say
hello
to
them.
If
you
do
see
them
and
also
our
own
labs
leadership,
team
and
also
some
of
a
lot
of
the
team
members
here
as
well.
Dirty.
A
But
we're
really
really
well
connected
and
we're
all
really
passionate
and
super
enthused
about
mina
protocol.
So
here
are
questions
as
well.
We
obviously
some
of
you
know
who
we're
backed
by,
but
you
can
have
to
look
here
and
see
some
of
the
people
invested
in
labs.
So
you
know
some
very
big
names
here
and
well
regarding
the
injury.
So
all
of
this
information
is
on
our
website.
A
If
you
want
to
take
a
look
you're
in
good
company
so
I'll
hand
you
over
our
ceo
evan
shapiro,
he's
going
to
talk
a
bit
more.
B
Yeah,
so
I'm
going
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
mina,
so
the
state
of
the
world
today,
if
we
look
at
it
is
cryptocurrencies,
are
missing
some
key
properties
that
you
would
like
them
to
have
they're
missing,
full
verifiability,
it's
very
expensive
and
complex
to
trustlessly
access
blockchains,
if
you're
like
a
user-
and
you
want
to
actually
access
one
of
these
things,
you
can't
just
like.
Do
it
directly
right
now,
you
have
to
like
find
some
middleman
to
go
through
to
access
the
cryptocurrency,
not
a
great
state,
to
be.
C
B
They
are
unable
to
both
be
decentralized
and
scale
at
the
same
time,
so
you
can
see
cryptocurrencies
like
bitcoin
and
ethereum,
who
have
chosen
to
a
pretty
low
scalability,
because
they
want
to
make
sure
that
as
many
people
as
possible
can
access
the
chain.
So
so
you
can
see
with
bitcoin
and
ethereum
cryptocurrencies.
B
So
you
can
see
that,
like
things
like,
bitcoin
are
great
for
being
like
digital
gold,
like
you,
don't
have
to
transfer
it
that
much,
and
you
know,
maybe
it's
okay,
if
you
don't
always
have
access
to
it.
Well,
maybe
not
but
like
if
you
want
things
this,
if
you
want
cryptocurrency
more
than
just
digital
gold,
to
be
something
that
actually
can
impact
everyone
and
be
available
to
everyone,
we
need
to
solve
this
issue
which,
which
we
generally
mean,
and
the
other
thing
in
crypto,
which
is
kind
of
funny.
B
Is
that,
like,
oh,
maybe,
more
sad
than
funny?
Is
it
like
right
now?
If
you
want
to
build
an
application,
you
have
to
post
all
of
the
computation
all
the
data
on
chain,
because
everyone
has
to
be
able
to
check
that
computation
and
check
that
data.
So
it
puts
things
out
in
the
public
in
a
way
that
is
not
exactly
ideal
for
what
we
would
want
from
cryptocurrency
cryptocurrency
data.
B
So
our
vision
and
mission
here
is
to
use
cryptography
and
cryptocurrency
to
build
computer
systems
that
put
people
back
in
control
of
their
digital
lives,
and
we
want
to
do
that
by
building
and
supporting
verifiable
digital
systems
and
to
work
on
strengthening
computational
and
financial
verifiability.
B
So
what
we've
done
with
mina
is
build
a
protocol
that
recursively
updates
a
tiny
proof
of
the
blockchain
and
because
it
does
that
the
proofs
are
really
small,
a
full
node
that
verifies
everything
in
the
protocol
from
the
genesis
to
the
current
state
and
whatever
accounts
you
might
care
about.
Or
you
know
a
few
accounts
or
13
kilobytes
can
be
really
really
really
small.
B
You
can
get
access
to
just
a
few
kilobyte
proof
and
a
few
kilobytes
per
account,
which
is
awesome
because
it
means
that
whether
you're
on,
like
a
powerful,
desktop
or
laptop
or
whether
you're,
like
you
know
just
on
like
a
phone
with
like
a
bad
internet
connection,
you
can
get
like
full
access
to
to
tomina
and
you
can
get
full
access
to
the
blockchain,
which
is
awesome
because,
like
you,
no
longer
need
to
worry
about
who
you're
connecting
to
the
blockchain
through
and
how
you're
doing
it
and
whether
the
system
is
like
scaling
beyond
a
point
where
you're
no
longer
able
to
actually
get
access
to
this
thing,
you
can
actually
be
like
a
fully
equal
member
of
the
protocol
with
media.
B
Everyone
can
be
a
validator,
which
is
why
we're
all
here
today
for
genesis
like
we
want
there
to
be
as
many
validators
as
possible,
so
that
we
can
really
give
everyone
the
opportunity
to
be
involved
in
not
just
checking
that
everything
is
doing
what
it's
supposed
to
be,
but
also
just
in
participating
in,
like
the
operation
of
the
system
being
able
to
vote
beyond
key
measures
being
able
to
realize
economic
potential
from
the
protocol
so
really
being
an
active
participant
in
the
system.
B
So
going
back
to
those
key
points
I
mentioned
earlier:
where
are
we
at
now
with
mina
with
us?
So
we
have
that
very
small
proof
which
gives
us
the
verifiability
we've
been
looking
for,
so
we
now
can
get
trustless
access
from
phones
and
browsers
and,
if
you're
a
developer.
B
This
is
awesome
because
it
means
that
you
don't
have
to
like
think
about
finding,
like
this
whole
set
of
partnerships
to
like
negotiate
your
users
access
to
tamina
because
of
the
small
proof
your
clients
will
be
able
to
just
like
connect
directly
to
the
blockchain.
You
have
to
think
about
how
the
infrastructure
is
behind
the
scenes,
because
it
really
is
just
going
to
be
like
the
gossip
net
and
and
the
media
protocol.
B
We
also
have
broken
like
this.
This
trade-off
between
decentralization
and
scalability,
the
the
small,
zero
knowledge
proof
means
that
we
can
think
about
increasing
the
throughput
without
it
starting
to
kill
off
the
scale.
You
only
really
need
to
worry
about
the
current
state
of
the
ledger
and
the
current
proof.
You
have
to
worry
about
the
you
know,
years
and
years
of
history
of
transactions.
B
So
it's
a
much
more
scalable
model
and
also
we're
able
to
leverage
dk
snarks
to
achieve
private
apps
with
mina.
So
these
are
like
these
are
applications
that
can
privately
use
data
in
like
a
way
that
is
both
verifiable.
It's
checking
everything
in
a
way
that
everyone
knows
is
secure,
but
also
keeps
things
private
and
a
bit
more
iron
snaps
on
the
next
page
yeah.
B
So
I
mentioned
these
snaps
they're
similar
to
centralized
apps,
but
they
add
some
extra
features
which
is
which
is
what
we're
looking
for
here.
So
they
add
a
full
verifiability,
they
add
scalability
and
they
add
this
privacy
feature
so
because
it
uses
your
own
knowledge
groups.
It
can
have
a
proof
inside
that
says
I
I
know
that
I
I'm
not
going
to
tell
you
exactly
what
this
information
is,
because
that
information
is
sensitive
and
private.
But
I'll
tell
you
what
you
need
to
know
about
it.
B
B
The
operation
I
care
about
as
a
user-
and
this
is
both
cooler
than
crypto
and
we're
dealing
within,
like
you,
know,
fairly
sensitive
information,
a
lot
of
the
time
that
we
probably
want
to
keep
private
like
we
wouldn't
want
to
just
make
all
of
our
bank
accounts
public
suddenly,
but
also,
I
think,
feels
like
a
key
gap
outside
of
crypto
as
well,
where
we
have
all
these
systems
we
interact
with
that
are
kind
of
opaque
and
just
kind
of
do
whatever
they
want
with
our
data
and
with
the
way
we
interact
with
them.
B
So
snarks
in
general
and
snaps
can
maybe
be
a
an
antidote
to
this.
The
another
cool
thing
about
snaps
is
that
not
only
can
we
have
data
privacy,
we
can
also
compute
the
logic
off-chain,
so
the
smart
can
be
a
proof
of
some
set
of
computation,
enabling
us
to
be
able
to
submit
very
large
computations
to
the
blockchain,
where
the
blockchain
doesn't
actually
have
to
run
the
whole
computation.
B
It
just
checks
the
certificate
of
that
computation,
so
you
put
very
large
computations
on
a
cryptocurrency
this
way
without
having
to
sacrifice
everyone
having
to
run
that
competition.
B
It's
also,
I
think,
gonna
be
very
cool
for
building
bridges,
because
once
we
have
mean
a
small
proof,
we
can
start
verifying
that
on
other
chains
and
we
can
have
mina
start
helping
with
its
features
on
other
protocols
and
bridging
to
those
particles
via
the
small
center
in
a
very
trustless
way,
which
is
awesome-
and
I
mentioned
briefly
before
I
think
one
day.
This
will
enable
us
to
serve
these
proofs
to
like
phones
to
browsers
everywhere,
and
you
can
have
apps
that
really
have
no
back-end
server
at
all.
A
Awesome,
thank
you
evan.
I
apologize
for
dropping
out
there.
Can
anyone
hear
me?
Okay,
yeah,
awesome
yeah.
So
thank
you
very
much
for
that,
and
this
section
is
just
a
bit
more
about
yourselves.
We've
had
80
people
on
boarded
as
part
of
this
next
cohort.
Okay,
what
three?
And
so
that
takes
us
to
220
active
genesis
founding
members,
which
is
amazing.
A
We,
I
think
you
all
know
we
have
up
to
1
000
genesis
grants
available.
Well,
we
did.
We
now
have
up
to
780
genesis
grants
available,
but
yeah
we're
really
really
pleased
to
welcome
you
all
and
just
to
highlight
some
of
the
new
countries
that
we've
added
as
part
of
this
cohort.
We
have
brazil.
We
have
kazakhstan,
we
have
bulgaria,
kenya,
philippines,
uzbekistan,
honduras,
estonia,
nigeria,
norway,
colombia,
romania,
thailand,
so
we've
had
13
more
countries
added
to
our
genesis,
family,
which
is
just
amazing.
A
I
just
want
to
talk
to
the
next
slide
awesome
and
you
can
see
some
more
of
our
statistics
here.
So
it's
49
countries
now
in
total,
and
we
really
want
to
grow
this.
So
if
you
do
know
the
people
in
different
countries
who
will
be
interested
in
being
a
protocol,
please
do
reach
out
to
them
and
just
let
them
know
about
what
we're
doing
and
over
genesis
but
you're
an
experienced
bunch.
A
More
than
eight
percent
of
you
have
experience
in
writing
code
and
sixty
percent
of
you
have
experience
with
dax
as
well,
which
is
amazing.
The
majority
of
you
plan
to
stake,
as
opposed
to
delegate
at
mainnet,
which
is
amazing
and
more
than
75
percent
of
you
plan
to
run
a
snap
worker.
Thank
you,
toma.
We
love
meena
too.
Also,
it's
not
just
about
the
technical
side
of
things.
A
So
a
lot
of
you
who
are
involved
in
our
community
building
as
well
with
translations
and
meetups
as
well,
and
we
really
want
to
continue
that
it's
so
important
as
part
of
our
genesis
programme
to
really
increase
our
reach
to
different
communities
and
different
people
and
just
to
really
spread
the
word
about
nina.
So,
thank
you
so
much
for
all
the
work
you've
done
so
far,
and
we
really
want
to
continue
this.
A
So
a
massive
part
on
the
back
to
everyone
and
if
you
want
to
pop
to
the
next
slide,
awesome
so
june,
will
let
us
know
a
bit
more
now
about
our
genesis,
requirements
june.
D
Hey
guys
excited
to
to
meet
you
all
virtually
and
I'm
so
excited
to
hear
that
so
many
countries
are
participating
in
an
art
genesis
program.
So
my
name
is
june.
I'm
the
general
counsel
of
owen
labs
and
my
goal
is
simple-
is
to
make
sure
that
we
all
put
our
best
foot
forward
when
it
comes
to
regulations
and
legal
considerations.
C
D
Program,
you
know
you've
all
sort
of
went
through
the
kyc
program
and
as
well
as
read
through
terms
and
conditions
which
are
long,
but
you
know
they
have
a
lot
of
important
information
that
we
worked
awful
about
to
make
sure
that
both
the
company
and
yourself
who
will
be
receiving
tokens
are
in
a
really
good
position
from
regulatory
perspective,
so
just
to
highlight
some
of
the
the
key
things
from
terms
and
conditions.
I
think
you
know.
D
We've
mentioned
that
66
000
tokens
I
will
be
distributed
to
up
to
1,
000
members
and
then
at
maine
at
launch.
We
reserved
up
to
6.6
of
the
protocols
pool
to
be
distributed
to
genesis
founding
members
to
make
sure
that
a
lot
of
participations
are
happening
from
different
countries
as
well
as
the
centralization.
D
So
I
thought
those
were
worth
pointing
out
again
if
we
could
go
to
the
next
slide.
D
Other
things,
I
think
that
we
could
all
use
good
reminders
for
is,
if
you
receive
tokens,
you
have
to
stake
or
delegate,
and
we
call
this
the
seeking
period
in
our
terms
and
conditions,
and
there
is
unfortunately
a
forfeiture
action
that
could
happen.
If
you
fail
to
do
this,
so
this
is
a
good
reminder
to
again
make
sure
that
you
meet
the
staking
requirements,
so
distribution
will
be
subject
to
a
four-year
investing
schedule,
as
indicated
in
terms
and
conditions,
make
sure
you
read
them
to
understand.
D
You
know
when
you
will
be
getting
the
tokens
and
how
long
you
have
to
be
subject
to
the
staking
requirement,
and
after
one
year
I
think,
there's
a
gradual
monthly
tranches
of
investing
that'll
occur
for
the
tokens,
so
those
are
all
things
that
you
could
expect.
D
One
thing
I
wanted
to
mention
again
is:
please
go
back
terms
and
conditions
for
all
information
relating
to
the
requirements
of
genesis
and
thank
you
in
advance
for
thank
you
for
for
the
work
that
you've
done
in
providing
us
the
requisite
information,
as
well
as
clearing
the
aml
and
klic
process.
That's
all
I
had.
B
Thank
you
so
so,
just
briefly
what
to
expect
from
inflation
and
satan
rewards
on
the
protocol,
the
inflation
rate
will
start
at
around
12
12,
and
then
it
will
go
down
to
seven
percent
over
time.
B
We
wanted
the
inflation
rate
to
be
higher
at
first
to
really
incentivize
participation
earlier
on
when
the
network
is
just
starting
off
and
then
to
lower
it
down
to
you
know
as
a
same
benchmark
for
other
state
protocols
and
for
like
a
point
where
we
think
that
the
community
and
the
protocol
can
then
decide
from
there
where
they
want
where
they
want.
E
B
Take
the
inflation
rate
where
it
should
go,
the
inflation
is
like
unbounded
on
the
protocol,
but
if
you
as
long
as
you
are
continuing
to
stick
you'll
retain
your
percentage
of
the
protocol
through
accumulating
the
inflation,
that's
happening,
you
can
choose
to
delegate
instead
of
staking,
but
that
will
likely
or
that
will
you
know,
increased
fees.
So
we,
you
know,
it
seems
most
are
planning
on
staking
which
makes
sense
and
the
block
reward
is
planned
to
eventually
be
adjusted
depending
on
staking
rate.
B
So
if,
through
folks
are
participating,
the
black
reward
will
increase
and
we
have
an
economic,
sweat
paper
with
more
information
on
this.
If
you're
curious,
that's
all
I
had
for
the
overview
thanks.
A
Awesome,
thank
you
very
much
evan
and
so
to
the
final
phase
of
our
call
will
be
our
product
roadmap
with
bijan
and
also
what's
next
with
claire
as
well
so
I'll
pass
you
over
to
them.
C
All
right,
let's
get
started,
so
to
achieve
our
vision
of
a
truly
decentralized
protocol
that
enables
all
kinds
of
new
use
cases
such
as
private
verification
of
information
and
recursive
update
of
the
blockchain,
in
a
way
that
the
protocol
has
access
to,
validate
and
verify
information
is
available
to
any
device
around
the
world.
C
We've
been
spending
a
lot
of
our
time
to
do
the
foundational
work
that
we
need
to
have
in
order
for
that
protocol
to
be
available
in
the
main
net,
we're
getting
close
to
the
end
of
that
part
we'll
get
into
it
in
more
detail
in
the
next
slide,
but
our
next
strategic
priority
is
going
to
be
really
unlocking
these
use
cases
that
are
unique
to
the
protocol.
C
I
think
some
of
them
was
briefly
mentioned
by
evan,
but
we
think
that
there's
a
lot
of
interesting
use
cases,
particularly
around
verification
of
identity
and
information
for
our
protocol,
and
once
we
have
those
use,
cases
really
come
to
service
and
have
the
developer
community
that's
building.
On
top
of
we
know
we,
our
strategic
focus
will
become
scaling.
The
usage
of
the
protocol
to
enable
things
such
as
verification
of
information
using
your
browser
with
the
blockchain
sizes
like
this,
so
that
kind
of
has
been
our
guide
in
developing
enrollment.
C
You
can
see
that,
up
until
now,
our
focus
has
really
been
in
developing
the
core
infrastructure
of
the
protocol,
and
we've
had
a
few
test
sets,
and
the
last
one
on
3.3
was
the
reason
you
guys
joined,
which
is
great.
Our
next
one
is
coming
pretty
soon.
C
This
is
going
to
be
the
last
phase
of
our
test
night
on
pokemonics
in
the
month
of
november,
and
then
after
that,
we'll
have
our
adversarial
tested,
probably
sometime
in
december,
and
then
right
after
that,
we're
going
to
be
ready
for
our
main
launch,
which
is
going
to
be
very
early
in
the
year
of
2021
and
with
the
mainnet
release.
C
What
we're
delivering
is
really
some
of
the
key
promises
of
the
protocol
and
that
foundational
work
things
such
as
a
recursive
update
of
the
blockchain
and
that's
something
that
we'll
be
able
to
have
on
demand
from
day
one-
and
this
is
really
gonna-
enable
also
transfer
of
our
amino
tokens
from.
C
And
as
we
go
through
the
transition,
our
phase
two
will
be
focused
on
really
developing
all
kinds
of
tools
that
we
want
to
have
to
enable
some
of
those
use
cases
that
we
mentioned
earlier.
Enhancing
the
performance
of
composable
snaps.
C
We
think,
will
enable
all
kinds
of
new
use
cases
for
the
platform
and
having
a
snap
developer
program,
something
that's
in
the
world
right
now
and
then
our
phase
three
would
be
when
we
enable
mobile
and
web
footnotes,
so
that
people
can
connect
to
the
network
on
trustbuster
onto
their
mobile
and
web
browsers
and
on
china
protocol
on
a
treasury
which
will
guarantee
a
more
decentralized
protocol
to
their
network.
E
Thanks
pajan
hi
everybody,
it's
nice
to
see
so
many
familiar
names
and
match
some
faces
to
them.
I'm
claire
and
I
lead
our
marketing
and
community.
You
know
we're
just
so
proud
of
all
the
traction
and
growth
that
we've
seen
with
the
mena
community.
Like
tash,
said
the
team
at
om1
labs.
You
know
we're
just
minuscule
in
comparison
to
all
of
you
and
it
really
is
humbling
to
see
how
quickly
the
community
has
grown.
E
E
If
you
compare
it,
you
know
to
other
chains
and
we're
quite
proud
of
of
the
progress
here
so
again,
just
really
hats
off
to
all
of
you,
because
when
we
launched
in
july
of
2019,
we
just
had
absolutely
no
idea
that
we
would
have
this
strong
reception
and
that
we
would
meet
so
many
enthusiastic
people
who
really
care
about
what
we
care
about
and
can't
wait
to
build
the
future
of
blockchain
next
slide.
E
So
you
are
all
genesis,
members
now
and
you
know
it's
the
beginning
right,
it's
not
the
end.
This
is
the
beginning.
You're,
now
the
core
part
of
our
community
and
you're,
the
team
who's
really
going
to
help
us
be
successful
around
our
mainnet
launch
and
going
forward.
So
everything
that
we
do
together
is
really
going
to
be
led
by
you
and
you
know
we're
we're
very
excited
because
we
know
we
have
really
passionate
people
from
all
over
the
world.
We're
so
excited
to
see
how
you
can
help
us
grow
our
community.
E
So
much
of
the
growth
that
I
mentioned
has
been
powered
by
community
members.
You
know,
I
would
say
very
little
has
been
done
by
us,
we're
just
here
to
support
so
some
things
that
you
can
do
to
help
onboard
new
genesis,
members
first
post
about
your
genesis,
grant
in
groups
and
forums
that
you
belong
to
that
are
relevant
to
crypto
and
blockchain.
You
know
this
is
a
huge
accomplishment
and
it's
a
great
program.
E
It
offers
you
know
so
many
interesting
ways
to
get
involved
with
new
technology,
just
share
your
passion
and
help
other
people
learn
and
apply.
Next.
Please
please
follow
us
on
twitter.
Tosh
will
drop
the
link
for
you,
but
please
tweet
about
us
using
the
hashtag
powered
by
participants
and
tagging
meena
protocol
and
just
wherever
possible,
you
know
be
an
ambassador
for
genesis.
Hold
up
our
values.
E
Tell
people
how
great
the
mena
community
is
and
please
let's
try
to
grow
this
so
that
in
cohort
four
you
know
we
have
an
even
more
diverse
cohort
and
a
larger
cohort
than
we
do
now.
Here
are
some
great
pictures
that
you
can
see
of
meetups
that
have
been
held
all
over
the
world
from
south
korea
to
a
meet-up
that
was
held
in
nigeria
to
some
in
san
francisco.
E
You
know
we're
we're
about
30
people
here,
there's
no
way
we
can
support
this
type
of
effort,
so
it's
really
driven
by
community
members,
and
we
hope
that
we
will
have
new
meetups
being
hosted
by
this
cohort
of
genesis,
members
very
shortly
yeah
and
lastly,
you
know
just
please
follow
us
wherever
you
can
and
feel
free
to
get
in
touch
so
again
we're
relying
on
you
to
make
this
the
most
decentralized
and
secure
crypto
protocol
we're
well
on
our
way
there,
but
we
still
have
work
to
do
and
you're
a
part
of
that
and
if
there's
anything
that
you
need,
please
let
us
know
like
how
can
we
help
you
grow
mina,
we're
here
to
be
a
resource,
whether
it's
helping
you
with
design
assets
or
giving
you
access
to
our
meetup
account
so
that
you
can
host
a
meetup
and
organize
it.
E
You
know
we're
really
here
to
help
you
out,
so
let
us
know
what
we
can
do
and
of
course
we
really
rely
on
feedback
so
that
we
can
improve.
We
love
hearing
the
good,
the
bad
and
the
ugly,
because
that's
the
only
way
we're
going
to
get
better.
So
please,
let
us
know
all
your
feedback,
suggestions
and
ideas
and
just
consider
all
of
us
folks
who
are
here
to
help
you
out
and
thank
you
so
much.
A
Awesome,
thank
you
very
much
claire
and
that
really
does
bring
the
presentation
to
a
close,
but
now
we
can
start
with
our
q
a
section.
So
thank
you
so
much
for
listening
and
we
will
take
a
look
in
questions
now
and
see
what
questions
we
have.
So
we
will
start
with
precious
who
asks
what
happens
if
I'm
staking
and
for
some
reason
my
server
goes
offline.
I
know
the
feeling
there
do.
I
lose
my
gfm
tokens.
In
other
words,
what
are
the
uptime
requirements
you'd
like
to
answer
that.
C
I
can
give
it
a
try,
so
we
are
aware
of
it.
That
is
a
real
scenario
that
could
happen,
we're
still
finalizing
the
requirements
for
uptime,
but
this
will
definitely
be
taken
into
consideration
and
we'll
make
sure
that
you're
judged
not
for
a
short-term
incident
that,
for
whatever
reason
you
didn't
have
access
to
the
internet
and
you
became
unavailable
but
more
about
how
you
have
performed
over
a
period
of
time
with
regards
to
uptime.
A
Awesome.
Thank
you
very
much.
Bishan.
We
have
an
anonymous
question,
which
is:
what
is
the
expected
max
tps
or
transactions
per
second
on
mainnet
launch.
C
Again,
I
can
give
that
I
don't
know
if
evan
wants
to
try
it
or
I
should
go
ahead.
I
can
give
it
a
try,
so
we
are
still
doing
some
tests
to
see
what
the
maximum
is
going
to
be.
C
C
Our
priority
is
to
really
optimize
for
the
promise
of
our
platform
that
enables
trust
us
access
to
the
protocol
without
necessarily
having
to
have
the
large
machine
ability
to
really
prove
that
a
recursive
update
of
the
blockchain
is
possible.
Those
are
going
to
be
our
number
one
priorities,
but
we
have
a
pretty
clear
roadmap
on
how
we
scale
the
tps
over
time.
C
You
know,
like
I
said
I
think
initially
for
us
it's
been
about
setting
up
the
foundation,
then
enabling
the
use
cases
and
then
scaling
the
protocol,
because
the
one
thing
that
you
want
to
avoid
is
to
have
a
blockchain
that
potentially
let's
say
you
say
it
has
high
tps,
but
it
has
no
usage
or
it's
like
exactly
it's
sacrificing
a
decentralization
we'll
have
more
accurate
numbers
as
we
get
closer
to
them.
A
Awesome,
thank
you
very
much
and
I
hope
that
answers
your
question.
We
have
another
question
from
jason
and
jason.
He
asks.
Can
we
make
referrals
and
do
they
increase
the
likelihood
of
the
referred
member
becoming
a
founding
member?
So
that's
question.
I
can
take
jason.
Yes,
we
do.
We
do
encourage
you
to
make
referrals
and
in
the
upcoming
test
net
there
will
be
a
referrals
challenge.
So
do
look
out
for
that,
but
you
can
do
it
before
then
and,
like
I
say,
everyone
has
an
is
an
equal
playing
field.
A
Everyone
has
an
equal
chance
of
becoming
a
genesis
founding
member
and
it's
not
just
based
on
technical
abilities
and
test
nets.
It's
also
based
on
community
efforts
and
community
spirit
and
raising
awareness
about
being
a
protocol
and
just
building
the
community.
So
your
referrals
can
be
community
builders
or
they
can
be.
You
know
technical
node
operators,
we
are,
you
know,
there's
so
many
different
ways
to
be
involved
in
mina,
there's
not
just
one
white
race,
so
yeah
that
that's
a
really
great
question.
We
have
another
question.
A
This
is
from
toma.
Tell
me.
You've
asked
two
questions
hello.
He
says.
Oh
one
labs
team.
First
of
all,
I
would
like
to
thank
you
for
the
chance
to
participate
as
part
of
the
gfm
programme.
We
love
mina
and
we
really
appreciate
this
opportunity
and
we
will
rock
together.
Oh
very
nice,
tomah.
Thank
you
two
questions.
While
awaiting
the
next
testnet
mina
launch,
aside
from
the
general
raising
awareness
efforts,
are
there
any
specific
areas?
You
might
need
support
who'd
like
to
answer
this.
E
E
So
one
exciting
thing
that
we
have
going
on
now
is:
we
have
started
a
university
ambassador
program
for
mina
and
this
is
really
exciting
because
we're
looking
for
students
at
current
universities,
if
you
know
of
anyone,
you
know
in
your
country
or
in
your
global
network
or
if
you're,
just
able
to
help
us
get
the
word
out
about
the
mena
university
ambassadors
program,
we're
looking
for
people
who
can
set
up
little
mini
mina
communities
at
their
universities
and
so
that
they
can
get
involved
in
testnet
4.1.
E
So
that
would
be
an
absolutely
great
thing
that
we
could
get
some
help
spreading
the
word
with
and
then
I'll
let
bijan
answer
the
rest.
C
Thanks
so
my
answer
is
more
from
a
product
and
technical
side.
We,
we
have
recently
launched
a
public
qa
net
network.
That
is
even
though
it
says
public,
it's
kind
of
private
to
the
people
that
are
invited
to
it.
Typically,
we
launch
a
new
network
a
couple
times
a
week
with
the
latest
updates
that
we've
made
and
the
members
of
that
community
are
the
ones
that
are
playing
with
it.
Finding
potential
thoughts
and
vulnerabilities
that
we
haven't
addressed.
Yet
it's
really
a
great
place
for
the
community
members
to
contribute.
C
There's
significant
value
in
that
for
us
and
it's
also
a
great
way
for
them
to
get
their
hands
into
a
technology.
That's
going
to
become
available.
So,
if
you're,
one
of
those
people
that
likes
to
play
around
with
new
tech
and
is
willing
to
kind
of
be
okay
with
the
temporary
instability,
let
us
know-
and
we
can
chat
with
you
and
if
there's
right,
fit
we'd
love
to
invite
you
to
that
public
qa
net
chat.
A
Awesome.
Thank
you
very
much.
That's
a
great
question.
We've
got
a
little
bit
more
time,
so
we'll
take
some
more
questions.
If
you
do
have
any
questions,
do
drop
them
in
the
q
a
now
we'll
do
as
many
as
we
can
and
don't
worry.
If
we
don't
get
to
your
question,
we
can
answer
those
over
in
discord.
If
we
do
run
out
of
time,
so
dimitri
asks
are
there
going
to
be
any
01
lab
nodes
to
delegate?
If
I
decide
to
do
so,
instead
of
staking
myself.
C
There
there
will
be
a
list
of
nodes
that
you
can
delegate
to,
but
I
think
we
are.
We
encourage
people
to
delegate
to
ours
in
the
community.
A
C
We
can
talk
to
this
as
well,
so
we
do
have
archive
notes,
and
currently
I
can
speak
to
a
couple.
Other
archivals
that
are
being
run
on
by
block
explorers,
we'll
be
running
our
own
archive
modes
as
well,
and
the
archive
knows,
as
anybody
is,
you
know,
invited
to
run
their
archive
notes.
There
are
some
use
cases
for
it,
but
right
now
we
know
that
the
block
explorers
will
definitely
be
relying
on
the
archive
modes
as
a
way
to
make
it
easier
for
themselves
to
present
block
information
locally.
A
We
actually
had
a
question
in
advance
from
steak
with
ains
who
couldn't
attend
today,
but
he
did
send
the
question
through.
Will
there
be
a
ledger
support
from
day
one.
C
I
can
take
this
one,
so
there
will
be
ledger
support
from
day
one
we
are
so.
The
the
ledger.
Support
will
definitely
be
available
through
cli
interface,
but
there
is
a
likelihood
that
it
will
also
be
available
through
the
ledger
life
as
well.
C
So
we'll
have
more
information
on
this
as
we
get
closer
to
the
mainnet,
but
I
totally
hear
the
desire
to
store
and
store
critical
assets
in
ledger,
and
I
agree
that
the
ledger
live
interface
is
definitely
a
preferred
interface.
So
that's
definitely
something
that
we
have
in
mind
and
if
we
have
it
available
with
ledger
live
from
day
one
great.
If
not,
it
will
be
right
away
after
a
few
weeks
of
launching
it.
A
A
C
Yeah
it'll
be
yeah,
so
I
think
what
we'll
do
is:
will
it
enable
a
kind
of
a
sandbox
environment
at
some
point
in
2021,
probably
earlier
in
the
year,
for
the
developer
community
to
start
playing?
We've
actually
done
most
of
the
work
from
a
protocol
perspective
on
on
snarks
and
enabling
that,
but
currently
it's
just
like
behind
the
future
flag,
but
we'll
be
looking
into
enabling
it
and
having
the
right
tooling
available
for
the
developer
community.
A
A
A
B
So,
yes,
we
thought
about
this.
The
the
the
challenge
is
that
it
becomes
very
easy
to
civil,
because
someone
with
a
lot
of
state
can
just
break
up
their
stake
into
like
a
lot
of
little
accounts
and
pretend
that
they're
a
lot
of
little
people
and
then
they
can
just
like.
If
a
smaller
account
gets
a
bonus,
then
they
can
use
it
to
have
an
advantage,
so
we're
stuck
in
proportional
worlds.
I
like
agree
like
like
in
the
long
term,
like
I
think,
moving
towards
like
an
individual
model
is
awesome.
B
One
thing
that's
cool
about
oraboros.
Is
it
make
sure
that
the
likelihood
that
you
win
basically
there's
no
advantage
to
consolidating
steak
so
that
the
likelihood
of
you
winning
with
two
accounts
is
the
same
as
if
you
combined
into
one
account?
So
it
does
go
a
little
bit
of
the
way
to
kind
of
remove
any
advantage
from
putting
everything
into
like
one
massive
account,
which
is
helpful.
A
Awesome,
thank
you
evan.
I
hope
that
answers
your
question
pedro
and
we
have
another
question
which
is:
can
you
tell
us
more
about
mina
and
the
rebrand
claire?
Would
you
do
you
want
to
hop
on
that?
One.
E
Oh
sure,
I'm
happy
to
take
that
yeah.
So
I
think
you
know,
as
many
people
in
our
community
know,
we
were
previously
known
as
coda
protocol
at
the
end
of
september
in
2020,
so
very
recently,
within
the
last
five
weeks,
or
so
we
did
relaunch
as
mina,
and
the
reason
for
doing
this
was
that
we
we
were
faced
with
a
lawsuit
from
another
company
in
the
blockchain
space
called
r3.
E
This
was
publicly
filed
and
anyone
is
able
to
go
and
look
at
it
and
read
it.
This
was
also
covered
in
a
lot
of
you
know:
different
kind
of
crypto
news
publications
like
the
block
and
coindesk,
so
it
was
fairly
well
known,
and
I
think
you
know
from
our
point
of
view.
Of
course
we
love
the
code
name,
but
it's
also
very
distracting
to
be
engaged
in
any
type
of
lawsuit
and
we
felt
that
that
really
wasn't
best
for
us
or
our
community.
E
We
wanted
to
continue
focusing
on
building
our
technology,
and
so
with
that
we
decided
to
give
up
the
code
a
name
and
move
on
to
the
mina
name,
which
we're
really
excited
about
this
time.
We
really
had
an
opportunity
to
talk
to
the
community,
so
we
started
this
work
of
coming
up
with
a
new
name
by
talking
to
the
community
and
learning
like
what
really
made
us
special
and
what
we
heard
were
some
of
the
values
that
tosh
shared
with
you
around.
E
You
know,
respect
excellence,
openness,
and
that
was
all
really
really
good
to
hear,
and
then
we
used
that
and
really
picked
a
name
that
we
felt
matched
it.
So
when
we
hear
mina,
you
know
we
hear
both
like
technical
excellence
as
well
as
like
a
friendly,
open
name.
It
sounds
like
someone
who
could
be,
maybe
a
friend
or
an
old
acquaintance,
and
and
that's
really
how
we
think
of
ourselves
as
a
really
friendly
community,
but
that's
also
very,
very
technical.
E
So
I
don't
know
if
that
answers
the
person's
question,
there's
so
many
materials
and
things
that
you
can
read
about.
You
know
the
inspiration
behind
it
and
obviously
our
website
is
just
completely
overhauled,
so
you
can
get
a
feel
for
the
new
mina
brand.
A
Wonderful,
thank
you
so
much
for
that
claire
hope
that
answers
your
question.
We
have
another
question,
which
is:
what
will
be
the
tax,
the
tax
implementations
for
being
a
genesis
founding
member?
I
think
they
mean
like
what
what
will
the
tax?
What
will
the
issues
be
surrounding
tax
june?
Do
you
want
to
take
that
one.
D
Yeah
sure
so,
unfortunately,
we
as
a
company
cannot
give
any
tax
advice,
and
I
think
many
of
you
know
that
already
we
have
a
lot
of
jurisdictions
that
have
different
tax
laws
and
even
within
u.s,
it's
it's
fairly
complicated
in
terms
of
tax
characterization
of
a
particular
digital
asset,
especially
since
it's
being
distributed
in
different
fashions
for
different
projects,
so
long
story
way
of
saying.
D
Unfortunately,
we
cannot
opine
on
that,
and
you
know
I
encourage
people
to
get
their
own
text
advice
as
well
as
look
for
any
packs
guidance
on
this
matter.
A
Awesome,
thank
you
very
much
june,
and
we
have
we
probably
get
a
couple
more
questions
in.
We
have
one
from
oscar
and
from
woofang
you've
both
asked
about
the
hardware
requirements
at
mainnet
launch.
Could
we
give
any
more
details
about
the
expected
hardware
requirements.
C
We're
still
working
through
them,
but
I
think
they'll
get
finalized.
As
we
get
closer
to
mania.
You
should
have
some
information
on
it,
at
least
for
the
test.
4.1,
that's
going
to
become
available
sometime,
probably
around
mid-november,
but
we're
working
on
that
right
now
and
hoping
to
reduce
the
hardware
requirements.
A
Awesome,
thank
you
bijan
and
we'll
take
this
final
question
from
martin,
which
is
a
bit
of
a
spicy
one
who's,
your
current
block
and
competitor.
A
He
wants
to
take
that
it's
a
difficult
question
to
answer
and
I
think
you
know
if
I
want
to
chime
in
and
just
say
I
think,
there's
room
for
everyone
in
this
industry.
I
don't
think
we
necessarily
need
to
be
competing
against
each
other
but
yeah.
If
anyone
wants
to
jump
in
there
then
do
do.
Let
me
know.
E
I
think
you
know
I
can
just
add
martin,
I
see
where
you're
coming
from
there.
I
think
you
know
from
our
end
it's
actually
really
interesting,
because
we
have
great
relationships
with
all
the
other
top
projects
that
you
might
be
following.
You
know
so
think
about
the
team
at
at
really
any
of
the
top
projects,
and
we
have
great
relationships
with
their
technical
team,
their
marketing
teams,
and
I
think
everybody
in
the
industry
I
mean
really
feels
like
you
know.
E
We
have
to
kind
of
band
together
to
make
this
happen,
because
there's
so
many
incumbents
and
there's
so
much
kind
of
you
know
just
inertia
in
the
market.
It's
really
hard
to
overcome
it.
So
you
know,
might
sound
like
a
little
bit
of
a
naive
answer,
but
I
truly
do
believe
that
everybody,
who's
kind
of
on
the
blockchain
and
crypto
side
of
the
revolution
is
is
kind
of
brother-in-arms
sister-in-arms.
If
you
will
so
yeah
for
what
it's
worth.
I
also
think
like
as
far
as
mina
goes.
E
You
know
our
technology
and
our
community
are
really
really
unique,
and
so
I
don't
see
anyone
like
directly
competing
with
us
in
a
technological
sense
or
kind
of
you
know
in
a
community
sense
around
like
what
we're
building.
I
think
it's
a
really
unique
place
and
we're
attracting
the
people
who
feel
that
this
is
a
good
fit
for
them,
so
we
hope
to
kind
of
grow
alongside
those
other
communities.
A
Awesome,
thank
you
very
much
claire,
and
that
does
take
us
to
time.
Thank
you
so
much
for
all
the
questions
that
you've
sent
in
and
if
you
haven't
had
your
question
answered,
please
do
feel
free
to
drop
it
in
the
genesis
founding
members
chat
over
in
discord,
and
we
will
obviously
endeavor
to
answer
those
questions.
So
please
don't
worry
if
your
question
hasn't
been
answered
at
this
stage.
Thank
you
so
so
much
for
joining
us
here
today.
A
It's
been
amazing
to
have
you
all
here
with
us
and
like
claire
mentioned
earlier,
we
really
rely
on
your
support
in
helping
mina
grow
and
really
helping
us
expand
and
reach
new
people.
So
please
do
share
the
news
about
you
being
a
genesis
founding
member
and
all
your
social
media
platforms.
A
We
love
to
see
that
and
also
we'll
be
dropping
you
some
new
gfm
avatars
as
well,
so
do
keep
an
eye
out
for
those
put
tweeters
messages
on
telegram
discord,
reddit
we'd
love
to
see
you
over
on
our
reddit
subreddit
mina
protocol
and
yeah
we're
really
looking
forward
to
our
journey
towards
maina
and
beyond
with
you.
So,
thank
you
very
much
for
joining
us.
Like
I
say
any
other
questions,
please
drop
them
in
discord
and
yeah.
It's
been
a
wonderful
day.
Thank
you.
