we
are
so
at
thoracic,

joined
the
mina
community
in
march
2021
and
it
was
just
before
mainnet
launch
and
when
we
discovered
the
project
with

lightweight
blockchain
and

that

built

it,
we
were
really
thrilled,
so
we
jumped
in
the
community
and
starting
to
build
tools
to
help
the
validators
and
the
delegators
to
to
enter
the
the
mina.
So
we
are
a
team
of
two.
We
live
in
french
guyana.

french
ghana
is
a
small
part
of
french
france
located
in
south
america.
I'm
the
ceo
of
tech
companies.
I
run
a
digital
agency
and
startup
dealing
with
apis
and
I'm
the
face
for
the
mina
community
for
tourist
tech
and
I'm
also
working
with
francois,
his
cto
and
the
developers
the
developer,
working
on
all
the
tools
that
I
will

presenting
later.

we
build
tools
for
the
mina
community
and
we
run
also
a
blog
producer,
which
is
well
ranked
in
the
leaderboard
and
we'll
see
that
later,
and
we
want
to
raise
awareness
of
the
french
entrepreneur
and
french
mina
community
for
zk
proof
and
light
blockchain
technologies
so
about
the
tools
that
we
built.
I
start
with
a
minute
time
machine
which
is
actually
the
first,
the
last
tool
we
built,
because
a
lot
of
people
ask
us
on
discord.

tool

to

running
a
validator
mode.

to
use.

enter
your
stake
in
mina
and
you
can
also
add
the
amount
of
delegated
to
you
and
you

up

validator
fee

just
hit
the
compute
button
and
it
will
display
per
epoch.
How
much
you
can
earn
running
your
validator?

have
also
another
tool
which
is
quite
similar
of
the
previous
one,
but
that
one
is
intended
to
be
used
by
delegators.
So
that
means
that
most
of
you,
people
are
listening
to
this
conference,
certainly
you're
having

you
heard

you

stake
minas
to
a
blood
producer
to
gain
rewards.

tool
will
be

help
you
to

how
much
you

delegating
your
mina

program
designed
by
the
miner
foundation
and
now
we
have
as
a
blog
producer,
we
have
to
run
a
tool
called
sitecore
to
push
a
and
the
top
120
block.
Producers
have
a
chance
to
get
a
delegation
from
the
mina
foundation.

the
address
of
the
node,
you

the
uptime
score
and

you

search
you

to
know
your
address
and

heart,

names

producers
and

build
the
new
tool

leaderboard.

scrap
the
official
leaderboard
every
minute
and
we
store
the
results.

that
more

500
validators
involve
the
delegation
program,
that's
more
than
half
of
the
total
of
the
block
producers,
and
we
also
can
see
that
almost
all
validators
who
go
to
the
delegation
from
the
media
foundation
enroll
the
delegation
program.
You
can
also
see
that
there
will
be
a
new
delegation
round
for
the
delegations
in
26
days,
and
so
we
have
now
the
leaderboard
with
more
stats.
So
you
can
filter
and
search
block
producers.

have
a
chart
here,
so
we
have
to
remove
the
featuring,
and
this
chart
here
is
not
really
useful
for
the
top
producers,
because
the
ranking
is
pretty
stable.

you

producers

going
up
in
the
ranking
and

them
are

down.

foundation
payouts
so

for
the
block
producers
who
go

delegation
from
the
minute
foundation

paid

payouts
in
full
and
in
time.

it
will
be
a
great
addition
to
this
leaderboard
and
after
that
we
will
release
all
the
data
we
have
through
a
rest
api.

the

board
coming
in

weeks
with
customized

columns
and
more
data,

after

during
the
summer,

modify
the

board
to
add

new
delegation
policy
scoring
mechanism
