things

are
being
built
in
minas
community.

we
know
that
there
are
a
lot
of
talented
people
in
the
community
and
a
lot
of
stuff
and
cool
things
are
being
built
in
different
pockets
and
sometimes
very
hard
to
keep
track
of
everything.

the

there
will
be
a
pop-up
window
with
a
survey,
and
we
would
really
appreciate
it
if
you
could
take
a
few
minutes

fill
it
out
all

then,
let's
start
since
we
have
a
lot
of
items
on
agenda,
I'm
going

share
my

first
we
have
updates
about
a
core
protocol
and
map
from
owen
labs.

first
session
that
the
beta
was
just
released,
then
we've
had
a
good
engagement
on
that
and
have
used
that
to
identify
some
issues.
So

for

pointing
those
out
we're
working
to
resolve
the
new
stability
issue,
the
goal
of
the
1.2
release
is
really
to
have
it
be
more
stable,
resolve
some
of
the
crashes
that
the
node
operators
are
seeing
and
also
the
being
stuck
at
a
particular
block
height.

in

been
heads

working
on
snaps,

in
particular
the
product
team
has
been
working
to
finalize
the
use
cases.
We
do
have
a
hello
world
use
case
to

working
to
develop
a
few
high-value
use
cases
from
there
we're
defining
the
requirements
that
needs
to
happen
both
in
the
transaction
model
and
in
the
core
protocol
itself.

next

After
that,
the
the
transaction
spec
and
the
future
specs
will
be
finalized,
and
then
we
will
be
working
on
developing
those
as
well.
In
addition

that,
there

a
workshop
plan
for
sometime
this
year,
where
we
will
be
using
it
to
show
the
mvp
of
what
our
snaps
use
cases
and
also
use
it
to
gather
feedback
so
something
to
look
out
for
there
and
then.

another
huge
thing
we're
working
on
is
networking
improvements,
so
this
goes
back
to
our
plan
to
our

improving

stability
of
our
nodes.

two
rfcs
that

out

close
to
being
closed.
They
are
a
networking
refactor
and
they
are
taking
the
work
that
chains
they

integrating

these

to
reduce
the
networking
pressure,

can

to
instability
and
we're
going
to
start
with
kind
of
one
of
the
smaller
pieces,

ipc
protocol
serialization

usage

working
on

stabilization
improvements

rust
implementation
of
the

protocol.

we're
continuing
work
on
our
first
milestone,

serialization
library

rust.

over

test
cases
from
the
jane
street
implantation,
which
is
the

reference
implementation
and
we're
now
just
working
on
a
layout
parser.

that
have

camel
types

them,

we're
working
on
getting
a
parser
or
making
a
parser
to
generate
types
from
rust
from
these

layout
files,
and
this
will
help

lot

testing

serialization
and
deserialization
of
certain
types
like,
for
example,
the
block,
because
it's
pretty
complicated
and
it's
nice
to
just
have
it
be
auto-generated
for
us.

we
know
the
type
is
correct,

the
common

base
functions
that
are
used

the
rest

more
complicated
functions
