Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
We
have
these
microphones
for
a
reason.
Hearing
is
very
difficult
in
this
room,
so
adjust
that
microphone.
If
I
think
something
that's
close
enough
to
your
mouth,
that
everybody
can
hear
you.
The
board
will
ask
any
questions.
After
you've
presented
your
request,
then
anyone
wishing
to
speak
to
the
proposal
be
asked
to
come
forward,
give
their
name
and
voice
their
opinions.
Each
side
will
have
ten
minutes
to
speak
once
your
request
is
held
and
heard,
and
the
Board's
decision
is
rendered.
You
may
leave
the
meeting.
A
However,
if
you
have
questions
for
staff,
please
wait
until
after
the
meeting
is
over
to
ask
them
or
you
may
contact
us
at
the
following
day
at
the
office
once
public
testimony
and
discussion
for
particular
item
is
concluded,
the
members
of
the
board
will
deliberate
and
render
their
decision
members
with
a
personal
or
financial
interest
in
any
requests
are
required
to
recuse
themselves
from
voting
all
decisions
by
the
Architectural
Review
Board
are
final.
Aggrieved
parties
may
appeal
a
decision
for
the
City
Council
for
15
days
for
procedural
issues.
A
A
It
takes
five
votes
to
pass
the
motion
because
of
the
number
of
members
present.
You
know
it
takes
one
to
disagree
with
you
there.
If
you
want
to
delay
your
request,
please
let
us
know
when
your
project
is
announced,
I'd
like
to
take
an
opportunity
to
really
to
introduce
the
members
of
the
architects
review
board,
Cedric
Campbell,
Elizabeth,
Grail,
Jeremy,
Kelly,
John,
Hayden,
John,
Pershing,
David,
Payne
and
Kenny
Williams
are
absent
and
Kalia
Bell.
Thank
you.
A
B
A
B
So
most
of
the
submission
here
is
to
request
the
removal
of
some
trees
and
the
back
of
the
property
and
also
to
install
a
new
fence
along
the
west
end
of
the
property
part
of
the
south
end
of
the
property
and
then
a
new
driveway
mark
the
driveway.
So
using
an
existing,
curb
cut,
that's
there
and
then
giving
some
paving
area
leading
up
to
that
driveway
there
to
the
garage.
B
B
A
B
C
D
Have
I
think
they
wanted
trees
and
shrubs
it's
appropriate
where
it
is
and
I
didn't
know
that
my
comment
said
when
most
of
those
removals
are
in
clumps
clusters,
just
adding
four
canopy
trees
and
let
them
be
specimen
trees
but
would
probably
fulfill.
Then
you
know
your
replacement
issues
you
might
have
with
it.
Cedric
I'm,
like
you,
that's
a
big
old
tree
I've.
C
A
B
A
F
Right
good
evening,
everybody
you're
probably
wondering
if
you
could
go
back
1.
Thank
you
right.
There,
you're,
probably
wondering
is
that
a
tire
swing
tied
to
a
pecan
tree
and
I
want
to
point
out.
It
belongs
to
my
associate
over
here
who's
nine
years
old,
that
his
name
is
Brian.
That's
his
swing,
but
we're
here
talking
about
what
you
see
in
the
photo.
F
There's
unpainted
pressure-treated
wood
next
to
the
pumpkins
in
that
photo,
and
that
is
temporarily
installed
as
a
safety
handrail
for
my
mother-in-law.
Who
is
blind,
so
we
have
two
issues
before
the
board
tonight.
The
first
is
approval
for
that
to
become
a
permanent
and
painted
structure
to
paint
it
to
match
it's
kind
of
a
green
and
a
light
green
color
scheme
on
the
porch
there
and
then.
F
A
E
G
Know
they
had
a
horrible
time
getting
from
France
to
Spofford.
Today,
I
was
so
upset,
but
they
bought
a
house
in
the
Garden
District
and
they
want
to
reply
or
a
place.
They
have
like
four
or
five
different
types
of
fencing
around
the
backyard,
but
they
want
to
replace
part
of
it
with
the
four
foot.
Alumina
Gardens.
H
G
The
hamlet
of
Hamilton,
style
and
I
believe
there
are
pictures
of
that
in
the
presentation,
that's
where
they
want
to
replace
where
it's
drawn
in,
and
only
that
one
little
part
on
the
that
part
right.
There
is
only
part
that
you
would
see
from
the
street,
and
then
that
is
the
type
of
fencing
that
they
would
like
to
use.
Okay,.
I
I
Hi
I'd
like
to
be
able
to
replace
the
front
door
on
the
house.
I,
don't
know
if
it's
the
original
door,
it's
it's
a
solid,
it's
not
attractive,
doesn't
fit.
I
wanted
to
be
able
to
replace
that,
and
also
above
that
door.
The
original
transom
is
there,
but
they've
replaced
the
glass
I.
All
I
want
to
do
is
put
straight
glass
in
there
as
well
about
that.
I
A
A
B
H
G
34
star,
representing
the
old
Coverdale
association,
you
know
we
hate
to
cut
down
a
healthy
tree,
especially
a
pine
tree.
It's
not
a
scrub
tree
I
mean
looking
at
my
house,
there's,
probably
four
or
five
trees.
That
could
take
me
out
at
any
time,
but
you
know
you
just
sort
of
live
with
that
danger
when
you
live
in
historic
district,
so
we
really
prefer
the
healthy
trees
stay.
H
D
Ma'am
I
looked
at
this
tree
most
recently
with
this
application.
I've
been
aware
of
this
tree
since
I
got
to
Montgomery
15
years
ago.
It's
always
looked
like
this
is
help
as
it
can
be.
I
see
no
outward
signs,
that's
going
to
uproot
and
fall
and
if
so,
y'all
wouldn't
see
it
here,
you
know
we
would
expedite
that
removal.
D

I

C
E
E
D
Me,
madam
chair,
just
to
be
clear
for
all
concerned
my
job
with
the
city
and
for
this
board
is
I,
am
trained
to
look
for
hazards
and,
if
I
find
a
hazard,
this
board
does
not
have
to
determine
anything.
Those
hazards
are
expedited
and
removed.
So
that's
in
this
case
I
can
see
no
evidence
of
it
and
I've
inspected
several
times
over
the
years
and
and
will
be
inspecting
it
again.
You
know,
as
things
go,
that's
my
job.
I,
don't
want
to
fall
either,
but
I
have
to
call
it
like
I
see
it.
E
I
A
H
A
H
C
H
We're
requesting
to
add
a
driveway
at
this
house
to
this
will
be
a
question,
run
gravel
about
nine
feet
wide
and
extending
to
the
rear
corner
of
the
house.
In
addition,
we're
requesting
approval
to
replace
the
missing
windows
with
two
over
to
single
pane
windows
and
and
add
a
window
where
one
previously
does
not
exist.
On
the
back
of
the
back
of
the
house
first
floor.
