A
The
board
of
the
Junction's
is
a
nine-member
board,
we're
appointed
by
the
City
Council,
and
we
serve
on
a
voluntary
basis
without
compensation.
Our
procedure
for
conducting
business
is
that
I
last
used
petition
to
come
forward.
Please
present
your
request
and
be
prepared
to
answer
any
questions
that
anybody
on
the
board
or
in
the
audience
may
have
once
we
receive
public
testimony
on
a
particular
item.
Members
of
the
board
will
deliberate
and
we
will
render
our
decision
this
afternoon
remind
members
with
any
personal
or
a
financial
interest.
A
In
any
item
you
required
to
recuse
yourself
from
voting
in
your
testimony
that
is
submitted
by
the
petitioner
or
on
behalf
of
the
petitioner
during
the
presentation
of
the
agenda
item
will
be
binding
as
to
any
decision.
The
board
makes
relative
to
the
motion
our
remaining
members
of
the
board.
If
the
motion
is
made
to
did
not
a
particular
item,
a
reason
must
be
given
this
time.
I'll
introduce
the
members
of
the
board
that
are
here,
miss
Katie
Brown,
who
is
our
Vice
Chairman
mr.
Steve
Hughes
mr.
Nathan
Williams
mr.
ball
Holmes
mr.
A
A
Regarding
the
approval
of
the
notion,
it
requires
five
votes
to
approve
that
motion,
not
a
majority.
So
we
have
to
have
five
votes
to
approve
the
motion,
any
questions,
I'll.
Let
you
know
that
item
number
nine
has
been
delayed.
That's
the
petitioner
regarding
well
acts.
Avice
love,
Luce
regarding
property,
located
at
12:28,
federal
Drive,
has
been
delayed.
B
C
C
A
C
C
You
look
into
the
first
page,
you'll
see
the
chickens
that
I'm
asking
to
keep.
We
moved
here
last
year,
but
we
have
had
our
chicken
flocks
since
2015
before
we
moved
into
Montgomery.
We
decided
to
move
here
because
of
job
opportunities
and
when
we
chose
the
home
that
we
have,
one
of
the
things
that
was
appealing
to
us
was
where
it
was
located.
It's
right
near
the
interstate.
C
We
currently
have
eight
chickens
on
property,
we're
asking
for
an
exemption
to
up
to
ten
so
that
if
any
of
them
died
and
we
feel
the
need
to
replace
them,
we'll
be
able
to
do
so
easily
places
like
tractor
supply.
When
you
purchase
chicks,
you
have
to
purchase
a
minimum
number
and
I'm
afraid
that
if
we
just
ask
for
six,
then
we
won't
be
able
to
replace
them
as
easily
so.
C
C
A
A
A
C
C
D
E
C
The
complaint
was
something
along
the
lines
of
animal
where
welfare
I
think
what
you
can
see.
They
are
definitely
taken
care
of
it's
not
that
they
have
been
neglected
or
that
we're
raising
them
for
meat
or
we
don't
even
sell
our
eggs
I,
give
them
to
our
neighbors,
but
they
basically
just
are
our
pets.
C
All
of
our
ducks
have
been
hand
raised.
We
started
out
with
two
the
one
at
the
top
is
a
rescue.
His
family
had
died
on
a
friend's
land.
She
didn't
have
the
means
to
take
care
of
them,
asked
if
we'd
be
interested
in,
we
did
and
then
we
got
pip
as
a
mate
or
a
friend
for
him.
He
turned
out
to
be
a
boy
too,
so
we
decided
we
were
done
with
that.
C
We
moved
up
here
into
Montgomery,
they
have
a
200-gallon
filtered
pond
that
we
keep
for
them
and
then,
when
we
moved
up
here
in
September
a
month
later,
the
lady
called
us
again
and
said
she
had
more
babies,
something
that
happened
to
the
parents.
Would
we
consider
taking
them?
So
we
ended
up
taking
four
of
them
and
that's
the
four
new
girls
we
have
at
the
bottom.
C
C
C
C
E
C
And
in
the
last
two
unusual
animals
that
we're
asking
to
keep
are
our
two
goats,
Margo
and
Rita.
We
initially
got
these
two
years
ago
with
my
sister-in-law
who
lives
in
a
subdivision
in
McDonough
Georgia.
We
got
them
for
the
purpose
of
keeping
both
of
our
yards
clean,
and
we
jokingly
say
that
we
have
partial
custody
because
some
of
the
time
they
go
up,
students
stay
with
her
some
of
the
time
they
were
down
here
with
us
and
our
goats
traveling,
like
dogs.
C
Do
we
have
a
utility
van
that
when
we
travel
they
go
with
us
in
the
back
of
the
van?
So
every
two
weeks
when
we
go
home
to
visit
family,
they
go
with
us.
You
can
see
the
pictures.
You
know.
We've
had
these
goats,
since
they
were
eight
weeks
old
old
enough
to
be
away
from
their
mom
and
for
a
little
while
we
tried
to
keep
them
indoors
and
that
was
not
possible
but
they're.
Our
babies
they're
very
curious
as
to
what
we're
doing
and
again
they
have
plenty
of
food.
C
When
we
are
working
in
the
front
yard,
we
take
them
in
the
front
yard
with
us
like
we
do
with
our
dogs
and
they
are
leash
trained
and
we'll
walk
down
the
street
on
a
leash.
We
can
put
them
on
a
cable
and
they
will
stay
on
the
table
and
we
have
our
neighbors
kids
come
to
play
every
time,
we're
in
the
front
yard,
they'll
come
across
the
street
and
come
play
with
them.
We've
had
people
stop
and
take
pictures
with
our
goats.
C
A
C
D
A
B
E
E
A
E
E
E
Well,
we
all
know
the
goats
have
a
older,
unpleasant,
odor
and
I
I
know
the
gentleman
said:
he
lives
next
door
and
he
doesn't
have
a
problem
with
it,
but
this
doesn't
affect
just
the
neighbors.
Maybe
I
think
we
will
affect
the
neighborhood
I.
Just
don't
think
people
want
to
have
a
farm.
They'll
live
on
the
farm,
so
definitely
opposed
to
this.
F
No
one
here
is
from
the
neighborhood
where
she
lives.
It
tells
me
that
nobody
really
in
opposition.
Nobody
really
cares
that
you
have
these
animals
or
not.
It's
not
a
bother
to
them.
I
mean
if
they
were
concerned
about
it.
Somebody
from
that
homeowners,
association,
Mysteries
brought
up
I,
would
think
would
be
here.
A
A
C
C
Okay,
the
farm
statement-
that
is
an
accurate
statement
and
I
understand
where
he's
coming
from
on
that,
the
only
thing
that
I
would
have
to
say
differently
on
that
is
not
everybody
wants
what
I
want
and
I
don't
want
to
farm
I.
Don't
want
cows
and
I.
Don't
want
horses
and,
like
I,
said
these
are
as
far
as
the
goats
go.
They
are
shared
custody
with
my
sister-in-law
and
and
we
treat
them
more
like
dogs
than
we
do
goats
and
they
don't
bark.
F
A
A
A
B
B
D
A
You
got
it
time.
Item
number
two
is
presented
by
Josh
stead:
request
in
a
street
side
yard
variance
for
a
new
diet,
deck
to
be
located
at
6:42
Feld
Avenue
in
an
r60
M
zoning
district.
B
G
Afternoon,
ladies
and
gentlemen,
board
I
appreciate
you
hearing
me
today
coming
before
you
to
request
the
construction
of
a
rear
deck
patio
that
will
go
around
the
corner
of
my
house.
Is
my
primary
residence
I
brought
this
issue
before
my
local
Cloverdale
Association.
They
were
in
favor
of
it.
I
brought
it
before
the
architectural
review
board
as
well,
and
they
approved
the
exterior
appearance
of
it
and
then
the
next
step.
The
final
step
is
to
come
before
all
of
you
and
explain.
G
G
Is
not,
but
what
I'm
actually
working
on
doing
and
that's
part
of
my
architectural
review
board
application,
which
was
approved
in
conjunction
with
the
city
urban
forest
or
to
construct
a
tree
barrier
on
that
side,
actually
ends
up
being
a
little
less
expensive
and
I
believe
more
aesthetically.
Pleasing.
G
Elevated,
it
is
in
different
areas
based
on
the
slope
of
the
property
anywhere
from
about
four
foot
to
a
little
over
six
foot.
For
example,
if
you
see
that
kind
of
u-shape
there,
the
shorter
leg
of
the
you,
the
part
that
looks
like
it's
almost
inside
the
boundary
line
of
the
house,
that
is
already
existing,
so
it's
actually
an
extent
the
existing
in
that
area.

A

E
D
D
A
A
B
Sir
good
evening
now,
council
members
I
would
like
to
request
that
variants.
I'll
have
a
heart,
shaped
backyard
and
I've
been
there
since,
oh
six,
so
we
did
some
construction
and
it's
just
a
little
bit
over
about
a
few
feet.
So
I
have
a
gentleman
here
that
can
kind
of
represent
and
kind
of
explain
a
little
bit
more
about
this.
B
B
A
B
Curtis
Pierce
I'm
an
engineer
in
Atlanta
there.
Okay
I
wasn't
involved
in
the
beginning
of
this
process,
but
mr.
lamb
asked
me
to
assist
him
and
trying
to
resolve
this
issue.
When
I
came
out,
I
measured
the
building
located
at
the
property
line,
I've
read
the
ordinance,
as
you
stated,
the
30
foot,
rear
setback
for
buildings,
I
believe
mr.
lamb
had
some
issues
with
this
contractor
and
they
made
an
error
in
building
the
building
too
long.
So.
B
I
was
I,
didn't
discover
the
city,
inspectors
came
out
and
inspected
the
building,
I
gotcha,
and
they
found
a
discrepancy.
After
that
point,
that's
when
he
called
me
to
help
him.
You
know
get
this
issue
resolved,
and
so
yes,
he
has
a
he's
asking
for
variance.
It
is
an
art
state,
backyard.
I,
don't
know
if
there
may
have
been
some
confusion
about
when
it
says
a
rear
setback
at
30
feet.
Where
was
that
actually
measured
from
you
know,
here's
a
v-shaped
backyard,
not
a
normal
backyard,
with
a
straight
line
across
perpendicular
to
the
sidelines.
B
So
what
my
client
is
asking
is
that
if
he
could,
in
view
of
the
error
that
was
made,
if
you
would
be
so
kind
as
to
give
him
a
variance,
so
he
could
maintain
the
building
and
he
has
15
feet,
10
inches
from
the
boundary
line.
So
he
has
a
little
room
there,
and
but
it
was
simply
an
oversight
by
the
contractor.
What.
B
A
All
right:
well,
whenever
we
have
this
kind
of
situation,
that's
encroaching
closer
to
the
property
line
than
what's
allowed
by
zoning.
We
always
make
sure
and
I
want
you
to
ask
address.
My
question
is
to
make
sure
that
any
water
coming
off
of
that
structure
stays
off
of
the
adjacent
property
owner
you're
responsible
for
keeping
water
off
your
adjacent
property
owner.
A
A
B
B
A
H
My
due
diligence
and
looking
into
this
was
somewhat
faulty
and
that
it
was
limited
to
a
conversation
with
the
folks
that
tractor
supply,
who
assured
me
that
Disturbed's
would
be
just
fine
with
chickens
and
ducks,
and
that
perhaps
was
not
the
case.
I
had
no
idea
that
the
city
of
Montgomery
had
limitations
on
this
situation
and
was
appraised
of
this
through
certified
mail,
and
that's
how
I
got
here.
H
H
My
next-door
neighbor
in
closest
proximity
is
Bonnie
a
lie,
and
she
cannot
be
here
tonight
because
her
son
has
been
sick
chronically,
but
I
I
really
don't
know
why
this
would
be
a
problem
there,
no
roosters,
no
noise,
the
youngest
kept
up
and
I
comply
with
the
remaining
standards
required
by
the
city
and
I
think
that's
pretty
much.
The
entire
picture.
A
A
H
The
certified
mail
that
I
received
from
indicated
that
there
have
been
a
complaint
about
roosters
and
chickens
on
the
property,
and
that's
that's
all
I
really
know
about
it.
I
really
met
very
few
of
my
neighbors
again.
I've
been
working
rather
long
and
unpredictable
hours,
and
it's
no
one
has
come
to
me
with
any
complaint.
Well.
A
A
Well,
as
was
mentioned
in
the
previous
presentation,
you
know
if
if
we
approve
this
and
there's
another
there's
a
complaint,
let's
say
as
it
relates
to
noise,
okay
or
smoke
or
smell,
then
they
can
come
back
to
us
and
we
can
reconsider
this
and
okay
I
understand
thinking.
You
know:
Miss
Brown!
You
have
a
question.
Yes,.
D
H
H
E
E
Unfortunately,
we
had
to
rise
and
oppose
anything
that
violates
our
covenants,
which
is
very,
very
clear,
very
plain
and
probably
99.9%
of
the
people
who've
moved
to
in
disturber,
and
she
understands
that.
That's
why
they
lived
there.
We've
attempted
on
three
different
occasions
to
contact
mr.
zucchini
and
let
him
know
that
he
did
violate
the
covenants
and
we
have
two
letters
and
I
think
we
have
you
a
copy
of
those
letters.
We
also
sent
him
one
certified.
We
received
it
back
with
no
signature,
so
we
have
made
a
number
of
attempts
to
try
to.
E
You
know
we
take
our
covenants
serious.
We
try
to
be
fair
to
everyone
who
lives
into
that
subdivision
and
we
rise.
Today
we
have
a
number
of
presidents
of
Sturbridge
that
are
here
today
and
support.
We
also
have
the
manager
of
our
of
our
homeowners
association
and
we
would
like
we'd
like
to
oppose
mr.
Keeney
and
keeping
you
violates
the
Covina
sistercrys.
A
A
E
You
know
of
our
opinion.
We
feel,
like
that's
everybody's
responsibility,
to
read
the
covenants
that
when
they
move
into
this
subdivision,
it's
not
our
responsibility
to
educate
them.
Everybody
in
that
in
that
subdivision,
has
a
copy
of
these
covenants
and
we're.
You
know
the
bottom
line.
Is
anybody
knows
me
from
prior
I'm,
not
against
farm
animals,
so.
E
Everybody
pays
homeowners
dues
and
you
know
we
have
a
responsibility
to
take
care
of
the
people
in
that
subdivision.
I
understand
it's
not
your
responsibility,
but
we
have
a
responsibility
to
do
that.
That's
why
we
live
there.
That's
why
they
live
in
Winn
lakes.
If
you
don't
want
to
live
in
a
subdivision
that
has
covenants
move
out,
go
somewhere
else,
but
we
have
a
covenants.
We
have
a
responsibility
to
take
people
there
just
to
eat,
live
there
we
protect.
You
did.
D
A
E
Sparks
or
your
covenants
part
of
your
plant
and
they
govern
the
conduct
on
the
real
estate
and
they're
part
of
the
plant,
that's
recorded,
and
when
you
buy
the
light
you
buy
it
subject
to
the
place-
yes,
sir,
and
that
subdivision
was
built
by
alpha
yeah.
So,
yes,
yes,
I'm
very
familiar
with
that,
you
don't
have
the
person
that
buys
a
house
there
by
buying
the
house.
They
are
subject
to
the
covenants.
Yes,.
A
E
A
E
H
E
A
F
Just
gonna
ask
if
you
would
consider
just
possibly
dropping
this,
because
if
we
approve
it,
they're
gonna
find
you
$500
and
they're
gonna
keep
finding
you
and
when
you
sell
the
property
I'm
always
gonna
come
out
at
closing
whether
you
pay
it
or
not.
So
I
don't
know.
If
you
really
want
to
continue
down
this
road
or
not
I'm,
just
I.
Just
let
you
know,
what's
probably
gonna
happen,
whether
we
approve
it
or
not,
right.
H
Well,
you
know
again,
all
I
can
do
is
plead
my
case
here
and
you
know
I
find
it
somewhat
ridiculous
for
a
couple
of
reasons
that
I'm
here
in
the
first
place,
none
of
my
neighbors
have
had
the
decency
of
speak
with
me
about
this.
We
live
in
a
place.
That's
within
a
block
of
the
large
farm.
There
are
cows
being
every
night.
There
are
other
farm
animals
making
more
noise
than
you
would
ever
hear
in
my
backyard
and.
D
H
H
Noise
I
mean
I,
can
I
hear
cows
from
my
backyard
every
night,
we're
close
enough
to
a
large
farm
that
animal
noise
is
part
and
parcel
of
every
evening
in
Sturbridge,
at
least
in
my
area
of
storage.
I,
don't
get
complaints
about
noise,
I,
keep
the
yard
straightened
back,
I,
just
don't
get
it
so
I
mean
that's.
Why
I'm
here.
F

E
B
Board
members,
any
questions
question.
Yes,
dr.
McKinney,
my
question
is:
are
you
telling
us
that
you
I'm
not
seeing
it
yeah
I'm,
not
ready?
You
have
not
seen
it.
What
what
me
how's
that
supposed
to
work
out?
No,
because
it's
in
black
and
white,
but
this
says
you
are
you
saying
you
haven't
seen
it
you
disobey
it
no.
H
No
I'm
sure
that
I
received
a
copy
when
I
purchased
the
home
last
year.
I
did
not
read
it.
I
don't
tend
to
sit
and
read
a
bunch
of
covenants
like
that.
I
mean
you
know.
I
suspected
I
could
pretty
much
comply
with
pretty
much
everything
and
again
I.
The
people.
I
asked
had
a
vested
interest
in
selling
these
and
99-cent
chickens.
So
apparently,
I
asked
the
wrong
people
and
in
terms
of
what
was
allowed
and
what
was
not
I
thought
that
they
would
be
familiar
with
the
area
and
what
was
it
cut?

C

A
D
I
There
was
no
thought
given
to
anyone,
an
association
or
surrounding
area
about
what
we
as
a
community
desire
to
see,
and
we
know
that
a
billboard
is
a
form
of
advertising.
We
are
really
striving
in
gay
Meadows
to
really
work
with
businesses
and
look
at
what
the
city
is
doing
with
our
area.
There
are
changes
that
we
see
that
we
enjoy,
but
that
has
been
very
in
the
past,
a
very
neighborhood
friendly,
family-friendly
environment
and
we
are
concerned
about
this
build
billboard.
I
We
have
two
schools
right
within
three
really
right
within
just
a
matter
of
a
so
many
of
a
quarter
of
a
mile.
You
have
JD,
you
have
Dan
Lee
and
you
have
bear
school
that
are
all
intersecting
it
where
that
fun
I
think
it's
going
to
be.
We
have
no
idea
of
what
was
going
to
be
on
this
billboard
and
we're
community
that's
concerned
about
what
could
be
advertised.
I
We
have
no
guidelines,
we
just
know
that
that
was
a
sign
and
they
want
to
put
a
billboard
there,
and
that
is
a
form
of
advertising
that
we
are
questioning
and
we
would
like
for
you
to
give
us
more
time
but
to
even
have
a
discussion
with
them
about
what's
intended
for
that.
We
understand
free
speech,
but
we
do
understand
that
there
is
a
timing
and
a
place
that
comes
along
with
that.
A
B
I
say
one
thing:
first,
yes,
just
just
so
that
you
know
this
is
like
mr.
Stanley
said
it's
an
ID
sign,
it's
just
for
the
center
many
times
signs
like
this
help.
The
area
gives
some
identity
and
a
good
feel
for
a
piece
of
real
estate,
so
it
it
would
not
be
a
billboard.
That's
just
advertising
anything,
so
just
think
of
it
in
that
frame
and
I
think
you
should
just
go
like.
D
A
D
A
B
E
B
A
They'll
just
care
to
dress
this
item.
I'll
entertain
a
motion
motion
to
prove
mr.
Holmes
sax,
like
mist
I,
wasn't
seconds
any
further
discussion.
All
the
flavor.
Please
raise
your
hand
it's
approved.
Let's
see
we
have
seven
members
here
now:
Ms
Brown
had
to
leave
okay,
okay,
okay,
you're
proving
thank
you.
Okay,
we've
got
some
members
that
need
to
leave
early
item.
Nine
has
been
with
delayed,
we're
gonna
jump
to
the
last
item.
A
A
Okay:
explain:
emergency
residential
shelter.
What
that
means
it's
intended
to
serve
what
you're
going
to
do
about
security
issues.
What
are
you
gonna
do
about
restraining
or
retaining
keeping
people
at
this
property
and
I
mean
we've
been
through
this
before?
Okay,
so
I
want
it
for
the
record,
even
though
they
may
not
be
anybody
in
here
opposed
to
them.
We
want
it
for
the
record.
A
J
The
record
Friendship
mission
is
a
homeless,
shelter
and
emergency
homeless
shelter
according
to
HUD
gah-gah
guidelines,
and
our
residents
are
allowed
to
stay
for
up
to
12
months.
So
when
people
come
in
to
Friendship,
they
have
to
not
have
drugs
or
alcohol
in
their
system.
If
they
do
then
before
we
let
them
in,
because
we
are
in
an
application
and
interview
process
before
they
come
in.
J
If
we
realize
that
they
have
a
current
addiction,
then
we
refer
them
to
Bullitt
County
hospital,
for
instance,
or
the
new
visions
program
in
Sylacauga
which
allows
for
detox
in
house
detox,
and
then
they
can.
We
can
look
at
bringing
them
to
our
facility
once
they
have
completed
those
programs,
so
emergency
shelter
for
homeless
persons.
J
They
can
stay
for
up
to
12
months
and
in
that
time
we
help
them,
build
a
plan
and
navigate
their
personal
obstacle,
so
they
can
be
self-sufficient
and
stable.
So
for
some
people,
homelessness
happens
because
of
a
health
issue.
So
if
you
are
homeless,
because
you
can't
work
because
your
diabetes
is
out
of
control,
we
get
you
to
the
medical
treatment
that
you
need,
so
that
you
can
control
that
diabetes
and
maybe
go
back
to
work.
Most
importantly,
we
connect
all
of
our
clients
to
resources
that
are
available
to
them.
J
If
that's
disability
or
food
stamps,
or
a
GED
program
or
job
training.
That's
how
we
get
people
on
their
feet.
We
help
them
navigate
their
personal
obstacles.
If
you
are
a
mother
with
children
and
no
other
support,
then
we
connect
you
to
food
stamps,
to
WIC,
to
job
training,
to
daycare
services
that
you
can
afford
in
parenting
classes.
J
All
of
our
clients
are
agreeing
when
they
come
into
friendship
to
participate
in
life
skills
classes,
so
that
might
be
parenting
classes
provided
by
County
Extension,
that
might
be
nutrition
classes
on
how
to
fix
nutritious
meals
for
you
for
your
children
on
a
budget
how
to
best
use
your
food
stamps.
If
you
receive
them
a
lot
of
our
clients
do
not
have
Affordable
Health
Care.
We
connect
them
to
the
resources
that
they
are
eligible
for.
They
just
might
not
know
how
to
get
there.
J
J
B
E
A
J
Depends
case-by-case
basis,
so
if
you've
been
with
us
for
maybe
a
month
and
you
were
asked
to
leave-
or
you
said,
my
addiction
is
calling
me
I
have
to
go
then
most
likely
you're
not
coming
back
anytime
soon
and
you
won't
be
allowed
to
come
back
six
months
cooling-off
period
and
then
you
decide.
I
really
want
to
get
myself
together
and
I'm.
Monitor
that
and
I
go
case
by
case.
A
E
A
E
A
J
Right
now
we
do
not
have
plans
for
it,
but
I
would
say
this:
it
can't
be
used
after
8:30
8:30,
as
the
MEK
is
the
curfew
for
friendship
mission,
so
all
of
our
residents
have
to
be
in
shelter
or
at
work
or
admitted
to
the
hospital,
and
we
know
about
it.
Otherwise,
8:00
if
you
missed
8:30
curfew,
you've
excused
yourself
from
the
program.
Okay,.
A
A
J
A
J
A
J
A
F
A
B
B
K
Thank
you
yes,
I'm
Katie
Murphy,
the
homeowner
and
I
am
here
to
request
tearing
down
our
existing
structure.
A
separate
structure
from
the
home
and
the
home
is
a
1908
home,
but
this
existing
structure
was
from
the
90s
put
up
just
kind
of
two
by
fours
it's
falling
over.
It's
rotted
we've
had
every
kind
of
pest
in
this
structure
and
we
are
just
ready
to
tear
it
down.
We
have
17
kids
in
our
block
of
homes
and
we
want
this
to
be
a
safe
place.
K
So
we
would
like
to
tear
down
the
existing
structure
separate
from
the
home
and
create
something
that
mimics
the
architecture
of
our
existing
main
structure,
and
you
see
the
plans
there
so
I
believe
I'm.
Here
due
to
the
size
of
the
structure,
we
would
like
to
have
a
three
bay
carport,
where
you
see
into
our
lovely
backyard
and
have
locked
storage
on
the
side
and
again
it
will
mimic
the
colors
and
the
architecture
of
our
main
structure.
K
A
K
K
K
A
A
K
A
K
E
A
A
B
A
D
I
I
would
like
to
ask
that
we,
as
the
residents
have
a
moment,
have
at
least
a
couple
of
weeks
to
look
at
this
and
talk
to
the
owner
of
the
property
and
mr.
Lee
about
this
high
sign,
because
27
feet
will
be
fairly
high
and
it
can
be
intrusive
and
no
one
considered
the
design.
I
mean
it's
just
a
sign,
for
it
can
be
intrusive.
It's
going
to
be
heid
for
that
area.
Yes,.
A
A
Correct
the
only
reason
she's
here,
she's
asking
for
a
setback,
ten
feet
and
she
can
still
do
a
27
foot
high
sign
and
she
may
can
even
go
higher.
You
can
35
feet
35
feet.
She
could
go
higher
than
27
she'd,
go
with
a
35
foot
high
sign
and
set
back
10
feet,
she's,
proposing
a
27
foot
high
sign,
but
at
the
property
line.
B
B
B
A
I
J
B
F
A
F
I
Okay,
I
understand
all
of
that.
It
was
the
purpose
that
the
sign
we
didn't
have
any
guideline
about
what
was
going
there
and
maybe
that
public
hearing
and
as
an
email
went
out
telling
residents
that
we
should
be
at
this
hearing.
Then
wasn't
water
throwing
up
of
a
billboard,
and
even
though
we
do
agree
that
the
sign
is
too
hot
and
I
understand
that
she
moved
it
back,
but
I'm
sure
that's
been
a
purpose
for
why
they
are
putting
it.
