If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Our
procedure
for
conducting
business
is
I
will
call
the
petitioner
if
you
would
please
come
to
the
mic,
speak
clearly
into
the
mic
and
loudly
and
be
prepared
and
present
your
item
and
be
prepared
to
answer
any
questions
that
the
members
of
the
board
may
have.
Anyone
in
the
audience
that
cares
to
address
a
particular
item
will
be
given
that
opportunity
to
come
forward
once
we
receive
public
testimony
on
a
particular
item.
A
We
will
vote
on
that
particular
item
and
render
our
decision
I'll
remind
members
with
a
personal
or
a
financial
interest
in
any
particular
item,
you're
required
to
recuse
yourself
from
voting.
Any
testimony
that
is
submitted
by
the
petitioner
on
behalf
of
the
petitioner
during
the
presentation
of
the
agenda
item
will
be
binding
as
to
any
decision.
The
board
makes
relative
to
the
motion
a
reminder
of
the
members
of
the
board
that
if
they,
if
you
make
a
motion
to
deny,
you
must
give
a
reason
for
that
denial.
A
This
time
I'll
introduce
the
members
of
the
board
that
are
here,
miss
Katie
Brown,
our
vice
chairman
mr.
Nathan
Williams,
mr.
beau
Holmes
mr.
Corey
Johnson,
mr.
George
Howell
jr.
and
I'm
John
Stanley,
your
chairman.
It
takes
we
have
six
here
now
we
are
expecting
one
more
member
to
be
here.
It
takes
five
votes
to
approve
a
motion.
Are
there
any
questions?
A
B
I'm,
not
Warren
I'm,
his
wife
Melanie
on
behalf.
What
we
are
wanting
to
do
is
to
put
a
mobile
home
on
the
property
for
our
daughter
about
nine
hundred,
roughly
nine
hundred
feet
from
the
road
just
depending
on
how
the
septic
tank
gets
engineered.
That
may
be
a
little
less
and
just
for
her
to
live
with
her
son,
okay,.
D
A
D
A
B
A
A
A
D
D
A
A
B
B
I
had
already
built
the
fence,
and
then
someone
complained
so
I
can't
take
it
down
easily
and
the
reason
that
I
built
it
at
height,
because
I
have
an
alley
behind
me
and
I
have
an
alley
that
comes
down
behind
the
property.
So
there
are
two
alleys
behind
me
and
I'm
in
the
garden
district,
where
we
hear
guns
all
the
time,
I'm
a
little
concerned
about
issues
of
safety
there,
because
there's
no
one
that
really
controls
those
two
alleys
and
the
other
fence
that
I
was
replacing
had
already
been
the
same
height.
B
That
I
was
trying
to
make
the
thing
consistent
and
I
didn't
really
intend
to
violate
the
rules.
I
had
contacted
a
lot
of
people
about
this
knock
down
here,
but
neighbors
who
had
done
the
same
thing
and
they
said
if
I
was
replacing
something
existing
and
had
been
there
a
while
that
it
was
okay
and
I
guess
I
got
carried
away
and
went
a
little
far
on
the
back
part.
Two
sides
were
okay,
the
back
part
is
hi
and
I'm.
Sorry.
A
A
D
B
A
D
A
A
A
The
23rd
item
number
four
is
presented
by
a
Wylie
Bruce
potty
representing
mr.
Rene,
so
requesting
a
special
exception
to
keep
chickens
at
30.
54
will
Lina
Avenue
and
an
r60
D
zoning
district,
okay,
mr.
Spivey
yeah
I
believe
you
you're
here
representing
him,
and
he
wants
to
keep
the
existing
six
chickens.
Correct.
Yes,
sir,
so
did
did
y'all
get
reported
to
somebody
call
or
is
that
what
happened?
Yes?.
A
F
Fairly
new
to
being
a
landlord,
my
father's
been
here
Montgomery
all
his
life
on
20,
different
properties,
he's
87
and
September
two
years
ago,
divided
him
between
me
and
my
brother
and
sisters
so
I'm
kind
of
new
at
this.
So
when
we
first
received
notice
of
the
complaint
and
what
it
would
take
to
comply,
we
immediately
started
complying
Rolando
is
from
Guatemala
he's
here
legally
hard-working
impressed
me
I
thought
I
rented
to
him
in
April
very
honest
with
me,
forthcoming,
just
delighted
to
meet
someone
who's
coming
here,
the
right
way
and
doing
things.
F
F
F
A
A
Me
finish:
okay
I
want
to
make
sure
that
he
understands
that
there
was
a
reason
it
was.
There
was
a
complaint,
so
was
the
complaint,
the
result
of
maybe
an
unkempt
yard
or
the
chickens
roaming,
the
yard.
Are
they
getting
out
of
the
yard?
Because
we
hear
these
all
the
time
and
and
the
complaints
are
kind
of
the
same
okay.
So
is
the
complaint
a
result
of
any
of
those
issues
that
you're
aware
of.
B
F
To
be
it's
frankerz
I'm
going
to
be,
but
I
had
a
neighbor
and
I
can
say:
I've
only
owned
this
property
for
a
year
and
a
half
call
me
very
irate
that
I
had
rented
to
a
Mexican
and
I
have
five
pieces.
I
have
five
properties,
I
have
rented
to
two
black
to
fight
and
now
Hispanic.
When
someone
comes
to
me
and
wants
to
rent
yeah.
A
D
F
A
A
D
A
D
D
A
A
G
G
You
got
speak
a
little
louder
recently,
I
started
building
on
a
small
garage
and
back
yeah
storage
building.
We
removed
the
pre-existing
stores
building
and
made
it
a
little
bigger,
a
a
little
bit
more
sturdier
by
doing
from
Foundation
concrete
work,
the
whole
nine
yard.
Everything
was
going
good
until
we
started
to
build.
The
walls
just
saw
build
a
lot
frame.
The
walls
on
the
outskirt.
G
When
we
got
the
complaint,
I
guess
someone
noticed
that
we
didn't
have
an
actual
permit
and,
from
my
understanding,
I
was
on
the
impression
that
we,
because
of
the
limitations
outside
the
county,
that's
where
the
I
kind
of
write,
okay,
cuz.
We
had
an
issue
prior
to
a
long
time
ago,
and
because
there
is
such
a
great
area
where
we
are
we're
considered
to
be
outside
the
city
limits
which
carries
a
lot
of
exclusion,
areas,
things
like
your
subordinates
and
so
on
and
so
forth.

You
good
job
item
six
presented
by
Patrick
Thomas,
representing
River
region,
kids,
requesting
a
parking
variant
for
an
addition
to
a
bill
and
located
at
6:20,
East,
Boulevard
and
ab3
zoning
district.
Mr.
Thomas,
how
you
doing
I'm
pretty
good
you
guys
good
good,
you
gonna,
keep
that
mask
on
you're.
Gonna
have
to
be
enough,
find
your
speak
loudly
and
clearly.
D

A
F
A
B
B
A
A
A
You've,
you
know
17,
space
variance
is
a
big
variance
you,
and
so,
if
we
were
to
grant
this
I
would
want
the
motion
to
mean
to
provide
that
the
other
areas
that
are
unbuilt
on
now
would
be
reserved
for
future
parking.
Thank
you.
Yes,
sir
okay,
yes,
the
Board
sees
fit
to
do
that,
but
you've
got
enough
area
around
it.
You
could
create
additional
parking
if
needed,
and
we
all
know
where
that
is
it's
a
it's
a
prominent
area
in
Montgomery.
Yes,.
B
D
A
D
A
A
D
A
A
B
A
B
A
A
B
We're
proposing
a
parking
or
proposing
a
10,000,
640
square
foot,
retail
store
at
the
corner
of
East,
South,
Boulevard
and
Woodley
Road,
and
we're
requesting
a
parking
variance
from
50
to
30
stalls
in
the
B
for
zoning
67
stalls
is
required.
However,
we
have
added
landscaping
to
up
to
25
percent,
which
is
I,
think
require
or
allowed
by
the
ordinance,
so
that
has
brought
us
down
17
stalls
to
the
50
stalls,
so
we
are
requesting
to
be
allowed
to
have
30
stalls
and
we've
also
added
additional
landscaping
to
help
mitigate
our
request.
Okay,.
A
B
B
I'm
sorry
I'm,
technically
I'm
not
allowed
to
disclose
that
what
kind
of
retail
store
it
is.
It's.

A
Much
you
have
a
second
second
sucker.
Well
mr.
Johnson,
any
further
discussion.
All
in
favor
of
the
motion
that's
presented.
Please
raise
your
hand
six
to
zero.
Good
luck,
okay,
Thank,
You,
Emma,
appreciated
next
item
is
presented
as
a
complaint.
Mr.
kishna
Hardy,
requesting
a
special
exception
to
keep
poultry
and
livestock
at
416
he's
Fairview
Avenue
and
an
AR
75
zoning
district.
A
C
C
C
William
here
is
a
roommate
of
mine,
I'm,
sorry,
who's,
who
he's
a
roommate
in
my
home,
okay,
okay,
so
we're
in
the
middle
of
a
pandemic
and
I
started
thinking
about
it.
Food
shortages
and
things
like
that
and
I
thought
well,
I,
better
get
prepared,
so
I
thought
I'd
get
some
chickens
and
I
have
no
idea
who
made
a
complaint.
C
It's
possible
I
I've
had
a
person
stay
with
some
mental
illness
problems
that
person
might
have
called
I,
don't
know,
but
he'd
drag
everyone
through
motions,
but
I
respect
your
decision
tonight
and
I'm
just
asking
that
I
be
allowed
to
have
some
chickens
on
my
property.
It's
a
small
livestock
and
I
have
plenty
of
information.
I
can
give
you
if
you
need
it,
but
I
I
guess
it'd
be
nice
to
hear
what
your
questions
are.
First
well,.
C
I
get
I
came
before
this
board
many
years
ago
for
a
bed
and
breakfast
and
I
guess.
I
was
ahead
of
my
time
because
now
I
think
you
have
more
bed
and
breakfast
in
this
city
than
that
I
know
about,
but
due
to
Airbnb
and
and
maybe
I
I
hope
I'm
wrong,
but
maybe
I'm
right
that
maybe
I
do
need
to
have
chickens
and
and
goats,
because
we
just
don't
know
about
this
economy
and
well.
A
A
Got
it,
obviously,
you
doesn't
play
from
somebody
yeah.
That's
why
you're
here?
Yes,
sir
okay
and
your
lot
is
1.17
acres
and
we
we
hear
these
complaints
and
we
have
these
various
requests
for
special
exceptions.
Almost
at
every
meeting-
and
you
looks
like
to
me-
I
can't
speak
for
the
other
five
on
this
board,
but
it
looks
like
to
me
you've
overpopulated
your
lot
with
chickens
and
goats
and
turkeys
on
a
1.17.
Take
a
lot.
No.
C
C
A
A
What
I
know
what
they
are?
Okay,
but
there's
a
complaint
and
I'll
find
out
the
minute.
If
that
person
who
filed
a
complaint
happens
to
be
here
and
I'll,
ask
that
question
now.
Is
anyone
here
that
filed
a
complaint?
Okay?
Well,
anyway,
somebody
filed
a
complaint
and
it
looks
like
to
us
or
to
me
anyway,
it's
very
populated.
You
got
your
suggestions
before
we
make
a
decision
for
you.
Yes,.
C
B
B
B
C
A
A
B
D
C
A
F
C
I
got
a
I,
got
a
doctorate
degree
from
Alabama,
State,
University,
all
right
and
the
reason
I
mention
it
is
I
have
a
business
there
as
well
called
college
by
12,
so
I
have
10
children
and
the
first
eight
of
them
have
started
college
by
each
twice.
Excuse
me:
first,
nine
of
them
will
start
a
college
by
age
12
and
we
do
consulting.
So
if
kids
come
to
the
property,
I
can
teach
them
mathematics
or
whatever,
and
but
having
goats
is
kind
of
fun.
C
Having
chickens
is
kind
of
fun
and
city
kids,
don't
know
the
difference
between
a
zucchini
and
a
cucumber
and
the
reason
I
bring
that
up
is
we
all
have
holes
in
our
education,
but
inner-city
folks
have
things
that
make
a
big
difference
for
their
life
and
I'm
sensitive
to
that,
and
so
I
have
the
ability
to
teach
some
things
that
they
otherwise
wouldn't
get,
and
so
I
think
it
helps
our
community.
They
sure
appreciate,
when
I
hand
out
free
eggs
to
those
that
need
it.
C
D
C
C
If
you
need
me
to
reduce
the
number,
we
want
to
have
it
one.
Eighty,
seventy
five
percent,
all
right
like
I,
said
I'm
a
reasonable
person,
whatever
sounds
reasonable
to
the
to
the
city,
I'm
glad
to
comply.
D
B
C
E
A
D
A
D
A
B
A
A
H
Evening
the
reason
for
this
variance
is
the
the
lot
size
a
little
history
on
this.
This
the
slide
used
to
be
originally
was
the
same
size
or
close
to
equivalent
to
the
to
the
light.
Just
south
of
this,
the
light
was
purchased
by
the
eye
care
facility
on
the
corner
for
the
purpose
of
subdividing
it
and
taking
the
right
half
of
that
light
to
use
to
expand
their
building
on
the
corner.
You
can
see
on
the
aerial
photograph
I
assume
you
have
in
your
hand,
okay,
just
a
10-foot
variance
right.
H
So
what
we're
asking
is
to
to
basically
match
it
up.
We
have
with
the
building
right
to
the
north
of
this
life
that
we're
gonna
develop.
It
has
a
10-foot
setback
off
that
East
property
line,
and
so,
if
we
kept
it,
it
would
stay
in
line
and
it
would
basically
be
the
same
distance
from
the
eye
care
and
you'd
have
a
20
foot
10
on
each
side,
all
the
way
from
north
to
south,
along
that
property
line
kind.
A
H
A
C
C
H
A
To
have
a
second
second
mr.
Johnson,
any
further
discussion,
all
in
favor
of
the
motion
is
presented.
Please
raise
your
hand
six
to
nothing.
Thank
you,
Thank
You,
Kyle.
Okay,
thank
you
item.

is
presented
by
moon,
consulting
representing
round
montgomery,
requesting
a

a

variance
an

ordinance
for

Ma'am
appreciated
my

Georgia
Ram

in

Alabama
and
Georgia,
including
five
hotels
here
in
Montgomery,
as
well
as
two
hotels
in
neighboring,
Prattville
and
Millbrook.
Ram
proposes
to
build
two
new
hotels
on
5.3
acres,
located
east
chase
parkway
in
mini
brown,
road.
E
Familiar
with
that
location,
but
this
is
the
site
location.
This

east

and
this
is
Minnie

The
existing
Fairfield

is

The
existing

the

here

E
The
proposed
variance
that
we're
asking
for
is:
they
have
four
stories
on
the
hotel's,
an
additional
story
as
well
as
exceed
the
forty
five
foot
height
and
go
up
to
as
much
as
60
feet,
six
inches
on
the
tallest
portion
of
the
building.
There's
a
third
variance
that
we
are
seeking
and
as
a
side
yard,
buffa
the
side
yard
buffers
for
the
hotel-motel
guidelines
require
four
foot
next
to
commercial
and
ten
foot.
E
Next
to
residential
we
mean
all
the
side
yard
buffers
for
the
commercial
properties
around
us,
I'm,
sorry,
ten
feet
beside
yard,
buffer
for
residential
and
commercial
is
abutting
along
the
west
property
line,
which
is
the
majority
of
the
residential
property
that
abuts
the
property
we're
providing
up
to
a
sixty
foot
vegetated
buffer.
So
we
have
no
concerns
with
this
area
where
we
need
the
variance
for
the
buffer
is
adjacent
to
this
location,
which
is
the
entrance
to
the
subdivision
and
an
entry
pond
water
feature
if
you've
seen
it
in
the
past.
E
There's
no
residential
house
in
this
area,
but
because
of
the
constraints
of
the
site,
geometry
were
kind
of
pinched
in
this
direction,
so
we're
asking
for
a
side
yard
buffer.
In
this
area.
In
May,
we
took
a
proactive
approach
and
invited
members
from
both
the
Wynn
Lakes
HOA
and
the
Coventry
HOA
to
join
us
for
a
presentation
of
our
project.
We
wanted
their
input
and
involvement
and
we
actually
wanted
their
support
for
these
variances
I'm
glad
to
say
that
we
got
both
HOAs
to
support
our
project.
E
We
have
received
emails
that
have
been
sent
to
this
city
from
Winn
lakes
in
support
of
the
project,
as
well
as
a
letter
from
the
president
of
the
Coventry
HOA.
Mr.
Rodriguez
is
here
tonight
to
speak
for
us
who
did
need
to
hear
from
him.
I'm
also
joined
here
tonight
by
Miss
Henderson,
the
owner
of
managing
partner
of
the
Bojangles
adjacent,
who
also
supports
the
project.
E
E
E
When
we
do
that
grading
and
do
the
construction,
the
hotels
when
we
would
do
that
work,
we
would
also-
and
we've
offered
this
and
provided
a
landscape
plan
to
the
HOA,
what
we're
going
to
put
in
additional
landscaping
on
their
property
that
would
be
used
as
a
buffer
to
help
screen
the
hotel
development,
but
the
hotel
development
actually
sits
down
lower
than
that
area
by
some
10
or
12
feet.
So
the
combination
of
elevation
and
the
additional
landscaping
we're
putting
in
will
provide
quite
a
nice
buffer.
Okay.
