Anyone
who
has
any
opposition
to
or
has
an
question
regarding
that
particular
item
will
be
given
the
opportunity
to
come
forward
and
voice
their
opinions
and
questions.
Once
we
receive
public
testimony
and
discussion
on
a
particular
item,
the
members
of
the
board
will
deliberate
and
we
will
render
our
decision.
B
I
remind
members
with
a
personal
or
financial
interest
in
any
request.
You
require
to
recuse
yourself
from
voting.
Any
testimony
that
is
submitted
by
the
petitioner
on
behalf
of
the
petitioner
during
the
presentation
of
the
agenda
item
will
be
binding
as
to
any
decision
the
board
makes
relative
to
that
motion.
I
remind
the
board
members.
If
a
motion
to
deny
an
item
is
made,
you
must
give
a
reason.
B
This
time
I'll
introduce
the
members
of
the
board,
who
are
here,
miss
kt
brown,
our
vice
chairman,
mr
steve
hughes,
mr
nathan
williams,
mr
corey
johnson,
mr
bart
prince
mr
pickett
reese,
mr
george
howell
jr,
and
I'm
john
stanley,
your
chairman,
our
land
use
staff.
That's
here
tonight,
mr
tommy
tyson,
mr
james
center.
I
thought
I
saw
james
here,
miss
tanya
ingram,
our
recording
secretary.
B
B
You're
gonna
have
to
you're
gonna,
have
to
speak
directly
into
that
mic
and
and
loudly
how
about
that
better!
That's
better!
Thank
you.
All
right.
C
I'd
like
to
thank
you
all
for
letting
me
come
speak
to
you
tonight.
My
name
is
curtis
drew,
and
this
is
my
wife
adrian
and
I
kind
of
like
to
fill
you
in
on
the
whole
story.
We
purchased
an
rv
about
a
year
ago
and
in
order
to
get
it
insured,
it
has
to
have
a
cover
over
it.
I
don't
know
how
familiar
you
are
with
the
roofs
of
rvs,
but
that's
one
of
the
biggest
problems
they
have.
C
C
This
is
a
little
outside
the
story,
but
there
was
a
big
problem
with
this
company.
Of
course
they
blamed
it
on
covid,
but
they
never
come
to
install
it.
They
passed
it
off
to
someone
else.
I
ended
up
having
to
report
them
to
the
better
business
bureau
shortly
after
that.
Finally,
someone
showed
up
on
august
the
24th.
C
I
believe
they
installed
the
the
cover
for
my
camper.
Wasn't
the
right.
There
was
a
lot
of
things
wrong
with
it,
the
right,
color
so
forth,
but
anyway
they
installed
it.
I
was
in
my
front
yard.
On
august
the
27th
when
I
noticed
the
truck
was
just
looking
parked
in
front
yard.
Looking
at
me,
so
I
went
over
there
and
asked
him
how
to
help
him
and
of
course
it
was
a
city
inspector,
and
I
asked
him
go
to
help
him.
He
said
you
know
we
have
a
complaint.
C
I'm
sorry,
somebody's
complaint
really
didn't
regard
me,
but
I
asked
him
what
it
was
about
and
he
said
we
have
a
complaint.
I
think
on
your
camper
awning
and
it
was
just
built
there.
So
I
said
well,
what's
the
problem
with
it
and
he
tells
me
well
it
doesn't.
It
can't
come
out
front
past
the
front
of
the
house
and
it
was.
He
was
really
unsure
about
a
lot
of
things,
but
his
biggest
thing
couldn't
come
out
past
the
house.
So
I
told
him
I
said
so
anytime.
Someone
calls
you
with
a
complaint.
C
C
15
years
ago
I
had
a
city
inspector
come
out.
My
ex-wife
at
the
time
was
a
montgomery
county.
Sheriff's
deputy
had
her
patrol
car
parked
in
the
yard
city
says
we
can't
park
it
there
sheriff
d.t
marshall
says
you
can't
park
it
on
the
street,
so
I
ended
up
having
to
put
rocks
on
there
a
year
or
so
later
I
had
an
antique
truck
in
my
backyard
and
let
me
fill
you
in.
I
had
a
six
foot
privacy
fence
around
my
backyard.
C
I
was
going
to
restore
the
ant
truck
somebody
called
in
a
complaint
again.
Last
year
I
had
a
truck
sitting
in
my
front
yard
and
I
didn't
use
it
all
that,
often
on
the
rock
that
I
had
installed,
which
met
the
requirements
and
somebody
complained,
the
truck
is
insured
the
tags
up
to
date.
It
just
hadn't
been
driven
in
a
while
the
spare
truck.
So
this
complaining
seems
like
well.
If
I
don't
get
my
way,
I'm
gonna
go
complain.
C
Now
we've
got
city
taxpayer
dollars
involved
and
because
somebody-
and
I
don't
know
who
I
have
a
problem
with
in
the
neighborhood-
but
evidently
I
have
a
problem
with
somebody.
I
went
up
and
down
my
street
asking
all
of
the
neighbors.
No,
we
don't
have
a
problem
with
it
to
make
a
long
story
short.
I
had
this
structure
built
the
colors
to
match
my
house,
I
retired,
from
the
fire
department
here
in
montgomery
for
22
years,
I'm
a
with
a
fire
captain,
I'm
very
familiar
with
safety
means
of
aggress
and
so
forth.
C
I
can't
see
where
any
issue
with
this
structure
could
harm
someone
else,
especially
someone
not
paying
my
mortgage.
I
just
don't
quite
follow
that
my
yard
is
one
of
the
best
looking
yards
and
see
I
mean
on
the
street.
I
keep
it
up,
take
care
of
it.
So
I
got
to
thinking
and
I
dwelled
on
this
for
the
longest
time
and
the
city
inspector
told
me
he
said.
C
Well,
you
wouldn't
see
me
unless
somebody
called
so
the
other
day,
and
let
me
give
you
this
don't
have
a
letter,
I
believe
miss
ingram
sent
it
to
you.
I've
got
a
son,
that's
in
rejection.
He
had
a
double
lung
transplant,
he's
in
rejection
back
and
forth
to
birmingham
in
a
hospital.
I've
got
a
lot
on
my
mind,
a
lot
on
my
plate
to
deal
with,
but
the
other
day
I
took
20
minutes
and
I
rode
around
the
neighborhood.
B
Drew
excuse
me,
I'm
gonna
have
to
limit
your
presentation
here.
We
normally
limit
it
to
10
minutes,
so
you've
already
gone
to
about
six.
So,
okay,
you
need
to
bring
it
to
a
conclusion.
We
understand
the
issue
of
the
history
doesn't
matter
that
much
to
us,
but
we'll
take
all
that
into
consideration.
Okay,.
C
D
C
Right
one
I'd
like
to
point
out
on
perry
hill
road
on
duquesne,
there's
an
old
winnebago
that
has
been
sitting
there
for
20
years.
B
B
I
mean
we,
we
know
there
are
exceptions
out
there,
but
we're
ruling
on
yours
and
not
somebody
else's,
but
go
ahead.
You
know
please.
I
hate
to
interrupt
you,
but
you
know
we
try
to
limit
the
time
presented
on
these
things.
The
company
that
came
out
and
ma'am
you're
gonna
have
to
move
your
mass
there.
Sorry.
D
And
also
the
camper
is
on
the
concrete
there,
which
is
is
good
for
your
camper.
You
know
you
don't
want
the
tires
in
the
dirt.
They'll
dry
rot
whatever,
but.
D
B
Well,
the
the
installer
of
the
carport
shed
should
have
advised
you.
You
know
the
issue
here
is
that
you're
seven
feet
closer
to
your
front
property
line
than
you
should
be:
okay,
so
you're
asking
for
seven
foot,
front
yard
and
your
cover
is
three
feet
from
your
dwelling
and
three
feet
from
the
existing
utility
shed
okay,
so
you
should
be
seven
feet
from
your
existing
your
home
and
seven
feet
from
the
utility
ship.
B
That's
what
we're
considering
and
and
therefore
the
reason
the
recreational
vehicle
is
brought
up
here
is
because
it's
within
that
that
area
that
we're
dealing
with
here.
Okay,
so
this
board
has
to
make
the
decision.
Are
we
willing
to
grant
that
setback,
variance
on
the
front
and
the
side
that
simple.
C
Well,
it's
I
wanted
to
make
sure
it
wasn't.
Just
a
awning
just
sit
there,
so
they
went
by
ans,
certifications
and
they've,
anchored
it
down
into
the
concrete
huge
anchors.
It's
not
like
this
thing
can
be
just
slid
over.
It
really
can't
be
moved.
It
was
built
in
place
and
secured
right.
B
Okay,
well
I'm
going
to
ask
in
a
minute
if
anyone
who
objected
to
this
and
maybe
had
reported
it
to
the
city
if
they
are
here,
okay,
I'll
give
that
I'll
ask
if
someone's
here.
C
B
C
Three
foot
from
the
utility
shed-
that's
not
accurate.
It's
I
don't
know
if
I
put
those
measurements
on
there,
it's
probably
six
or
seven
foot
for
utility
shed,
but
it
is
three
foot
from
the
house
and
seven
foot
over
the
front.
That
is
correct.
B
B
F
Cruise
raised
from
par
steals,
I
don't
know
about
those
other
problems
he
referred
to,
but
I
did
report
this
one.
I
mean
it's
obvious
that
it's
too
close
to
the
street
and
it
doesn't
have
the
proper
separation
from
the
house
and,
of
course,
your
comments.
It
need
to
be
selling
that's
an
additional
selling
feed
you're
going
by
right
supposed
to
be
10
feet
from
the
house
and
10
feet
from
the
storage
building,
and
I
don't
have
a
problem
if
it
sits
back
in
line
with
the
house
and
has
those
separations.
F
F
B
F
D
B
Okay,
thank
you,
mr
ray
any
questions,
mr
reeves
okay,
mr
drew,
would
you
like
to
come
back
up
and
address
what
mr
reeves
has
pointed
out,
and
I
do
have
a
question
for
you.
B
Is
is
the
is
the
shed
or
the
structure
sitting
on
a
slab,
or
is
it
sitting
on
gravel.
C
C
D
C
C
No,
it's
perfectly
square
okay,
perfectly
square,
and
it's
built
according
to
ans
standards
in
it-
and
it's
I
mean
they
they
I
did
go
behind
them
and
check
everything,
but
it's
perfectly
square.
C
C
A
B
Any
other
questions
board
members.
I
have
a
question
george,
mr
howell.
C
No
sir,
yes,
sir,
and
no
sir,
the
company,
when
I
filled
out
the
application
to
purchase
it
ask,
is
there
a
permit
required
for
this
or
do
I
have
a
permit,
and
I
said
no
and
I
checked
in
there.
They
also
ask
if
there's
concrete
or
if
it's
gravel
is
the
ground
level.
C
So
I'm
assuming
this
company
was
going
to
get
the
permit,
but
no
there
was
not
one
purchased,
I'm
assuming
because
that's
what
the
city
inspector
told
me
and
again
that
goes
to
back
to
what
this,
what
I'm
dealing
with
with
this
company
and
I
still
have
a
complaint
against
him
with
a
better
business
bureau
on
it.
So
the
city
inspector
said
there
wasn't
one.
I
did
not
personally
purchase
one,
no
sir
gotcha
okay,
so
there
was
no.
There
was
no
permit
from
nobody
got
a
permit
for
this.
C
I'm
assuming
the
city,
the
city
inspector
said
he
didn't
know.
If
there
was
one
he
asked
me
did
I
purchase
one
and
I
explained
to
him.
No,
I
told
him
the
same
thing.
The
paperwork
I'd
filled
out
and
he
said
well,
it's
not
uncommon
for
contractors
to
purchase
ones.
I
mean
I've
done
I
used
to
when
I
worked
with
a
fire
department.
I
built
houses
and
built
additions,
and
I
actually,
as
the
contractor,
come
down
here
and
purchase
permit
so,
okay,
thank
you.
Yes,
sir.
C
With
you
not
them,
because
I
refuse
to
pay
them
what
they
what
they
quoted
me
because
of
the
their
incompetence
and
their
delay,
so
I
paid
them
half
so
there
would
be
no
way
I
could
get
them
out
there.
Somebody
else
may
I
would
have
to
I'm
sure,
there's
somebody
that
could.
C
B
Mr
drew
I've
got
a
a
question
here
for
you.
Yes,
sir
there's
a
couple
of
unanswered
questions
here,
you
don't
know
how
far
you
can
move
it
back.
Okay,.
B
I'm
right
now
you
don't
know
how
far
you
can
move
it
back,
correct,
correct!
You
don't
know
how
far
it
is
from
the
existing
shed
right.
Okay,
I'm
going
if
the
board
sees
fit
I'ma.
Ask
that
we
delay
this
and
you
come
back
next
month
and
you
determine
how,
if
you
can
move
it
back,
that
seven
feet:
okay
and
then
we'll
consider
it
is
the
board.
Okay,
with
that,
you
have
a
motion
then,
to
delay
based
on
that.
D
Motion
to
delay
to
the
next
meeting
to
so
mr
curtis
true
can
come
back
with
some
alternative.
Second
ideas.
Never
second.
B
Thank
you,
mr
hughes.
Any
further
discussion,
all
in
favor
of
the
motion
to
delay.
Please
raise
your
hand
mr
brown.
F
B
B
B
So
if
you
can
eliminate
that
variance
by
moving
it
back
because
I'm
picking
up
from
those
who've
asked
about
it,
you
know
it's
it's
too
close
to
the
to
the
street.
Okay,
can
you
do
that?
Does
that
mean
you
remove
an
existing
structure
to
move
it
back
and
then
how
far
are
you
off
that
existing
shed?
Now,
if
you
move
that
shed,
you
may
not
have
to
deal
with
a
setback
on
the
shed
understand.
You
may
have
a
three
foot
separation
between
the
shed
and
your
home.
B
D
D
D
B
B
B
F
B
C
B
A
B
B
D
Good,
how
are
you
doing
good
good?
Thank
you
for
seeing
me
this
evening.
I
would
like
to
ask
for
permission
to
put
a
mobile
home
for
my
own
personal
family
use
on
family
property.
I
have
had
that
portion
of
land
surveyed
off.
It
will
soon
be
deeded
to
me.
It
is
currently
my
mother's
property,
who
is
here
with
me
this
evening.
I'm
going
to
be
moving
my
family
out
there
to
take
care
of
her
and
the
property.
D
B
E
No
not
on
that
particular
piece
of
land.
No,
my
mother's
is.
D
A
little
bit
further
down
below
that
the
other
mobile
home.
That
is
right
there,
but
that's
not
on
this
particular
piece
of
property.
B
B
D
B
G
G
That's
why,
until
five
months
I
didn't
know
it
was
a
rooster
and
finally,
I
found
out
was
a
little.
You
know
different
and
then
I
said,
oh,
it's
time
comes.
I
have
to
reload
it,
so
I
just
got
it
and
then
it
was
five
months.
So
when
it's
three
weeks
later,
almost
six
months,
the
other
two
is
full
grown.
They
start
lay
the
air,
but
this
rooster
started.
I
heard
one
morning
like
alan
clark
or
singing
or
crying
whatever
you
explained
was.
I
heard
some
noise,
but
that
time
was
the
first.
G
B
All
right,
I
have
some
questions
for
you.
Yeah,
do
you
have
a
chicken
coop
that
meets
the
guidelines,
city
guidelines.
G
B
G
B
Are
are
your
coops
built
according
to
city
guidelines,.
B
C
B
B
D
D
B
That
require
you
to
have
certain
specifications
for
chicken
coop,
okay,
and
the
only
way
we
can
grant.
This
special
exception
is
for
you
to
be
compliant
with
the
chicken
coops
okay,
and
we
need
to
know
that,
and
so
have
you
seen
the
guidelines
tanya.
B
D
B
D
D
F
The
complaint
was
also
about
the
chickens,
bringing
out
reptiles,
snakes
and
things.
D
B
A
In
an
area
over
there
by
western
hill
and
the
snake,
the
chickens
are
not
the
reason
the
snakes
are
there,
we
kill
them
every
day
and
they
come
on
come
across
the
street
and
we
kill
other
animals
too,
that
are
under
the
houses
and
everything
that
we
we
have
gotten
together
and
gathered
from
under
the
house.
So
it's
not
the
chickens,
that's
drawing
the
snakes,
the
snakes
are
there.
B
D
A
B
I
I
Had
heard
a
rooster
for
over
a
week,
I
was
unaware
when
we
purchased
the
home,
that
she
even
had
chickens
that's
first
and
foremost,
and
then,
when
we
kept
hearing
the
rooster
we
called,
and
someone
else
had
already
called,
did
a
complaint
concerning
the
rooster
we
also
not
only
have.
I
We
had
cleared
out
a
lot
of
the
bushes
and
everything
in
the
in
the
area,
because
we
were
seeing
a
rapid
increase
and
it's
only
on
the
side
that
is
adjacent
to
her
home,
where
the
chickens
is
where
the
chickens
are
located.
Is
that
can
you
hear
me
now,
so
we
only
seen
them
on
the
side
where
the
chickens
are
located
and
we're
in
we
our
backyard.
Our
garage
is
in
the
backyard.
I
So
that's
where
we're
at
majority
of
the
time
it's
a
it's
a
lot
of
bushes,
where
the
snakes
can
hide
the
chicken
coop
is
on
on
the
property
line.
I
don't
necessarily
know
if
that
chicken
coop
is
meeting
the
standards
that
you
all
are
referring
to.
I
I
feel
that
the
increase
that
I
understand
understand
that
it
may
not
be
the
chickens
or
I
I
believe
that
I
have
a
strong
concern
because
of
the
chickens
and
the
eggs
that
the
chickens
have,
that
the
predators
are
coming
that
way:
they're
they're
getting
worse
evidently,
because
she's
increasing
the
amount
of
chickens.
We
were
not
aware
that,
like
I
said
when
we
purchased
a
home
that
she
had
had
chickens,
it
was
it's
a
lot
going
on.
Oh
it's
frogs.
I
She
has
a
pond
with
standing
water.
Also
in
inside
of
that
area
as
well-
and
you
said
that
there's
supposed
to
be
five
is
that
five,
because
of
the
lot
size,
the
entire
lot
size
that
there's
a
possibility,
she
can
have
chickens
and
I'm
I'm.
I
also
have
a
concern
of
the
what
all
the
eggs
are
being
used
for,
because
there's
only
one
person
living
in
that
house.
I
I'm
not
sure
why
what
you
need
unless
you're
potentially
selling,
because
there's
a
lot
of
people
that
come
that
way,
potentially
selling
them
the
eggs,
because
it's
just
one
person.
So
why
would
one
person
eat
seven
chickens
now,
instead
of
you
know
one
chicken
or
two
chickens
or
whatever,
so
that
is
a
concern
of
ours
of
all
the
different
type
of
the
water,
the
frogs,
the
the
chickens
and
and
the
chickens.
I
From
my
from
my
understanding,
looking
at
this
picture,
where
the
bushes,
at
on
this
side
of
the
the
right
side
of
the
house,
the
whole
chicken
coop
goes
from
the
front
back
right
at
the
back
end
of
the
house,
all
the
way
to
the
fence
line,
and
it's
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
bushes.
I
I
believe,
and
I'm
concerned
for,
for
our
well-being
and
our
safety,
because
the
rooster
was
prone.
She
said
that
the
rooster
she
knew
it
was
a
rooster
and
she
wanted
to
get
rid.
I
I
I
Okay
and
then
in
the
and
I
hadn't
been
able
to
get
with
the
city
councilman
to
see,
you
know,
discuss
anything
because
she
removed
the
sign
like
within
an
hour
of
y'all,
putting
a
sign
out.
So
I
can't
tell
you
if
other
neighbors,
you
know,
have
opposition
as
well,
but
I
also
got
something
from
the
association
from
the
covenant
that
says
that
we
shouldn't
have
any
poetry.
You
know
here.
If
he
can
read
it
to
you,.
F
B
I
B
I
B
Well,
we'll
make
we'll
make
that
we
we
got
it.
We
understand
the
details.
Okay,
but
right
now,
your
concern
is
the
rodents,
the
snakes
and
things
like
that
that
are
there
because
of
the
chickens,
you
think
you
say,
and
also
you
think,
that
she's
selling
the
eggs,
okay
there's
two
points
I
picked
up
on.
Okay,
we
got
it
any
other
questions
board
members
comments.
B
D
Deal
with
chicken
coops
all
the
time
here,
almost
every
single
time,
and
I
think
we
may
have
a
language
barrier-
that's
going
on
here
right
because
I
don't
think,
there's
really
anything
wrong
with
having
a
chicken
coop,
that's
in
compliance
with
the
city
guidelines
and
having
to
be
within
those
guidelines
right.
So
if
this
is
to
be
granted
voted
on
and
granted,
it
has
to
be
with
those
guidelines-
and
I
am
not
sure
that
can
be
conveyed
in
this
meeting
because
of
a
possible
language
barrier
right.
That's
how
it
would
have.
E
I
We
we
we
have
that
just
for
the
record.
We
do
have
that
what
you
said
with
the
language
barrier.
You
know,
if,
with
the,
if
there's
a
concern
that
you
know
want
to
address
without
calling
and
say
hey
we
having
this
issue
because
it's
not
just
the
though
it's
some
of
the
things
I'm
thinking
is
not.
I.
F
I
I
Let's
just
say
that
it
became
the
issue
because
of
the
the
the
roosters
and
it's
a
lot
of
noise-
that's
going
on
over
there,
but
we
had
kind
of
dealt
with
the
the
the
barking
of
the
dogs
at
four
or
five
o'clock
in
the
morning
where
she
would
send
them
outside
at
four
or
five
o'clock
in
the
morning.
So
we
kind
of
dealt
with
the
dogs
and
I'm
sure
some
of
the
other
neighbors.
I
I
Well,
if
there's
still
chickens
over
there,
I
don't
understand
how
that
would
be
considered.
You
know
what
help
and
you
know
if
they're
still
chickens
over
there.
I
mean
you
still
hear
the
chickens,
but
it's
no
different.
The
dogs
are
worse
than
chickens.
So
it's
not
necessarily
the
chickens.
It
is
what
I
feel
that
is
bringing
it's
not
just
snakes,
either
it's
a
hawks
flying
over
foxes
coming
across.
I
I
understand
we
live
in
area
and
there
is,
you
know,
potential
wildlife
out
there,
not
I'm
not
saying
I've
never
seen
wildlife,
it's
just
and
you
see
them
go
through
the
neighborhood
you
do,
but
when
they're
in
your
yard
and
on
that
side,
it's
not
on
the
other
side,
and
it's
only
on
that
side
and
our
garage
is
on
that
side.
So
when
we
opened
up
our
garage,
we
would
have
been
actually
sitting
out
there
two
times
when
we
saw
two
of
them
because
it's
been
at
least
five,
no
yeah
at
least
five.
I
So,
if
we're
sitting
out
there
in
our
garage
watching
tv-
and
we
look
at
the
peripheral
about
our
view-
and
we
see
snakes
coming
in
and
I
mean
what
do
you
do-
you
got
to
try
to
figure
out
what
we
we've
cut,
all
the
bushes
down
and
then
it
seemed
like
they
got
worse.
So
we
cut
all
the
bushes
down
and,
like
I
said,
they're
standing
water
also
over
there.
I
D
B
Yes,
mr
williams,
speak
up.
Please.
F
F
I
have
snakes
in
my
neighborhood
too,
but
it's
the
chicken,
if
you
don't
want
to
have
chicken
at
all,
that's
a
different
store,
all
together,
yeah,
but
if
she
meet
if
she
meet
the
guidelines
that
we
said
five
chicken,
if
she
can
have
the
fire,
if
we
said
that
she
can
have
them,
you
still
don't
want
to
have
chicken,
but
the
cooks
about
the
chicken
cubes
too.
Now
again,
do
you
have
a
neighborhood
association?
B
D
We
don't
have
inspectors
in
our
office,
but
I
can
see
if
one
of
the
inspectors
from
the
building
department
can
go
out.
I'm
not
sure
if
they
will
or
not.
We've
not
asked.
B
A
We
haven't
done
this
with
other
people,
who've
had
chickens,
and
let
me
tell
you
or
we
we,
we
have
had
every
kind
of
animal
you
can
name
and
we're
not
near
any
water,
and
those
animals
come
up
automatically.
I
There
not
that
we
are
aware
of
that's
why
I
went
and
looked
at
the
axe
about
the
covenant,
because
we
we
wouldn't
have
purchased
a
home
with
them
right
there,
I'm
from
the
country.
So
I
I
understand
that
part
of
it,
but
I
didn't
purchase
the
home
to
be
feeling
like
I'm
in
in
the
country.
However,
the
snake
you're
going
to
see
snakes
you're
going
to.
A
She
purchased
the
chicken
after
you
got
there.
She
purchased
the
chickens
after
you
moved
in.
A
They
were
there,
they
were
there
when
you
got
when
you
moved
in.
Yes,.
B
D
A
I
Steps
and
we
and
we
we
have
just
for
the
record-
we
have
on
other
occasions,
try
to
work
with
ms
kim
on
on
different
things.
That's
going
on
on
the
line.
Even
you
know,
it's
just
she's
really.
A
I'm
a
motion
that,
as
long
as
she's
in
compliance
for
the
five
chickens.
Thank
you.
B
B
D
B
F
B
B
B
D
D
B
J
D
The
numbers
are
reversed,
it
should
be
a
13
foot,
side,
property
line
and
the
request
should
be
a
seven
foot,
side,
yard
variance.
D
You
say
we
transposed
the
numbers,
I
think.
Actually,
I
have
a
copy
of
my
application.
It
was
correct
on
the
application,
but
I
gave
mr
mr
james
an
initial
application
before
I
had
the
property
line
staked
out
by
goodwin.
Wilson
k,
wood,
okay
and
I
think
it
just
fell
through
the
cracks
there.
Once
I
revised
the
number
when
I
knew
the
correct.
A
A
D
B
D
A
B
G
B
This
is
item
number
five.
This
is
the
one's
been
delayed
a
couple
of
times
or
they
asked
for
delay.
D
A
B
We're
going
to
give
each
side
10
minutes
no
more
than
10
minutes.
Thank
you.
You
got
a
stop
clock
on
this
one
tanya.
You
got
a
stopwatch
of
any
sort.
F
B
B
B
B
I
I
want
to
say
before
we
get
started.
Economics
are
not
part
of
this
discussion.
It's
going
to
be
based
on
the
facts,
so
we're
not
here
to
talk
about
property
values
affected
or
anything
of
that
sort.
We're
here
to
talk
about
the
petitioners
presenting
this
to
tonight
tonight
requesting
an
abatement
of
a
nuisance
that
the
petitioner
will
present.
B
And
if
you
look
in
your
agenda,
it's
clear
that
we
have
the
authority
to
decide
if
this
is
an
issue
a
nuisance
if
this
is
in
fact
a
nuisance
and
if
it
should
be
abated.
Okay,
anybody
clear
on
that.
Yes,
sir,
okay,
thank
you.
We
need
your
name
and
address
and.
H
My
name
is
tom
mitchell.
My
wife
darby
is
with
me
and
some
other
neighbors
we
live
in
1761
wentworth
drive.
Do
we
have
any
audio
visuals.
B
H
First
of
all,
I
want
to
thank
the
board.
I
understand
you
are
giving
your
time
as
a
violent
volunteers
to
our
community,
and
I
appreciate
that.
Thank
you
for
what
you
do
to
make
montgomery
a
better
place
for
us.
H
H
There's
a
situation
that
came
up
that
we
did
want
to
bring
before
the
board
last
year
about
this
time.
Some
neighbors
bought
that
big
great.
We
can
just
leave
it
right.
There
neighbors
bought
the
house
next
to
us.
Now
we
are
located
on
whitworth
drive.
This
house
is
on
croone
drive,
which
is
just
adjacent
to
us
across
our
back
way,
drive
and
decided
to
bring
a
recreational
vehicle
with
them
and
store
it
on
their
property
and
to
give
you
some
feeling
of
the
size
of
the
vehicle.
H
Those
picture
shows
relative
to
the
size
of
a
house
and
also
regular
vehicles,
just
how
large
it
is.
It's
as
I
understand
almost
40
feet
long
and
over
12
feet
high.
We
had
the
opportunity
to
come
into
the
chamber
today
and
actually
made
a
measurement
of
the
council
bench,
the
wooden
structure.
Here,
it's
almost
as
long
as
the
rv,
so
it
just
gives
an
idea
about
the
the
size
of
the
vehicle
and
it's
almost
as
tall
as
the
ceiling
line
right
here
we
can
go
to
the
next
pictures.
H
This
shows
the
issue
from
an
overhead
view.
Our
house
is
outlined
in
red
and
the
black
rectangle
shows
the
approximate
rec
place
of
the
vehicle.
That's
parked
next
to
our
fence.
We
can
see
the
next
slide,
please.
This
shows
the
view
from
our
driveway.
It's
also
the
view
we
have
from
our
yard.
Other
neighbors
can
see
this
view
on
silver
lane
next
slide,
please.
H
This
shows
that,
with
and
without
a
covering
the
fence
that
the
neighbors
placed
to
shield
the
rv
is
six
feet
in
height,
so
that
gives
an
idea
about
the
massive
height
of
the
rv.
For
us,
it
really
has
been
a
disturbance,
a
nuisance,
because
we
see
this
all
day
every
day
and
it's
been
disturbing
to
us.
H
We
met
with
the
neighbors
they're,
very
nice
people,
and
we
have
a
cordial
relationship
with
them.
It's
not
been
an
adversarial
issue,
it's
a
strong
disagreement
about
the
parking
of
the
rv,
but
we
asked
them
to
move
the
rv
based
on
our
concerns
and
they
differed
with
us
and
felt
like
they
wanted
to
keep
it
there.
H
We
had
looked
at
the
opportunities
afforded
to
us
to
have
something
done
to
remediate
it
and
on
our
end,
we
could
have
tried
to
put
a
fence
up
that
the
fence
would
have
done
outside
zoning
regulations
and
fees
unfeasible
to
build
a
12
or
13-foot
fence,
and
also
we
didn't
feel
like
it
was
appropriate
for
us
to
bear
the
cost
of
remediating
this
nuisance
to
us.
That
was
simply
caused
by
their
decision
to
park
the
rv.
H
So
we
looked
into
the
zoning
regulations
in
and
realized
this
board
does
have
the
authority,
even
if
a
recreational
vehicle
is
within
compliance
with
zoning
regulations
to
in
individual
cases,
revoke
that
privilege
and
also
has
the
authority
to
abate
a
nuisance
that
that
is
being
called.
So
it's
with
that
level
of
respect
that
we've
requested
the
board
would
honor
our
request
to
disallow
the
rv
storage
on
that
property
darby.
Did
you
have
anything.
E
Can
y'all
hear
me?
Okay,
the
only
thing
I
think
that
he
may
have
left
out
just
because
public
speaking
is,
you
know,
number
one
fear
I'm
up
here
just
quaking
like
this,
but
we
texted
and
asked
them
to
come
over
and
said
that
the
rv
was
not
working
for
us,
but
we
had
tried
to
be
very
gracious
when
they
first
moved
here
from
california.
They
bought
the
house
sight
unseen.
E
They
had
never
been
to
montgomery
before
and
were
not
familiar
with
the
culture
with
the
neighborhood,
and
so
we
texted
and-
and
we
had
been
very
gracious.
We
had,
I
had
written
out
a
letter
and
had
written
down
the
things
like
places
to
eat
where
to
go
grocery
shopping,
but
I
wouldn't
get
for
one
free
at
publix
and
when
one
of
them
had
been
sick,
I'd
taken
flowers
over
and
and
fresh
vegetables.
E
So
it
is
not
this,
we
haven't
been
mean
and
we
wish
them
the
best,
but
we
invited
them
over
and
we
texted
and
said
the
rv
is
not
working
for
you.
Us
can
you
please
come
over
and
when
they
came
over,
you
know
they
were
able
to
see
the
rv,
and
we
explained
that
we
didn't
just
see
it
from
our
living
room,
dining
room.
E
You
could
see
it
from
multiple
rooms
in
our
home
and
we
even
offered
to
pay
six
months
while
they
tried
to
figure
out
and
they
moved
it
off
site
for
several
weeks,
but
then
they
brought
it
back
and
and
then
I
just
I
just
feel
like.
I
wanted
to
stress
that
it
was
not
adversarial
and
just
about
everybody
when
like
when
they
would
be
walking
down
the
street.
E
They
would
say
something
to
us
like
we
are
so
terribly
sorry,
and
so
we've
got
lots
of
neighbors,
obviously,
with
the
30
over
30
people
that
have
signed
the
petition
and
more
neighbors
would
be
here,
but
because
of
covid
and
just
fear
of
being
here
they
didn't
want
to.
But
anyway,
so
we
want
to
give
them
the
the
opportunity
to
speak.
But
the
only
other
thing
that
I
wanted
to
say
is
when
they
were
looking
out
at
the
house.
I
asked
them
well
from
your
house.
E
E
B
The
rv
itself,
how
often
does
it
come
and
go?
Do
they
move
it?
Does
it
just
sit
there
all
the
time?
Does
it
sit
there
all
the
time?
Does
it
come
and
go
yeah
or
do
they
live
in
it
or
do
you
do
you
know.
E
And-
and
I
try
not
to
peer,
I
need
to
try
not
to
peek
into
the
it's
uncovered.
You
know,
so
I
don't
know
who
who's
doing
what
over
there,
because
I
try
not
to
you
know
peer
into
their
fence
when
they're
in
there,
but
but
it
does
not
come
and
go
much
and
that
they
can
speak
there
may
be
a
reason.
We
only
know
that
it's
maybe
move
they've
been
here
a
year,
maybe
moved
once,
but
that's
twice.
Maybe
I
don't
know.
Okay
thank.
B
B
All
right,
anyone
have
any
questions,
we're
trying
to
stay
within
our
time
limit
here.
Ms
brown.
A
Yes,
I
wanted
to
ask:
does
every.
H
Well,
that's
not
really
been
our
complaint.
The
complaint
is
that
it
falls
under
the
category
of
a
visual
nuisance
and
we're
not
we're
not
making
any
contention
that
is
causing
any
noise.
H
B
Okay,
any
other
questions
of
the
petitioner,
if
not.
C
B
And
you
live
on
live
behind
the
petitioner,
yes,
okay,.
K
What
I
would
like
to
say
is
that
before
we
purchased
the
house,
we
found
it
online
as
the
mitchell
stated,
and
we
really
liked
the
house
and
so
what
we
asked
the
real
estate,
because
we
had
the
rv
and
we
came
from
california,
and
we
asked
our
real
estate
agent
to
because
the
property
was
large
enough
to
have
the
rv.
But
it
wasn't,
you
know
it
was.
It
was
two
fenced
back
yards,
but
it
was
grass.
K
So
what
we
wanted
to
do
is
put
gravel,
so
we
could
park
the
rv
back
there,
but
we
wanted
to
find
out
if
that
was
legal.
So
we
asked
the
real
estate
agent.
What
is
that
okay
to
do?
And
she
said
let
me
find
out
for
you
and
I'll
get
back
to
you,
which
it
took
her
a
day
or
two
and
she
she
let
us
know,
because
we
weren't
even
gonna,
buy
the
house
if
that
wasn't
okay,
so
we
went
through
a
whole
which
the
mitchell's
you
know
they.
K
You
know
the
whole
time
where
you
know
hi,
and
you
know
you
know
you
guys-
are
doing
a
great
job.
It's
looking
good
and
you
know
nobody
said
anything
about
you
know.
You
know
nothing.
Everything
seemed
to
be
every
everybody
was
cheering
us
on
and
oh
my
gosh.
We
like
the
improvements,
and
you
know
so
we
took
down
tore
down,
including
the
mitchells
fence
that
they
had,
which
was
an
old
fence.
We
had
our
workers,
take
down
their
down
their
fence
as
well.
K
We
which
they're
not
complaining
about
that,
but
we
removed
that
fence.
We
put
a
new
fence,
and
but
the
eyesore
seems
to
be
now
our
the
top
of
our
motorhome,
which
we
have
a
brand
new
fence.
We
we
cleaned
it
all
up.
It
was
a.
It
was
a
decaying
old
fence
that
was
knocked
down
before
eaten
by
termites.
K
I
I
don't
get
it,
I'm
just
not
understanding
it
at
all,
because
the
eyesore
was
so
so
much
more
severe
before
and
we've
made
it
so
much
better
and
now
what
they
see
and
when
we
we
did
go
to
their
house,
and
I
didn't
see
honestly,
I
did
not
see
the
the
top
of
my
motorhome
from
every
view.
I
saw
it
from
one
window
and
it
was
the
top
of
my
our
motorhome
and
that's
the
honest
truth
and
I
apologize
I
said.
Well,
you
know
we
I'm.
K
I
just
don't
know
what
to
say.
I
mean
when
a
neighbor
parks
and
they
you're
gonna
see
the
top
of
their
car.
It's
just
the
way
it
is,
and
when
you
have
neighbors
it's
not
like
we're
making
noise,
it's
not
like
we're
harassing
them.
It's
not
like
we're.
You
know
it's
we're,
quiet
and,
and
you
know
we're
we're
doing
some
work
on
the
motorhome
right
now,
but
all
usually
it's
covered
so
and
no
nobody
lives
in
there.
J
J
As
you
can
see
by
the
picture,
that's
the
way
it
looked
like
when
we
moved
in
the
fence
was
falling
down.
There
was
a
tree
way
back
in
the
back
at
45
degree
angle
towards
their
house.
They
told
us,
we
didn't
have
to
cut
that
tree
down
or
anything.
We
did.
We
tried
to
improve
it.
We
put
the
new
fence
up
darby
asked
if
she
could
even
paint
it
on
her
side.
I
said
yeah
you
painted
any
color.
You
want
on
your
side
the
hedges
on
there.
J
If
you
can
see
they've
cut
those
down,
they
just
cut
those
down
a
couple
months
ago.
They
had
somebody
come
down
and
cut
them.
So
now
you
can
see
them,
but
if
the
hedges
grow,
you
won't
be
able
to
see
that
the
other
issue
is.
I
know
that
they
can
see
it
from
a
little
sitting
area
that
they
say
they
sit
there
for
eating
breakfast.
If
they
want.
J
I
could
move
it
over
towards
the
house
more
and
up
farther
towards
the
front
of
the
fence
so
that
they
can't
see
it
and
usually
we
keep
it
covered.
I'm
just
putting
a
new
satellite
dish
on
it
right
now
and
we
haven't
used
it
because
of
this
copic.
We
can't
you
know
the
beaches
were
closed
and
everything,
but
we
have
the
rv,
so
we
can
use
it.
We
don't
just
have
it
there
for
parking,
it's
an
expensive
rv.
J
I
had
a
lot
of
equipment
in
it
and
you
know
we're
hundreds
of
thousands
of
dollars
I
use.
I
did
go
and
take
it
to
a
storage
unit
that
they
paid
the
first
month,
but
you
know
what
it
was
parked
out
in
the
field
by
itself
there
was
apartments,
and
I
noticed
my
steps
were
all
damaged.
Somebody
was
messing
with
it,
although
they
have
cameras
there,
it
they're
not
gonna,
go
after
somebody
for
that,
but
it's
it's
just
I
just
don't
think
I
did.
J
I
did
go
and
it
has
nothing
to
do
with
this
issue,
but
the
neighborhood
does
a
lot
of
rv
boats
and
trailers.
I
took.
I
took
pictures
of
them,
there's
many
other
ones,
the
neighbors
that
we've
talked
to.
I
don't
know
who
they've
talked
to,
because
all
the
neighbors
that
we've
talked
to
have
no
issues
with
them
and
so
help
me,
god,
I'm
telling
the
truth.
J
J
J
J
We
haven't
used
it
this
last
year
because
of
the
colgate
issue,
but
that's
what
we
bought
it.
I'm
retired.
We
moved
out
here
from
california
last
october
and
we
liked
alabama
montgomery,
we've
never
been
here.
We
just
bought
it.
We
liked
the
house
and
we
took
a
chance
and
the
people
compared
to
california
are
wonderful
and
they're.
D
J
That's
all
I
can
say,
there's
other
pictures
here
that
I
did
take
if
you
want
to
see
them,
but
that's
just
from
that's
the
view,
because
that's
right
behind
that
gate
see
they
have
it
closed
now,
but
if
they
open
it,
they
have
a
window
there
and
that's
where
they
sit.
I
guess
in
the
morning
they
didn't
get
coffee
and
I
understand,
but
if
the
rv's
out
of
the
way
they're
just
gonna
look
in
our
yard
because
our
yard,
it's
a
double
yard.
J
We
have
another
fence
that
you
can
see
right
through
our
yard
and
to
our
back
door.
So.
B
Any
questions
dr
mitchell,
you
y'all,
can
come
back
and
and
give
your
response
to
his
comments.
You
have
that
privilege
or
if
you
have
anyone
here
in
the
audience,
who
cares
to
speak
on
your
behalf,
we'll
give
you
a
few
minutes.
H
H
H
They
did
break
our
driveway
with
a
log.
They
obstructed
the
sidewalk
in
the
street
for
a
lengthy
period
of
time.
We
do
have
some
concerns
about
what
effects
the
pouring
of
the
gravel
has
in
the
drainage
area
in
our
area.
All
of
that
is
is
to
say
it's
not
simply
they
made
it
look
better.
I
I
do
think
the
the
point
about
the
the
view
the
the
rv
can
be
seen
from
every
angle.
In
our
yard
we
see
every
time
we
drive
in
and
out
of
a
driveway.
H
E
We
didn't
tour
them
around
the
home
and
take
them
to
the
bedroom
or
take
them
to
the
other
bedroom
and
take
them
to
different.
We
just
set
them
where
we
sat
regularly
in
our
living
room,
dining
room
to
to
show
them,
and
we
have
done
efforts.
You
know
like
we
we
at
first
we
thought
we
tried
so
hard.
We
thought
we
can
do
this.
We
can
do
this,
so
we
had
pruners
come
out
and
prune
the
hedge
thinking.
E
This
will
do
it
it'll,
you
know,
maybe
that'll
cover
it,
and
then
we
have
the
irrigation
fix
thinking.
Well,
that
will
do
it,
so
we've
paid
for
pruners
we've
paid
for
the
irrigation
to
be
fixed
and
we've
been
fertilizing
like
crazy
and
it's
going
to
take
years,
if
it
ever
for
that
to
fill
out.
So
it's
not
like
we
haven't
done
anything
so.
Okay,
thank.
B
B
The
abatement,
I'm
sorry
did
I
get
everybody.
Everybody
appro
in
favor
of
the
motion,
raise
your
hand,
raise
your
hand.
I
can't
see
all
in
favor
raise
your
hand
all
opposed.
Raise
your
hand.
I
can't
I
can't
see
it
y'all.
A
B
Okay,
mr
angoula,
the
embayment
was
approved.
Okay,
I
would
recommend
that
you
have
it
removed
within
30
days.
Everybody,
okay,
with.
A
B
A
A
D
B
Have
a
motion
to
prove
to
have
a
second
second,
second
on
facebook,
and
we
have
a
motion
to
adjourn
this
meeting.
Yes,
so
moved.
