A
It's
just
a
couple
of
changes
here
we
would
request
not
wanting
to
cut
a
household
pickup
from
two
days.
Two
one,
three,
two,
that's
right,
three,
two
two
not
morning
to
do
that,
and
also
wanting
to
get
additional
pavement
body,
the
council,
what
we
looked
at
as
a
combination
of
the
gas
tax
and
the
Sanitation
things,
and
if
we
increase
the
gas
tax
by
three
cents
instead
of
the
two
that
would
be
over
the
for
the
budget,
that
we've
got,
that
would
be
an
increase
of
an
additional
1.5
million.
A
B
A
A
B
And
if
it's
a
point
in
time,
we
want
to
explain
it
so
hard.
Everyone
explains
the
three
and
a
half
billion
dollars,
it's
full
for
us
and
when
you're
ready
to
have
the
explanation,
I
think
we
do
it
right.
This
minute
is
too
even
if
you
went
outside
you're
going
to
be
wasting
about
two-thirds
of
your
money
in
time
in
additional
pause,
because
we
can
do
it
without
detail
plans
without
being
and
things
like
that
and
on
average
it's
going
to
triple
the
direct
cost
that
we
would
have
moving
outside.
A
B
A
C
A
B
It's
problematic
that
they
gonna
do
it's
also
a
challenge,
because
the
way
the
formative
works
today,
eighty
to
ninety
percent
of
the
dollars
that's
generated,
go
to
the
county's.
Only
10
or
20%
come
to
the
cities
which,
over
the
last
40
years,
cities
are
paving
a
lot
more
streets
into
the
counties.
B
A
C
A
C
B
D
B
D
Here's
what
I'd
like
to
see
here's
my
legacy,
instead
of
just
put
it
in
the
general
fund,
because
guess
what
happens
instead
of
putting
their
Street
maintenance?
How
let
me
see
that
money
in
our
streets,
eighteen,
so
that
when
it
comes
down
to
getting
our
roads,
pays
this
time
used
elsewhere
and
other
districts
in
st.
customer
example,
I
was
trying
to
link
to
some
roads.
Get
paid.
I
first
started
almost
two
years
before
they
finally
got
to
justify.
D
So
what
I'm
saying
is
in
the
interim,
we
go
through
two
budget
cycles
and
that
money
can
be
used
elsewhere
and
our
streets
can't
get
paid,
because
you
know
what's
gonna
happen
is
I,
don't
hear
any
increase
in.
If
we're
going
to
increase
it
by
almost
three
fold,
then
you
need
to
increase
their
personnel
to
make
sure
that
we
need
was
because
you
keep
it
now
even
had
a
hundred
thousand
dollars.
Some
of
us
are
still.
D
Is
it
has
to
be
what
you
want
to
have
to
hire
more
people
so
that
when
we
do
put
that
money
in
that's,
why
I'm
opposing
that,
instead
of
three
cents,
we
talked
about
five
cents
and
use
that
money
to
hire
more
people
so
that
we
can
pay
more
Road
I'm
talk
about
the
gas
in
hurry,
because,
right
now,
even
if
you
do
triplet,
you
still
can't
get
to
the
road
and
the
road
still
if
I
can't
pay.
Yes,
we.
B
D
The
star
I
got
three
times
you
saying
with
the
plans
and
purchases
that
you
want
to
do
when
you
explained
it,
I
didn't
hear
the
two-hour
plane
or
increase
the
personnel
in
order
to
be
the
workload
that
makes
up
a
newspaper
we
get,
we
can
have
3.5,
but
up
till
I'm,
just
saying
now
it
you
know
hey.
We
can't
get
to
that
right
now,
because
we
got
to
do
of
all
these
other
roles
and,
depending
on
when
you
fall,
and
to
have
okay.
D
Okay
but
I'm
telling
you
what
happened
to
me
all
right.
I
first
got
in
you
all
behind,
and
it
was
almost
two
years
before
he
finally
got
to
it.
Then
when
he
got
to
it,
I
would
requested
I
said,
since
we
got
to
be
lads
because
we
got
everybody
else
and
I
was
on
the
back
end.
I
said:
could
you
please
put
me
over
front
in
this?
Just
we
would
be,
and
so
you
were
able
to
get
mine
first,
but
so
I
know
that
that
meant.
E
You,
let
me
just
tell
you
how
the
type
acquaintance
come
up.
First
poem.
It
is
a
12
month
plaintiff.
We
can't
get
everything
all
nine
districts
in
in
October
this
and
some
are
going
to
be
in
September
we're
working
as
we
speak,
or
the
FY
2018.
Thanks
for
your
running
to
the
end,
and
yet
we
talk
about
you
laughs,
you
were
in
September
your
necks
paid
for
in
October.
E
You
were
the
last
of
the
previous
fiscal
year
and
then
the
ending
of
the
next
previous
fiscal
year,
I
think
when
you
first
got
in,
we
were
towards
the
end
of
the
important
registry
program
which
was
not
equitably
distributed
amongst
all
the
council
districts
and
we
were
getting
rid
of
all
of
the
paying
in
other
districts.
F6F-3
were
heavily
weighted
because
they
had
the
poor
streets
at
that
time
and
that
that's
I
believe
what
happened
when
he
first
came
in
a
time.
D
E
Back
to
work
there,
let
me
let
me
speak
to
the
mechanics
of
Powell's
finance
office.
Does
that
so,
when
we
come
up
with
the
payment
plan,
they
put
all
those
funds
again
you're
going
to
contribute
a
hundred
to
get
300
right.
He
will
put
that
three
million
dollars
worth
of
funds
into
a
evening
project,
and
that
is
why
we
charge
everything
and
it's
all
accounted
for
in
the
district
interpretive.
A
E
I
never
know
when
it's
done
go
ride
the
wolf,
okay,
so
right
now
so
right
now,
today
alone,
today
to
where
you
go
out,
there
we've
started
a
situation
where,
when
your
street
is
dying
sprint,
when
your
street
is
under
and
in
process,
it
is
yellow
and
when
it's
not
that
is
written,
so
the
streets
would
have
no
red,
yellow
green.
That's
what
I
think
so.
D
E
D
D
B
D
That's
what
we
got
300,000
each
year,
a
lot
for
our
to
pay
them.
You
don't
need
way.
I'm
saying
is,
if
you
say
we
go
to
pay
these
10
streets,
mr.
green,
this
will
be
$207,000,
we
plan
to
hold
270
and
you
all
don't
have
to
put
any
painters.
That's
what
I'm
saying
right
now.
You
all
say
you
put
in
160
with
it,
but
what
I'm
saying
is:
if
you're
pregnant.
A
D
B
D
Here's
I'd
like
to
say
well
I
appreciate
the
fact
that
you
all
do
add
money
to
it
and
I
know
you
all.
Do
that
and
I
know
we
don't
pay
100%
of
the
cost.
All
I'm
saying
is
that
I
would
like
to
be
more
responsive
to
the
citizens
that
come
to
me
as
opposed
to
you
know.
So
one
one
details
is
I
appreciate
the
extra
money,
but
at
the
same
time
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
when
you
it's
not
the
same,
okay.
A
E
C
It
needs
to
do
I,
don't
wanna.
Do
this
to
date,
sniffing
City,
Council
people
they
never
hold
on
the
appropriation
they
have.
The
board
over
budget
live
within
the
strength
discretion
of
the
City
Council,
all
right,
so
no
disrespect
on
the
other.
You
will
have
to
go
in
and
if
you
feel
this
council
as
a
whole,
you
don't
have
to
feel
like
you're,
bagging
and
thinking
I'm
I,
don't
have
my
saying,
but
if
you
feel
that
there's
a
problem
I,
don't
think
anything
is
saying
that
this
way
goes
into
the
618
okay
and
we
used.
C
A
B
The
capability
with
the
funds
that
are
available
for
paper
to
do
a
minimum
of
35
a
minimum
35,
that's
based
on
a
hundred
thousand
now
lots
of
streets
here,
don't
have
curbs
and
gutters
and
sidewalks.
If
you
don't
have
curves
it
goes
inside
for
long
and
it
comes
to
60
or
70
or
80
front,
and
so
balanced.
It's
100,
but
you're
gonna
have
a
minimum
of
35
to
40
thousand
plus
what
we
do
either
in.
If
you
funding
good
one
or
out
like,
for
instance
again
for
street
course,
Street
will
be
paid
2019
from.
E
B
At
9,000
we
got
to
get
that
monies
from
elsewhere,
not
your
money,
but
if
we
were
consistent,
we'd
be
charging
his
district
in
his
district,
because
three
dishes
for
their
forty
thousand
just
to
do
the
Oakland.
So
there
are
a
lot
of
other
streets
that
get
paved
that
are
in
the
pouring
rain
that
we
don't
take.
The
state
up
right
now,
I
understand
that.
So
it's.
E
D
Okay,
for
example,
even
street
sweepers,
those
type
of
things
I
mean
there's
those
type
of
things
that
we
deposit
Wi-Fi
and
they
would
like
all
between
Norwood
Riddick
roll
and
rub
between
course,
peace
and
narrow
lane
road,
that's
state
highway,
but
parchment
rights
has
to
cut
that
parchment.
Reg
has
the
scheduler
there's
been
several
other
places
throughout
the
city
that
state
that
we
have
to
cut,
but
because
of
the
schedule
and
inability
to
cut
more,
it
only
gets
cut
once
maybe
twice
some
so
you
go
over
there
down.
D
You
got
grass
in
the
middle,
that's
almost
two
feet
tall
and
so
I
call
it
as
the
cut
you
say,
skidded
so
there's
capacity,
and
what
I'm
saying
is
there's
a
lot
of
things
that
need
to
be
done.
I
think
that
would
add
to
the
quality
of
life,
especially
on
the
west
side,
in
terms
of
making
it
more
attractive
to
investors
when
they
come
to
drive
down
street,
the
grass
is
cut
and
it
looks
good
and
I'm,
probably
in
the
general
area,
nobody's
going
to
come
in
money
anywhere
due
to
west
side.
D
We're
just
looking
like
nobody
cares
and
it's
on
the
way
down.
That's
why
we
trying
to
get
the
extra
money
and
we
won't
have
ability
to
be
able
to
at
least
contract
it
out
or
give
the
city
the
ability
to
give
extra
capacity
to
be
able
to
handle
that
so,
instead
of
cutting
twice
a
summer,
maybe
they
can
cut
it
at
least
once
a
month.
So
those
are
type
of
thing.
He
said
now
move
to
five
cents.
D
A
D
B
We
got
about
300
or
so
dilapidated
houses.
We
started
three
years
ago
trying
to
get
those
down
when
we
finished
this
fiscal
year.
Since
we've
done
that
now
we
got
more
than
lapidation.
Then
we
got
a
dick.
You
can't
fund
enough
money
because
to
cut
every
inch
of
grass,
you
took
tear
down
everything
activation
in
a
one-year
period
of
time
and
the
reason
that
we've
taken
on
the
additional
responsibility
from
the
state
is
it
never
get
done
and
we
do
have
more
equipment
now
and
we're
doing
a
better
job
of
Tom.
B
B
We
have
their
borders
race
on
the
interstate,
we're
cutting
from
the
85
out
to
the
boulevard,
our
leaf
blower
undetected,
yeah,
because
we
didn't
want
so
my
point:
is
you
isn't
enough
money
to
do
everything
you
want
to
do
we
if
you
want
to
do
it,
and
you
also
got
to
remember
that
in
the
lab,
only
in
the
last
two
or
three
years,
if
we
had
any
wherewithal
aside
from
just
keeping
a
head
above
water
during
a
recession
and
at
the
same
time
get
our
bond
rating.
So
that's
it.
B
D
D
E
A
D
D
But
then
they
say
you
know
what
we
go
along
with
that
cutting
the
parts
on
a
little
card,
everything
else
we
can
only
get
to
this
on
this
date,
and
so
what
I'm
saying
yeah
with
interchange,
guys
increasing
elsewhere,
to
have
that
money
go
to
me
to
something.
So
we
can.
They
know
what
spot
I
can
cut
this
this
week
ago,
yeah
I
can
do
it
as
opposed
to
its
schedule.
D
So
that's,
what's
ever
saying
we
tweak,
we
need
a
little
bit
more
and
I
think
if
we,
if
we
want
to
ever
turn
around
the
entire
city,
then
I
think
we're
going
to
have
to
at
least
make
it
a
little
better.
So
when
people
drive
down,
they
don't
see
something
that
looks
like
nobody
cares
about
until
they
get
to
a
certain
area,
and
then
it
looks
better
than
what
they
do.
They
put
all
that
money
over
there
I
absolutely.
B
Agree
with
you
put
the
other
things
from
a
management
standpoint.
If
you
don't
want
just
like
I,
don't
know
three
organizations
and
I
ever
wanted
three
like
cutting
grass,
that
we
control
I,
don't
want
another
three
or
four
or
five
or
six
organizations
out
there
that
independent
that
are
trying
to
make
with
what
all
we
do.
I'm.
D
D
A
B
B
B
C
C
I,
just
think
that
some
of
these
people
not
going
by
dancing
in
one
don't
they
they're
gonna,
not
come
to
the
doctor's.
Everything
will
come
here
to
their
job
and
I.
Think
me
personally
what
I
wouldn't
get
promoted
about?
What
I
would
get
reflected,
wouldn't
matter
to
me,
but
we're
doing
something
for
the
citizenry
here,
because
a
bit
like
this
based
on
scientific
saturation
and
there's
a
supersaturated,
you
are
not
gonna,
be
able
to
get
any
more
money
out
of
people
on
taxes
because
they
don't
have
in
mind
and
the
people
who
are
working.
A
D
A
D
A
contractor's
seven
out
I
mean
cuz,
you
know
some
Boulevard
me
I,
don't
know,
probably
a
upset
number
by
the
city.
So
do
you
all
have
a
capacity
or
do
we
just
need
to
take
all
that
money
720
give
it
to
your
three
division,
that's
cut
and
then
we
didn't
have
them
scheduled
more
cuts
and
areas
that
need
to
port
right.
That's
what.
A
B
E
F
D
D
D
Are
we
going
to
disallow
because
the
states
are
not
doing
their
job
and
then
people
coming
here
looking
invest
apartment?
Looking
like
we
don't
care
I
mean
weekend
off
to
get
it.
Then,
let's
and
then
we'll
be
doing
occupational
tax
next
year,
then
we
get
a
really
good
influx
applause.
Did
we
start
cutting
but
I've
never
heard
back
California
teaching,
I'm
gonna
with
oxidated
at
that
place
you
killed.
It
was
great
to
see.
B
D
B
B
A
B
A
B
A
B
C
B
A
B
F
B
Out
the
examples
we
talked
about
earlier
with
various
organs:
it's
going
to
take
frankly
legal
expertise.
We
write
ordinance,
it
reads:
an
angel
takes
a
piece
that
we
don't
have
to.
We
have
business
licenses
and
things
of
that
nature.
That
Frank
is
probably
use
that
in
itself,
I
know
the
last
time
we
looked
at
that
six
years
ago.
We
engage
legal
counsel.
B
Chris
Conway
and
better
coordination
with
bonds,
except
I,
think
what
he's
talking
about,
though
it's
more
than
an
ombudsman
or
three
districts.
If
you
will
I'm
not
sure
exactly
how
our
interns
are
used,
actually
have
two
men
turned:
perhaps
an
intern
proposed
interns
good,
maybe
those
that
job
description
could
be
modified
to
move
into
that
the
people
that
we
have
there
may
not
be
the
right
people
so
might
have
to
note.
You
know,
find
some
different
people
with
those
contracts
that
see.
We
already
got
that
this.
A
E
B
Is
Chris
society?
It's
in
this
whole
organization
that
Chris
refers
to
is
a
food
services
organization
and
she
she,
the
pilot
organization,
has
direct
access
on
a
weekly
basis.
She
interacts
in
the
meetings
that
they
have
with
the
Sanitation
Department
with
the
street
links
Claire's,
always
at
the
table.
E
But
you
know
they're
they're,
actually
physically,
located
with
3-1-1,
so
the
bonds
of
three
one,
a
physically
located
in
twenty
five
Washington
twenty-five
Washington,
is
what
I
would
deem
as
kind
of
the
city
services
at
the
center
building
for
the
city
of
Montgomery.
If
you
have
an
issue,
when
you
talk
about
neighborhood
issues,
you
gotta
talk
about
which
specific
issue
do
you
want
to
dress
if
you're
talking
about
housing
codes,
Feb.
A
F
E
F
In
terms
of
there's
so
much
more,
that
can
be
done
and
there's
so
much
more.
That
needs
to
be
done.
I
mean
I
realized
that
we
do
report
that
we
have
this
enormous
number
of
violations
or
abatements
or
whatever
it
is
that
we
do
regular
basis,
but
everyone
has
done
this
battle
for
six
more.
That's,
nothing
and
and
I
believe
that
I.
A
F
D
F
F
D
Work
what
I've
done
my
district
is
I,
actually
work
with
a
neighborhood
association
to
actually
get
somebody
to
go
out
periodically
in
my
district
and
then
look
around
and
review
and
here's
what
I'm
saying
I
posed
earlier
money
you
know
and
an
extern.
What
dollar,
instead
of
two
dollars
for
the
garbage
Hanna
thought.
Why
not
add
that
extra
dollar
give
the
funds
go
to
our
rental
tax
or
whatever
fine,
and
then
we
can
then,
if
the
district
wants
to,
we
can
then
hire
those
people
to
do
that
kind
of
stuff.
D
Know
your
district
has
more
needs,
maybe
say:
Ambala,
just
is
what
Jim
writes
history,
so
you
all
might
not
want
to
take
advantage
of
it,
but
maybe
we
can
put
an
additional
line
item
and
then
just
bought
that
particular
fund,
and
we
can
do
that.
That's
something
you
know
that
I
think
will
be
advantageous
and
can
get
what
you
need.
So
you
can
direct
it
and
we
don't
need
to
create
a
new
department.
You.
F
D
B
B
A
D
Got
right
in
there,
but
nevertheless
we
give
them
parameter
benefit
of
one
which
they
can
operate
and
they
can
do
it
any
way
they
want
to
do
it.
We'd
not
provide
equipment
or
we're
not
providing
you
know,
have
no
contractors,
you
can
provide
certain
tutors,
but
I
think
that
would
be
a
way
to
get
what
you
need
now,
since.
B
B
D
And
what
I'm
saying
is
I
think
we
do
so
much
duty
there,
because
we
have
a
lot
of
larger
area,
has
more
issues
than
look
at
me
wrong.
Some
people
do
take
care
of
that
Brad's
better
than
others,
but
nevertheless,
though,
we
still
need
to
be
proactive
on
that
I'm
saying
to
our
years
we
can
and,
like
you
said,
we
can't
get
everything,
but
we
as
a
stopgap
measure,
that's
something
that
maybe
the
other
City
Council
we
might
be
interesting
to
so,
and
you
know
that's
what
I'm
saying
I.
A
D
You
are
saying:
I
mean
I,
understand,
there's
complications
to
them.
You
get
involved
with
the
Roxy,
so
sandy
did
the
same
thing
that
comes
from
locking
exchange.
We
as
a
council
can
vote
for
that
extra
dollar
and
use
that
money
to
Dan
paid
in
the
Neighborhood
Association.
You
need
to
get
different
things.
A
B
D
D
A
A
F
Mr.
you
need
to
ride
around
Capitol
Heights
if
I
were
a
city
councilman-
and
this
was
my
area
I-
would
hang
my
even
change.
Kevin
back
to
the
mess
hall
that
was
burned
in
April
still
stands
just
like
it
did
in
April.
The
owner
has
done
nothing
but
board
of
the
front
is
trash
everywhere,
except
where
people
like
me
get
out
and
pick
it
up.
B
B
A
A
B
20300
always
that
are
out
there
ready
to
do
what
it
is
you
guys
in
Carson,
City,
there's
always
a
rest
of
the
story
when
if
we
get
these
kinds
of
situations,
I
promise
you
we're
not
out
there
not
taking
care,
if
you
just
one
that
wins
the
ground
with
the
crisp
in
him,
I
think
you'll
get
a
rest
of
the
story
and
you'll
find
that
it
is
in
process
or
we're
trying
to
make
a
case
over
here.
You
cannot
do
it
overnight.
Now,
if
I'm
wrong,
I'll
apologize
to
you
I'll.
A
A
B
A
C
D
D
Say,
look:
here's
the
old
district
go
through
it
in
a
month.
Get
back
to
me.
That's
all
I
said
now.
Once
again,
I'm
staying
lost,
contractor
I.
Can't
you
know
they
can't
be
employees.
You
can
just
assist
those
neighborhood
associations.
I
was
just
leave
seeking
to
get
additional
funds
to
help.
Do
we
already
do
it
anyway?.
D
D
A
A
D
Y'all,
looking
at
the
wrong
way,
I
think
you
all
when
I
say
that
I
need
a
system,
so
I
would
like
to
do
more.
You're
all
tignous,
if
I'm
saying
that
you're
not
doing
a
good
job,
I'm,
not
saying
I'm,
not
saying
the
system
to
place,
but
there's
places
in
my
district
that
have
not
been
cut.
Oh
yeah
and
not
because
nobody's
called
in
on
it
and
nobody
said
anything
people
that
drive
by
they
look
at
it.
D
C
D
A
D
D
B
D
B
A
D
Just
great
ditch
call
their
ditches
there's
other
stuff.
Let
me
know
about
houses,
just
let
me
know
so.
I
can
let
you
all
know
or
get
them
to
just.
Let
you
up
I'm,
just
I'm,
saying
I
mean
you
all
la
there's,
I
just
think
District
five
will
have
certain
areas,
that's
really
tore
down
and
all
I'm
trying
to
do
is
trying
to
deal
with.
That's
all
I
mean.
D
D
D
A
E
A
A
B
B
So
when
we
today
have
events
on
the
riverfront
that
we
do
like
the
second
Saturday's
are
the
final
of
the
fans
or
the
antique
car
shows
or
the
wine
festivals
or
things
like
that,
we
don't
charge
those
venues
with
we're
in
fact
pretty
moment,
but
there's
a
lot
of
revenue
that
comes
through
to
the
vendors
and
and
obviously
we
get
the
money
back
outside
of
the
equation.
We
can't
do
a
better
job
of
working
with
promoters
to
do
to
train
ship
as
well
as
the
riverfront,
and
we
have
developed
a
relationship
tide.
B
B
We
get
a
percentage
of
the
ticket
sales
or
the
processing
fee
or
the
alcohol
sales,
with
probably
giving
the
video
way
to
get
them
do
things,
and
so
the
money
doesn't
show
in
that
account.
That's
probably
the
reason
that
it
is
now
I
personally
think
there's
some
people
that
we
could
bring
and
it
would
be
a
no-brainer
to
brain
and
we've
actually
talked
with
the
RSA.
A
B
B
B
B
We
give
our
facilities
to
this
endeavor,
but
hotel
rooms,
freshmen
sales,
food
sales,
all
those
things
we
will
get
our
share
on
taxation,
and
so
we
do
that
we
give
riverfront
the
emptier
as
well
as
the
traits
yet
to
charitable
organization
at
a
very,
very
small
cost
generally
just
covers
personnel
overtime,
that
kind
of
stuff.
So
we
we
do
have
a
social
conscience.
