The
ball
would
ask
any
question
it
may
have
once
public
testimony
and
discussion
for
particular
item
has
concluded.
The
members
of
the
board
will
deliberate
and
will
de
render
its
decision.
Members
with
a
personal
or
financial
interest
in
any
request
are
required
to
recuse
themselves.
From
voting.
I
would
like
to
take
this
opportunity
to
ask
the
members
of
the
Historic
Preservation
Commission
to
introduce
themselves
and
start
from
my
right
and
audience
left
with
each
member
introducing
him
or
herself.
C
A
D
A
Been
moving
profit,
a
second
that
we
adopt
a
minutes
of
the
last
meeting.
Is
there
any
on
readiness,
all
those
in
favor?
Let
it
be
known
by
a
show
of
hands
motion
carried.
Thank
you
very
much
on
our
agenda
this
afternoon
would
just
like
to
remind
each
Commissioner
to
keep
an
eye
out
for
restoration
of
the
month
candidates
to
submit
for
consideration.
A
D
Dr.
Bell
well
not
really
we're
actually
collecting
prices,
we're
also
exploring
the
possibility
of
staying
with
the
current
vendor.
Two
that
we've
been
using,
but
we
do
are.
We
are
looking
at
a
different
design.
We
have
gotten
feedback
from
the
Cloverdale
Idlewild
neighborhood
that
was
taken
back
from
mr.
Colvin
when
he
was
here
and
it
was
very
good
feedback.
Some
of
them
were
interested
and
basically
said
yes,
it's
time
for
you
to
rebrand
yourself
or
we're
not
really
interested.
D
A
D
F
D
The
cost
is
pretty
much
the
you
know,
they're
afraid
the
costs
might
go
up
and
the
cost,
as
it
ended,
was
right
at
40,
50
and
40,
right,
40
and
I.
Think
that's
really
the
main
concern
and
it's
gonna
be
a
little
hard
to
get
a
sign
like
that.
We
were
getting
a
pretty
good
deal,
so
that's
part
of
it
and
I
do
agree
with
them.
I
think
we
need
to
keep
it
as
economical
for
everybody,
as
we
possibly
can.
I
have.
B
E
C
E
We
prepaid
for
a
certain
number
of
blanks,
but
because
the
hpc
had
split
those
up
between
historic
districts
and
historic
building
when
before
my
time,
there
was
an
issue
with
the
house
that
had
been
remodeled
and
they
just
I
guess
didn't
want
to
tell
someone.
No,
you
can't
have
a
sign
because
you're
in
a
historic
district
which
it
gets
back
to
the
criteria
issue
right.
F
E
A
E
We
all
have
a
memo
that
summarizes
what
we've
been
working
on
for
that
I.
Don't
want
to
take
over
for
the
committee,
but
we
do
have.
A
brochure
will
be
soliciting
sponsorships
at
$25
sponsorship.
Marshall
mill
works
is
going
to
sponsor
us,
it's
two
hundred
and
fifty
dollars
and
off
of
the
use
of
their
facility.
If
there's
anything,
we
need
to
make
presentation
on
so
I.
D
D
Next
Tuesday
will
be
the
hpc
meeting
and
the
graduation,
which
will
be
5:14
5:14,
is
graduation
and
we
have
a
preliminary
attend.
A
tentative
excuse
me
rather
agenda
and
list
of
possible
speakers.
Some
have
been
contacted
and
confirmed,
and
then
some
are
working
on
that
as
well.
So
and
you'll
see
that
wasn't
included
in
this
packet,
though.
E
E
And
the
the
table
of
contents
is
a
modification
of
a
book.
I
did
for
the
realtors
continuing
education
class
and
the
architectural
review
board
as
part
of
their
packet.
We
made
some
made
some
in
shirts,
urchins
and
deletions
for
things
that
we
don't
really
need,
but
based
on
our
topics,
what
we
needed
to
plug
back
in
which
included
the
researching
buildings
and
the
state
survey
form.
E
Huntington
is
going
to
give
us
space
to
hold
the
classes.
Brian
is
supposed
to
get
them
the
dates,
and
then
hopefully
we
can
go
over
and
look
at
the
different
rooms
that
are
available
and
make
a
selection.
Based
on
that,
we
would
like
to
get
this
out
no
later
than
I
would
say
late
January
in
part,
because
the
Montgomery
home
expose
the
first
weekend
in
February,
and
the
building
department
will
have
a
table
there
and
I've
been
told
that
we
can
put
materials
at
their
table.
E
A
D
E
B
E
Anyway,
I've
gotten
some
contact
information,
at
least
on
how
to
get
the
word
out
to
protect
students,
we're
not
necessarily
targeting
high
school
students,
but
we
would
like
to
make
it
available
and
waive
the
registration
fee.
If
a
student
has
a
letter
of
support
from
a
teacher,
because
that
teacher
thinks
it
would
be
something
that
they
would
benefit
from
so
and
then
we'll
find
out,
that's
wildly
popular
and
we
need
to
charge
five
times
as
much
yeah.
A
E
D
F
E
D
F
A
A
F
F
D
E
D
D
E
I,
don't
think
it's
something
we
could
do
more
than
once
a
year
and
the
'mobile
does
it
in
the
spring,
because
the
days
are
getting
longer
and
on
the
table
that
that
we
had
at
the
committee
meeting
I'd
actually
put
the
sunset
at
the
time
of
sunset
on
those
days.
So
we
could
shift
things
if
we
needed
to,
because
a
couple
of
these
things
will
involve
being
outside
to
make
sure
that
we
had
the
most
daylight
we
could
get
out
of
it
and
we
wouldn't
have
that
doing
it.
Do
it
in
the
fall.
B
E
F
C
We
need
to
get
together,
didn't
get.
This
done,
I've
actually
been
involved
in
too
many
different
things
and
I
haven't
had
time
to
get
together.
We
don't
really
haven't,
haven't,
sat
down
and
decided.
I
was
gonna,
be
a
chairman
or
just
spokes
person
or
anything
of
that
nature.
So
this
long
and
it's
keeping
and
myself
just
gonna
have
to
get
arranged
some
time,
hands
and
they're
very,
very
negative,
control
and
kind
of
follow
the
guidelines
from
last
year
and
anything
that
someone
on
this
committee
may
decide
to
add.
F
C
E
It
comes
down
to
I
mean
if
we've
had
so
few
submissions,
I
mean
we've
been
trying
to
get
people
to
send
stuff
and
I
actually
have
a
list
this
year
of
projects
that
I've
been
watching
where
I
would
suggest
we
solicit.
You
know
once
once.
We
know
that
that's
the
final
form
I
will
mail
that
to
those
those
folks
and
saying.
C
F
A
Or
comment
you'd
like
to
ask
one
of
our
chair
members:
okay,
all
right,
I
have
in
front
of
me
Historic
Preservation,
Commission,
2018
attendance
records
and
I
just
want
to
applaud
the
members
of
this
commission
who
routinely
attend
our
meetings
each
month
and
as
I
look
at
the
attendance
record.
I
can
see
that
we
have
some
members
who
are
not
as
vigilant
about
attending
the
meetings,
as
some
others
and
my
question
to
you
is
what
should
be
our
position
regarding
members
who
routinely
do
not
attend
our
meetings
and.
E
C
E
E
That
and
inform
the
city
councilman
that
that
was
the
vote
of
this
body
and
that
he
needed
to
find
a
replacement,
and
in
this
particular
case
the
City
Councilman
is
reluctant
to
make
a
replacement
and
would
probably
need
a
nudge
because
I,
dr.
Bailey
and
I
talked
about
this
before
the
meeting.
He
sees
it
as
personal
because
he's
a
personal
friend
but
dr.
Banton
said
it's
business.
You
know,
if
you
can't
serve,
then
we
need.
We
need
someone
here
who
can.
C
A
A
Right
well,
we'll
have
to
do
that
and
I
just
want
to
add
I've
learned
that,
as
you
will
know
each
month,
Paula
Richardson
makes
a
telephone
call
to
each
one
of
us
inviting
us
to
the
meetings
and
she
has
not
been
able
to
get
in
contact
with
this
person.
So
there's
been
no
response
regarding
the
telephone
calls
made
by
Paul
Richardson
to
this
person,
so
we
are
left
with
few
alternatives.
In
fact,
no
alternative.
You
know
if
you
see
where
we're
coming
from,
because
we
haven't
gotten
a
response.
A
So
only
thing
we
have
to
go
on
is
the
fact
that
the
person
is
not
attended
the
meetings
it
has
not
communicated
with
us
any
kind
of
reason
for
not
attending
the
meeting.
So
we'd
have
to
move
forward
with
executing
two
provisions
of
the
bylaws
regarding
persons
who
don't
attend
a
certain
percentage
of
our
meetings.
Any
other
comments
from
the
body
head.

A
C
E
At
this
moment,
well,
that's
to
think
about.
Do
we
have
a
list
of
qualifications
that
need
to
be
met?
Look.
